Bye Billy - thanks for what? I didn't tell you anything, a smiling Phyllis closes her front door on Billy. She then leaves a message - 'hey baby' - I've done something you may not like ~click~ Knock knock. Welcoming Nikki inside, Phyllis' smile is pasted in place when Nikki confirms that yes indeed, Victor's back too.

Victor interrupts Nick and Adam's brawl - what the hell's going in here? In charge of a billion dollar corporation, THIS is how they behave? Enough! he has no patience for his sons blaming one another - Victor knows what's going on - and won't stand for it.

The wide eyed revelations just keep on comin'. Ashley didn't know Sharon gave birth at Fairview - Sharon never even knew she was THERE. She's then stunned to hear Adam was the one who delivered Faith. No - Adam never said anything. Neither did Jack (who must have known Sharon was there when he brought Ashley in). Speak of the devil - popping by for a casual visit, Jack notes they both look serious - something wrong?

With Jo Jo gone (without stealing anything as far as Jill and Murphy can tell), it's time for life to return to 'normal'. Wishing she'd investigated more, Jill now worries that Kay will never want to find the child she gave away.

Kay's confronting him right now. Preposterous! And why would they take Tucker's 'word' for anything? JT assures Neil he did NOT know (or he'd never have been part of it). Tucker clarifies he's been planning this not for weeks - but years. Disgusting, Kay snorts - he used the people closest to her to steal her company? YOU have controlling interest, she snarls - but not for long. The lie that he's her son won't distract Kay - YOU are in for the fight of your life!

Casually pouring himself some OJ, Tucker's unconcerned about Neil summoning the lawyers - he did nothing illegal. Keeping things from Kay - isn't that what SHE did his entire life? I have a daughter, Kay objects - then realizes he's responsible for Jo Jo. Slight of hand is a useful negotiating tactic, Tucker admits - and Neil should be no stranger to 'cruelty' (having worked for Newman). Kay balks at the idea of 'working together' - he'll be in jail. Yeah, well - until then, he'll run CI as a division of Tucker McCall Unlimited. Will you inform your insubordinates - or will I?

Yes - of course Jack knew they were at Fairview at the same time (but knew both wanted it kept quiet). There's a lot Jack didn't tell Ashley at the time (because she was unstable). Arriving to question Ashley (on Adam), Billy greets Jack and Sharon (who escapes in a hurry). Who's life is Billy ruining now? Jack snipes. Neil's call interrupts - Jack and Billy are there too? Needing to talk, Neil's on his way.

Coming down from visiting Summer, Nikki raves at how well she's doing - Victor regrets what happened. Phyllis knows - he indirectly caused Summer's problems - but has Victor really changed? Is he any less controlling and vengeful? Yes, according to Nikki. Phyllis realizes she needs to forgive Victor - but she liked him better when he was in Belgium. You're family - stuck with him, Nikki feels they need to find a way to make it work.

Nick reminds that Victor knew his feelings for Adam when he promoted him - is everything he did forgiven? He was manipulated by Jack, Victor reasons. Nick was ordered to give Adam a chance to prove himself (and defied that order). Yes, but Nick's protecting Victor - and the company. Or are you fighting over Sharon? Victor then turns on Adam - he just happened to fall in love with his brother's ex wife? Then live right under his nose? You BET it's 'temporary' - everything they've both done is temporary (and will be UNdone by Victor). Fire Adam? Is Nick giving his father an ultimatum? You or your brother? Is that it? Victor scowls.

Nick can't run the company with someone this antagonistic. No problem - Victor's taking back control. Adam's relieved to have him back - 'this' won't happen again. See to it, Victor growls as Adam leaves. So, how was Belgium? Not wanting to discuss it - or be 'caught up' on anything, Victor dismisses Nick - take the afternoon off. Now alone, Victor replaces his portrait above the fireplace - and to ominous music, takes his place behind his desk.

Head in her hands (at home), Kay's not surprised by the 'good news' that Jo Jo's gone (and not her daughter). As she's about to share the devastating news, Nikki arrives. Rushing to her, Kay wails that she made a terrible mistake - the company she bought with CI shares was secretly owned by Tucker McCall. Impossible, Jill huffs (but quickly realizes he now has a majority stake). Nikki's also sickened - as Kay drops the other bomb - that he claims to be her son. Insane, she snaps (as Jill flashes back to moments with Tucker - is he too good to be true?). If only Kay had listened to Nikki (who warned her not to trust him).

Back at Tucker's, JT rants about being used. He has no interest in screwing people over for a living. Tucker can respect that - and tried to keep him out of it (never asking him to lie or do anything he'd regret - can JT say the same of Victor?)

His face grave, Neil drops his bomb on the Abbott's - as of this morning controlling interest in CI (and therefore Jabot) has passed to Tucker McCall. How's that even possible? Jack's stunned.

