You're suing me!? Are you kidding me!? Mac bellows. And while Cane would like to discuss it privately, Neil feels they have a right to know (and is further incensed to learn that Malcolm's apparently in the loop). Don't touch me! Go on - tell them what you're doing - suing me for the amniotic fluid! Mac shrieks. What? Devon's astounded (while Neil challenges Cane to tell him he's not 'going there').

Awakening to Meggie putting ice to his head, Mr Newman's told he was dragged in unconscious. How does she know his name? Doesn't everyone on the planet? Plus - here's his wallet (though he's missing his cash and cell phone). Shaw's likely responsible - but Meggie's reluctant to offer anything further. Wobbly, but upright, Victor's sure Meggie has info - and will make it worth her while to share it.

With Faith in her arms, Phyllis and Mike arrive at the ranch - once this is all over she's planning a vacation. They then peer inside - where Nick's doting on Sharon. Tell me again why I hounded the man who prevented Sharon from needing Nick, Phyllis quips. Inside, Nick's really overdoing it - Sharon doesn't need everyone trying to help her. That's the reason she fell in love with ...... <awkward moment/silence>

In Brazil, Skye reassures a nervous Adam - we're a continent away from dear old Dad - quit worrying. Shaw won't talk - enjoy yourself - we're this close from the biggest score of our lives - shame we weren't murdered a long time ago ~kiss~

Back in the Ottawa bar, Meggie McClean's reluctant to help Victor - and too busy. Victor's offer to make it worth her while, is declined. Photo of Adam in hand, Victor needs to find his son. He then talks of his granddaughter Summer - who'll have nothing but sadness if Adam's not found. OK - Adam mighta rented a room there for a few nights.

Skye reminds Adam that they're 'friends with benefits' (and is annoyed when he gets a return call from some 'greedy bastard', Luis). The Judge got his cut last week, Skye gripes. Adam asks Luis to meet him at the hotel - 1 hour - then heads for the shower (leaving a disgruntled Skye to mope over a jewelry box - looks like Adam kept his wedding ring).

Sharon can't believe she almost said the 'A' word - she's NOT in love with him - anymore - but he DID encourage her to be her own person (which she's determined to do - be a good role model for Faith). When Mike and Phyllis finally come in - shhh - sleeping baby, Phyllis (and Nick) look awkward - as she hands Faith over to Sharon.

Back at the Winter's condo, Devon blasts Cane - Lily's against using the stem cells. You're going behind her back while Lily's fighting for her life! Malcolm can't fault Cane for trying to save his wife's life. Everyone has a say - Neil - JT (who thinks Cane should talk to Lily before taking Mac to court). With all due respect, it IS none of JT's business. Devon and Cane continue - what the hell kind of husband IS Cane? The kind that would do anything to save his wife. Then - the risks to the baby's and Mac are mentioned. Lily would never forgive Cane (who should respect her decision). No - Cane DOESN'T have a say in what Mac and Lily decide to do with THEIR bodies. Mac will protect these babies - with Neil backing her 100%.

Cane will do whatever he has to do - even if it means going against everyone. Mac protests - drag her back from France - possibly cause HER to miscarry the only babies Lily can ever have!? Neil wonders what's changed Cane's mind - and isn't impressed that Malcolm's 'on his side'.

At the ranch, Mike excuses himself to take a call - then Sharon asks Nick to take Faith up to bed. Now alone, Phyllis and Sharon drop the pretenses - let's do it now. Sharon's NOT trying to get closer to Nick. YET - she's the damsel in distress again, Phyllis scoffs. Oh yes - I poisoned myself, Sharon oozes sarcasm. Phyllis can overlook a lot - but - for the love of God - does Sharon HAVE to live at the ranch too? Right on top of 'us' - no wife should have to put up with this. You're absolutely right, an exasperated Sharon throws her hand up in defeat.

Meggie says Adam paid in cash - kept to himself - made no calls - left nothing in his room. Victor leaves his card - in case she remembers anything else. Oh - there is one more thing - he was very interested in a photo on the wall. Hmm - she looks familiar (Victor looks at a photo of Skye).

Adam in a light gray suit, Skye gives him an envelope of cash for the Judge. Neither are worried - but why isn't Adam happy? It's like his mind's back in GC. Adam knows he can't be extradited - but that Victor will kill him.

Meggie doesn't know the lady in the photo - lots of people put their photos on the wall. She was there a year ago. Victor reads a note on the back of the photo; 'wait for Shaw to contact you - see you in paradise'. Victor translates in Portuguese - then sends Meggie's phone to send a copy to his lawyer.

Hanging up, Mike rants to Nick - Adam's phone recording has been ruled inadmissible (by the DA). Damn - that's the only evidence it was a set up. Mike's phone alerts him that he's received a 'picture message'.

Sharon's been trying so hard to do what's right for Nick and Faith - but it's obviously killing Phyllis that she's still involved in her life. Well, no - Phyllis didn't appreciate finding HER husband helping Sharon into her hospital bed. Sharon DOES want independence. Then why's she back at the ranch? Where else can she go? But yes - she WILL find a place. Gimme a coupla days, Phyllis promises to solve both their problems.

Neil points his finger - something's not right here. Cane then announces that the treatment's not working - please Mac, don't say 'no' to me, he pleads (as Mac looks torn and shocked).

