'Really' Billy seems unfazed by Vikki's slap - her way of saying 'thanks jerk'. As she marches out, Kevin declares that 'awesome'. Go rob a bank or sumthin' Billy snipes - but no way Kev's missin' this entertainment. Entertainment? What's up? Daniel arrives with Amber (as Chloe and Mac smile on). Just another day in the life of a publisher, Billy shrugs it off (as the rest head to the bar for drinks) - leaving him to tell Mac that Vikki's not upset about the article on her father - but rather the one on her and Deacon. You accused Vikki of having an affair? Mac stomps off - unimpressed.

At a nearby table, Abby and her new pal get acquainted (dressed as Amy Winehouse and Gwen Stefani, respectively). Abby balks at the suggestion of getting drinks - she's in no hurry. Meanwhile, Ashley's still at CL's - looking for Abby (who neither Noah or Eden have seen). Where COULD she be? Ashley wonders.

Summer? Is that you? Adam stoops down to deliver candy. Why is he answering Sharon's door? Because a beautiful princess rang the bell. He's visiting Sharon - so? Sharon comes over to enthusiastically invite the Newman's in - then gush over the adorable Summer - the most beautiful princess she's seen all night. Of course the chocolate she offers is peanut free. No time to sit down - as Summer runs off shouting 'candy'. Following, Phyllis calls back to Nick - baby, you coming? Yep, Nick obediently trails behind.

Back at NE, Vikki asks if her husband's still there - but gets his letter instead (disappointed to saying he's leaving for his new job tonight). As she reads, a glum JT can be seen at the airport - waiting to board his flight.

Nikki's back at the ranch - telling Victor not to worry about Jack and his 'idiot' brother - the J and B word are off limits (not Billy, Business). She promotes a stress free environment so that Victor can come back stronger than ever. And Jack better watch his step, Victor growls.

Back at Billy's under populated bash, Daniel and Kevin scold 'Willy' on his article on Vikki. Why do they care about Vikki? Because she saved their relationship - and the Terroni, Amber announces. She has way too much integrity to cheat on her husband - Vikki wouldn't go anywhere near Deacon, all are convinced. And when Billy asks Mac for back up, she can't support him any longer - you're on your own.

Outside, Ryder skulks - as happy trick or treaters run by. The old photo in his hand, he flashes back to arguing with another kid (who called him 'chicken boy'). I didn't mean for it to happen, Ryder sighs (clearly in distress). Kevin comes out - you coming in to join the festivities? Halloween's not really his thing (but agrees to one quick drink.

Inside, Chloe and Amber recognize Abby Carlton - teenagers hanging' out in a bar. Oh the good old days - let's go get em. And over they go for autographs (and are asked to get them some drinks). As Amber and Chloe go to get the 'first round', Abby and Daisy snicker at their success.

You didn't think Billy's article was libelous? Victor prods Vikki (as Nikki assures they won't judge). Vikki's decided it best for the company if she resigns. Huh? Victor doesn't understand why she's letting that punk run all over her. Vikki assures she's made her feelings very clear to Billy - and Nick can manage NE all on his own. But when Victor insists she be part of it, Nikki suggests Vikki SHOULD take time off to focus on her marriage and family. Vikki's not sure about her future with JT - it's hard being married to Victor Newman's daughter. With a hug, Victor encourages her to do what's best for her - family is the most important thing.

Phyllis comes down to report Summer fell asleep in her costume. Sorry? What? a distracted Nick's accused of being upset over Adam being at Sharon's. Right, it's 'her life', Phyllis agrees - but if he has a problem with it, the least he can do is admit it. OK - Nick is bothered - sure that Adam has an ulterior motive. Phyllis understands - what with Noah living there. She has no problem with him going over to tell Sharon what a creep Adam is. You don't? OK then - Nick needs to stop by the ranch to see his father - and will then go try talk some sense into Sharon.

Having been 'everywhere' looking for Abby, Ashley's back at CL's to fret with Noah and Eden (who recalls THEM trying to crash Jimmy's bar last year). Billy's party! Why didn't Ashley think of that? (and off she goes).

Amber and Chloe return to the rock girl's table with yet more 'witches brew'. What's IN these things? Oh, all sorts of good stuff. Hey! Abby recognizes 'the guy from CL's' (whom Kevin introduces as his brother). And when Daniel comes over, Amber introduces Kevin her fiance to Abby (who then introduces Daisy. New - she's a senior at Walnut Grove). Invited to join the party, Daniel quietly expresses concern about them drinking (and is assured 'it's all good'). Cheers! The crowded table toast to 'new friends'. Uh oh - here's Chance, GC's finest - and he'd like to see some ID. When told they aren't really drinking (a surprise to only Abby), Chance agrees to give them a pass this one time - but straight home, ya hear? Yes sir, Abby and Daisy scurry out. 'Sorry', Chloe stops laughing long enough to offer. No you're not, Daisy snipes. Billy then tries to make amends to Mac - once the magazine has legs, he can go all humanitarian. This is part of his job now - must he ask Mac for approval on everything? And he hates the word 'disappointed' - it's like he can't do anything right. Maybe Billy should just get outta there. Mac thinks that a great idea. Really? That's how she wants to say good night? Fine - have a pleasant evening, Billy sulks out.

