Jack carries his bride across the threshold - kiss. Say it again 'wife' - my sexy, beloved 'wife'. Jack complies. Ah - it's so good to be home - to start a life together - and get Jabot back from Victor. That man can't toy with other people and their dreams, Patty agrees. Not to worry - Jack's all over it.

Visiting Victor at NE, Tucker orders Bourbon - Victor better make his a double (he IS handing over a lot of cash). Tucker's glad Adam working for him hasn't blown their deal. Victor snorts at the idea of mixing business with personal matters - it won't be the first or last time his son disappoints him.

With Nick, Sharon and Phyllis looking on, Ashley waves the infamous purple cloth in Adam's face - the one he said didn't exist - admit you used it as proof I killed Sabrina! she shrieks. Nope - didn't happen - Adam's never seen that cloth before in his life.

24 hours - nothing! Kevin frets to the Romalotti's (who are determined to find Jana) at CL's. But where could she be? Meanwhile, Jana slowly awakens on a bed of leaves - in what appears to be a big outdoor cage (an abandoned zoo perhaps?)

Jack covers his bride's eyes - and walks her into the living room - surprise - there's a large portrait of the bride above the mantle. Jack will look at it to remember all the great moments they've shared - his gorgeous, wise, lovely, woman ... Stop - it's not true, Patty objects. Huh - you don't like it? Jack pouts.

No matter what that waiter says, Kevin insists they weren't fighting - someone took Jana - like Daisy and Ryder (whom Jana's been investigating). But - they both have alibi's. Spotting Chloe, Kevin asks her to have her detective boyfriend look into Jana's disappearance.

When Adam hints that Ashley was unstable last summer, she reminds that he recently claimed the fabric didn't exist - so what is THIS? Looking hurt (as everyone stares at him) Adam can't believe these accusations - from his friend .... Ashley's now sure Adam was trying to drive her insane. And when Adam feigns innocence regarding Dr Taylor, Phyllis chimes in - does the name Janelle Stores ring a bell? Phyllis talked to her - there's no way Adam didn't know about Skye was molested too. Sharon gapes - did you know what kind of man Dr Taylor was?

You've never been more beautiful, Jack admires the portrait. Don't say that - people will think I'm vain - walk in and see HER. Don't be silly - they'll think Jack is one lucky bastard - to have such a lovely, kind, intelligent wife. I love you, Patty grins ~kiss~ Jack's so grateful - and yes, proud - Dr Emily Peterson married me - I love you. Yes, Patty's OK - perfect in fact. Jack agrees she is - but now he must go get Jabot back - and surely Dr P has patients to see. Go take back what's yours, P sends Jack off - then is left to talk to the portrait - she's taking back what's HERS too. I'M his beloved wife - not YOU, ME.

Phyllis insists Skye MUST have told her boyfriend (she told her best friend didn't she?). No - there's no 'misunderstanding'. Adam loved Skye - not like he loves Sharon - but if someone took advantage of her... Oh God - sitting down, Adam now remembers a week Skye wasn't herself - he thought it was exams...but. Stop! Ashley's not buying it (and neither are the Newman's). Adam denies Skye confided in him. Ashley's accusations continue - You KNEW - and you sent him to ME! Ashley shouts - did you want him to hurt me - or my DAUGHTER!? When Adam suggests he and Sharon leave, Nick won't let Sharon go anywhere with this punk.

At CL's, Amber and Chloe assures Kevin that Jana will be found (they found Mrs C didn't they?). Plus, his online post is getting lots of hits and encouragement. And here's Ryder too - wanted or not - he wants to help find Jana.

As Tucker and Victor go over business, Jack marches in. Ah - just the titans he wanted to see. Jack cancelled his honeymoon for this - to announce that he knows how Victor stole his company - and made a fool out of Tucker in the process.

Sharon - don't do this, Nick implores. And while Phyllis hopes Sharon knows better, Ashley invites her to stay with her. As Sharon needs to think, Adam continues his denials - he'd have killed Dr Taylor if he knew - and would never put his friend Ashley in danger. But, was Dr Taylor unprofessional in any way? Think about it. Was having a healthy baby part of Adam's evil plan? Trust me - I'm innocent, he assures Sharon - let's get out of here. Yes - let's get out of here, Sharon follows her husband (much to Nick's chagrin).

