If Chelsea signs, Victor will be out of her life, and Connor’s. As Victor leaves, Sharon arrives with Dylan (who expresses surprise at seeing Victor there) Be well, Victor tells Chelsea from the elevator. Chelsea apologizes to Sharon. Dylan’s glad Chelsea’s doing OK – Victor’s the last person he expected to see here.

Something’s going on with you and Phyllis, Ashley confronts Billy. There’s a connection. We’re friends, we work together, Billy claims. Ashley mentioned her suspicions to Jack and the more Billy denies it, the more Ashley’s sure she’s right.

At the bottom of the stairs, Jack tells Jill that her husband’s a piece of work. Did Collin tell you that he has nothing and it was just one of his schemes? Jack excuses himself to approach Phyllis. I owe you an apology, he says – I made you do all the heavy lifting in our therapy session. Jack was distracted. Collin asked me for a million dollars. For what? Information on you.

Jack knows Collin has nothing on Phyllis – he feels like he betrayed Phyllis for even considering he did. You never have to ask for my forgiveness – ever, Phyllis says.

Billy admits that he and Phyllis ‘just happened’. Ashley’s stunned – what have you done? What I always do, Billy jokes. He doesn’t know when it started. Did you? No – it was just emotional. It happened here, not in bed. Ashley’s relieved but points out that this deep connections is with your brother’s wife.

Victor meets Chloe on the CL’s patio (as summoned) Dylan’s not dropping the investigation (which is NOT news to Victor) The police proved that the explosion was an accident, Chloe reminds – but wants to know what Victor intends to do about Dylan. Leave it to me, Victor leaves Chloe to fret.

Victor’s been good to me since Adam died, Chelsea then shows Dylan the contract – Victor wants to make sure I can take care of my son. Victor’s not known for his generosity – he is a man who pays his debts. He doesn’t owe me anything, Chelsea snaps. Dylan reminds that Chelsea was about to tell the cops all about Victor framing Adam. WAS the explosion an accident? Don’t do this to me, Chelsea implores.

As Sharon continues to try keep the peace, Chelsea and Dylan butt heads. She wants to grieve and move on. Dylan wants the truth. Chelsea’s glad to have a signed contract that Victor will leave her son alone. As Chelsea runs to her desk in tears, Sharon scolds him – why did you push her like that? It’s Dylan’s job to find the truth. Giving Sharon a quick kiss, Dylan gets on the elevator.

Billy tells Ashley that he and Phyllis ended things before it went to the next level – he loves Jack and wants him and Phyllis to be happy. Anything else would be selfish. Ashley believes Billy and is sorry he’s lonely- but, one more question – what brought you and Phyllis to this realization? Phyllis felt she had to end it. Billy agrees.

Jack concludes that therapy is a good idea – he bottled up his worries and considered Collin might know something. Let’s vow to be open and honest; make this therapy count. Let’s get to the truth – even if it hurts – can you do that? Sure, Phyllis agrees. Jack wants to make an appointment, today if he can fit us in. Let’s not waste another second. Phyllis agrees (or does she?)

Jill bursts into Collin’s room – I couldn’t tell what Jack’s thinking. Collin was tempted by the cash and maybe Jack deserves the truth. But yes, Collin convinced Jack that his marriage meant more than money. Not so fast Romeo, Jill reminds that Collin created this mess. Of course Jill forgives Collin – she just enjoys making him work for it.

Showing up at the penthouse with a toy for Bella, Kevin asks about her Father and wonders if he even knows. OK, no more questions for now, he follows Chloe upstairs.

Why won’t Dylan let this go? Chelsea wonders. Sharon reminds that it’s personal because Nikki’s his Mom – she’ll try to get him to back off.
