What did you think would happen? Billy tells Ashley that Jack came looking for blood. He connected the dots himself, Billy wonders if Ashley’s so miserable that she wants everyone else’s life to be miserable. Ashley now guesses that Billy lied to her – you had sex with your brother’s wife!
At home, Phyllis flips through her mail. Jack appears. What are you doing here? she asks. He stopped by the office looking for her. Phyllis lies – I got a manicure (which is chipped already) You stopped by the therapists, Jack knows. Following me now? Phyllis thought the therapist could help – she needed answers. Answers about Billy, Jack drops the bomb.
Dylan knows there’s only one guilty party – Victor. Nikki hints that she and Chelsea may have been party to it – would you put us in jail too? Dylan could never put his Mother behind bars. Then it’s a double standard (even though she’s speaking hypothetically) Nikki and Chelsea are guilty of what they MIGHT have done. She’s proud of Dylan’s integrity but he must drop it or protect his Mother – you can’t do both.
At the club, Paul assures Victor that what happened with Dylan won’t happen again. Damn right it won’t – Victor’s companion hands Paul some paperwork and leaves. Restraining order against Dylan? Paul scoffs. Yes, and Victor expects Paul to enforce it.
Ashley won’t take the blame for destroying the family – YOU slept with your brother’s wife. It’s over now, Billy assures. Yet, the truth is out and you come running her looking for Phyllis. How could you be this kind of brother to Jack?
Jack knows the truth – Billy’s in love with you. Phyllis put an end to that. You put an end to Billy’s feelings? Just like that? Phyllis told Billy so many times – I choose you. Funny, Billy claimed there never was a choice. This is all my fault – because of Victor, Phyllis admits she turned to Billy – it was a mistake, she cries. Jack wants the whole truth now – did you go to bed with him!?
Next: You said you wanted to show me the office, this is not what I expected, Travis says. You and me both, Vikki eyes the tequila bottle and mess (as Billy looks sheepish) … The moment that you and Phyllis gave into each other her and Jack’s marriage was doomed, whether or not he found out about it…. Jack is furious – yes or no Phyllis, yes or no!?
My Thoughts: Victor doesn’t even know the difference between a blackboard and a whiteboard. Has Dylan even ‘doodled’ anything on it? All I see is a post-it with Victor’s name on it. So, Nikki doesn’t really want to know the entire truth – she’s happy with what Victor’s told her. How does she feel about Victor using her other son’s deceased wife’s journal in his bid to teach his kids a lesson? She used to be a good Mother – now she wants to be a good wife and lousy Mother. Maybe she should start drinking again, at least then she had some backbone… Victor wouldn’t be able to get a restraining order without having a Judge award it. And there’s no basis; no threat to his safety. Plus, Dylan was with Paul when he last talked to Victor. It was Victor who came to Dylan today. If Victor needs a restraining order based on harassment, he needs to file harassment charges and prove it … Too bad Phyllis didn’t get counseling for her Marco-trauma BEFORE hitting the sheets with Billy.
