When Mariah drops by the house, Dylan thanks her for helping Sharon. He’s working on getting her to open up to him. Uncomfortable, Mariah downplays her role. When Sharon comes downstairs, Dylan leaves; kissing both Sharon and the baby good bye. That leaves Sharon to thank Mariah for keeping her secret. You won’t have to lie anymore – I’m pregnant!

Back on the rooftop, Jill’s not Hilary’s biggest fan but is sick about her disappearing. You’re here to honour Katherine, Lily reminds. Cane then takes Collin aside to confront him on blackmailing Devon. It’s over, Collin declares (then basically threatens to go to the press about Devon’s indiscretion) Cane will keep the secret for Devon’s sake – but don’t think I’ll let it go.

Neil isn’t happy that Nikki went behind his back to have Victor check his alibi. Nikki tears up – she was worried about Neil – and wrong that he had anything to do with it. I’m sorry I doubted you. Please – can’t we fix this? No – Neil doesn’t want to have anything to do with her. Gwen calls – no, you’re not interrupting anything. As Neil makes dinner plans, Nikki runs out in tears.

In Victor’s office, Adam says he should have accepted the compromise. And you shouldn’t interfere, Victor’s only concern is his grandson – family is everything. NO! Love is everything! You have no idea what it’s like to forge a meaningful relationship with ANYONE! Any Judge with self respect will see this for what it is – good luck seeing your grandson ever again! Victor disagrees – when I win YOU will never see Connor again! We’ll see, Adam snarls then exits.

Packing up her suite, Chelsea asks Anita to pack up Connor’s things – she’s coming for him NOW.

Paul ends a call with Chris (re: their anniversary and meeting at the park later) Hard to believe it’s been two years since Paul read Kay’s letter (ordering him to marry Chris) Kevin’s left to doubt Paul’s marriage will last – no one else’s have. Why bother? Mike warns Kevin not to close his heart – sure Chloe hurt you, but you can find love again.

Sharon hasn’t taken a test yet (but she’s been having a lot of sex and the timing was right) No, the pregnancy hasn’t been confirmed. Mariah’s her pessimistic self – life isn’t sunshine and rainbows. She’s not into setting herself up for disappointment. Sharon’s her optimistic self – Without hope you don’t have anything.

On the patio, Devon appeals to Dylan (who’d love to help but he can’t leave town – sorry) Devon understands. He then updates Neil; who’s sorry to suggest that he might never get to the bottom of this. Devon won’t stop until he knows the truth and Hilary’s back home.

Nikki drops by Victor’s office; to whine about Neil knowing she asked him to investigate. He’s furious with me; not willing to listen to my apology. When Victor suggests Nikki focus on her family and her recovery, she guesses he told Neil to stay away from her.

Still on the rooftop, Jill tells Collin that she and Tucker honoured Kay by singing Karaoke with Tucker. Collin was busy in GC – but not with another woman. Jill knows that – the accountant called – where did the VERY large deposit to their account come from? Collin lies – he won it gambling.

Neil would go to the islands, but it could backfire – the media would have a heyday with it. Devon agrees – and appreciates his Dad’s support. I’m here, Neil gushes support.

Watching Father and son, Dylan tells Sharon that Devon asked him to go to the BVI for him. Yes, he declined without even asking Sharon (who guesses he said no because he’s afraid she’ll go off her meds if she’s alone)

Adam returns to their suite to find Chelsea packed and ready to go – don’t try to talk me out of leaving – now, while there’s still a chance. She must get away from Victor. He can’t influence our life. Adam agrees – let me grab my bag. Wait – you were going to leave without me, he realizes.

Mariah appears at Kevin’s desk – willing to take the next step in their relationship. It might be horrible but we won’t know until we try. Kevin suggests they go on a date – yes, to a memorial for an old dead broad (or after)
