Ashley joins Jack in Jabot's office - to help with the crisis (and reassure employees that Tucker McCall's takeover won't ruin what Jabot stands for).

Of course Tucker understands JT has to leave early (as he doesn't have a babysitter) - he's a dedicated family man - nothing wrong with that. On his way out, JT finds Victor at the door. Well, well - what a surprise, Tucker greets him. Why the hell would Victor retire? He has unfinished business to take care of.

Loaded down with bags, Noah's at CL's thanking Nikki for all the clothes she bought him. Eden's leaving for Paris today, Noah whines that nothing he says is the right thing. Today? That doesn't leave you much time to fix things, Nikki replies.

At the Baldwin condo, Eden - phone in hand - assumes Noah finally gave up. Cane you blame him? He's been trying for 2 days. Eden doesn't see why - he practically pushed her into going to Paris. 'Patching things up' may not even be possible. Car's on it's way, Mike comes in to announce. It'll be a great experience - but being selfish ... Mike will miss Eden like crazy. Lauren tears up - what will we do without you? Even if it IS only one semester. You've been like a father to me, Eden hugs her brother.

The entire Winter's clam - along with Kay, Brock and Jill are assembled for an announcement. As Kay frets over the DNA results, Jill has something important to tell her. But when Mac's arrival interrupts - she's encouraged to make the announcement. We're having twins! The crowd whoops and hollers.

More farewell's at the Baldwin's - Fen promising to draw pictures - Lauren wanting lots of emails. Eden never met her real mother - but if she had to describe her (she hugs an emotional Lauren). Eden scowls when Daisy comes to deliver an envelope - and thinks it awesome that Eden's going to Paris. And with Daniel's camera, she takes a picture of the 4 of them. When Noah arrives, he and Eden are left alone. Noah blew it - he wishes she weren't going - how WILL he get through it. It's just a few months - you can visit, Eden assures - then gives him the necklace her Mom gave her (that he saved in Paris). Tearing up, Noah will take good care of it. Time to go - the cab's here. I love you Noah. I love you more ~kiss~

All congratulate the Ashby's and Mac with hugs - what an overwhelming gift. You bet Jill will consider herself the grandmother. She then approaches Kay again - I HAVE to talk to you. But Kay insists business can wait - it's family time. I may have a son, she adds.

Jack and Ashley instructs the troops - do what you have to do to ensure business partners that Jabot's solid - battle stations everyone. Now alone, Jack reads a fax from Tucker - there will be changes and hard decisions. We both know what this means - Tucker plans to undo what we spent our lives building. Ashley's not so sure - all CI employees got that memo. Jack IS lucky to have Dr P in his life. Ashley may need a shrink too - Victor's gonna fight her for the ranch.

The 'ticker's' doing well, Victor talks about Tucker's reputation (causing Tucker to bring up his commercial bribery charges). Victor's a close friend of Kay's - he doesn't want her to be 'messed with'.

2 girls? 2 boys? One of each? the Winter's go over the possibilities. This snapshot right here is why Malcolm came back to GC - to reconnect with his family. Lily's so glad he's there too. Malcolm has an announcement too - he's engaged. Amazing! Lily congratulates. Neil wonders what his plan is - when this fiance gets to GC. Getting a house nearby - helping with the twins - like family should. Just like that huh? Neil frowns - Malcolm keeps playing the family card like he's entitled to be part of this family - doesn't work like that. He can't reconnect - not like this, Neil lays down the law. He'll be at the office if anyone needs him.

Mac joins JT and Reed at CL's (as the babysitter bailed on him). How DO single parents do it? he marvels - then hears Mac's pregnant with twins. You're sumthin' else, JT praises - who else would to through that.

Tucker's had his eye on CI for a long time - NE must have too. Victor explains he was invited in on the IPO (which Tucker monopolized under false pretenses). Is he really Kay's son? We'll see, won't we? Tucker looks confident.

Back at the mausoleum, Kay hangs up the phone - then tells Nikki the test results are on their way. Kay's hired the 3 best lab's in the country - but refuses to believe Tucker's her son. What kind of son does something so malicious? One who was abandoned, ignored, Kay reasons. Nikki knows she had no choice - but Kay feels guilty that she didn't reach out to him. It doesn't excuse Tucker - Nikki won't stand for it - and neither will Victor. Regardless of what the tests say, Tucker won't win.

Ashley tells Jack that Victor now wants the ranch back - paperwork was drawn up (but Victor never signed them). Ashley feels Faith and Abby have a right to grow up at the ranch. Stand your ground, Jack encourages - he'll do everything in his power to help.

The mood is somber at the Baldwin's condo - as they assure a glum Noah that the time will fly by. Though Daisy volunteers to take his mind off things, Noah decides to go home and pout. No honey - you didn't say anything wrong, Lauren assures Daisy.

