At RS, Jill's calling her favourite JR exec. at CI - to see what's up between Tucker and the Newman's. Billy comes along to gripe about her buying a Louis Vutton bag. It's for my source, Jill hisses (then moves off to continue her conversation). Rafe arrives to announce he's slowly getting the annulment done - unless Billy and 'the missus' plan to stay married that is.

Vikki's thrilled to bump into Reed at Trimble's - not so thrilled to see he's with Mac. Meanwhile, at the club, Tucker's so happy JT has his son - now, any progress on that assignment? It won't be easy to get info on that Japanese deal. That's why Tucker thinks JT's the man for the job.

Kay accosts Daniel at CL's. According to Amber's email, she's hoping Daniel will follow her to California.

Ashley and Victor think it absurd that Abby's suing them for her inheritance. Victor can have his legal team dismantle the case - but wishes she'd come to her senses by herself. Ashley doubts that - she's having too much fun. Gee? Could Victor have spoiled his daughter? She's being so utterly disrespectful that Victor suspects someone put her up to it.

Abby's chatting with Jack at the club - complaining that her 3 million from Brad is being withheld - as is her allowance. Jack's not gonna lecture Abby on her nude protest - but she doesn't seem herself. Abby then announces she's going into TV - invest with me and I'll make us millions!

Daniel shares his point of view - Amber wanted him to play Daddy to a kid who's almost a teenager. He doesn't wanna be a parent. It's best he stay in GC. Kay understands - she once thought it absurd to sacrifice her life to raise a child - and boy, does she have regrets.

Tucker knows JT can get the info on this deal - stuff not on the public records. Be creative - it's why he's on Tucker's team. Not only because of his Newman connections - but because he worked for Paul. Sometimes ya gotta roll up your sleeves and get messy - just like in a custody battle *wink wink, nudge nudge*. Now - come on - Tucker can't wait to see what JT comes up with on this Takamoshi deal.

Jill's pissed - she shoulda got her source a key chain. I got nuthin'! But she's sure there's something going on between the Newman's and Tucker. Billy now approves of her digging into the Newman's (if not her $300 lunch tab). Hmm - Jill has to wonder why 'Baby Boy's' suddenly re-interested in the Newman's.

Oh - you're with Mac - again - how fun, Vikki forces a smile. As Reed runs off to play, Mac stammers about how hard this must be - she wishes things were different - for everybody. Vikki thinks it easy for Mac to be generous - as she spends more time with her son than SHE does. But - even carrying Lily's twins, she doesn't know how a REAL mother feels. Mac takes a deep breath - the twins are none of Vikki's business - Reed? she likes spending time with him - and making JT's life easier. Yeah, Vikki just bets she 'accommodates' JT ALL the time.

JT and Mac are friends - but why would Vikki even care? Hasn't she moved on with Billy? That wipes the smug look off Vikki's sour face - and yes, she'd love to see the trains with Reed. Mac puts the kibosh on that - JT's expecting Reed home now. Exchanging hugs and 'I love you's' (with Reed, not Mac), Vikki sadly watches them leave. When Rafe appears, Vikki's stammering again - of course she knew Billy was seeking an annulment - why wouldn't he? And when Rafe determines that Vikki hasn't even hired a lawyer, she'll have one call him by the end of the day. She's very, very busy - bye bye. Rafe's left to shake his head and smile knowingly.

Why is Billy suddenly interested in the Newman's again? Cause Jill claims they're still of interest - that's why. Jill ain't buyin' the 'suck up' - and still gets no answer to her question. Saved by the bell, Billy shows Jill 'the hand' - as he moves off to take his call.

Kay and Daniel are good debaters. Giving birth, raising Tucker, didn't cause this turmoil - rejecting him did. So what if Tucker's HER kid - Isn't Daniel connected to Danny by love - not blood? Daniel still spent half his childhood with nannies or on tour busses. And if he had to go to Berlin to do a gallery showing, he'd be able to. He's not responsible for anyone. Bottom line, if Kay can't convince Daniel, then he needs to let Amber know that it's never gonna happen (she can stop waiting around for him show up).

Victor knows they must reign Abby in without alienating her - and she definitely can't have the money. Ashley suggests that producer's trying to exploit her baby girl. Victor will protect Abby from being exploited - and make sure she drops the case. Ashley hopes so - this is the kind of thing that tears family's apart.