Of course Ryder wants to help - No, he doesn't know where she is - but Jana gave him a job, a place to stay. Over the Romalotti's objections, Kevin accepts - that way he'll be able to keep tabs on Ryder. Ryder's to go with Kevin - as he goes to check Jana's regular spots. Online, Chloe gets a hit - Jana was seen yesterday - at the Francis theater. Ryder stammers - why would she....? Who cares why - let's GO (the three boys file out)

Helping himself to a drink, Jack talks of the show Victor put on - the fight between Victor and Adam was a ruse - the interview. That's right - he's put all the pieces together. Victor thinks that an insult to his father's memory - Jack's undervaluing Jabot. Jack knows what Jabot's worth, down to the last pencil - yet Victor slithered in with his high bid. Insider information? Your son the 'snake' is also a mole! Tucker begins to look suspicious.

So, Tucker gets it straight - Victor got info on the sealed bids - locked in his desk. Delivered by a blind man to a father he hates, Victor scoffs. Yup - Jack's confident and convinced. Did Tucker suspect collusion? Nope - Tucker admits he may have been dazzled by the dollar signs. But Tucker isn't irritated - he's amused (making money always makes him smile). Jack continues his accusations. Yes - he DOES want to go public with his theory - shout it from the rooftops - and bring the deal to a screeching halt. You have a gift for spinning stories about me, Victor reminds Jack. Yes - you're my muse, Jack agrees - only THIS story is true - this story will bite you right in the Jabot deal. Victor reminds that Jabot hasn't been Jack's for YEARS - get used to it!

At home, Patty writes in her journal - I'm Mrs Jack Abbott - for keeps. Nothing - no one, will come between us. She talks to the portrait - you can't chase me away - this is MY home - MY life. My wonderful life, she writes some more - married to a man who loves only me. Again to the portrait - it's me he kisses and makes love to - not you - you don't matter to him at all. Though Patty does look creeped out by the portrait staring down at her.

Ashley can't believe Sharon left with Adam. She loves him - it's who she is, Nick - and then Phyllis understand. Nick thinks Adam made sense - maybe Skye didn't tell Adam - Faith IS perfect. He understands Sharon will give Adam the benefit of the doubt. Ashley suggests they test the fabric. No - it's been washed. But can't they detect blood? This fabric is Ashley's proof - she'll have to come up with something else - until Adam can't deny what he did to me. Nick doesn't look convinced - and doesn't much like defending Adam.

Back at the suite, Sharon doesn't need a nap - or food - she needs to know EVERYTHING Adam has done - or she won't walk away - she'll run!

When Amber pulls out Jana's Ouija Board, Chloe scoffs at the slumber party toy? The girls watch the pointer thing move around the letters. M-A-M-A? Let's try again. Help us find Jana, Amber tries to sound all mysterious. Help us find Jana .....M-A ...No - Amber's not pregnant - but DOES have babies on the brain. Maybe her fingers are obsessed. You want a baby? Chloe points out that they're a lot of work - enjoy being a newlywed. They then give it another try... Amber uses her swami voice - Find Jana - Nothing about meeee - or babies ... M - again! Stop it now, Chloe snaps. Sorry Jana, Amber gives up and looks defeated.

In the old theater, the usher sweeping the floor did indeed see Jana - but didn't see her leave. Hey - is there a reward? My wife is missing and you want money? Kevin snarls (causing the usher to suggest she bolted because he's a 'tool'). Regardless, Kevin and Daniel believe the guy DID see Jana there (though Ryder doesn't) and as Kevin and Daniel speed out, Ryder pauses to look around nervously before following.

