Having grabbed a table at Jimmy's, Nina calls Paul (who's 'on his way'). It's been nice having Cricket in town - but both look forward to some 'Nina & paul time'. Chris walks in like she owns the place - and what's Nina doing there?

At the club, Victor and Nikki's announcement are upstaged by Abby's arrival on her horse - The Naked heiress rides again! Now standing, Vikki and Nick shield their eyes - while Abby brightly tells Victor that her horse is for sale. As Victor wraps a table cloth around Abby, he barks at Daniel to turn the damn camera off.

Chloe's brought all her stuff back to the mausoleum - happy that she and Chance will be living together again. At the mention of 'making up for lost time', Chance flashes back to sleeping with Heather - announcing he's gotta get back to the station. Um - OK - it'll wait tile later. I love you, Chance blurts out (looking troubled as she exits the room).

Reluctantly at the station (so Rogan can work), Heather's not impressed with the new bodyguard she doesn't trust (or feel safe with). Yeah, well fighting for Chance's reinstatement would be a big mistake.

Kevin brings over the rest of Chloe's boxes - unbelievably, he'll miss having her and Delia around. No, he hasn't heard from Jana again (and will be tracking Ryder via his 'provider' tonight). If Loverboy's skipped town for good, Kevin can kiss his coffee house good bye for good.

Chris buys the first pitcher - but is she there by herself? No, Nina's waiting for Paul - but puh-lease - stay, Nina invites. Evasive on her work, Chris welcomes the distraction of Chance's arrival. After pleasantries, Chance joins a table of jailhouse guards - to ask who tipped them off to the warrant? And when they prove uncooperative, Chance leaves with a sad shake of his head.

Heather clearly doesn't feel like hanging around the station while Rogan types his report - SHE calls the shots. And when Rogan gets a call - alerting him to Chance's questioning, she wonders if it's about the case. Not everything's about YOU sweetheart. Um - actually, it kinda is now. Rogan stands to 'get this straight'. He's not Heather's house boy - her lackey - or her Play Thing. Finish. Your. Paperwork, Heather glares.

Nikki forces Abby off to put a robe on (while Daniel refuses Nick's orders to stop filming - until ABBY tells him to). Meanwhile, Victor's doing damage control with the club's manager and the cops. Please - don't alert the media. Abby runs out - no, no, no - she WANTS this to get out. And this is NOT a 'tantrum' - it's a personal statement (which all can see on Viewclick). Oh really? Victor turns his anger on Daniel - smashing the camera on the ground. How's THAT!? he bellows.

Paul's joined the ladies at Jimmy's - Heather's all grown up too (and Chance will always be her little baby - one of em anyway). Not a day goes by that Nina doesn't think of the baby stolen and sold out of state (when she was a scared and naive teenager) by Dr Burke and Rose ... Flashback to Chris (disguised as a pregnant teen) confronting Rose DeVille (who admits Nina's baby didn't die). Thank God Paul and Danny rescued them. Boo hoo - if only Nina knew if her baby was OK.

Heather whines some more - then greets Chance. Yeah, everything's as OK as can be expected. Rogan's fine too - thanks for asking. Chance continues to ignore him (and whispers at Heather to 'keep in touch'). With Heather out of earshot, Rogan confronts Chance on pestering the guards. Chance will NEVER stop investigating - and finds it quite 'telling' that Rogan wants him to.

Wow - Chloe's never seen anyone hack into a corporate server before. Kevin squints at the GPS info - looks like Ryder left his cell phone at the club. Crap - Jana's phone's been disconnected (so he better go get Ryder's cell)

Of COURSE Abby knows what she's doing - she's not an idiot. Nick's not too sure of that. Beside the manager, Victor's saved Abby the humiliation of being arrested (which pisses her off even more). As several cameras snap shots, the police finally arrest Abby (who's delighted) Try to keep me out of the press NOW Daddy, she grins as she's lead out in handcuffs. You've dug your own grave, Victor (and the rest of the Newman's) are left to shake their heads.

Back from the ladies room, Nina's now composed and apologetic (and hopes Chris is right - that her baby grew up to be a fine man). Let my try and find your son, Paul implores.

Telling Rogan it's time he wait for her, Heather slips off for an update from Chance. The guards tipped Rogan off within 5 minutes - she shouldn't be alone with Rogan (so he'll keep an eye on her best he can). Heather's touched that he cares. Yes - as a cop and a friend - Heather understands he's all about Chloe. No, Chance hasn't told Chloe - but can't wait much longer.

Kevin and Chloe bang on Jana's door - then get an update (from the manager) that Jana checked out - WITH Mr Callahan (without paying their bill).

After calling Ashley, Victor tells his family that it's almost a relief to have Abby behind bars (where she can't pull any more stunts). No, Victor will NOT be going to the station - Abby's been asking for punishment.

Lead into the station (Daniel in tow), Abby wants to change and touch up her make up - for her mug shot (which'll look so hot on TMZ). Daniel sits to tell Abby that jail's no joke. Oh, don't be so dramatic (that's Abby's job) - she's a Newman - not a criminal. What? Abby's smile finally fades - hearing she won't be able to post bail with her new credit cards.

The club's manager hands over still shots of footage from the security cameras (which show numerous shots of Jana and Ryder kissing) - proving she went willingly. That sure leaves Kevin left holding the bag - IF the cops don't find him).

Well - Nikki and Victor's announcement sure seems anti climatic now huh? And what do Nick and Vikki think? It's great, both mutter (though Vikki's concerned her Mom will get hurt). Nick has to agree - Mom was crushed in Mexico. Is Dad in it for the long haul? Victor sure is - and Nikki feels it the right thing to do. There's no other man she'd love more (and Victor's happy).

