In Vikki’s office, Nate assures Abby that her Father is healthy – but after she leaves, asks Victor if he’s under any new stress. He picked up on a vibe.

Back at the club, Jack fills Nick in that Matt doesn’t feel it right to give Jack his DNA sample. Nick would help Jack if he could. Matt offers to go to Victor (though Nick doesn’t think he’ll get anywhere – and Jack should be careful what he wishes for)

Rey’s shown Sharon around the station and continues to roll out the welcome mat. You’re a natural at this – tell me if there’s anything you need. When a woman named Ivy arrives, he directs her to Paul’s office and quietly informs Sharon that he’s trying to get her to testify against a gang. Handing Sharon a file, he could use her help. Welcome to the show, he walks into Paul’s office.

On the phone, Billy’s pissed that he’s lost 50K in 24 hours. This better not happen again – keep me posted ~click~ Everything alright? Kyle asks as he returns with the ladies. Traci tells Ashley to go to work – she’s happy everyone’s here for Dina (who she’ll spend the day with) Kyle’s left to badger Ashley – did she call Traci to replace Billy? I’m in your corner. Good to know, Ashley’s left alone to think.

Nate leaves Victor when Matt drops by Vikki’s office – he’s there to apologize for any tension him being in GC has caused. And yes, of course Victor can rely on his loyalty – but can you pretend Jack’s questions don’t exist? You’re the only brother I want, Victor concludes.

In Paul’s office, Sharon introduces herself to Ivy – her job is to help; I’m on your side, she pulls up a chair. Hoping Ivy will testify against a gang, Rey encourages Sharon to contribute – and seems surprised when she tells Ivy that she doesn’t have to testify if she doesn’t want to.

Matt feels bad that he was in nearby Madison but didn’t think to visit Victor. He also thinks Jack should get answers to his questions (as Victor once did) We agreed that we’re better off without that bastard Albert Miller and here’s your chance to prove it. Is this a challenge or what? Victor chortles.

Rey and Sharon discuss Ivy’s homicide charges being dropped – you had the right to protect yourself. Witness protection isn’t as it’s portrayed in the movies. Sharon understands why she’s scared – she has a friend who was abused. Rey would never put Ivy in danger – I won’t let them get to you. Sharon sympathizes with Ivy getting hooked on drugs after an accident. In tears, Ivy admits that her lies cost her the husband and kids she loves. Sharon adds that if Ivy testifies the drug dealers won’t be able to hurt another family.
