Lily briefly talks about her next round of chemo - then is stunned to hear Cane talked to Mac about the stem cell trial - behind her back. Meanwhile, Cane goes to Liv - Lily's not as strong for this round of chemo. Mac? She agrees with Lily, he pouts. Can't Liv talk some some sense into them?

Kevin's taking Jana on a date - the water tower (where they shared their first kiss). Kevin doesn't blame Amber for the Romalotti split - it's Daniel's own fault he's alone.

With Lauren, Jana's not sure if she's dressed properly for their date. Lauren thinks she looks fine (for a librarian) - then suddenly tears up - tell me we're safe - tell me Sarah's gone. Sarah's gone, Jana echoes without emotion.

On the patio, Abby insists she'll get the money (cause Ken's sure tired of spending his own). I'm worth millions, Abby wails - and the Naked Heiress will be a big hit! Fine - Ken will give her until the end of the month.

In the Baldwin condo, Jana's monotone assures that Sarah's dead - Daisy and Ryder won't come looking for her. In tears, Lauren has nightmares - and is afraid to leave the house. Sorry, she sobs - she can't help herself. No - Jana doesn't feel the same way - it's the past - she's concerned about the future- and whether she'll ever feel anger, sorrow, happiness, She's NOT going through hell - and has no feelings about tonight's date with Kevin (who she's sure she'll disappoint), When the adorable Fen makes a brief appearance, Jana would give anything to trade places with Lauren.

Team Nick continues to brainstorm - Sharon talks of the parking ticket - and everything they now suspect - Adam met his killer at the diner in February.

At the Ashby's home, a relieved Mac and Lily are totally on the same page. Cane should NOT have gone behind Lily's back to pressure Mac. Meanwhile, at the club, Cane's run into another roadblock. Liv can relate - so once refused treatment for her cancer (as it risked harming Nate). This is out of their hands - BUT - Liv might have another option.

Kevin stands by his decision. Amber did the right thing (protecting that kid) Daniel's the one who messed up. Abby arrives - buying her a cup of coffee should cheer Daniel up. When Abby places the order, on Daniel's tab, he gets up as to object. But Abby rambles on about her being a Viewclick star. Thanks for treating me, she sashays away from the annoyed Daniel.

In the Interrogation room - the clues are gone over - Adam got in touch with his accomplice - the plan was a go - then the man went to the ball - to help - or to kill Adam. Phyllis is off to Minneapolis - Sharon too. On their way out, they're already bickering about who's driving. Mike gets a call - the Judge has granted an emergency hearing - this COULD be Nick's last night in jail!

Liv talks of a new test using adult stem cells - but they'd have to go to France. Lily has no issue with traveling - but - if it fails - she might not be able to do another round of chemo. Also, Lily's body could reject the stem cells. Cane supports it - if Lily feels this is the way she wants to go.

Napping on the sofa, Lauren dreams of Sarah staring down at her. But awakening (screaming) - the room's empty.

Still loitering at CL's, Abby, cell to her head, is in the mood for some jewelry shopping - can she come by after the store's closed? ~click~ Jana arrives looking uncomfortable. At the Ashby's, Liv confirms that they got the last spot in the trial. There's so much to do - like pack. Cane can't go - he can't leave the States. I can't do this without you, Lily whines. No problems - Liv will go to France to oversee Lily's treatment. It's settled then - Cane will stay and watch Humphrey. Mac will send pictures of her growing belly. Lauren calls Mike - and is relieved to hear Nick made bail. BUT - he'll be tied up all night. Lauren hoped he'd meet her at CL's. Glo's babysitting. OK - see you soon. Wrapping a blanket around her shoulders, a nervous Lauren calls Jeff - is Glo still there? I can do this ... I can do this ... Sarah - Daisy and Ryder ... gone - I can do it.

You don't know what it's like to live your life with someone and feel nothing for them (Jana gulps). Ryder just wants to make things right. Abby suddenly races over to shove Ryder - you jackass! Wrestling Abby onto the patio, Daniel wonders what she has against Ryder - all he did was reject her. Everybody knows she has a crush on him. Ryder used me, Abby wails - got me to bring him food and supplies. She wasn't crushing' on Ryder. You're delusional! And YOU are a brat, Daniel replies.

Kevin never expected to see Ryder again (having told him to run). Jana? She has no feelings towards Ryder one way or another. She's like this all the time now, Kevin adds. Jana does recall that Ryder tried to make things better - helped them escape. Kevin agrees - he should have done more. Ryder hopes that if he turns himself in - they'll one day be able to forgive him.

Nick's now in his civies - taking back his personal belongings. And now he's off to buy Summer a present (which he does on every 'business trip'). DA Pompousass comes out - don't leave town - get outta here before they bring Frank Ellis through.

Liv better start packing for her trip to France ~hug~ Lily's relieved that their prayers have been answered. You didn't say anything to Cane about talking to me, Mac reminds. Yeah - well - Lily didn't think it necessary. Cane's just scared to lose her. Meanwhile, Sharon and Phyllis have covered a 10 block radius - Adam was recognized (by the news) - no one recognized the other guy - mostly, the ladies got hit on. What a bust. About to head out, Phyllis rips the 'missing' poster down. OMG - I know this guy.

My Thoughts: What makes Kevin think that Eric's a good kid - didn't he steal a purse (or tip money) from CL's? .... Oh - so it was a syringe Frank Ellis managed to get his hands on yesterday. Good thing it was only filled with saline (perfectly safe for injecting into the eye ball - though the delivery might sting just a little bit) ... Why is saline floating around the jail - are the convicts augmenting one another's breasts? .... Ha - so Victor HAS finally 'handle' something (Frank's bogus attack) - but, really - couldn't Nick have been segregated from the general prison population? Put him in protective custody with the pedophiles etc ...... Oh Cane - why are you pissing off both your baby momma's? If Mac and Lily BOTH oppose the procedure - just forgetaboutit. Is he gonna go all Daddy Rambo - like he did with Delia? .... Poor Lauren - she can feel the coldness? And even worse - 'smell the cage' No wonder she's having nightmares - that was some smelly cage - but why not spray some air freshener about? Light some candles - bake something aromatic .... Daniel basically ruined his marriage to Lily because of his obsession with porn - yet he has no interest whatsoever in the 'Naked Heiress'? ...