Drink in hand, Jack loudly asserts that anyone who paid attention would notice that Tucker talked like he was the boss - he crowed himself king (with Jill smiling right beside him - she's clueless or in on it). While Billy defends Jill, Neil claims JT was blind sided too - we all were. Jack thinks them too star struck to do 'more digging'. Defending Neil, Ashley's sick that Tucker's in charge of Jabot now. Jack agrees - it was one thing to give Kay control - she loved Dad - but a billionaire bored with skydiving? Neil assures that Kay won't take this lying down - and apologizing for the bad news, has to get back to her. Jack continues to annoy Billy by blaming Jill - she's in on it - or was played for a fool.

Nikki's filled in on Jo Jo (who had the house in an uproar - distracting Kay enough to leave Tucker in charge of the merger). Jill warned her he was dangerous - and now she's given CI away. At the front door, Nikki disapproves of Jill leaving. Jill IS taking care of Kay - plus, she has YOU. Uggh, Nikki rolls her eyes - as Jill slams out.

Hey baby? Get my message? But seeing Nick's bruised face, Phyllis doesn't even need to ask. Thinking they should leave someone with nothing better to do to handle Adam, Phyllis agrees on Billy - why didn't I think if that? she chirps (which tips Nick off that she's already sicked Billy on him). He's glad - time to unleash the hounds. Yeah - Nick knows Victor's back - he caught them fighting and demoted them. No - an apology for almost killing Summer didn't come up. Phyllis isn't so sure she can deal with Victor being back.

Also with an ice pack on his face, Adam's confronted by Sharon in the break room. He confirms Nick's to blame - and Victor's back - and upset. He thinks getting married was a big mistake. Yeah, well something's bothering Sharon too ....

The mood is depressing at the mausoleum. Neil relays the Abbott's reaction. Kay understands they must be devastated that their father's legacy is in the hands of a stranger. Neil will never forgive himself for letting his guard down - and should have seen it coming a mile away. But never mind dwelling on mistakes - they need to get Kay's company back. Out of earshot, Nikki makes a quite call to update Victor on Tucker McCall (who stole Kay's company and claims to be her long lost son).

Tucker knows and regrets putting JT in a tight spot - but the deal would have gone forward with or without him. JT has a bright future if .... If I can ignore the fact that I can't trust you? JT snaps - he mistook Tucker for a man of his word. JT. Tucker calls him back - don't deny yourself this opportunity - THAT would be the real mistake. JT keeps walking.

Sharon closes the break room door - no, this has nothing to do with Nick. Adam's keeping things from her (just like Jack used to). Why didn't he tell Sharon he was at Fairview the night she gave birth? Have a seat, Adam knew about the night she lost her baby - but how could he talk about Ashley and HER baby (while Sharon was grieving the loss of hers)? You NEVER talk about that night, Adam reminds. Mentioning it would upset her - and now she's upset because he didn't? You're not telling me everything, Sharon suspects. Someone died and she doesn't even know why.

Assuming the news will travel quickly, it's time for some damage control at Jabot. Ashley will call the lab staff - Jack's off to quell panic. And with Billy offering to handle the sales staff, Jack's impressed. The silver lining? Team Abbott back in action! Now alone, Ashley whispers to her sleeping baby - hopefully by the time she's old enough to worry about Jabot, there will still BE a Jabot. Answering the door, Ashley finds a grim looking Neil.

Back at the tackhouse, Phyllis doesn't expect or want Nick to hate Victor. Nick can't forgive (unable to forget Summer in a hospital bed) - but he can't cut his father off (and what good will shouting at him do?). Phyllis doesn't want that either - but why not move? Sure, Victor doesn't live there - but he drops by the stables. Plus, Victor's fully recovered - Summer hasn't. Let's go house hunting. Sorry, but Nick 'can't' do that.

Drowning his sorrows at Jimmy's, a depressed JT leaves a message for Vikki - I screwed up - Tucker had a hidden agenda. He hits a button 'message erased'. Have Mac call me, he requests of the only person in the place - the bartender.

What are you accusing me of? Adam stands. Just like Jack, it seems so easy for him to lie to Sharon - then give perfectly reasonable explanations. Putting the focus on Jack (who also knew and didn't tell Sharon), Adam knows this must feel like deja vu - but he's NOT Jack. And Sharon shouldn't mistrust her instincts - don't let Nick and Phyllis get to you, Adam pleads. I LOVE you. Yes - but can he swear there are no more secrets?

Nick DID say they could move - but that was before. Things are different now. If Nick leaves, Adam will swoop in and take advantage. Dad has blinders on. Victor doesn't live here, Phyllis points out what he did earlier - but Sharon does. Maybe THAT'S why Nick doesn't want to leave. Responding only with a sigh, Nick heads upstairs.

