Seated at the club, Deacon talks about music for the wedding. How about the funeral march? Amber suggests. Ignoring the comment, Deacon continues to run ideas by club's manager. But when Amber continues her snarky remarks, he dismisses the manager to warn Amber to ditch the attitude - IF she wants to keep Daniel out of jail that is. When Deacon slithers off to take care of something, Amber asks the manager to get her a stiff drink. Kay marches in with Murphy - tossing the wedding invitation on the table, she wonders what in the hell Amber's thinking.

Pretending to be drunk (with Jana playing along that she called the police), Daniel's arrested. When Mike comes along, Jana stalls him - he can't go on the patio because a drunk guy threw up out there. But, but, Mike needs to speak to Kevin - he has proof that his new brother's a liar!

Visiting Ryder, Kevin plans to find and sell the Terroni - then use the money to hire a 'dream team' defense for his new bro's trial. Now, he's off to find that key. Ryder feels lucky to have such a great guy for a brother. No, I'm the lucky one, Kevin says as he skips out. Now alone, Ryder calls Deacon to report that Kevin's on his way to get the key. But he doesn't really like using his brother like this. Just get the painting from Kevin, Deacon orders. Ryder looks confused and worried when the 'drunken' Daniel's brought in.

On the phone (still at the cabin), Victor ends a call with his banker Ted - then vows to find both 'Mary Jane' and her kidnappers. If Jack finds her first, Victor will be behind bars right along with them. And what WILL Ashley think when she finds out the woman tormenting her is on her husband's payroll? Meanwhile, as Traci joins Billy at the trailer, Ashley's not happy to hear a doctor's on his way. No doctors - that's final!

Back at CL's, Jana goes over Mike's proof - Kevin will be devastated. On cue, Kevin hurries in to update that Ryder thinks the key Tom gave him leads to the real Terroni. With the reward, he can hire a lawyer who actually WANTS to help. Mike hands over his 'proof'. Tom may have been Ryder's father - but he didn't have a thing to do with his upbringing.

Kay wants to know exactly what's going on - why isn't Amber marrying Daniel? No way will Kay let her go through with this. Look me in the eye and tell me you're in love with Deacon Sharp, Kay challenges the girl who's become like a daughter to her. I really have to go, Amber hurries out in tears - I hope you come. I really need you there. Kay assures Murphy she won't give up - she just needs to find out what's going on before that girl makes the biggest mistake of her life.

Adam's on the phone checking numerous hospitals to see if Ashley's been admitted. When Victor arrives, he informs that Billy, the 'crazed idiot', carried Ashley out. I couldn't stop him. But I can, Victor turns and exits, his cape flapping behind him.

You can't keep me here, Ashley isn't happy with her sibling's interference. Having witnessed Ashley's recent 'panic attack', Traci feels the baby's probably fine - but don't you want to be sure? As the doctor knocks at the door, Ashley weakly agrees - I'll do it - for my baby.

At CL's, JT's got his contacts on the lookout for Vikki's Mom. We'll track her down, he assures his worried wife. As his phone beeps, JT opts to check his voicemail later. Vikki picks up the phone - sneering at the familiar caller. Colleen sure has some nerve. We're just friends, JT maintains. She wants more, Vikki stands - suddenly having work to do. If you don't have time to look for my Mom, I'll hire someone. See you at home, she clip clops out. Paul arrives to hear JT whine about the dismal state of his marriage.

Jack questions the club's manager about whether she's seen Victor with Mary Jane Benson - dinner? drinks? coming from her room at odd hours? As she goes to ask the staff, Victor comes along to demand Jack tell him where Ashley is. Kay interrupts - but is told by both not to worry about it. Traci calls - get to the trailer - Ashley's here. And as Jack marches out telling the nosey Victor to mind his own business, Victor gets rid of Kay - to follow along.

Adam frets on the phone to DR Taylor - call me, he leaves a panicked message about the possibility of Ashley being seen by another doctor. We're both dead, he warns. At first worried to find an officer and a suit at the front door, Adam's happy to hear he's been released - no more ankle monitor. He's now free to go wherever he wants (without leaving the country that is). Dean-O - you don't know how happy you've just made me, Adam grins.

At the trailer, Ashley tells DR Simons that she's being treated by DR Taylor - he's from Harvard don'tcha know. Yeah, he's great, but Traci thinks it good to have a second opinion. Ashley admits she had some cramping and bleeding - but DR Taylor said all was fine - she has a sonogram to prove it. When DR Simons asks about nightmares - or fantasies of hurting herself or others? Ashley clues in - what kind of doctor ARE you? A psychiatrist?! I'm DONE! When Traci gently persuades Ashley to comply, she agrees. Perhaps THEN they'll all leave her the hell alone!

