Phyllis tells Nick that she and Sharon are 'pretty certain' Adam called the killer the night he was murdered - but don't get used to them becoming 'quite the team'. When Victor arrives at the interrogation room, Nick hands over some NE paperwork (which he's had plenty of time to work on in jail).

Awakening on the hammock, Vikki and Billy are hungover. Make the bed stop swinging, Vikki groans (then vaguely remembers drinking rum with Jamaicans). Billy remembers the limbo - the dancing - AND getting married. Gasp! We got MARRIED!? Both are horrified - must be a mistake. Oh look - and here's a delivered gift basket - congratulations newlyweds. OMG - we ARE married.

At CL's, Devon talks of ditching work to pursue his music career (after graduation). Making it clear where he stands on Lily's situation, Malcolm knows he shoulda 'chilled' with Neil. Devon knows how Neil can be - and he sure won't be happy to hear he turned down a job at a big firm in New York. Malcolm does indeed understand - but isn't so sure having HIM in Devon's corner will help things with Neil.

As Neil agonizes over Lily's decision, Tucker approaches the table (needing Ashley's decision). Playing it cool, she'll let him know by the end of the day. As Tucker mosey's off, Ashley whines about not getting a chance to discuss it with Jack. He's not doing well - and Tucker cutting him out of Jabot won't help. Speak of the devil - here comes Jack now.

Joining Neil and Ashley, Jack's game to talk business. Taking his cue, Neil leaves Ashley to report that Tucker wants to make her CEO of Jabot. Take it, Jack encourages - it's a chance to regain control of the family company. But is there something she's not telling him?

Back in the interrogation room, Victor wants Nick to focus on his case. Hearing that Phyllis and Sharon are working together, Victor worries that the animosity between them cause more damage. When Phyllis reminds that he's done more damage, Victor tells her to stay out of Nick's business - if she loves him as much as she says she does.

Now dressed, Billy hands over Vikki's missing shoe - everything's a bit fuzzy - and it'll get a lot fuzzier once his 'colleagues' get a hold of this. Oh - what to do. Pick out china patterns? Vikki isn't amused - we're together til death do us part - take it seriously - it'd be crazy to stay married. Billy admits they were in an altered state - OK - they were out of our minds drunk - BUT - they did look into each others glassy eyes and promise to limbo together the rest of their lives - that's gotta mean something. Nice speech - but Vikki has one question - does Billy love her? Silence. Good - cause Vikki sure as hell doesn't love HIM.

As Victor reports he's flown in a forensics specialist from DC, Phyllis makes it clear she's not staying out of this - her husband's life is on the line. Nick asks them to work together - and thinks Vikki too busy to take on his work load at NE. She's fighting for her kid. She's a Newman, Victor reminds - she can handle it - you got that? After Victor leaves, Phyllis fumes - if he weren't your father..... Nick's just glad he's on their side.

Malcolm supports Devon and all - but he won't talk to Neil. He feels Devon's more a 'brother' to him. Devon agrees - Malcolm gets him in a way Neil doesn't. Malcolm knows a guy who believes in supporting young artists - who needs an assistant. Who is this guy? Me.

Tucker approaches Neil at the bar to ask him to go over a Jabot contract. Neil balks - legal should be handling that - not a senior vice president. And why is he so insistent to have Ashley run Jabot? What's up to? Neil doesn't want to see Ashley hurt. And what makes Neil think Tucker will? The way he treated his own mother.

Jack doesn't care what conditions Tucker put on the contract - Ashley should run Jabot. But as he rattles on about his own involvement - and bringing Billy onboard too, Ashley shuts him up - we can't work together on this one. Huh? Jack's stunned to hear that the contract stipulates that Ashley's the only Abbot to work at Jabot.

Vikki's on the phone - needing an attorney for an annulment. Hanging up, she's not just being 'practical'- she's being grown up. Last night was incredibly stupid. Vikki was vulnerable and grieving last night. Billy disagrees - she was laughing - having fun. So what if they were drunk? Vikki was alive and beautiful last night - and Billy had so much fun. Vikki shirks from his kiss to repeat her question - is Billy in love with her? Billy's in 'definite like' - is love really a deal breaker?

Seated at the club, Tucker likes that Neil's not afraid to voice his opinions - but is he testing him? Neil's just doing his job - what's the problem? Tucker has to wonder if Neil's constantly pushing the envelope because he's pissed off. If so - maybe it's time he move on.

Jack grumbles - Tucker's paying him back for helping Kay. He hasn't made ONE business decision (since coming to town) that hasn't been dictated by his emotions. This is ALL about sticking it to me. Ashley tells Jack to stop thinking about himself - she's the perfect person for this job. Jack needs to make a call - don't make any decisions until we talk again. Ashley refuses to change her mind.