Arms folded, Sharon wants to hear about Dr Taylor - he delivered my baby - was the only man to hold her. Adam would go back and fix that if he could, more than she knows. Think about it! Ashley was unstable - her history's no secret. She's ashamed - lost it - and looking for someone to blame. Sharon WANTS to believe him. Adam's loved every second with her - would walk through hell for her - but if she thinks him a monster, she SHOULD leave him. THEY will never stop trying to convince her he's a monster. So - that's everything? Sharon confirms. Yes - Adam's told her everything. Let's leave - nothing's keeping us here, Adam pleads. No - he's not running away. Their marriage won't survive in this toxic place! After Adam slams out, Sharon's left alone with her unsettling thoughts.

So - Tucker concludes that Jack really plans to take this theory to a judge. You'll be tossed out on your ass, Victor growls. Yeah, but it might raise a red flag - buy Jack time to prove Adam compromised the bidding process (on Victor's orders). He COULD have gotten Jabot back fair and square with his generous bid - but - this will be fun too. Gentleman! Jack slams his empty glass down then marches out.

The boys now back at CL's, Kevin reports that Jana was at the theater. No - the tumour's not back - she was recently tested for her headaches and got an all clear. Chloe's on the phone with Chance - he's filing a missing person's report - looking for credit card use etc. Kevin grabs the phone - to insist Jana didn't leave their dinner on her own (the waiter's wrong about them fighting). She was at the Francis movie theater, he adds. Thanking Chance, Kevin hangs up. Now frantic, he feels like he's gonna crawl out of his skin. Ryder looks guilty - as Kevin's hugged by Amber. Something happened to her, he insists.

Help!!! Someone help me! Jana scream through the bars. HELP!

This is Dr Emily Peterson - she's calling about a patient, Patty's still comatose - possibly brain damaged - of course - due to lack of oxygen. What a shame. Yes, she's a lovely, misunderstood woman. Dr P will be praying for her recovery. Hanging up, Patty smiles - giggles at the portrait - looks like you're not gonna make it.

Alone in her suite, a teary and torn Sharon eyes her wedding ring - flashing back to the good times with Adam. Oh what do do....

Victor assures Tucker that Jack's just mouthing off. But Tucker thinks he's right about one thing - it's more than luck that Victor came up with the magic number. But he doesn't really care how Victor did it - his money's fine by him - but if Jack's right - Victor better hope Adam won't sell him out. Victor will be in touch - have a nice day.

Jack joins Adam at the club's bar - Hey, why so glum chum? Jack again shares his suspicions (and is plan to gut the Jabot deal) - once he proves it Adam and the deal will be toast. Adam drinks - stuff it. Jack knows how desperate Adam is for his Daddy's love - think again - work with ME to get Jabot back where it belongs - at least Jack will be straight. Daddy didn't ask Vikki or Nick to compromise themselves, now did he? You've been had - work with ME - what you see is what you get. Last time Adam did that - he ended up in jail. Don't whine - that wasn't personal - it was about Victor - the one thing they have in common - let's put that to good use. Think about it, Jack walks off (leaving Adam to do just that).

Phyllis blathers on to Nick as they arrive at the CL's patio. While Nick reminds that Ashley WAS out of it - Adam has an explanation for everything, Phyllis is sure there's more - Ashley's fine - the baby's fine - what was Adam after? she wonders.

My sweet Faith, Ashley coos to the bassinet. Thank God Dr Taylor didn't hurt her precious baby - what WOULD she do without her special girl?

Next: Neil and Kay are going over files. Kay won't rest until she finds a smoking gun ... A middle ages man approaches Cane (as he dines with Lily). Oh come ON - it hasn't been THAT long, the man smiles. As if he doesn't know the man, Cane thinks he must be mistaking him for someone else ... Adam and Sharon find Ashley at the Carlton Manor. Ashley's sorry to disappoint Sharon - but there's been a change of plans.