Summoned to the ranch, Nick's surprised Adam could 'tear himself away'. Victor announces he's leaving for Belgium - tonight. Vikki's leaving too. What for? Personal reasons, Nick snarls at Adam. Victor has great faith in Nick's abilities. Yes, he's in charge - but is to give Adam more responsibilities at NE (where he's to behave himself and not disappoint Victor). Yes sir, Adam says. You got it Dad, Nick adds.

Back at Jimmy's, Daniel and Amber exchange cheesy dialogue (which leads to a tryst in the stock room). Chance gives the playful Chloe the cold shoulder - he's not gonna share. Huh? Share? Chloe really doesn't get it. Never mind - Happy Halloween. But on his way out, Chance notices Ashley looking around - and being the great detective he is, tells her all about the underage girls he just kicked out - they should be on their way home. Thanking him, Ashley exits. OK folks, Mac calls out - party over - drive safe - don't go swimming. We're both going home alone, Chloe mopes too. The way Mac feels about Billy right now, Chloe can have him. Meet you outside, Mac sets the alarm and locks up. Upstairs, in the stock room, Amber and Daniel can be heard - this is SO much fun! she squeals (as Daniel tries to shush her).

Hand in hand, Victor and Nikki stroll into the stables - when they come back from Europe, they must go riding again. Nikki misses that. Victor's missed a lot of things - but thanks to Nikki, he won't have to anymore ~hug~

Beer in hand, Billy shows up at Colleen's grave site - cheers. He hopes her Halloween's going better than his. Woe is Billy - so much going wrong. He put out the hottest issue of RS ever - but caught hell for it. Jack disowned him - Daniel and his pals hate him. Mac's gonna walk. Vikki slapped him. The whole night just stank - except for Delia (the cutest football ever). Because of her, he and Chloe are stuck together - but that's not so bad. Talk to me, he tries to conjure up Colleen's spirit. I miss you - here's to you kid, Billy drinks.

Phyllis finds Adam at her door - they're out of candy and Nick's not there. But Adam wants to talk to Phyllis, tonight. He knows that the more riled up Nick gets, the more chance there is that he'll run to Sharon's rescue. Phyllis gets it - she's supposed to convince Nick that Adam's harmless (so he'll back off). And she's so insecure in her marriage that she'd do that? Adam insists he and Sharon are friends - Nick needs to accept that. Grinning, Phyllis thinks that a really stinky fish - even for him. And if he wants to convince Nick, he'll have to do it himself.

At Sharon's, Nick wonders why she'd want to hang around someone like Adam. Sharon doesn't see the big deal - give him a break - he's just trying to fit in (and be Victor's son). He's sweet, funny - understands people. It's amazing. Oh my God - wow - you have a thing for this guy, Nick sighs (to which Sharon tosses her hair and smiles her denial).

At CL's, Eden and Abby exchange their usual insults, while Noah tells Daisy that she'll like Walnut Grove. And when Daisy starts openly flirting with Noah, Eden cuts in to ask what she's dressed as - bubble wrap? Arriving, Ashley thanks Jana for calling her. Abby? Er Mom, Abby turns to face the wrath of her mother - what's wrong? Telling her to get in the car, Ashley can get into it here - in front of Abby's friends - or home. It's up to her. Without further word, Amy Winehouse exits the building.

Their deed done, Daniel and Amber are surprised to see Jimmy's is now closed - Billy sure knows how to throw a party. What now? This? Daniel puts the jukebox on - and Fred and Ginger dance to some classical music (exchanging more cheesy movie dialogue). And how are they to get out of there without setting off the alarm? Who cares about leaving? ~kiss~

Chloe answers the front door in her robe. Without either saying a word, the drunken Billy kisses her - as Chance (who just happens to be passing by) looks devastated in the background.

Victor reflects on the happy hours he's spent in the stables. Nikki wonders why it sounds like a good bye. He may have given the ranch to Ashley, but the horses are still his. What's in Victor's mind? He's just at peace is all - this trip to Belgium would have been very lonely without Nikki. They'll share this adventure together. Nikki will crack the whip - lovingly of course. One thing's for sure - they can't live without each other ~kiss~

As Chance turns and walks away, Chloe pulls away - she knows Billy's alone - but she can't be his consolation prize. We're friends - always. She can't do it - just go, please. All right, Billy's sorry (and off he goes).

Phyllis shows Adam the door - she thought he was brighter than trying to get her on his side. So transparent. Adam's sorry he wasted her time. All but shoving him outside, Phyllis will tell Nick he stopped by. Next time, call.