Vikki hasn't said 'I love you' either (so Billy wonders how she feels about HIM). Saved by Victor's call, Vikki agrees to take over Nick's projects at NE - but can't come over to discuss it tonight (cause she's in Jamaica). Come home right away, Victor requests. Meanwhile, Jack's whining to Billy (who obviously doesn't care that he's not allowed to work at Jabot). So? Let Ashley run Jabot. Jack's just jealous. Meet me to talk her out of it, Jack demands. No can do - Billy has a logistical problem - he's in Jamaica. Jack won't ask what he's doing in Jamaica (or - hearing Vikki - who he's doing it with). And as Billy hangs up, both simultaneously blurt out - I have to get back to GC (just like an 'old married couple'). Oh yeah - we're married - Billy will put annulment. on his 'to do' list. At the top, Vikki adds.

Nick really hopes Phyllis can work with Victor. Hey - aren't you Nick Newman? a friendly convict bounces over - read about your case - good luck. That's random and weird, Phyllis comments. Yeah, there ARE lots weird people in jail - and that's why Phyllis will work with Victor and Sharon (even if it kills her). They WILL find out who killed Adam.

Neil works for Kay because she values him in a way Victor didn't - he has a voice. Or did - until Tucker came along. Neil admits he HAS been testing the waters (and pissing Tucker off). Unintended by-product - or an added bonus? Both, Neil admits - he won't quit the best job he's ever had. Tucker's glad to hear it. He wants Neil at CI - and he wants Neil to keep speaking his mind. Good - and if Ashley accepts his offer, Tucker better let her run Jabot her way.

Jack rejoins Ashley - can't she delay her decision until Billy can get here? Ashley's mind is made up - why the hell shouldn't she accept Tucker's offer? Doesn't she deserve it after a rough year (losing her home, husband and daughter)? Of course - but Jack doesn't want to see Ashley hurt. She knows all about controlling men (thanks to him and Victor). Maybe Tucker IS paying Jack back - but the important thing is that Jabot's back in Abbott hands - maybe Jack should focus on something else. And maybe, in time, Tucker will change his mind. Jack agrees - this is your moment - but be careful.

Arriving at CL's, Neil joins his son - future college graduate. He gives Malcolm the cold shoulder - having nothing to say to a man who won't even say why he's in GC. Shaking Devon's hand, Malcolm leaves Neil to offer an entry level position at CI (and look most disappointed when hearing Devon turned down the New York firm - to work for Malcolm).

On the plane back to GC, Billy orders a scotch - and for my wife ...? Arsenic, Vikki snaps. It's not the marriage that bothers her - it's Billy. JT's made her feel like a rotten person, rotten mother - from a rotten family. He made her happy last night - but she's not in love with him. You're in very strong like, Billy sees the bright side. Reed's not the problem - Victor and Jack are. You're a Newman - I'm an Abbott.

Jack approaches Victor at the bar - how's our boy, Nick? They spar over who raised Nick to be a fine young man. Ah ha ha - oh how Jack makes Victor laugh sometimes. Billy's the only one Jack had influence over - and look how HE turned out. He's a gnat - a nuisance - and if Victor's in the mood, he'll squash Billy like a bug. Tell him to stay away from my daughter - or something will happen.

Back on the plane, Vikki sleeps on Billy's shoulder - awakening to realize the past 24 weren't a bad dream. Nope - the beads in her hair prove it happened alright. Vikki sighs - she's been divorced all of 24 hours - in the middle of a custody battle - then, ends up drunk on a beach - and married to Billy (who won't take it personally). Let's get an annulment. and never tell a living soul about this. And what does Billy get from his 'wife' in return? His status as a 'playboy'. Getting a shove when telling Mrs Abbott to buckle up, Billy couldn't be married to such a violent woman anyway.

Ashley gives Tucker her 'Yes' - unable to turn down an opportunity to make her father proud (and turn Jabot into the company John wanted it to be). As the new CEO clip clops off, Tucker's left to look smugly satisfied.

Neil doesn't think working for Malcolm's a good idea - you can't count on him. Devon can't work in an office - the corporate world's not for him. OK - bartend at Indigo. Working for Malcolm will only cause Devon trouble. Devon DOES trust Neil - but will make up his OWN mind on Malcolm.

At a table beside Tucker's, Malcolm pretends to read the menu - discreetly reminding that he's done working for Tucker. I'll tell you when you're done, Tucker's equally discreet (and firm) - this isn't about just you. As Tucker saunters out, Malcolm looks trapped.

Since Summer misses Daddy tucking her in, Nick suggests they make a video on Phyllis' phone. Time for you to go night night - sweet dreams (he then warbles 'Beautiful Dreamer') - as the friendly convict turns to watch. Daddy loves and misses you, Nick concludes.

Why, if it isn't Jack Abbott. You stalking me? Victor now runs into Jack at the airport. After more verbal sparring, both men's jaws drop when Vikki and Billy come along. The newlyweds look busted - and just when ya thought this day couldn't get any worse.