Jana worries that Kevin won't believe those papers; Tom's financial records - bank info - mortgage. Seems he wasn't in the same house Ryder grew up in - nor were any of his aliases. Tom likely didn't even know he had another son. Not believing Mike's 'proof', Kevin wonders if he could he be jealous. I'm standing by him! he vows.

The officer deposits Daniel in the same cell Ryder's in. Suddenly sober, Daniel confronts Ryder - wanting to know who killed Balfour. In 24 hours he'll lose the woman he loves! Start talking or it'll be a world of pain, Daniel threatens. When Ryder starts sputtering about the Terroni, Daniel gets angrier - shoving Ryder against the bars. Who told you Tom hid the painting?! he repeatedly shouts at Ryder (who calls out for help - and gets it) Who's doing this to me!? Daniel can be heard screaming as he's hauled off.

Still at the club, Murphy has a go at talking Amber out of marrying this Deacon guy. You don't HAVE to do anything. If you're in trouble, Kay and I will help. No, after all they've been through, Amber won't involve them. Where IS Kay anyway? Upstairs getting to know the newest member of our extended family? Oh no, Amber bolts.

Family? Deacon's puzzled as he opens the door to find Kay there - to get acquainted before the wedding tomorrow. Of COURSE, it's a pleasure, Deacon realizes who she is. Having marched into Deacon's suite, Kay knows this wedding isn't about love (despite his sappy declarations of undying love). Name your price. Deacon can't put a price on spending the rest of his life with the woman he loves. Kay's dealt with slime like him .... Amber arrives - yes, she DOES have to go through with this. Murphy and I are here for you - and love you very much, Kay concludes with a hug. I love you too, Amber tears up, as Deacon shows Kay out. I'll be watching you, she warns in parting. Giving Kay a mock buh bye wave, Deacon would like to see the wedding gown - but that would be bad luck, wouldn't it? Amber answers her cell - hello? What? I'm on my way! Claiming it's the florist, Amber escapes to handle some fictitious problem. Just as well, Deacon's cell is ringing too.

Also on the phone, Adam again tries to reach DR Taylor (who's asked to come and get him). Your career's over as soon as they find out Ashley's not pregnant, Adam warns.

Jack arrives at the trailer assuring Ashley that he didn't know anything about this - until Traci called him. Now crying openly, Ashley's deeply hurt by Traci's betrayal. You say Victor's controlling me - but it's YOU and YOU - and YOU! How can you do this to me? she breaks down. His entrance timed perfectly, Victor comes in to put a protective arm around Ashley (who begs him to get her out of there). We'll press kidnapping charges, he assures - Jack doesn't know the meaning of the word 'family'. On his way out, an unimpressed DR Simons tells the apologetic Traci that if this is any indication of what 'this woman's' endured during her pregnancy, they SHOULD be concerned. With the Abbott trio now alone, Jack tears Billy a new one for trying to be the hero. Because of YOU we may have just lost our sister for good!

Back down in the club's dining room, Kay updates Murphy that Deacon claims Amber's the love of his life - but he doesn't know what love is. Vikki interrupts to tell Kay that JT's looking into Nikki's whereabouts. Kay manages to slip in that Amber's getting married tomorrow - to Deacon Sharp. Do you know him? she notices Vikki go pale. Through the art foundation, Vikki manages to cover. Good - cause Kay's decided that Deacon's bad news for any woman who crosses paths with him. (Vikki's look reads: perhaps sleeping with Deacon was a bad idea)

Still at CL's, J T whines some more to Paul - wah, wah, wah - I don't know my own wife anymore. She's never acted like this before - holding stuff back etc. Paul can relate - having gotten the same from Vikki's Mother - there was always a small part of her Paul couldn't reach. But he's been waaaay too busy with Patty to worry about Nikki. There's something you should know, JT says - but Paul cuts him off to take a call from the police (which he takes outside). What's poor JT to do? Check his voicemail - and listen to Colleen wimper to Patty - please don't hold me hostage *sniff/sob*

Victor brings Ashley home (as Adam walks down with his luggage). He's sooo relieved to see Ashley - but more relieved to hear she wasn't examined. Yes, Adam's going somewhere - he's been released. That's incredible, but Ashley's won't hear of him going back to Kansas. You're my family - I need you. Victor agrees - stay as long as you like. Ashley latches onto Adam - unable to imagine bringing her baby into the world without him there. Why, it just wouldn't be right.

