Clad in matching swimsuits (though Adam's has a lot more material), Sharon and Adam open the patio door of their hotel room - but never mind the beach - let's kiss.

At CL's, Chloe ends her call with P - then whines to Mac - oh why did she plan a wedding on the same day as Delia's first birthday. Billy arrives with all Delia's gifts - to wonder why his two exes are having coffee together. Rummaging through the bags for the tiara, he suddenly remembers who's head he put it on.

Vikki wheels her luggage in - hello? Anyone home? And as she comes across the tiara, JT comes down to kiss the wife he missed. With Reed napping, JT questions the tiara in her hand (which she got by mistake from another passenger). Deciding to celebrate their anniversary another day, Vikki will check in with the office - then let him know. JT frowns - already annoyed by the order of priority.

At the club, P's all checked in - and warns Jack to stay away - the next time he sees her will be at the church. It WILL be perfect, Jack assures his nervous bride - tomorrow you'll be Mrs John Abbott JR. P giggles - she's not taking his name ~hug~ but she WILL be his wife.

Paul visits Pattycakes (who swoons - eyes closed - ignoring him until he tries another name). Now turning, Patty's eyes snap open - Yes, I'm Dr Peterson, how can I help you?

Vikki chats to JT about Reed's crush from playgroup - then is sat down for her anniversary gift. Both want to look forward (and be better than ever after a hard year). Vikki gasps over the beautiful locket - then hands JT his gift. JT somewhat likes the expensive watch (one that Victor has - and Tucker will approve of). When Vikki questions him still working for 'that guy', JT doesn't want to go there. And let the bickering begin (over her pressuring him to stay at NE despite him being miserable). Voices are now raised - as JT defends working for Tucker - and taking a few shots at Victor. And when he caps it off by reminding that SHE was the one who cheated, Vikki throws the gift box at him and marches out. Stuffed animal in hand, Reed comes down - is Mommy home?

Delia in his lap, Billy prods her to say Dada. She's saying 'baba', Chloe corrects - she wants her bottle. Mac's charmed by how 'into' Delia Billy is. Noting his good mood, Mac suggests he use it to bring RS out of the gutter. Chloe chimes in to say their 'do gooder' issue (on Rory Gleason) was the worst issue yet. Chloe updates on the magazine - then brings up the fight between him and Jack. Can't the 'new' Billy reach out to his brother?

Oh - how CAN Jack survive the next 24 hours without his beloved P? Paul then calls to announce Patty's gotten worse - Dr Jasper's out of town. She needs YOU. Patty's completely delusional - Paul can't reach her - Dr P really needs to see this for herself. Behind Paul, Patty, a towel on her head, swipes something off a cart in the hallway - and hiding it under her towel, goes back into her cell. Fine - Dr P will come over - but this is the LAST time. And with more mention of the wedding tomorrow, Jack and P share a good bye hug.

JT thanks Mac for coming over to babysit - then as Reed runs off to make a welcome home card for Mommy, JT updates Mac that the big reunion couldn't have gone worse. Therapy? The Newman's don't DO therapy. Vikki stormed out without even seeing her son. You ARE helping, JT assures the concerned Mac. And now he's off to his meeting - appreciating Mac (who offers to do anything she can to help).

Back at CL's, Chloe's busy on the phone as Vikki and Billy chat at the counter. Handing over the tiara, Vikki babbles about fixing one of the sparkles that fell off. Billy notes she's been crying. Jet lag? Really? Go away, Vikki snaps - we were never friends (though Billy sure thought they were in New York).

Still in her bikini, Sharon sprawls across Adam - if only they could stay there forever - drinks on the beach - Pina Colada's. What? Adam balks - miss out on all the snow - the disapproving stares? As long as we ARE here, let's make the best of it ~kiss~

Paul and P peer through the window at Patty - who's tending to her paper mache house. Paul's worried - it's not Patty - she's become YOU. P talks about self hatred - maybe she needs a new med cocktail. If face to face with HER, will Patty maintain the Dr P persona? Inside, Patty's talking to her paper Jack - you took my breath away the moment I saw you - so handsome .... How could I not fall in love with you? Patty then becomes increasingly agitated - You made promises - said you'd never hurt me. I've been so alone here - I need you. You lied to me - over and over - I'M your wife! I'm not gonna let you take him - you can't have him - he's mine! she crumples up the newspaper photo - then using both fists, demolishes her house.

