Jill’s fussing over a well dressed Billy when Vikki rushes in with a garment bag. Doesn’t he look wonderful? proud Mom gushes – then tells Billy that she’s sending him and Vikki in a car together – see you there. We all know what you’re up to, Billy calls out as Jill exits. Hearing Vikki howl in pain, he finds her on the floor of the office. Her dress is open at the back (which he can’t take his eyes off) Get out, Vikki snarls.

Instructing a waitress not to run out of ice, Cane welcomes Lily (who praises what he’s done with Top of the Tower) Neil, Devon and Hilary arrive – how can we help? Cheer the presentation. Discussing how the interview helped BnS, Hilary again mentions low ratings – and triggers Lily’s stinkeye with her toast to Cane’s big night.

Victor’s surprised that Summer’s at work instead of the party with Abby – and that she suspects Jack might be the threat to NE. Is it something he said? No, it’s something Summer saw.

Jack doesn’t want or need the help of an employee he can’t trust. Phyllis is trying to help – Jack’s going down the road he tried to warn her about. You’re going after Victor.

That’s absurd – Jack’s researching NE to strengthen Jabot. Phyllis thinks he better work on his espionage skills – she followed him to the park and watched him take this briefcase (which Jack’s very protective off) Jack vows that Victor will pay for the pain he’s caused – I’ll see to that.

Summer tells Victor not to worry about Jack – her Mom confirmed that he was wrapping up loose ends over their merger last year. Pretending that he buys Jack’s lie, Victor sees Summer out then mulls over the new info.

Abby’s there to make sure Jill and the BnS crew have everything they need. Or keep an eye on us for Victor, Jill corrects. Across the room, Lily needles Hilary about the lousy ratings – the audience wasn’t wowed. Hilary doesn’t care anymore – her happy marriage has changed her priorities. Travis arrives to ask Abby where Vikki is. He’s not here yet. Hmmmm, neither is Billy – Jill pointedly announces that she left them alone at the office – I wonder what could be keeping them?
