At home, Lauren kisses Mike - and what was that for? Thanks for her gifts - decorating her office - the trip to
Paris - and carwash coupons. Brilliant! Both have cleared their day and turn off their phones ~kiss~
Coming downstairs, Phyllis spots the untouched blanket and pillow on the sofa - and flashes back to slapping
Nick. On cue, he apologizes to say the jet lost contact - they don't know where it is. Adam and Sharon were onboard.
He's waiting to talk to the FAA (who the comes along to say smoke'sbeen spotted - they're looking for survivors).
Meanwhile, at the crash site, the pilot, Kenny r help - leaving Adam to cradle Sharon. He spots the note - burning. I'm so sorry, he whispers.
Infection likely due to a hang nail. Lily tries to find the humour. In the hallway, Mac's scared by how quickly things can change
Joining Neil and Cane in Lily's room, Mac perches at her bedside
On the CL's patio, Noah mentions that his Mom's still with Adam. Phyllis calls - asking Noah to come see her at the
Baldwin's. That doesn't sound good, Noah frowns. At the Baldwin's, Phyllis updates that the jet may have crashed
with Adam and Sharon onboard. Nick's awaiting word. Phyllis then explains that she and Nick had a fight - and here's
Nick running to Sharon's rescue yet again - maybe for the last time. Oh what a horrible person Phyllis is.
Nick's sees Kenny the pilot - who reports Sharon needs a doctor asap. Adam keeps Sharon talking - where shall they honeymoon? A beach?
But no more planes. It's blurry, Sharon murmurs. What a fine pair we'll make, Adam quips - stay awake. Come on honey.
Choppers have spotted the crash site - but they'll have to go in by foot. Nick can't go - he'll have to meet them at
the hospital. Please be OK - for Noah, Nick frets.
With the Baldwin's offering support, Phyllis tells Noah about the jet losing communication - we don't know
that they crashed. And where's Dad? At some little
airport. Noah won't wait - he needs to find his Mom! She was just starting to be happy, he hugs Phyllis.
Hear those choppers? Hang in - help's coming. Wake up, Adam encourages - where's that attitude? I need that - I need
you, he caresses her head. I've disappointed you, he admits - hurt you in the worst possible way - wake up and
make my life hell. Sharon grasps his hand. We're over here, he calls out to the medics who arrive on foot.
Neil and Cane have been allowed to stay at GCM - which Devon plans to do also (and will make it up to Roxy)
Devon's off to get Cane and Lily's stuff. In Lily's room, Cane assures Lily she can handle this little infection
- next year she'll have long hair - the house is a mess - baby bottles and gifts everywhere. The baby? It's in
Mom's arms. And where's Cane? With his beautiful family. No cancer - they're waiting for the New Year ball to drop.
3..2..1, he kisses her.
Nick calls Phyllis - tell Noah that Mom's alive. But that's all he knows. Noah takes the phone -
and is told
Sharon's on her way to the hospital. Kenny thinks she has a head injury. Adam? He's fine. She's here,
Nick hangs up to watch Sharon's gurney go by - then ignores Adam when he walks around the corner.
Coming from the cafeteria, Mac allows Lily to feel her belly - and stands around as Lily talks to her miracle baby.
When Cane goes to eat, Lily talks about how scared he is - but trying to be strong. It's OK to be scared, Mac
encourages her to talk. Lily can't help but worry about Cane her their child visiting her grave. What if
she dies before the baby's born? What if talking to Mac's belly is all she gets? Mac's seem atrocities Lily
can't imagine - how can she not give it her all? I'm Gonna Live Til I Die, Lily quotes Kay. Mac's sure
Lily won't die. Whatever happens - it's worth it. Thank you, Lily sighs.
In the hallway, Neil catches Cane trying to compose himself. He worried when Lily moved out - for the last time?
But it wasn't - just wasted fear. Canne talks of the future he predicted for Lily - hoping it'll come
true. It will - we'll survive this, Neil assures.
No Adam doesn't need to be checked out by a doctor - and Nick can take off if he likes - Adam's got the
situation handled. Yeah - you handled THIS beautifully, Nick scoffs.Mr Newman? the doctor comes out to say.
Yeah, both answer - we're brothers (then are informed Sharon has a mild concussion and should make a full recovery).
Getting a call from Noah, Nick walks off to give him the good news. Given the OK to go see his
'wife', Adam whispers Sharon's name at her bedside. How much do you remember? he asks. Ted Maxwell, from
the FAA, interrupts with the same question - what can Sharon tell him about the minutes before the emergency
landing? Uh oh - Adam stands by sweating it out.
Devon comes in with Cane's keys and a baq for Lily. Cane reports that Neil just talked him off the ledge.
Devon can relate to having no one, then suddenly having a safety net.
In Lily's room, she tells Devon that there's no need for him to sleep there too - go have fun - she'll be fine.
Devon agrees - and will drive Mac over to Jimmy's. Lily assures a worried Cane that she's fine - just tired.
On speakerphone, the Baldwin's, Noah and Phyllis are updated. Sharon's fine and Adam barely has a scratch.
Phyllis picks up to assume correctly that Nick's now coming home - see you there. But after hanging up,
Phyllis expresses annoyance that Nick always runs off to save Sharon - how much of her life will be spent
waiting for her husband to come home to her?
Sharon tells what she recalls - the masks coming down - and then ... She scowls at Adam - and can't remember
the moment of impact. Did I black out? The next thing she remembers is sitting in the snow with Adam. She
needs to get her sleep, Adam ends the grilling. Left alone, Sharon reaches for the phone - then is stunned
when Nick walks in. He shouldn't have come.
Back at the Baldwin's, Mike suggests sending Eden and Fen to the beneift - while they stay home. Lauren concludes that Mike
he must really like her dress. Yeah - he'll like taking it off later ~kiss~
At CL's, Devon doesn't feel right about going out dancing while his sister's fighting for her life. Yeah, but
Mac knows Lily doesn't want the cancer to take any more from them. Of course Neil was
allowed to stay - no matter how old you are, you still
want your Daddy when you're scared.
In Lily's room, Neil's staying while Cane goes to Jimmy's. Oh my gosh, Lily gasps as Neil hugs her - Malcolm!
At the tackhouse, Noah appreciates Phyllis's support (while waiting for news on Sharon). Go be with Eden, Phyllis
sends him off to be wih=th Eden. She also claims to be fine that Nick runs off to help Sharon. It can't be easy,
Noah's sure (then is sent to the kitchen for salami).
Of course Nick came - he had to see if Sharon was alright. Sharon should wear a sign - I'm not your wife
anymore. Nick lists off the people who were worried - the Baldwin's, Phyllis - and where was this quick trip
to? It's a private family discussion, Nick snarls when Adam comes in. You're not part of the family. He's part
of MY family, Sharon genty correctsn - he's my husband (to which Nick looks gravely ill).
Next: You've been missing in action for five years - and you couldn't pick up the phone!? Neil bellows at Malcolm.
... How about you and Nick? Vikki asks Phyllis - her smile freezing when Phyllis reports he's with Sharon ...
You said you were going skiing, Nick barks. Obviously we did a lot more than that, Adam quips (which provokes
Nick to lunge at him).
OK - as you may have noticed, today's spoiler has numerous typos. I'm struggling with this little notebook thingy I got
for Christmas. I haven't been able to download an HTML editor that I can manage (and if notepad and wordpad have spellcheck,
I can't find it.). I should be a bit more together tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience and delay. I DO have the spoiler
for December 25th - and will do my best to have it available asap.