Abby's stunned to hear that her arraignment won't be until Monday - court's closed on Friday's due to cut backs. Oh boy, Abby finally seems to get it. You have to help me, Abby begs Daniel (who's left to chuckle). And Abby's NOT smiling in her mug shots.

Damn ink won't come off, Abby frets - then panics over being in a cell for 3 days. Will she have to wear the same clothes? No - Daniel needn't call her Dad. Hang in there, Daniel promises to visit tomorrow.

Rogan and Heather share some more tension at CL's - as Chloe approaches (to talk about how happy she is to have her fiance back). Chance arrives - but not because he knew Chloe was there. She leads him to a table - perches in his lap. Sure, Chance will go see Bumpy the Camel (with Chloe and Delia) - but he doesn't seem all that interested in returning Chloe's kiss. Hmm - this is the second time she's been put off - something wrong? Chance is silent - as Heather and a cocky looking Rogan file out.

Back at Jimmy's, Nina talks of Rose also conning her out of 20K - but no leads ever lead to her baby. While Chris isn't sure it's wise to dig it up, Nina would LOVE Paul's help. After Chris makes a 'sudden' exit, Nina muses that she's been acting a bit strange since she came to town (perhaps more than their relationship is bothering Chris?)

Sharing a dessert, Vikki and Nick are cynical about their parents re-marriage (and their kids hopes that they'll reconcile). Nick can only hope to have faith in 'forever' again. Returning with Nikki, Victor proposes a toast - to Nikki - and their love for one another - may this be the last time they say I do.

Abby turns her nose up at her jail cell - dissolving into tears as she sits on her bunk.

Back at CL's, Kevin leaves a rambling message for Allison. An amused Daniel joins him - a date? Yes, things with Jana are bad. Ryder's in violation - if he's not found, Kevin may lose the coffee house.

Rogan steps outside CL's to answer a call from Chris. We have a problem, she announces - Paul just offered to help Nina locate you. You've gotta stop him, Rogan says. But it's killing Chris - not telling her best friend what she knows. Find a way, Rogan barks. She can never find out who I am. Rejoining Heather, Rogan watches as a coupla cops arrive with a warrant for Chance's arrest - for drugs found in his car. I've been set up again. They're arresting him? Heather looks stunned. Chance instructs Chloe to call his Mom - get him a lawyer. And as Chance is lead out, Heather watches in horror - then glares suspiciously at a smug looking Rogan.

Next: At the station, as Chris watches on, Nina confronts Rogan - You crossed the line going after my son - you're gonna pay for it! ... Help me, Patty bleats. We will sort through this together, Paul assures ... Squinting into the monitor, Adam taps on the keyboard (telling Skye that Patty Williams is waffling on her confession) - if Adam doesn't do something to stop her, Adam is screwed.

My Thoughts:   Maybe instead of spending all her online time admiring her own sex tapes, Abby shoulda Google'd arrest procedures - and relevent cut backs in GC (who's court's decided to close on a Friday?) If that was Owen's call, I'm sure everyone thrown in the drunk tank on Thursday (for the weekend), will be voting to ensure he's not reelected .. How come Owen wasn't at the station - you'd think someone woulda summoned him over (given his delight in seeing Newman's behind bars) ... OK - so I don't know much about horses - but I can't imagine the one Abby rode in on is worth a million and a half dollars .. So NOW - there's a manager at the club - and it's not Gina (who's been stuck in the kitchen making lasagna for the past year or so). Why wasn't this manager ever around when brawls were breaking out in his dining room? ... Those who still care about Nina's stolen baby (and at the time, there WERE quite a few) - will be glad for some closure (even if the baby has turned into an obnoxious and arrogant corrupt cop). No clue as to why Chris is taking orders from this punk. Flashbacks not only serve to inform - they also remind us how far the acting has come (as have the wardrobe department - were Chris' fake glasses supposed to fool anyone?) B&B fans will recognize Rose DeVille - as Sally Spectra ... How can Paul have time to look for Nina's baby? Isn't he supposed to be in Canada? Investigating Meggie? .... Why would Chris bring over a huge pitcher of beer? Does she not see that Nina's already ordered a bottle of beer? Are they all drinking and driving? Why doesn't Chris know to tilt the beer glass when pouring - to avoid getting a cup of bubbles ... Did Nina really have to grab a table? Has Jimmy's ever had enough customers to fill the dump? ... How could Chance not have found the 'right time' to tell Chloe that he cheated on her - with Heather? That's like 7 words (9 if he tacks on an 'I'm sorry') ... If Heather, the victim, really wanted to 'go home' - why wouldn't she just go? Let Rogan explain why she's going home without a bodyguard. And is Heather really wants to 'feel safe', why hasn't she moved in with her PI Dad? ... Vikki and Nick are loaded - why are they sharing a dessert? .... Who took Abby's horse home? Was he trailered over to the club - or did the animal lover walk her treasured horse a few miles on pavement? How fortunate that the club is pretty well empty of other diners ... You're embarrassing the family, Nikki snaps at Abby (like the Newman's have no other reasons to be embarrassed) ...... I'd like to know which 'provider' Ryder's with - to ensure I never go with them (as it seems quite easy for Kevin to hack into their server) Come to think of it, Kevin had no difficulty getting the club's manager to hand over security photos. Does he not recognize Kevin? Know he once burnt his chef's club to the ground? After locking Colleen Carlton in a freezer? Perhaps showing the Silver chipmunk proof that his wife's cheating - with his brother - isn't the best move. Yes Chloe - Kevin IS an 'outlaw' .... Why is Rogan telling Heather where the station's vending machines are - she's been in town a lot longer than he has.