Chloe's coerced Billy into coming to Jack's (teasing him about flirting with Vikki). Ordering Chloe to get rid of the red carnations, Jack doesn't know why Billy's there - but doesn't have time right now. Billy's not there to gloat - and isn't surprised to hear Jack and Ashley were fired (nor that Glo's been hired). Jack's sure Victor had inside information - and is planning to 'snatch' Jabot back - then get married. Come run RS with me, Billy invites (much to Jack's surprise).

Before P goes in to see Patty, Paul worries about her finding out about P's marriage to Jack. P thinks Patty's obsession with her is as unhealthy as her obsession with Jack .She'll do much better with another doctor - P promises to find the right one. After Paul leaves, Patty cleans up her cell. Hi - I'm Dr Emily Peterson, Patty smiles up from her bunk. P plays along - claiming to be a consultant to the hospital - she just spoke to Paul Williams. You know him. Do I? He's your brother Patty - he's concerned for you. Why are you mimicking me? Oh Dr P - I just admire you so much, Patty drops the act - that's why you can't leave me. P's firm but gentle - this will be her last visit. Why? It's time? It isn't because you're marrying my husband, Jack?

It goes back and forth for a bit. Patty asks if she's marrying Jack. P won't discuss her personal life. Damn right I'm, upset, Patty stands to growl - how would you feel if your therapist was marrying your husband!? That's why you had me locked up in here. P reminds Patty of her actions - what she did to Colleen - Summer etc. Patty denies it. It all makes sense now - she wanted Jack all along - and used HER to get to him. You won't get away with it - he's mine! Patty blocks the door. Get out of my way! P shrieks - but shoved against the door, P's now unconscious on the floor. Patty bends over her - Jack's mine - will always be mine.

At the club's bar, Heather encourages Paul to share what's troubling him. It's Patty, Paul wishes she'd known her - when she was sweet and innocent - not able to handle someone like Jack. Paul relays having to call Patty Dr P - first taking her face, now she's taken over her personality. Heather agrees P should take herself off the case - she IS marrying Jack. Paul wishes he'd gone after Patty when she ran away - she's too delicate to be out there on her own.

Sharon and Adam snuggle naked in bed - with thoughts of sailing around the world. Oh yeah - pirates. How about running a scuba diving business - spend the rest of their lives in paradise. How about running a beach side bar? Working in bathing suits - no pressure - perfect. What would people think? Wanna do it? Yes - Adam's serious - who says they have to stay in GC? Noah would think her the coolest Mom ever. Why not? Dump all the baggage - start over again. Let's do it, Sharon agrees ~kiss~

JT we need to talk, Vikki calls out as she comes in. With Reed hugging her legs, Vikki looks up at Mac, unimpressed - where's my husband? Vikki then gushes over Reed - no, she's not going away again. She's crying because she's happy. Mac explains that JT's at a meeting - Gabby had an appointment. Abby? She's in school. Apologizing, Vikki's just jet lagged - how's the pregnancy going? Twins? Wow - wonderful. She's glad to hear Lily's doing well too. When the pizza arrives, Mac will just take it with her. Vikki agrees - and thanks her for watching Reed.

Jack appreciates the offer (to work at RS) - but doesn't think so. He's sorry he didn't include Billy in the Jabot bid. Chloe reports a few snags - but everything's under control. Jack still doesn't have a best man - how about it Billy?

Dr P awakens - Patty? She's opening capsules - pouring the meds into P's water bottle. You tripped and hit your head, Patty claims. Don't get up - no need for an orderly - I'll help you. Drink this - it'll make you feel better. Drink it dammit! Patty now straddles the doctor.

As JT comes home, Mac's on her way out with her pizza. He spots Vikki - and hears Reed's in his room playing. Again thanked, Mac leaves Vikki and JT to eye one another cautiously. It's over, isn't it? Vikki whispers. Yeah, JT thinks it is.

