Tuesday, October 4th

Vince lost his phone weeks ago. Where? No clue – on one of his jobs probably. He has no time to stalk anyone. Nevertheless, Dylan wants Vince to answer questions at the station.

Patty’s insulted by Sharon (who lives in a glass house) She confronted Dr Anderson on her plan – you were her puppet. You HAD to have known deep down in your soul. You DO know now – I can see it in your eyes. Sharon insists she WAS pregnant – with my son. Nope, and Patty even knows that Dr A took Nick’s baby away for revenge. I have minutes left on my cell phone (she again threatens to tattle) A defeated Sharon asks what she wants.

When Abby gets to work, Summer raves about how smart Travis – she now gets what Vikki sees in him. Abby told Ben she wanted to wait to have a baby. He understood. For some reason, Abby still doesn’t feel happy.

Victor denies suggesting that Travis used Vikki – just that the situation can be misconstrued. Travis isn’t trying to fill Adam’s shoes – he wants his own office and a fair shot. Agreeing, Victor dismisses Travis to take a call. In the hallway, Summer introduces him to Abby. And as all three are laughing, Vikki appears; again looking unsettled.

Patty can’t stand being cooped up in this place. Not surprisingly, she wants her freedom in exchange for her silence (and knows the resourceful Sharon can do it)

Kevin catches Mariah leaving Sharon another message – you’re really concerned about this guy being a threat to your Mom. Dylan then walks Maloney into Paul’s office – and comes out to ask Kevin to call the guy’s boss to find out where he’s been doing repairs. Getting a heads-up text from Mariah, Sharon tells Patty that she needs the cell phone NOW.

Kevin and Dylan both have copies of Vince’s jobs 80 jobs the last few weeks. Taking a quick look at the list, Mariah leaves Kevin to get to work on it.

Sharon bets it’s only a matter of time before the stolen phone’s traced to Stonevale. Dylan will find it and you’ll never get out of here. Cut the crap – you won’t blow up your plan. He’s what’s going to happen – give me that phone and keep your mouth shut. I’ll get you out of here. Why should Patty trust Sharon? Because she has everything to lose. Excited, Patty jumps up ‘to tell them that you’re ready’. Sharon looks panicked.

This has everything to do with Ashley – this is a family company, you’re not family anymore. You don’t belong here. I know Jabot inside and out, Phyllis complains. Then you’ll have no problem finding your way back to the file room, Jack sends Phyllis clip-clopping out.

After some chuckles and some praise, Travis surprises Vikki with the news that he’s not taking her old office – he’s taking Adam’s. As they all head off to a meeting, Victor catches Vikki watching them with envy.

Patty made something for you, a staffer tells Sharon as he brings out what appears to be the painting she was working on.

Phyllis bumps into Billy at the park and reiterates that she’s at Jabot to remind Jack what they had. And what was that? Billy wonders what will make her happy. I don’t want you, she snaps. Billy’s sure it’s over with Jack. Phyllis won’t stand by on the sidelines like HE is with Vikki. I’ll fight for Jack – until I win.

Ashley knows Phyllis to be the most stubborn woman on the planet and hopes Jack’s not driven out once the fun in tormenting her wears off. Jack vows that Jabot will always be a force to be reckoned with.

Vikki now chats with Victor in his office – Travis is really fitting in. He wants to prove that he got this job on his own merit (so took Adam’s office) Victor hopes she stops by to visit often. The four of us should go out for dinner. No, this has nothing to do with wanting Vikki back at NE. I miss you. Vikki claims that working with Billy is going well (and leaves Victor looking smug)

Now home, Sharon shows Mariah the phone (Patty hid it in a painting, which is now in a dumpster) Mariah wrote down as many places on the Kev’s list as she could. They’ll get to Patty’s psych ward unless the phone is found somewhere else. As Dylan bursts in with news, however, the phone is sitting out on the table.