Abby's making quite a sales pitch to Jack. As producers, WE own the product - make money from advertising - licensing - merchandising - like George Lucas did. You're comparing your show to Star Wars? Jack all but snickers. I'm my own brand, Abby boasts - smart - young - rich - socially responsible. We should protect dolphins - cause they can talk, she says with a straight face. If this was a face cream, it'd be crazy not to make it! Yeah - but a face cream doesn't ruin the Abbott's credibility (unless Gloria's involved). Come on Uncle Jack - invest in the new 'it girl'; Abby Newman. Privacy? It doesn't exist anymore, Abby scoffs - and points out her hidden camera to prove it. YOU'RE being taped as we speak. Everyone will wanna know how a scrappy heiress gets what she wants.

After putting Reed to bed, JT confides to Mac (who's put on her bartender hat) - he didn't get custody because he's a great Dad. Tucker pulled some strings. And now, he owes Tucker. JT admits he snooped around at Vikki's - until Billy interrupted. He just waltzed in? On business? Mac arouses JT's suspicions.

At the trailer, Billy's already working on a beer - impressed with Vikki's jokes. Oh - stop it - Vikki's mad (at being 'ambushed' by Rafe). Billy really shoulda called her. Billy DID come by - and found JT going through her computer. Oh gosh - now JT knows. Someone could put it together. Vikki hasn't hired a lawyer yet - she wants 'outside' lawyers - tell Rafe to drop the annulment.

Abby beams over Jack's shoulder (as he watches a replay of their conversation). Jack didn't sign a release form - you can't air that. He's annoyed - but impressed she has the Abbott business instinct. Maybe he WILL invest. He'll do some reading and make some calls. Abby scurries off when Victor appears. See any good TV lately? Jack quips - she's a clever young woman. Announcing that Abby's suing for her trust fund, Victor accuses Jack of being behind it.

Jill approaches Ashley at the club's bar - she must have really impressed Tucker to be named Jabot's CEO. Not letting on that Billy rehired her, Jill wonders why Kay handed Jabot over to Tucker. Ask Kay, Ashley snips. On cue, Kay joins them - then Tucker (to take one of the lovely movers and shakers to dinner). It's business - Jill wouldn't be interested, Ashley titters (then leaves Kay to quip that Jill's fangs are showing).

Back at the trailer, Billy can't find Rafe's number in his phone. Please - Vikki's not jealous that there's only women's names in his phone. The annulment's still on, Billy confirms - oh - here he is - and I'm calling him now - then, it'll be back to sordid affairs (instead of boring marital sex). Rafe's not surprised to hear that the annulment's been called off (as neither of them seem to want it). Billy struggles to carry on the conversation (with Vikki nibbling and whispering in his ear). We just don't fit - we have nothing in common. Send me the bill, Billy hangs up quickly (to pounce on Vikki - who's disrobing and tossing her hair about).

Briefly discussing Billy showing up at Vikki's - and the run in at Trimble's, it seems JT and Mac are dancing around the real topic. JT likes being with Mac ... and judging by the kiss she initiates, Mac likes being with him too.

Now seated at the club, Tucker strokes Ashley's ego - then talks of taking over Beauty of Nature. The merge will dominate the market. Ashley thinks him delusional - don't mess with Victor. Tucker finds him a worthy opponent. And you can't wait to go toe to toe with him, Ashley tears up - she's not up for the business bloodshed. Tucker declines rescheduling - let's get some champagne and relax. Laughing, that DOES work for Ashley (not so much for Jill - who's glaring from the bar).

At Jimmy's, Abby orders a gin and tonic - then tells Daniel to save his scowl and spankings - she's legal. Tossing some money on the bar, Daniel's outta there. Abby chases - why is the poor tortured artist always in such a mood? Daniel's just trying to have a drink without some 'twit' in his face. He scoffs at her reality show (complete with fake yawn). Abby goes on about the show - which she wouldn't waste a second of on him. You're depressing. And you're a punch line. Laugh this off, Abby lays a big kiss on him.

