The kids are wondering why you didn’t come home last night – Lily knows she hurt Cane, wishes she could take it back. We can get past this. After everything we’ve survived, we can get past this. Cane’s not interested. No, he’s not moving out – YOU are.

Paul gets a call – where was this? If you think there’s a match, get a warrant and search everything; his car, his residence – bring a technician. Bring him in now.

Sharon doesn’t want Dylan to pay the price for what Avery’s going through. You’re being sued by Joe for beating him up. Dylan won’t go after the guy – he won’t do that to our family. Sharon implies that he can’t always control himself. To prove himself, Dylan tells Sharon to take his gun home. Hey – my gun – it’s gone.

Avery knocks on Joe’s door – we need to finish this.

Next: Chelsea questions Adam; How do you know so much about everybody? What’s your secret? …. Mike questions Sage – Gabriel Bingham fell off the grid for a whole year – why the disappearing act? … Phyllis questions Marisa – Excuse me? Who the hell are you? What are you doing in here with my husband??!

My Thoughts: Why would Avery consent to being deposed without her own lawyer present? A lawyer who represents him (or her) self has a fool for a client. She should have called Mike. Since there’s a restraining order, Paul or at least an officer should have been standing by. There’s not even any need for Joe to attend the disposition. And since it’s a civil case, it’s a private matter. They should have met at either law office, not in the Chief of Police office. And WHY hasn’t Dylan been charged with assault? Oh right – Paul’s supposedly being sued too – yet lets the guy suing him and his lawyer use his office. Puh-lease! …. Oh please; we’re expected to believe that Victor would be able to beat Neil up? So the police dept. has cameras at the park but not in it’s own interrogation rooms? … Victor’s never shown such a vulnerable side before – but if Nikki falls for it, she deserves to be miserable falling in and out of the bottle the rest of her life. I’m tired of hearing how Victor wouldn’t kill someone ‘in cold blood’. Everyone’s blood is warm, until you kill em. And Jack’s ONLY a different man because Victor replaced him with a vicious criminal. How will Victor get out of that? I’m glad Neil tattled to Paul – but will Victor be charged with assault? And why isn’t there anybody standing guard over Victor? Shouldn’t he be in handcuffs? Where’s Detective Harding when you need him?