Now in robes, Adam's got the name of a realtor. But - Sharon's had a change of heart - she can't just ditch her life and start a new one. We have obligations - at home. And what about his job? Adam can quit - he won't get bored running a bar on the beach. Alas, Sharon keeps talking about responsibilities - and she knows they'll be OK as long as they're together - don't be afraid - you won't lose me ~kiss~ But over her shoulder, Adam doesn't look convinced.

Billy would be honoured to be Jack's best man ~hug~ Yup - he's still got his tux. Jack insists he write his toast down - not wing it - he doesn't want anything to ruin his wedding day.

You SAID you were my friend - SAID you'd help me, Patty's sitting astride P. Liar! You stole my life - I'm taking it back! Her nose plugged, P gulps and sputters the water being forced down her throat.

My Thoughts: P may not have needed alterations on her dress (like Ashley did) - but she should have had alterations made on her jacket (specifically the pointy corners winging out from her shoulders - giving the appearance that it's still on the hanger) ... If Mac doesn't watch her pizza consumption, she'll be left with nothing but stretch marks and weight she can't lose (and not even any adorable babies to show for it). Does she think being pregnant is license to eat anything she wants for 9 months? What company delivers pizza out in the country - for lunch? ... Shouldn't Vikki's first priority be the son she hasn't seen in weeks - napping or not? ... Why DOES Vikki have to check with the office before letting JT know when they can celebrate their anniversary - what's wrong with today? She is the boss's daughter after all) ... What a klutz Vikki is - unable to get food to her mouth yesterday, she almost loses the locket when opening it. Did she even open the locket up? If she loves the necklace, why wouldn't she ask JT to put it around her neck right then and there? .. And why wouldn't she mention running into Billy at the airport? Lying (by omission) that she got the tiara from some random passenger. Isn't it possible, if not likely, that Billy will mention it when running into JT at CL's or the club? ... Paul mentioning that Patty was overprotected as a child makes it that much stranger that her God fearing mother hasn't ONCE bothered to visit her - and living in the same town, why hasn't Heather made an attempt to see her Aunt? Nina's the only one who's gone with Paul. Where IS Nina anyway? Was she stolen the night of the break in? ... If the stuffed dog's a surprise for Delia's birthday, why is Billy hauling it into CL's? ... Did Vikki need to point out that the watch she bought JT is expensive? Couldn't she just 'accidentally' leave the price tag on? ... So angry at Jack for treating him like a child, why on earth would Billy invite Jack to run RS with him? ... Couldn't Patty's case have been transferred to a DR who isn't 'out of town' all the time? What happened to all the specialists and resources Victor promised? ... Jack claims he's gonna 'snatch' Jabot back - BEFORE he gets married? Good luck with THAT one ... Paul claims he can't hang around the mental facility because he has work to do - then goes to sit at the club's bar? Heather looks pretty good for a woman who's slept on the sofa in her office - guess they have a shower there too? ... Sharon's got her scuba diving certification? Who knew? ... If the tiara's so cheaply made that the sparkly things fall off it so easily, isn't it a choking hazard for a one year old? ... What exactly are Sharon's 'responsibilities' and 'obligations' at home? Noah's in Paris - Doris has wheeled off into the sunset - and it's not like she has a job or anything .. Clever Paul worries that one of the orderlies might slip up - tell Patty about the wedding. They wouldn't do that, P reassures - will Mark get fired? Will anyone ever find out that he hand delivered the wedding announcement to Patty's padded cell? ... What did Patty steal from the cart in the hallway? A bottle of bleach? Will she dye P's hair blonde? And will it be revealed that P's big surprise for Jack is that she'd planned to go blonde? How convenient ... While making big plans for a future in St Martin, Adam must have forgotten he's legally blind - one day to be completely blind. What tourists want to be taken out in a boat with a blind guy? How does he plan to pour drinks without being able to read the label? Not being able to tell if his customer has handed him a US ten dollar bill - or some worthless monopoly money? Plus - how many more years does Sharon think she has left looking good enough to 'work all day in a bikini?
