In Sharon's suite, Jack meets babbling apologies and explanation with anger - you had NO right to make that decision - don't you DARE say you're sorry again.

Yeah, I'll marry you again, Phyllis agrees - today? That's crazy, she giggles. Today! Nick insists - I love you - as soon as Summer wakes up. More good news - Phyllis gets a call from Daniel - he's out! Summer's making progress, Phyllis reports - oh, and Nick and I are renewing our vows. Daniel will be over after he sees Amber - bye.

On the CL's pation Amber meets Daniel (who's still trying to wrap his head around her sleeping with Deacon - for him). Now the DA has motive for murder. He tricked me! Amber weeps - I love you - forgive me. Daniel wants to - but wants the truth about her and Deacon's history - now.

At the ranch, Nikki reminds Adam that today's the anniversary of Sabrina's death - it'll be a hard day for both Victor and Ashley. Yeah, like Adam needs Nikki to tell HIM that.

That seat belongs to Colleen - you set her up - and have been manipulating the family. Billy then tells Ashley all about Victor buying Gloria's 5% stock - and the subsequent manipulations (including her and Jack being fired from Jabot). He wouldn't do that to me Billy! Ashley insists loudly - but when Billy assures he would, she then turns to Victor - is that true?

Phyllis brings down two dresses for approval - blue or white? White it is - but she could go naked for all Nick cares. Summer's gonna be excited when she awakens from her nap. Phyllis just wants the kids at the wedding. Nick agrees.

Sharon knows what she did was wrong and pathetic - Jack's better off without someone as weak and messed up as her. Jack's had enough of her self pity - how many lives has she harmed with her lies - you're a grown woman - strong, not weak - you survived losing a daughter - don't tell me you couldn't handle THIS. I loved you and deserved better! Nodding imperceptably, Sharon can only cry.

In tears, Amber talks of how shocked she was to see Deacon at the club - hoping he'd just go away. On cue, Deacon comes along - did she tell you how we met? Threw herself as me. She's as hot now as she was then. Daniel lands a left hook that only makes Deacon smirk.

On his laptop, Adam watches a news broadcast of the gala - complete with flashbacks) Victor's wife Sabrina accepted a ride from David Chow - his limosine was run off the road. The pregnant Mrs Newman died the next day. Adam saves the report to a flashdrive - then calls DR Taylor - swing by the ranch - Ashley's about to have a very bad day.

After Vikki asks the board members (and press) to excuse them, Victor claims he did this to protect Ashley (whose best best interest he's always looked out for). That's why you had Jill fire her? It stinks - no matter how you spin it! Billy rants. Ashley won't go anywhere with Victor - or Billy - and marches out alone. You'll regret this, Victor's left to warn Billy - a loser, just like his brother, Jack. Billy taunts Victor - guessing Ashley will leave him now. And when Billy refuses to 'get out'! JT comes along on cue to hustle him out the door. Back on the payroll!? Billy sneers at JT.

Thank God you showed up when you did, Vikki praises her husband (who's also thanked by Victor). Today of all days - the anniversary of Sabrina's death. Nikki arrives -oddly enough, she wanted to talk about that same thing. After the Hellstrum's leave, Nikki just wanted to offer her support on this day - how are you? Nothing is as Victor thought it'd be.

Still on the patio, Deacon dabs at his bloody lip - suppose I deserved that. He has information Daniel might find interesting - about his 'honey's' days in LA. Don't open it, Amber eyes the folder - it's tabloids - trash! You took your cousin's baby? Daniel filps through the papers - kidnapping - restraining order. Deacon fills in the blanks on the baby stealing. The restaining order was regarding one of two teenage boys she was sleeping with - she likes em young, he chuckles. But this all pales to the time she tried to kill Bridget and Rick Forrester. Shut up! Amber stammers that she's a different person. As Daniel walks out, Amber smacks Deacon - I hate you - I'm not the same person! she weeps. Deacon thinks it time they find out if she and Daniel ARE meant to be together.

At the tackhouse, Noah hears all about Nick proposing with a pipe cleaner - that's weird. No offense to Phyllis - but wasn't Nick just buying a house with Sharon? It's confusing, Nick realizes. Ya think? Noah gets Nick to admit it's partly because of Sharon's baby being Jack's. Noah's glad for Summer - you two should stay together - and Jack and Sharon should raise their baby. Noah just hopes this is it. Sure, he'll come to the ceremony ~hug~

Jack continues to moan about Sharon letting him go on and on about the baby. Her plans? Go to Nick? Ruin his marriage too? Sharon's not sure. Jack doesn't care anymore - just count me out (and so he leaves).

At Jimmy's, Billy admits he went to see Victor - stormed into his board meeting and made a scene as Ashley was about to be appointed to CC's seat. Let's see the mustache talk his way outta this. Jack arrives as summoned. Wait til you hear what Victor Newman did to our family, Billy replies.