What if he IS my son, Kay contemplates - it's all her fault (that Tucker hates her). Jill slips in to overhear Nikki's pep talk. Her love means SO much to Kay - oh Nikki - if only YOU could have been my daughter. Not needing any DNA to stand by her friend, Nikki vows she and Victor will get CI back. Kay's pleased that they've reconciled - she and Victor belong together. And when the results arrive - and confirm that Tucker IS Kay's son, Kay decides to go tell him in person. You'll handle him the way he deserves, Nikki says with a hug.

CI's just another acquisition to Tucker - the same way Jabot was to Victor (no agenda THERE, right? he scoffs). Victor offers to buy Tucker's shares - name your price. Tucker refuses - he's still basking in the glow. Victor stands - don't say I never tried to settle this in a civil manner. See you around, he strolls out.

Brock joins Mac, JT (and Reed) at CL's. And as JT goes to make a call, Brock gushes about Mac's selfless act - but - has she thought this through? Is she prepared for that sacrifice? (giving birth and handing the babies over to another family).

Malcolm sure didn't think sharing HIS good news would cause that kinda reaction in Neil. Cane doesn't think it's the engagement. hat then? Lily's missed Malcolm (one of her favourite people) - but Neil's the father who's been there for her. Malcolm setting up house to help with the twins is just too much, too soon.

Neil goes to whine to Ashley - yup - he walked out - why can't he be happy for his brother? Ashley feels they just need to work things out. Neil must figure out a way to make things work. Ashley often feels like strangling Jack - but when she needs him, he's right there. Try to work things out, she encourages. As they're about to kiss, Jack barges in - hey Neil. No - Neil doesn't need anything from Jack - Ashley gave him exactly what he needed (and as he saunters out, Jack looks suspicious).

Jill goes to appeal to Tucker - that company is Kay's LIFE. But she has family, money, a great life, Tucker points out - how can she be THAT devastated? ARE you her son? Jill demands to know. Tucker vows he is - and he didn't STEAL CI - he paid for it - and will make it thrive like never before. It's business Darlin' - we're the same - not afraid to take risks. Loyalty? Why does Kay deserve Jill's unwavering devotion? Flashing back to hearing Kay wish Nikki was her daughter, Jill thinks it over - Tucker wants to 'stick it out' - together ~kiss~

Sorry - didn't mean to startle you, Nikki says (when Ashley finds her in the ranch's living room). She took Noah shopping - and he gave her permission to put the stuff away. Problem? No - Nikki's free to visit Noah whenever - but call first. Don't be so 'prickly', Nikki chides - no one answered the door so she used her key. Ashley wants that key back - right now. That'll be Victor's decision, Nikki replies.

When Victor mosey's into Jack's office, he's accused of having his fingers crossed when giving Ashley the ranch - that Abbott heart's not working as well as they hoped it would. Ignoring the comments, Victor's there about Tucker - something needs to be done.

Reed perched in her lap, Mac assures Brock that she's 100% certain she can handle it (helping the Ashby's start a family) - she wouldn't have done it otherwise. Fine - Brock just had to ask. Mac has his full support - but now, he has to go check on the Duchess. Returning in time to say 'good bye' to Brock, JT might just take Mac up on her offer to help with Reed while Vikki's away.

As Noah enters CL's moping over the necklace Eden gave him, Eden's hugging her Aunt at the airport. Tante Juliet thinks Eden's mistaken - YOU contacted ME first. Weird - Eden didn't send any letter (or even know she HAD an aunt). If you didn't write to me, who did?

Daisy's still with the Baldwin's as they reminisce about Eden first showing up - with a chip on her shoulder. They've both enjoyed having her there. Daisy knows it'll be hard getting used to her being away. She's no substitute - but Daisy offers to help in any way. You're the sweetest girl, Lauren falls for it.

When Neil returns to apologize for taking off the way he did, Malcolm feels HE'S the one who should apologize. Neil goes first - he's been putting up walls (and not giving Malcolm a chance). Perhaps they can start over. Malcolm thinks Neil the rock of the Winter's family - if he disrespected that, he's sorry. From now on, he'll shut up - and earn his way back into the family. Neil wants to work past their issues - welcome back little brother ~hug~ (much to Lily's delight).

Ashley and Nikki continue their showdown. It's MY house - MY key - hand it over right now. Nikki doesn't think so. You're both obnoxious and underhanded, Ashley rants - then does a mocking imitation of Nikki 'Ashley I'm so self sacrificing - please go save Victor - you're the only one who can'. Nikki's indignant - you dumped him when his heart was in ribbons - then, when he's barely on his feet, ask him for the ranch. YOU got this house when you divorced him - right!? Abby and Faith don't deserve the same upbringing!? When Nikki heads for the door (figuring Victor can handle it), Ashley blocks her - you can have Victor - but NOT my daughter's home!