Sharon claims that Nick's totally misreading her and Adam's relationship. Oh, it's a relationship? Nick bets Sharon doesn't know that Adam's gay - that's right - he slept with his lawyer. Bet he didn't mention THAT. Sharon knows all about the incident - and it doesn't make Adam gay. This guy has you under some kinda spell, Nick concludes. That's it - Sharon's had enough - and can take care of herself, thank you very much. Nick hopes Adam doesn't hurt her - but if he does, he'll be there - don't forget that (and off he goes).

JT! Vikki arrives at the airport as he's about to board his flight. Bag over her shoulder, and Reed in her arms, she babbles apologies. Oh, thank God, JT's relieved. And taking Reid, he talks of the great time they'll all have in NY ~kiss/hug~

Still perched on a bale of hay, Nikki has a surprise for Victor - the perfect gift (and one they can take to the estate they rented in Belgium). She opens a wrapped box to pull out a puppy. Yes - it DOES look like Zapato. Nikki made a donation in Zapato's name (to lab research) - and rescued this one from a puppy mill. He got a second chance; like you - like us. Now, what to call him? Segundo (second chance) Corazan? (heart). What a thoughtful gift. Victor and Nikki love each other with all their hearts.

Next: Mike just came from a meeting with the SEC - they've really latched onto this whole Cayman bank issue, he warns Nick ... Cane holds a bald Lily in his arms - being with her like this is a gift he never expected to have again. He doesn't want to mess this up ... I'll keep this brief, Nick tells Adam - you need to stay away from Sharon.

My Thoughts: I'm still not sure who Amber and Daniel were supposed to be; Fred and Ginger?... And Abby must have put her costume together BEFORE Amy Winehouse had huge round implants bolted onto her 95 lb frame (as recent pictures of her 'reveal') Did Abby's costume also include the mandatory crack pipe? ... Shouldn't Chance have at least had a word with Mac, the bar's owner? To warn that underage teenagers got past the bouncer posted outside? Doesn't anyone know, or care, that Mac could lose her license to serve alcohol? (which would surely be the end of Jimmy's - patrons aren't there for the pastrami on rye I'm sure) Too bad Mac didn't hire the bouncer Jimmy's had last year - the one who turned Noah and Eden away ... And maybe it's just me - but why is drinking and driving not an issue in GC? Do they not have a chapter of MADD? Billy was clearly intoxicated - yet managed to get from Jimmy's to Colleen's grave site - to the mausoleum - and then off into the dark (presumably to his trailer) - with nary a mention of whether he drove or has rented a cab to squire him around the whole evening. Let's just hope there's no unfortunate trick or treater stuck in the undercarriage of his car - cause then Mac and Chloe might feel bad that they didn't take his car keys. Nice that Billy left his own party early - it was a lame affair anyway. No idea why - since the rag set record sales, and the site's getting huge traffic, obviously folks aren't that angry at him. What happened to all the 'celebs' Billy has 'on his Roladex'? Oh - and who's to clean up after Billy's party? Mac? She sure is good at cleaning out a room of partygoers. She didn't even shout out a 'last call' warning. No swimming, she calls out for some odd reason (instead of no drinking and driving) .. And she didn't even have to turn on the florescent lights (that enables the drunks to finally get a good look at the person they've been flirting with, and buying rounds for, all night) ... Really? Ashley went everywhere? The all ages party at the rec center? The mall? Walnut Grove? Abby's favourite theater? What teen has a favourite theater? And how many hours has Ashley been driving around looking for her kid anyway? And how did she know her kid was stupid enough to show up at her own Uncle's party?... Great that Chance and Ashley are both certain that the underage girl he kicked out must have been Abby (despite her not exactly fitting the blonde hair blue eyed description). Like they're the only teenagers trying to get into a bar? Maybe Ashley or Chance should have mentioned Abby's height in the description (and how could Chance estimate Daisy's age at 15?) ... Nice that Daisy offers to let Chance try her drink - like he'd want to sip from a stranger's glass. As an ace detective, couldn't he detect alcohol by smelling it? ... Next door! Summer yelps as she dashes off at full speed (she might wanna slow down - pace herself). The Carlton manor isn't in a townhouse complex - the next house might be a good 200 yards away ... Nikki says Victor will be too 'busy' in Belgium - but then claims he's to have a completely stress free environment. Make up your mind. Or will Victor be busy relaxing? Oh great - a puppy - from a puppy mill - it'll be really happy about traveling in a cage in the luggage compartment (for a good 8 hours)- and then probably on to quarantine. Oh what a lucky puppy. Odd that Adam hasn't looked into getting a seeing eye dog ... I didn't mean for it to happen, Ryder frets over his Halloween flashback. Uh oh - looks like someone else accidentally killed as a kid (and didn't repress the memory - like Nikki did) .... Why wouldn't Mac, a Chancellor heir, have JT install a security system that includes some interior motion detectors?