My Thoughts: Adam's right about one thing - GC IS toxic - but why hasn't he suggested they return to his farm in Kansas? .. Since it's HIS house - and no Mrs Jack Abbott lasts very long, why wouldn't Jack have hung a portrait of BOTH he and Dr P? ... Why is Phyllis calling Adam 'Betty'? ... Victor doesn't mix personal and business matters? Really - then why was he so determined to buy Jabot (an under performer) - did he really need another cosmetics company. Was getting the company back for Kay personal or business? Was hiring Gloria as Jabot's ambassadoress a wise business decision? Or a personal one? (to stick it to Jack) .... Why would Dr P have patients to see? Didn't she schedule time off for her honeymoon? Isn't Dr Jasper back from HIS extended vacation to cover for HER? ... Great idea Patty - keep a journal - I'm sure THAT will never be found and read ... How did Victor steal JACK's company? As Victor pointed out, Jack hasn't owned Jabot in years.... Poor Tucker - he didn't want to get in the middle of Kay and Jill's petty differences - but instead, finds himself in the middle of Jack and Victor's decades old feud... Jack will be 'straight' with Adam? Is that a dig at 'Betty's' questionable sexual preferences? ... Kevin's 'post' regarding his missing wife is getting lots of 'hits'? What are the odds that the theater's usher would finish last night's shift - log onto a missing person's website - then go in for today's shift? Why would he suggest Jana left because Kevin's a 'tool' - doesn't he recognize the famous Silver Chipmunk? - maybe Jana left because Kevin's a nutty bank robbing pyromaniac ... Huh? Tucker doesn't 'care' how Victor 'did it'? He doesn't mind being duped? A blind guy breaking into his desk and passing along confidential information. But really - Tucker shouldn't be THAT surprised. Didn't Adam come complete with a flash drive of confidential NE 'interests'? ... Phyllis has washed that little purple cloth a thousand times? Wow - it looks pretty good - does she iron it too? It must be hemmed on all four sides too - no hanging threads or anything. What detergent does Phyllis use - that totally removes blood stains ... More talk of Daisy and Ryder's alibi's being air tight - despite no one talking to either Ryder's manager or Daisy's 'friends'. No one knows what time Ryder's shift ended (I mean, how late does a book store stay open?). No one asked what time Daisy left CL's (also not known for it's late night hours). Good sleuthing kids! And why hasn't Paul been enlisted yet? Surely he needs a distraction from sobbing at his 'sister's' bedside. You'd think the Romalotti's would call the PI who's spy gadget necklace was instrumental in Phyllis' plan that put Deacon behind bars ... Oh brother - if only Jana's Ouija Board spelt out the name 'Sheila' instead of Mama Bear. It would save everyone, us included, a lot of time. Who holds a seance in a crowded coffee house - and why didn't any curious kids mosey over to see what the heck was going on? I know I'd be right over if I saw that going on at my local Second Cup ... Why is Nick calling Adam a punk - isn't Adam his OLDER brother? ... Isn't Jack being a bit theatrical - his visit to see Tucker and Victor, the 'titans', is a 'date with destiny'? Why are Victor and Tucker meeting in NE's break room? Where anyone can just wander in to grab an apple from the fridge? Instead of the CEO's office - or better yet - at the company they're meeting to discuss; Jabot? Why was there no receptionist posted outside - to prevent unwanted guests from barging in on their meeting? Where is the wonderful Connie? Or security - who might think it pertinent to stop Jack Abbott from wandering around the place? .. No wonder Dante and the rest of Jabot's employees are panicking - they may have an ambassadoress - but they haven't had a CEO in months ... Of course Ryder would want to help find Jana - she gave him a job, a place to live - of course, she also had him fired - and kicked his ass out. Are the kids working on their 'Find Jana' T-shirts? Maybe Kevin can dust off his 'Free Jana' T-shirts (the ones he made for his campaign to free her from jail) - change 'Free' to 'Find' and you're good to go ... or maybe there's some extra 'Find Katherine' T-shirts (from their campaign to - obviously - find Katherine) - they can replace the word Katherine with Jana - the possibilities are endless. From now on, they should just print the T-shirt with a blank line ____ to be filled in with marker when needed ... So, just anyone can call GCM - claim to be Dr Peterson - and be updated on the status of patients? Never mind that whole 'family only' rule. Bet that doctor who said Patty wouldn't live through the night feels a little silly... Come work with me, Jack invites Adam. Work where exactly Jack? Where's you office located? What salary will Adam be paid?