Devon's grad party is now a tense affair - as all pounce on Cane (who shoulda called Liv before his lawyer). Only Malcolm stands by the unpopular decision. What will it take for him to give up? Seeing Lily standing beside Mac - on the other side? Lily's life is in YOUR hands, Cane implores. Yeah - but so are the babies. You want an ugly court battle? You got one! Mac marches out (with JT in tow), leaving Neil to accuse Cane of betraying his daughter.

Victor's got you spooked - or is it this (the ring?) Jealous? Nope - go ahead - waste your time pining for blondie. Skye coaches on leaving people behind when faking one's death - Adam wasn't the good husband he thought he was. I tried, Adam pouts. History can't be rewritten - Skye's the gambler who got in over her head with the wrong people - and HE's the scheming baby stealer who pissed off an entire town. We can walk out with millions - and be gone even if Victor DOES track them down.

Victor and Mike chat on the phone - about the photo taken a year ago - of a woman found dead in Victor's stable two years ago. Skye Lockheart? Impossible! Adam was the one to ID her body. This could be the answer to our prayers. The recording thrown out, Mike fears the only thing that can save Nick is finding Adam. He's instructed not to mention Skye - who apparently also faked her own death.

Now back inside, Mike updates that Victor has a lead (then has a meeting to get to). When Phyllis suggests they go home to Summer, Nick seems to wanna hang around - but Sharon agrees he should go home.

Arriving at the club, Mac's waiting for Mike - so much for their big date. Yeah - this DOES remind him of fighting Victor (when the pregnant Vikki was in a coma). He rehashes how Nikki fought a C-section (he and Victor wanted to save Vikki). Mac assume, he agrees with Cane then (who arrives on cue - thinking JT would understand). The difference? Vikki couldn't say what she wanted - Lily's made her position clear. So no, JT doesn't support Cane.

As Neil's on hold for Dr Winter's, Roxy tells Devon that if HE were dying, she wouldn't hesitate in saving him. Neil talks to Liv (who confirms the treatment's not going well). Other treatment? They have long waiting lists. Devon now reconsiders - maybe Cane's right. Neil wants Lily to live too - but won't go against her wishes. Even if it means saving her? Malcolm adds.

At the club, JT explains that if the C-section was done on Vikki (when he and Victor wanted them to), Reed wouldn't have survived. Mike arrives - and reading the subpoena, assures Cane he won't win. Not against both the babies mother, Mac agrees. Mother? Host - carrier - whatever you wanna call it - she and Lily are together on this. Cane implores - how can Mac not see his side? It DOES have to be like this, Mac stand firm - as long as she's carrying these babies.

Meanwhile, Neil isn't impressed that Devon's now decided to stand against his sister (who'd risk anything for these babies). Devon understands - and looks forward to being an uncle - but without Lily? We lost Dru - and now Neil's willing to let Lily go to? Neil doesn't know what's right anymore. Follow your heart, Devon answers. Neil calls Live back with a question - can the doctor's in France do anything else for Lily? I want my daughter home.

After putting Summer to bed, Nick joins a glum looking Phyllis (who's happy to have her husband home). You're amazing - always there for me - and Summer, Nick praises - you always fight for us. Phyllis explains why - her family means everything to her. I love you. I love you too ~kiss~ And then the clothes come off as they hit the sofa.

Adam doesn't know why he's still hanging onto his wedding ring. Trying to be someone you're not, Skye lectures - say good bye to who you tried to be (and hello to who you ARE). Skye smirks as as Adam tosses the ring out the window - think of all the fun we'll have parting fools from their money. And now, Adam needs to go pay off the Judge - I won't be late. But, in the hallway, Adam fondles the ring he only pretended to throw away.

As Adam ponders the ring, Sharon talks to the baby sleeping in her arms- someone once told me that I don't need anyone to rescue me - I can rescue myself. That person taught me a lot of things - I CAN make it on my own - Phyllis said she'd help - you never know where you'll find a friend. Sometimes - in the least likely place .... Victor accepts a room key from Meggie (who jokes that it's likely the size of one of his closets). Victor has one last favour - ask Shaw to meet him tomorrow night - he's the only link Victor has to Adam - plus, they have unfinished business.

Next: The Bardwell's are stunned when Phyllis merrily announces they have to vacate the premises right away - before the sheriff comes to throw them out on their butts ... Victor now hold another photo for a beaten looking Shaw - is Skye Lockheart the one who gave him instructions as to where to transport Adam? ... Looks like Skye and Adam are dressed for a night on the town. My God - you're still hung up on her, Skye's astounded. His back to Skye, Adam's expression confirms he is indeed.

My Thoughts: I get that Devon's graduation's a big deal n all - but it's no event - why is everyone in suit and tie? For reheated lasagna at home? Can't they throw on something more comfortable? Does Neil own a pair of jeans? .... Victor was beaten unconscious - his credit cards and cash stolen - yet the robbers left behind his driver's license - expensive wallet and leather jacket? ... Oh Nick - give it up - leave Sharon alone already (she can't talk to the staff cause she needs to 'conserve her energy'?) ... If he really wants to help, why not take his baby (along with the wee hour feedings) for a night or two ... The biggest score of their lives? How exactly do Skye and Adam plan to benefit financially? .. Yeah - Phyllis - no wife SHOULD have to put with an ex wife in her face all the time - but when Sharon was Nick's wife, Phyllis (the mistress) had the nerve to come and eat supper at the Newman dinner table. Not wife should have to put with THAT either... I'd have more to say, but gotta pick my daugher up from soccer practice.
