When Lily returns her signed contract to Vikki (still with Neil) Vikki knows this ‘new normal’ will take time to get used to – but they can overcome this hurdle – just like they got past the whole Juliet thing. She passed away, Lily stuns Vikki. The baby? He survived; Sam’s in the NICU unit. Vikki leaves to make a call. Neil asks Lily if she’s OK. Your ‘demotion’ is just business. Yeah, but Lily finds Vikki cold – less friendly than before BnS moved to NE. As Neil’s making excuses for Vikki, the boss ends her call and returns to sit in Victor’s chair – let’s get to work.

Abby invites Scott to hit her with his best insults – tell me Vikki deserved the promotion over me – tell me I was stupid for falling for someone who locked me up like an animal. His emotional distress increasing, Scott sits on the floor – stop talking. Just don’t talk (he seems to be suffering PTSD from being locked up in the middle east)

At Top of the Tower, Phyllis gives Hilary bullet points from Jack – Abby and Scott are missing – Abby had nothing to do with that sex ring – there’s a hefty reward for tips leading to their whereabouts. OK, anything for Jack, Hilary agrees – then updates that Juliet died. The baby’s fine but the odds are stacked against him. Juliet was completely alone in the end; Cane only tolerated her. I was the closest thing she had to a friend and I used her to further my agenda then ignored her. Phyllis hates to speak ill of the dead – but Juliet was a calculating piece of work in her own right. Like me, Hilary says. And me, Phyllis adds as they toast to Juliet.

Cane’s surprised when Mattie and Charlie show up at the club to express concern – you gotta eat. It’s our turn to take care of you.

This place will have to do, Dina isn’t happy that Jack’s brought her to the coffee shop. The tests were a waste of time, she grumbles – I acted in self-defense. You didn’t see the way Nikki attacked me – she balled me a bitch. Sharon comes over asking for news on Abby – I assume you’re doing everything in your power to find her and Scott, she yaps at Jack. Dina’s not happy that she wasn’t told Abby’s missing.

Vikki wants to issue a press release to clarify that she was the only one at NE who was working on Design Date. Wait, Lily’s surprised – your sister’s missing and you want to throw her under the bus?

Now seated, Cane tells the kids that it was Juliet’s funeral today. Charlie blames himself – I should have saved her. I didn’t know what to do. You did good, Cane informs that Sam’s hanging in there but has a long way to go.

Abby was taken in by that jerk, Lily’s sure. Neil wants to put a human face to the story – find an innocent looking photo of Abby, he thinks out loud to Vikki; she’s in need of rescuing. Vikki’s as worried about Abby as anyone but the vultures are circling. How can Lily help? Get the BnS adds off the Design Date app. In fact, shut down the whole thing, Vikki orders. Neil walks Lily out and agrees that Abby hasn’t done anything wrong. She deserves better than this, Lily concludes before leaving. Neil looks in to see Vikki frowning over a framed family photo – texting Abby to say how worried she is about her.

No one’s holding us hostage, Abby reassures Scott (as he trembles in fear)

Sharon’s sorry to drop the bomb on Dina. That’s my son’s fault, Dina says. With a few words of encouragement, Sharon goes to see Paul on the patio. He’s got a lead; GPS coordinates from Scott’s last call.

Drinks are on me, Hilary still owes Phyllis for distracting Jordan. She didn’t find the photos but she found fake ID’s. Phyllis relays Billy interrupting her and Jordan. She now admits she might just have been attracted to the drama and danger, not to Billy.

Paul orders Sharon to stay put – officers are on the way. This lead could take us to Scott and Zack. Sharon doesn’t recognize the area. It’s unlikely Scott stopped there. Paul notices the coordinates are a few miles from where Dina was found after she took off from the Newman party. They all left from the same place. Dina didn’t mention being with Abby when I interviewed her, Paul’s puzzled.

Dina’s in tears – Abby was so excited about this new relationship. She left the party with Zack and no one’s heard from them since? Deciding he can do more, Jack calls out to Paul.