At the club, Billy plans to postpone his other story - to write about Tucker McCall. Hold the presses, Jack doesn't want to show their hand right away. It's not the first takeover he's fended off. We may only get one shot at Tucker - let's make it between the eyes.

What the hell! Jill shouts as Tucker opens his front door. Kay's son!? Marching in, she wonders if this is where the 'son of a bitch' admits it was a game - that he used her.

Neil HAD to come back to see Ashley - due to the look on her face when he dropped the bomb. It killed him inside. Neil knows it's bad timing - he'd do anything for her. Unable to get the words out, Neil can't believe he's saying it... You're not really saying it, Ashley smiles - but he doesn't need to ~kiss~

Look who's here, Nikki walks Victor into the mausoleum's living room - don't let those bastards get you down. That's exactly what he claims he is, Kay quips - my bastard son (even though Murphy reminds that Kay gave up a daughter). You'll find her, Victor assures - but now WE take care of Tucker McCall. Yes WE - Victor's offering all his 'resources'. And as Kay hugs her 'dear friend', Victor promises that once they're through with Tucker, he'll wish he'd never been born.

Next: He's still claiming to be your son, Jill says (with Cane, Neil and Mike all there). Impossible, Nikki snips. Maybe not, Kay waves a hand ... Billy's seated at the club with Heather - I think you're really hot to get into bed with me on this thing on Adam - and dig up some dirt. If you're hot to get into bed with me we should go somewhere more private, Heather flirts ... I'm surprised to see you here Neil, Victor states (at the ranch). Neil holds Faith as he stands with Ashley.

My Thoughts: Mom would never go against Katherine, Billy says with a straight face (maybe he doesn't know about Jill hiring a homeless man to woo her - having vodka sent to the recovering alcoholic's home - trying to make Kay think she was going insane ...etc etc) Jill's spent most of her adult life 'going against' Kay ... Adam doesn't HAVE any friends, Billy and Phyllis chortle (like they're so popular) ... Hey baby - this is your wife - does Phyllis really feel the need to remind Nick? Wouldn't he recognize his home number on call display? Or recognize her voice? ... Love the way Adam reaches out to yank Victor's portrait off the wall while fighting with Nick. Pretty good for a guy who sees like he's looking at everything through a peep hole. Victor really should have made his two unruly sons clean up the mess they made of his office (and then he shoulda made them write lines 'I will not fight with my brother').... Sharon never knew both Faith's were born the same night? Geesh - these two will never put it together. And now knowing how much they have in common, you'd think the ladies might have other things to discuss - trivial gossipy things, like the lousy food, the cute medics - and the fact that they were both locked in rooms to deliver babies - and that this upscale sanitarium had absolutely no medical equipment or staff (despite admitting two women in the last trimester of their pregnancies) ... You both look very serious - is something wrong? Jack blinks at Ashley and Sharon (a woman now homeless - and has lost everything she owns) That might be considered serious ... Legacy's DO mean something, Kay barks at Tucker - though she didn't seem to grasp that concept when Jack was trying to worm his way back into Jabot .... Who's Murphy kidding? Life can return to 'normal'? Return? Normal? Yeah - OK ...Is Summer grounded to her room or sumthin'? Both Nikki and Nick have to run upstairs to see her ... If Victor's changed so much (and is as sorry as Nikki claims), why can't Victor man up and drop by the tackhouse to express that personally to Phyllis ... Who could blame Phyllis for being annoyed that Nick now refuses to move off Daddy's property - he was MORE than eager to buy a house with Sharon ... And for all his talk about the importance of family, why aren't his grandchildren on the top of Victor's 'people to visit' list? Or the infant daughter he's barely held? ... Neil and Ashley? I can't imagine a more boring pairing (unless it's JT and Mac. Why would he pour his heart out to Vikki - then erase it? Will he mope to Mac instead? It might mean free beer. Not that he cares - he left a full one on the bar) ..... Victor seems horrified that Adam fell in love with his brother's wife - I guess forgetting that he fell in love with/married his daughter's best friend - as well as the woman who was once married to his former son in law (Ashley/Brad). Plus, Victor must know the allure of Sharon - he shared a lip lock with her too. What chance does a blind guy stand in resisting her powers? ... If Victor's gonna undo everything Adam and Nick did, does that mean he's taking back the money the Bardwell's were awarded? That'd be fun. JT has a 'bright future'? What he has is bright highlights ... Ashley claims she's gonna call Jabot - tell em they're doing everything to ensure stability - but how is kissing Neil ensuring their stability? So much for 'team Abbott' .... This won't happen again, Adam assures. See to it, Victor growls back. SEE to it? You trying to be funny old man!? You want some too? POW - take THAT - and THAT. Not so funny NOW - huh it DAD!?