Now seated with Jack, Victor hangs up (fielding calls about 'the naked heiress'). Victor's going over the dossier Abby left for Jack - and warns him to steer clear. Jack may just help her. The way you sent Colleen into the lion's den? Victor mumbles. Unless it's to express gratitude for saving his worthless life, Victor's NOT to mention Colleen. You got that? Victor will do everything in his power to keep Jack away from his daughter.

Victor thinks the reality show a disgusting idea - Abby's acting out (with the lawsuit). It wouldn't be the first time Jack's turned one of his children against him. Jack wants to leave Adam (the 'crispy critter') out of this - Abby has a mind of her own. He hopes she gets her TV show, her money - and whatever the hell else she wants - AND gets as far away from Victor as possible. My daughter will always come back to me - no matter how much you interfere, Victor growls in parting.

Tucker's entertaining Ashley with tales of his wild days - he has pictures if she doesn't believe his tall tales. At the bar, Kay chides Jill (who claims she's not jealous - or riveted - she's curious). Kay warns no more 'hit pieces' on Tucker. 'Sonny boy' doesn't need your protection, Jill claims (as Tucker and Ashley's belly laughs prove).

This gets cut, Abby snarls - tomorrow it never happened. Don't flatter yourself, Daniel sips his beer - it's not happening now. But, setting his beer down, he delivers an even more passionate kiss.

Also kissing, JT wishes Mac could stay. NO! she barks - because of Reed - and it's been years since JT saw her naked - and she's huge. Beautiful, JT says. Hormonal, Mac pants ~kiss~

Not to be left out, Billy and Vikki are getting naked and kissing too.

Next: Amber's weepy as she gets a call from Daniel - We can try and figure out a way to look after Eric and still be together, he offers .... Through the bars, Jana says she was hoping she could help Ryder - actually, they could help each other ... You recognize this man? Victor shows Adam's photo to a young boy in a baseball cap. That's Adam - he saved my Dad's life.

My Thoughts: Where are Vikki and Billy supposed to get 'outside' lawyers? There's only two in town .... Since Ashley and Victor know about this Ken guy, why hasn't Victor (vowing to protect his daughter) gone to 'crush him like a bug' yet? .... Why would Amber be moping around in LA - assuming Daniel was on his way? Did any of his text messages include the words 'pick me up at the airport'? .... JT fears he was brought on at McCall Unlimited because 'he was a Newman'? I didn't realize he'd taken Vikki's name ... Why did Vikki feel the need to comment that Reed's 'with Mac again'? Wasn't she already told that Mac was watching the kid when JT was at work (or sitting around the club with his boss) .. But really - the 'generous' Mac wishes things could be different - but couldn't have called JT to say they'd be a few minutes late (so Reed could play trains with his Mom)? .... L'il Reed sure had a head start on his care giver - the child coulda been kidnapped by the time Mac waddled around the book shelf to notice him missing .... Surely Rafe shouldn't have too hard a time getting Billy's annulment - since the marriage isn't even legal ..... Um - shouldn't Jill have confirmed that her 'source' had any info - before sending her a pricey Louis Vutton handbag? Perhaps she should bribe a Senior executive - instead of a Junior one ... And how did she manage to spend $300 for lunch - at the club - presumably by herself (as Jill's not exactly beating dinner partners away with a stick). No wonder the Fisher's don't dine there very often. Perhaps the meal prices were jacked up to pay for the overnight renovations after the explosion .... Daniel doing a gallery showing in Berlin? Yeah - that'll happen the same day I walk the red carpet in Cannes. Has the moping mop-head even picked up a paint brush since his 'will - you - marry - me' masterpiece for Amber? Line of the day goes to Jack (referring to Adam as the 'crispy critter') Which was kinda cruel - but if Victor had half as much bite as bark, he'd have 'line of the day' - by referring to Colleen as the Little Mermaid - and/or Brad as Spongebob Squarepants .... Can someone please make their minds up on whether Danny Romalotti was father of the year - or a neglectful father? If he was that bad, why didn't Phyllis ever challenge his getting custody? .... Silly Ashley - simple law suits don't tear families apart - sleeping with one's in law - perhaps fathering your brother's child *cough* Malcolm - does .... Daniel makes it sound like a bad thing that Eric's 'this far' from being a teenager? But look on the bright side - no diapers - and he'll be out of your messy hair in just a coupla years.