At NE, Nikki didn't think Victor would want to talk to Ashley (after all she's been through) about Sabrina. OK then - Victor didn't think he'd make it - but has moved on - put Sabrina's things away. No sense on dwelling on the pain any longer.

Seated in the back seat of the limo, a distraught Ashley mutters to herself. Victor says he loves me - he doesn't love me - what if he tries to take my baby from me!? She turns and sees Sabrina - he'll get you - like he got me, she warns. Your life's in danger - you and the baby - here he comes! Ashley squeels in terror as a bright light shines on her.

Jack's overly annoyed that Mac wasn't able to stop Billy from going to the board meeting - who knows how much harm he's done now? What was he thinking? Ashley's pregnant - high risk pregnant - and fragile don'tcha know! In the back seat of the car, Ashley recoils when Victor gets in - I won't hurt you - you were talking to yourself - about someone driving you off the road. The driver didn't see anyone. He's wrong, Ashley begs Victor not to hurt her - Sabrina was sitting right there - I saw her. Don't, don't! she shrinks from Victor's touch.

At the ranch, Adam explains his plan to DR Taylor - he's copying a bunch of articles on Sabrina into Ashley's laptop. Victor will think she's obsessed - and the fragile Ashley will doubt her own sanity. DR Taylor sighs - what you're doing is repulsive. Adam warns him to play ball (knowing he's the one who suggested the half way house). As Adam threatens to go public with what DR Taylor's done. he gets a call from Victor (who wants to see him at the ranch immediately - something's wrong wiith Ashley).

The Newman wedding's to take place in the woods. Phyllis is pleased to see Daniel (who doesn't look so hot - but blames it on lack of sleep jail). When Noah teases him, Daniel warns he's next - incarceration runs in the family. Nikki happens along - and thinks the vow renewal makes a 'big statement'. Sure, she'd love to stay. Nick puts the music on as the lady Minister begins the service. 'Mommy Princess', Summer delights all by blurting out. No one sees Sharon watching from the bushes.

At CL's, Vikki thanks JT for getting Billy out of the office - but is irritated when she hears he did it at Mac's request. JT wishes she hadn't talked to Victor about him returning to NE (as he has no desire to do so).

On the patio, Deacon joins the wailing Amber - you shouldn't be embarassed about who you are. If Daniel can't deal with your past, he's not the man for you. HE, on the other hand, knows (and will take) exactly who she is.

Nick unfolds his paper to recite his vows - first time he started 'feeling her' was Malibu (where she was a 'fierce' Mom). We were adversaries. Summer's right - she's a princess - a warrior princess - always fighting - she never quits. Sharon listens as Nick continues - You have brought passion and fire into my life - literally - he talks about helping the fire department before their first wedding in New Mexico. We've hit some 'rough patches' - but now - e're closer than ever - he promises to stay true and faithful etc etc. to take care of her when times are tough - to spend the rest of his life making her happy. Sharon continues to watch as Phyllis talks of the first time she 'felt' Nick - he wasn't some boring rich guy - playing poker at Mike's bachelor party. All smile. Then, working on the Newman website. You're a good man - a great man - how many men get Trace Atkins to serenade their wives? You understand me - don't try to change me - make me laugh - accept me for who I am. We can get through anything - good times - bad times - and she'll even accept that Nick gets into her private stash of chocolate. Oh - that's me, Naoh raises his hand to fess up. All chuckle as Phyllis continues - I love you - my soul mate - my best friend - I promise to inspire you - and love you regardless - for the rest of our lives. Noah and Daniel hand over the rings. This ring is a symbol of my love and recomittment, Nick slips it on. Wait, Phyllis is puzzled - that's not my ring - what is this? Oh look - Nick got Phyllis a new forever rock for their third ceremony. Phyllis slips a ring on Nick's finger - better than a GPS - you'll always find your way home. There's nowhere else Nick would rather be ~kiss~ (as Sharon continues to watch - clearly heartbroken, but surprisingly dry eyed).

When Billy comments that Mac's been quiet since Jack left, she declares him an impulsive man who lets his emotions dictate his life - drives her crazy sometimes. But yes - she can't help but love him anyway ~kiss~

You thought I'd fall into your arms and be grateful? Amber whimpers at Deacon - Daniel could still go to prison. Deacon has more evidence to clear Daniel - say the word and he'll go to the authorities. Play ball and all Daniel's troubles go away. As Deacon leaves, Daniel arrives - not impressed to realize Amber's been with Deacon this whole time. Amber stammers and cries - then asks about Summer. Daniel updates she's better - and Nick and Phyllis renewed their vows. Hearing them talk of their love gave him clarity on 'us' - he's not ready to marry Amber (whom he doesn't even know anymore). He needs some time on his own - and would appreciate her moving out of HIS place.

Inside CL's, Vikki can't defend what her father allegedly did to the Abbott's. Allegedly? JT balks - you know he did it. There's no excuse - never mind Colleen's morals - when has Victor ever been held accountable for HIS actions? No, JT doesn't hate Victor - it's just ... Vikki doesn't want to argue. Fine - JT stands - see you at home. Deacon finds Vikki visibly upset - wanna talk about it?