Kevin returns to Ryder - with Mike's proof. Tom never lived with you. And you said your Mom wasn't around. Ryder insists Tom WAS around - but sometimes WAS left alone for days at a time - with nothing but cheese and crackers. I'm NOT lying. You gotta believe me! Ryder then stands - I don't need anyone. Hold on, Kevin sighs - he's gonna get the key and go to Detroit. You're my brother - I want to do it.

Somebody paid your bail, an officer informs Daniel. Who? Me, Amber rounds the corner - but still plans to marry Deacon. For both our sakes, let me go, she marches back out.

At the club's bar, Deacon signs his bill - then, takes a call (promising whomever's on the other end that he'll get the painting). Ordering a Scotch, the snippy Victoria hears congratulations are in order. Didn't see THAT one coming. With his wife to be not around, Deacon suggests they go upstairs and work out their aggressions. Yes, before his wedding night, if she can ignore marriage, why can't he? You know where to find me if you change your mind, he tells the disgusted (and uninterested) Vikki.

On the patio, Paul frowns as he listens to the message on JT's cell - Colleen's pleading, and then Patty's voice. Looks like she's holding Colleen hostage, the clever PI's conclude.

Traci shuts up her bickering brothers - how else can they reach Ashley? No, Jack doesn't want Abby involved. Colleen? She just left town - and Traci hasn't been able to reach her. Billy informs that she's at the cabin. Huh? Jack now looks worried - he was just there. Colleen wasn't. Jack - What's happened to my daughter!? Traci wants to know.

Patty ties Colleen to a tree. She sees through Colleen's fake concern - and won't be fooled into allowing her to escape. I wouldn't do that, Colleen bleats. Gun in hand, Patty and Kitty Kitty will watch Colleen sleep. Sweet dreams.

Next: For something borrowed, Jana dangles her car keys before Amber - get the hell out of here .... So how did Phyllis react to the news that you're the baby's father? Sharon asks. Nick's awkward silence indicated he hasn't told her yet ... Right now I think you're being a moron, Daniel gives Kevin a little push. Right now, I don't think you should touch me, Kevin starts swinging.

My Thoughts: Why would Daniel, arrested for what? being drunk and disorderly? drunk in a public place, be put in the same cell with a confessed murderer? Ryder's already been processed (as evident by his jail issue orange jumpsuit) - while Daniel should merely be sleeping it off in the drunk tank. But - being out on bail, and in violation of said bail order, how is it that he's allowed to be bailed out yet again? ... Deacon and Amber are getting married at the club? With some stand in manager in charge? Where's Gina? ... Deacon needs introduction to the Katherine the Great? He really doesn't recognize her? Even though her face is on the cover of the book he claims to know all about? ... Why would Kevin be so happy to have Ryder as his brother? Wouldn't he be happier if his brother was some regular Joe? As opposed to a confessed murderer? How nice that Ryder's having qualms about 'using' his brother. Hints that the character's on the road to redemption - and with Deacon wondering what Ryder's mother would say, it's only a matter of time before she arrives in GC ... Clearly the Abbott family cabin's not as remote and far away as we've been lead to believe (with Jack and Victor making the drive back to GC in record time) ... With Jana being a former art thief (along with her Daddy) is it a good idea for Kevin to be telling her the key could lead to the Terroni? What's to stop her from going to look for the key herself? (other than the love of the Chipmunk of course) ... Kay's obviously right about Deacon being a slime ball? But how does she know he doesn't know the meaning of 'love'? He's obviously gone to a lot of trouble and expense to get Amber to marry him. Rather romantic dont'cha think? Although, it IS a bit tacky of him to invite Vikki upstairs for a quick romp ... If Adam was oh so worried about where the 'crazed' Billy had carried Ashley off to, why didn't he bother to summon the guards, police - or even call to give Victor a heads up? Is Victor not at all concerned that his security guards let Billy carry Ashley off the property? ... Just because Vikki's ticked off at JT is no reason for her to storm past Paul without so much as a Hello - she was so sweet when telling him that she'd have been proud to have him join their family (if only Mom hadn't have ditched him at the altar) .. How convenient that Adam's release is processed after hours - and that the authorities come out to the ranch to tell him so - and without Victor, his warden, even being made aware ... Thankfully, the spoilers should be updated a lot earlier starting tomorrow *fingers crossed*
