Scott finds Sharon dumping his clothes outside the tackhouse front door. She sees no need for talk or explanations. What Nick saw was Abby and I saying goodbye, Scott insists. With your tongue down her throat? Sharon scoffs. Scott then bends down to pick up a tiny box that’s fallen out of his clothes. It’s an engagement ring – I was going to ask you to marry me. I still want to marry you. Sharon takes the ring out of the box, drops it and grinds it under her heel. Abby opens her front door – oh, this is perfect.

Nick barges into Jack’s followed by Chelsea. Dina clings to Christian in her lap – John, who is this? They want to take my Jackie!? I couldn’t bear if anything happened to him. I don’t understand, she wails. I’m here, Jack says – it’s OK. A teary Dina hands Chrisitan over to Nick. As he and Chelsea hug him, Dina explains that she stopped by the club – we had the most wonderful time, she adds as Ashley takes her upstairs.

A Christmas present? On my doorstep? Abby sneers. Can you just give us a minute? Scott asks. But Sharon doesn’t need a minute. You can have him, she tells Abby and huffs off. Can I at least talk to YOU? Scott asks. Abby’s response is to slam the door in his face.

She took a child. Ashley and Jack agree that Dina needs more care than they can provide. We can’t risk putting anyone else through this.

Both boys now up in bed, Chelsea cries quietly. I’m sorry, so sorry, she weeps in Nick’s arms. It’s all my fault. No, it wasn’t your fault, Nick regrets everything he said to Chelsea. You were right – I WAS thinking about Cassie. I was scared I’d lost Christian too. The weight of the secret Chelsea’s carrying is written all over her face.

My Thoughts: That’s a nice story Lauren told Chelsea about losing Fen for 10 minutes. Now tell her the other story; the one where your other son (Scott) was kidnapped and raised by Sheila for a year….. How did Nick find time to have ‘thousands’ of moments looking out for Christian? He was raised by Sharon and Dylan for almost half of his young life. It’s somewhat surprising that no one accused Sharon of stealing him again …. Too bad Lauren’s eyes weren’t the only part of her body that ‘wandered’. Still, there’s no need for Scott to remind his Mom of her infidelity. It doesn’t make what he did any better. In fact, it’s repulsive that he’s trying to make excuses for himself … With all the security cameras Abby once complained about (because she couldn’t sneak Zack in and out) it’s odd that Abby didn’t already know that there were two people on her front step…. I hope Sharon continues to kick Scott to the curb. I thought for a moment that she might put the ring on and forgive Scott for everything…. How did the club’s security cameras not capture a woman in her 70’s taking a toddler? Where is Graham fit in? It can’t be just coincidence that he was there at the same time…. I don’t care how terrified Nick was, he was wrong to lash out at Chelsea. If that’s his go-to reaction, he should bubble-wrap Christian and leave him with a bodyguard/nurse next time he has an important meeting on where to build a baseball diamond… Again, weird that there was no press at the club while it’s being turned upside down looking for the Newman toddler.