In the club's upstairs hallway, Sharon finds Jack moving out - security are gonna keep an eye on her. Sharon thanks him - she's not gonna tell Nick about the baby. That's between you and Nick, Jack shrugs it off. Sharon got what she asked for - she's never been on her own before - but definitely is now (deservedly so). You're not alone, Jack half heartedly consoles (and allows Sharon to hug him). Things can never be the same between us again, are his parting words.

Nick carries Phyllis over the threshold of the tack house - how nice that Nikki's taken Summer. Phyllis just loves her new ring. Nick had it messengered over while she was getting ready - new ring - new start ~kiss~ I love you ~kiss~

Refusing Victor's help, Ashley walks past DR Taylor and heads upstairs. She was like that when I found her, Victor explains. As DR Taylor heads up after her, Victor tells Adam that Ashley was hallucinating - she saw Sabrina. Wow - Adam pretends to be sorry to hear it.

Next: Victor finds Billy at his front door - JT's not here to save you. You threatening me now? Billy responds ... In th potting shed, MJ yanks something from Zapato's mouth - that's Kitty's tail! - how could you do that to my poor Kitty? she cries ... Whatever Victor did, I'm sure he had his reasons, Nikki says. Yeah - but it's not any of your business, is it? Ashley replies.

My Thoughts: What does the wardrobe department have against Daniel? ... So, with a lunatic woman on the loose (and recently spotted on the property) - why isn't the ranch's front door locked? And why is a blind guy answering it? Can't a security guard man the front door? Or greet guests at the guard house? Maybe call up for clearance? Since neither Victor or Ashley were home, a simple call from the guardhouse to the ranch would have saved Nikki a walk to the front door ... Of course a woman marrying her third husband - for the third time would wear white - but that's not the most ridiculous aspect of this sham of a wedding .... Her initial (and understandable) caution thrown to the wind, Phyllis is buying it hook, line and sinker - like she didn't just hear Nick admit to Noah that not being the father of Sharon's baby is 'part of the reason' he's remarrying Phyllis. Huh? What happened to his vow to raise Sharon's baby regardless of whether he's the bioDad or not? Had Summer not undergone a medical crisis, Nick and Sharon would be moving into that perfect house they found. No wonder Noah wants a divorce - might as well start early - get one under his belt while still in his teens .... Victor tells Nikki that he's moved on - put Sabrina's things away - but just yesterday, he was moping over a framed photo of Sabrina that was sitting on his desk top ... And if he's moved on, why has he assigned Vikki to rebuild his modern art collection that he never had any interest in - re-buying all that Koon's crap he sold? ... Get a grip Jack - why is he so pissed off at Mac? What was she supposed to do? Chain Billy to the bar stool? She's there to run a business - not babysit your hot tempered and impulsive brother ... LOL@ Noah as he greets Daniel at the wedding - My stepbrother the jailbird, he chuckles ... But, he shoulda added - and here's my Stepmom, the jailbird - oh and my Dad the jailbird - all that's missing is my Grandpa, the jailbird .... Nikki thinks Nick marrying Phyllis is B.S. Well, what she really said is it makes a 'Big Statement' - but what IS that statement? That Nick has no respect for the institution of marriage - or the vows he's promising to uphold? - or that Phyllis has no respect for herself? Perhaps the big statement is that neither Nick or Phyllis take marriage seriously. That their 'I do's' are said with the same conviction they'd invoke when ordering a Big Mac and fries in the druve thru ... Nick claims Phyllis was a 'Fierce Momma' - protecting her cub in Malibu. Yeah - she was protecting her cub - from Nick ... Nice that Nick plans to spend 'the rest of his life' making Phyllis happy - doesn't he mean the rest of the week? ... Nick and Phyllis reminisce about the first time they 'felt' one another (but leave out 'feeling' one another in the stable. And did Phyllis 'feel' Nick as she was sitting across from him - enjoying Sharon's fine cooking at her family dinner table?) .... Nice too that Nick's vows acknowledge 'hitting a rough patch'. Doesn't he mean rough snatch? (save the emails - someone hadda say it) ... Why did the news reporter claim Sabrina 'accepted' a ride from David Chow - when the flashback clearly shows her practically begging for a ride home .... How is firing Ashley and putting Billy in charge of Jabot 'in Ashley's best interest' Victor? ... Come home, Billy badgers Ashley - home to where Billy? The pool house? Your trailer? .... Was Victor really going to engage in fisticuffs with Billy? A man 40 years younger? Good thing JT heard Billy's voice while 'packing his stuff'? Who knew his 'stuff' was kept in the hallway outside Victor's office? What's special about today? Duh JT - it was only a year ago that your father in law's wife (and your wife's BFF) died. Maybe he really IS blonde.
