Dylan tells Nick that Sharon feels guilty for moving on while Nick’s suffering such loss. And she’s asked Mariah to take Sage’s position at Chelsea 2.0. Nick thinks perhaps that’s what’s making Sharon uncomfortable – especially if he’s around Sully.

On their picnic blanket, Billy and Phyllis enjoy wine and fruit. He doesn’t know much about Phyllis (but wants to know more) Phyllis isn’t that hungry – she just had lunch with Jack. How’s Brash n Sassy? It’s not what Billy expected. Vikki built it on relationships; the vendors and execs love her. What’s not to love? Phyllis sips her wine.

Hilary’s surprised to find Devon in their suite (home from his business trip) She downplays fainting – I forgot to eat. Pretend it didn’t happen. No need to see a doctor. Devon feels there’s more to this she’s not telling him. Devon’s not impressed when Jack knocks at the door, then walks in as soon as the door opens.

Billy jokes about choosing lipsticks – and models. He couldn’t resist buying BnS (because Vikki had him fired from Passkey) They didn’t do that because the hate you, Phyllis points out – just the opposite.

Jack’s just there to discuss the foundation with Hilary. Devon asks about her collapsing – what do you think about it? Jack thinks Hilary needs to eat a sandwich every now and then. Devon asks Jack to stay – he’ll leave them to talk business.

Ashley took the rap for Hilary because she wants Neville to save lives. He’ll do his best for his friend (and heads off to go work on it)

Dylan and Sharon both care about Nick and want him to be happy. Sharon knows what it’s like to have a child taken away from her. When Sharon walks in, Nick stuns her – don’t you know you can be honest with me about anything?

There’s nothing going on – and if there was, Mariah wouldn’t share it with Kevin – she doesn’t miss his smelly socks. Is Natalie trying to change you? Kevin won’t be distracted – and he won’t leave. He knows something’s up with Sharon.

Sharon’s alarmed to hear that Dylan told Nick about her nightmares. Nick’s having sleepless nights too – but you could barely look me in the eye earlier. It looked like you were having a bipolar episode. But Dylan says you’re on your meds.

Billy thinks a woman’s never more beautiful than when she wakes up in the morning – no makeup on. He looks forward to seeing Phyllis like that ~kiss~ Phyllis can’t do this – she feels awkward. Maybe we should end this before there’s no going back.

Devon’s on his laptop as Jack talks business with Hilary – who’ll build ties with the community. As Hilary’s hand trembles, Jack reaches out to steady it (as Devon turns to watch) Welcoming Devon home, Jack leaves him to ask Hilary what that was really about.

You’re reading too much into this, Mariah just didn’t want to live in the room next to Kevin jumping Natalie’s bones. OK – she wants to be part of a family. You were having problems with Sharon, Kevin reminds. Mariah has nothing to say – go back to Natalie and your millions. You can trust me with anything, Kevin calmly replies.

Nick thinks it great that Sharon offered Mariah Sage’s old job. You told her that too!? Sharon squawks. Nick tells her not to feel guilty. Enjoy what you have – hang onto your family – keep them close – it can be gone in a minute. You’re not doing anything wrong by moving on.

It was foundation business, Hilary insists – you can’t possibly believe Lily. Not at first, but seeing Hilary and Jack together felt like more than business. Hilary thinks that Jack’s uncomfortable because Lily made accusations in front of him. Hilary’s tired of trying to prove herself – and now must do the same with the man she loves? Don’t let Lily do this to us.

On the rooftop, Ashley warns Jack about Hilary. She’s a piece of work. She’s a friend and valued asset, Jack insists he’s not being manipulated. You ARE, Ashley will say one more thing – she wants to come back to work at Jabot.

Phyllis knows the reason they’re picnicking inside is because they can’t be seen together. She’ll tell Jack the flight was cancelled. This was a stupid fantasy. Billy stops her – please.