Victor goes to Jack - let's put our differences aside and put that fool in his place. For Kay's sake, Jack says he's got a partner. But when Jack extends his hand, gives him a little salute instead (then leaves Jack fuming).

Pretty please, Tucker pleads with Jill to take the bracelet back (as she's naked under the sheets with him). Jill demands he be straight with her from now on. Cross my heart, Tucker agrees (claiming she already holds the majority stake in it). And as they kiss, Kay barges in - Tucker? So THIS is where you've been all the time, Kay shouts at Jill - who knows how anxious she's been for the results. It's not what it looks like, Jill insists. Kay tells them both to shut up - you will never be my son - and YOU were never my daughter (which causes Jill to look deeply pained).

Next: The Bardwell's stare from their dinner table - as Jack gives Mike an ultimatum - She's got two choices - pay me the money she owes me - or go straight to jail ... Back at the mausoleum, Kay shouts at Jill - You slept your way into this house - and now you've slept your way out! .... Victor leans over his desk to speak to Adam - I value your opinion - but I don't trust you.

My Thoughts: No wonder fear and uncertainty are running rampant throughout Jabot - both Ashley AND Jack are at the office? That alone must have Jabot's employees nervous - crisis or not .... Nice that Eden thinks Mike's been more of a father to her - than her real father - but ignoring the past few months (and when he stole her money filled teddy bear) - she claimed he was a great Dad (it always sounded like she loved her ashram childhood) ... The top notch DNA lab sends results in an unsealed envelope? Then let just anyone sign for Katherine? (the delivery guy didn't even lean in to confirm that Kay was sitting right there on the sofa) ... How long is Eden supposed to be staying with this stranger she's never met - a few months? Now, it's a semester? Will she be enrolling in school in Paris? Won't not speaking the language hinder her studies ... When announcing his engagement to 'one hell of a woman', why wouldn't Malcolm have a photo to show the family - he IS a photographer after all .... Um Noah - maybe your relationship with Eden's not quite as solid as you think. Just over that little spat, she's been ignoring his calls for 2 days? What a prima donna - but couldn't Noah have made it over prior to 10 minutes before Eden left for the airport ... Gee Eden - I wonder WHO could possibly have sent your aunt that letter - pretending to be you. If Eden didn't know she had an aunt, HOW did Daisy manage to locate her? Why would she accuse Daisy of burning down Sharon's house (while she and Noah were in it) - but not immediately suspect she sent the bogus letter? Since Daisy's obviously working on taking Eden's place, how long will it be before she's staying in her room? Then she'll be able to serve Lauren more helpings of that special teas she makes. Come ON Lauren - you're smarter than that ... Just itching to tell Kay something very important - was Jill planning to tell her she's been sleeping with Tucker - in the middle of the Ashby's living room? She couldn't find time to tell her at home? ... Why is Daisy surprised to hear Eden's going to Paris - didn't she hear about that yesterday? ... Never mind Nikki not knocking at the ranch's front door - ... Why the hell would I retire? Victor asks. Um - because you're old - because you have oodles of money - because you have 2 sons more than eager to take over? ... It's bad enough that Noah's Mommy went out to buy him clothes - but now his Grandma as well? Why would he need 'pretty much everything'? The night of the fire, Noah said he had plenty of clothes at his Dad's .... Why is Eden's surrogate Mom and Dad sending her off to the airport in a taxi. Why not drive her themselves? Ensure she gets on the plan OK - cry and wave some more? ... Isn't it slightly in poor tasted for Ashley to be making jokes about Jack marrying a shrink - and the possibility of needing one herself? It's not that long ago that she was seeing ghosts - and checking into a sanitarium (and when she finds out that she's raising Sharon's baby - she'll be back in there) ... Nikki understands why Kay HAD to give her baby away? Because Brock's father couldn't raise a baby that wasn't his? Huh? It's done all the time - Kay was saving her own ass ... Why did Neil look at Ashley like she'd just shared the cure for cancer? Didn't she just repeat what Neil just said - that he and Malcolm need to work things out? Why is she 'golden'? ... Nothing I say is right, Noah mopes. See? You DO know about girls - besides - Eden's overexaggerating - Noah didn't 'practically push' her into going (any more than Lauren did) - if that were the case, he'd have presented her with a new luggage set - or a barret or sumthin'. How WILL Noah ever get through it? I'm guessing Kleenex, hand lotion and adult movies - just like before Eden came along ..... Why is Ashley so hell bent on giving her daughters the same upbringing as Nick and Vikki? It didn't seem to work too well for them - plus they were shipped off to boarding school for years ... So what if Nikki refuses to hand her key over - why doesn't Ashley just get the locks changed? (and why doesn't Tucker lock HIS front door? Especially when the mother of the lady you've got in bed comes a callin'.... Tsk tsk - hardly politically correct Mikey - Come here son - you're such a midget, Mike hoists Fen up for the photo. Um - they don't like to be called midgets - they're 'little people'.