Next: Still at the airport, Victor scolds his suddenly child like daughter - Did I raise you - to end up with this obnoxious punk? ... Jack's chosen the club to scold Billy - this is Victor Newman - mess with his family and I promise you'll pay for it ... Jana looks uncomfortable as Kevin assures they'll get through this - it's just gonna take some time.

My Thoughts: Why does Jack assume that Billy has any interest in going to work at Jabot? That he'll ditch Restless Style? ... Since when did Ashley care about making Daddy 'proud'? Was John proud of his 'Beauty' stealing sperm to impregnate herself? Of marrying Victor? Was he proud of his little non existent grandchild? ... Devon got an offer at a Telecommunications 'firm' in New York - but turned it down without having another job (until his Uncle and Dad offered positions)? He doesn't like office 'hours'? Could he not have majored in something connected to music? Got a job in a studio? What exactly does Malcolm need an assistant for anyway? He hasn't had a job since taking Emily's bridal photos. And if he needed an assistant, why wouldn't Malcolm hire someone who's actually interested and experienced in photography - like maybe the son of his BFF - the unemployed, broke and lots of time on his hands, Daniel. Aren't music and photography totally different kinds of 'art'? What are Devon's hours? Rate of pay? Duties? Wouldn't Neil feel the money spent on Devon's education a colossal waste - if turning his nose up at the corporate world, Devon ended up pouring drinks at Daddy's bar? Couldn't he have done that out of high school? Saved Neil a few grand? ... Why would the Abbott's need an annulment.? With no paperwork, their drunken beach wedding wasn't even legal. And if it WAS, wouldn't it have been easier to undo it in Jamaica - as opposed to from a thousand miles away? .... Is that it? Billy hands over Vikki's missing 'shoe'. Who else would the pink flip flop under the hammock belong to? Is he cheating on his 'wife' already? And what happened to Billy abstaining from alcohol (after his New Year's Eve 'journey' that ended with a headline of his drunk driving death)? ... Billy doesn't want his 'colleagues' to 'get a hold of this'? You mean there's other magazines besides RS? Does Billy think he's that important that anyone would care? ... Jack might have noticed something was going on with Emily - if he hadn't been so focused on getting Jabot back? It was the only time he wasn't obsessed with it ... Why does Jack even care right now about getting the 'family business' back in Abbott hands - shouldn't he be with his wife? The woman he was so distraught over as she lay on a slab in the morgue? Has Ashley not heard that Patty was impersonating Jack's wife for months? Ashley claims everything's all about Jack - yet she;s so self absorbed she didn't even ask how Emily is ... Worried about Ashley 'taking a fall', Jack wants Billy to 'tell her about this guy'. Huh? Billy barely knows Tucker (and everything he knows about the guy has already been published in RS) .... How could Nick get any NE work done in his cell - without access to his files and computer etc.? Is there a typewriter and a filing cabinet full of NE folders in his cell? In light of the crime he's accused of, did they really give Nick a pen? Why is the friendly (and seemingly normal) convict 'random' and 'weird'? He wished Nick 'good luck' - not that he'd just acquired Nick as his bitch for 3 packs of smokes ... Singing lullaby's in jail sure will let all the convicts know that Nick Newman's not a man to be messed with ... If Daddy's supposed to be away on a 'business trip', how will Phyllis explain making the video? Good thing Summer's not all that sharp ..... What's with Victor's attitude towards his new tenant, Phyllis - why would she stay out of her husband's business? Isn't it HER business too? But what makes her and Sharon so sure that Adam MUST have called his killer before dying? If there was more on the cell phone, wouldn't it have been included as evidence - in that big cardboard box of 'discovery' material? ... How and why is Nick supposed to 'build up his defense'? Isn't that what Mike's paid the big bucks for? ... Note to Nick (and Vikki) - she's no longer 'fighting for custody' of her kid OR 'in the middle of a custody battle' - she LOST - TWICE ... Oh yes - be glad Victor's 'on your side' Nick - cause that worked out so well for Vikki .... If Vikki wants to keep her trip with Billy a secret, shouldn't she have said 'no thanks' when the persistent market hair stylists pestered her to put beads in her hair? Did they stop at the local market? Or did Vikki get her hair done at the airport? ... The resort Vikki and Billy are staying at has bridal basket delivery - but no beds? And they only purchased ONE set of clothes? After a late night swim - and rolling around in the sand, it's nice to see the clothes are still fresh enough to fly home in. But - as just the other day, it was 'too cold' for an outdoors picnic, shouldn't the Abbott's have swapped their summer attire for the more weather appropriate clothes they left GC in? (Vikki, at least, was smart enough to throw her seater back on) ... If Victor wanted Vikki home in such a hurry, why didn't he offer to send the private jet? The newlyweds must have been beamed home (as they managed to arrange a flight - and land - all while Tucker was loitering at the GCAC) ... Note also that with the exception of one other passenger, Billy and Vikki were the only ones to disembark from the plane. Where's the other passengers? Stuck in customs? ... Tucker doesn't want any more trouble with the SEC? Who knew they were giving him any?
