Morning boss, Kyle accosts Phyllis when she arrives at Jabot. She doesn’t want to see his report right now and thinks he better get used to her being in charge. Alone and seated at her desk, Phyllis mutters – OK, let’s do this.

Cane shares his plan to move the family while Lily’s in prison. We can come back to GC on weekends. He’ll take a leave of absence if Jill won’t let him transfer. The twins agree for their Mom’s sake but aren’t happy about it.

Rey appeals to Chris for more time to bring Hellstrom to justice. That’d be good for her career too, no? The clock’s ticking, Chris tells him to focus on the task at hand.

Phyllis ends a call regarding Billy and Kyle pitching marketing ideas. Tell Billy to get his butt into work ~click~ Briefly eyeing her phone (open to Nick’s number) Phyllis dives into work.

Back at Dark Horse, Jack wraps up his business with Nick (who mentions Jabot being in Phyllis’ capable hands) Handing over Phyllis’ card, Jack explains where he found it and agrees that it’s none of his business.

Phyllis leaves a message for Vikki – have you discussed what happened Halloween night with the others? Since we ‘came up empty’ we need to talk about what to do next.

Abby finds Arturo at CL’s again contemplating the watch. Go talk to your brother, she coerces – then asks Rey to join them when he arrives on cue.

Devon and Jack chat at the club’s bar to discuss Ashley’s move and Lily being four hours away. As for ‘Red’, it’s ‘no holds barred’, Jack forces a smile/grimace.

I’m busy, Phyllis says before looking at the door. Even for me? Nick return the card and Jack’s reaction to finding it. Phyllis has no regrets. Nick thinks it time they all move on (then is asked to leave so the CEO can take a call)

Devon meets the twins at his penthouse to hear that they’re quitting their part time jobs because they’re moving. Devon objects – your Mom wouldn’t want you to give up your home, family, friends and activities half way through your senior year. Do you feel you’d be letting your parents down by not going along with this?

Kyle delivers Phyllis’ coffee and an apology – he’ll get used to her being in charge. Phyllis needs people around her she can trust; like Summer. Kyle and Billy must prove themselves. Her advice – separate yourself from Billy and don’t cross me. We’re done.
