At the Abbott mansion, Jack's persuading Emily to move from the pool house to the main house, when Ashley arrives to whine about Abby (whom she can barely stand to look at these days).

Lead into the main station, the unshowered Abby's asking for her make up. Sat down, she whines (to the hooker and officers within earshot) that it's all so unfair - the Naked Heiress is supposed be glamorous - and making headlines - but, neither the paparazzi or her family have shown up. Abby's relieved when Daniel (a friendly face) shows up.

After dropping Reed off at camp, JT meets Mac at CL's. What's wrong? Nothing - everything (Mac thinks it ridiculous that she's not 'over it' by now). JT's done some research on Post Partum Depression - it's natural that she'd miss the babies she carried for months.

In GCM's nursery, the Ashby's are thrilled to hear the babies are doing well (and that Lily can go home today - her 'numbers' are up) ~hug~

In their suite, Adam can't deal with numbers right now (as Patty's escape from 'Nutsberry Farm's soon to be discovered). We've got it covered, Skye assures. Knowing the authorities will be coming, Adam wants to go over their story one more time.

Paul and Owen are let into Patty's room by Mr Hewitt. Sure that Patty didn't kill Hightower (as is Dr Peterson), Paul thanks the DA for coming. Initially assuming Patty's been taken to the cafeteria, Mr Hewitt's 'not really sure' where she is. Paul quickly spots the air vent - and Patty's 'good bye' note.Oh no!

The Ashby's thank the doctor - seems the chemo's doing it's job. The babies saved my life, Lily feels stronger every day - but doesn't want to leave them. They said they want their Mommy to go home and rest - wait for their release, Cane assures - they're smart kids. Oh, alright, HE'LL do the cooking and cleaning.

JT suggests they go see Lily and the twins. No - that might make it worse, Mac declines (and isn't up for a movie or ready to be seen in a bathing suit). Ok, Mac relents - seeing Cane and Lily with the babies might remind her why she went through all this.

Outside, Paul doesn't understand why Patty would escape - she was doing so well. With the hospital on lock down, he's disappointed to hear that budget cuts eliminated perimeter cameras. Owen orders the canine unit and a check for finger prints. She's a dangerous and unpredictable criminal, he reminds Paul (who insists that Adam's behind it).

Skye (a con artist, remember?) reassures Adam that she can go along with his story. Humour me, a nervous Adam demands. Skye does - they went to the Indian casino - got home late). Yes, they can trust her old friend, Colin (who wore Adam's hat when taking his place at the casino - after Adam slipped out the employee entrance). So - there was a tall, dark, handsome man at Skye's side the entire night. Satisfied, Adam checks the hallway - then puts out the 'do not disturb' sign.

After her arraignment, Abby thanks Daniel for officially being the only person who cares about her. Can you believe they don't take plastic for bail? Daniel has no cash - but offers to make some calls. Nope - if Mom and Dad want her to go to jail, Abby will do just that (and spin it - the Naked Heiress wants to experience what caged animals do). On cue Jack arrives to announce he paid the bail. Thank you! Abby repeats as she catapults herself into Uncle Jack's arms.

Back at Jack's, Emily tells Ashley all about Jamie's problems - and how she finally said 'enough' - letting him take responsibility for his own actions. Ashley can't imagine turning her back on her little girl. Emily concludes that Jamie got it - and Abby will too. Set boundaries - don't be manipulated, she advises. Emily then gets a call from Paul - what!? How did that happen!? Keep me posted, she then updates Ashley on Patty's escape.

Paul (with Owen and a uniform in tow) bangs on the door of the Newman's suite - open up! Showtime, Adam mutters (in bed with Skye).

Mac and JT are now the couple in scrubs - admiring the twins. Hearing that Lily's been discharged, Mac frowns in disapproval - how could she leave the babies?

Now home, Lily gushes over Humphrey - miss me? It's like seeing this place for the first time, she eyes the piles of presents and baby paraphernalia (gifts and stuff they ordered). Let's enjoy the downtime (before the twins arrive). Lily, however, is eager to put their kids' stuff away.

I can't thank you enough, Abby beams at Jack (who then overhears of Patty's escape - and goes to investigate). A murderer's running free - and I'm arrested for a prank? Abby gripes. Jack races out to check on Emily (who's still at home - nervously flashing back to her last visit with Patty). Ashley returns to announce the windows and doors are all locked - the alarm's set - and the police are on their way. Emily's worried - and curious - something must have pushed Patty over the edge.

Dressed for bed, Adam and Skye open the door to show point out their 'do not disturb' sign. And as an angry Paul's pulled off him, Adam claims to have no idea where Patty is. He was with me, Skye assures - and there's a casino full of people to verify it. Guess Patty escaped all by herself, Adam's smug.

Arms folded, the Newman's expand on their story - it's an airtight alibi. It's 'bull', Paul rants. Adam claims to have NO idea Patty was about to recant her confession - there's no evidence - kindly leave. This isn't over, Paul glowers. replacing sign on the door, Adam slams it (leaving Owen to assure he's sending officers to the casino). Paul's main priority is finding Patty.

Racing in, Jack sets off the alarm (and is relieved to find Emily OK). He's hiring a private security firm. The authorities are looking for Patty - Abby's with Daniel (who's bringing her there). Ashley wants to hug her daughter - then ring her neck.

Over coffee at CL's, (which is much better than that served in jail), Abby suggests another plan - cons are people too. The Naked Heiress will campaign for all creatures behind bars. How about some protests behind bars? She does agree, however, that some criminals don't deserve compassion - like Patty (who hopefully won't go after Uncle Jack again). The upside of spending the weekend in lock up? Abby's had time to plan her next move (and knows exactly what to say to Mommie Dearest).

Clearly unimpressed that the Ashby's aren't there, Mac then talks of Matilda gripping her thumb. She carried the twins for 200 days. You'll always be part of their lives, JT reminds. But what if it's too hard to be around them? mac mopes.

Admiring matching outfits, Lily decides not to be 'one of those parents' (who dress the twins alike). Cane now hopes for a bright future - but doesn't want to jinx it. It'll be a cake walk, Lily assures - and now, it's time to get back to their little angels.

Delivering Abby to Jack's, Daniel scolds her (when she snap at, then complains to Ashley - who then points out that Abby CHOSE to go to jail, after Victor had smoothed things over with the club's manager). Ashley won't feel like the bad guy. Paul arrives to update that there's no leads on Patty's whereabouts. She'd have been there by now if she planned to. Emily has no insight to share - Patty felt safe at the hospital. It makes no sense, Paul shares his theory - Adam got to her. He's using her to get away with murder.

After Adam praises Skye on her convincing performance, she finds the lengths Adam's going to (to get rid of Patty) 'sketchy'. DID he kill Hightower?

Ashley stops Abby from leaving with Daniel - SHE'LL take her home (as they should stick together). After a weekend in jail, Abby feels perfectly capable of taking care of herself. Plus, there's no risk of Patty coming after them (but shall she carve Ashley a 'shiv' out of a bar of soap'??). Oh, stop being so overly dramatic, Ashley replies - both she and Victor figured Abby could use some time behind bars. Abby's gonna act like an adult - live on her own. But no, she's not moving out. Brad's house was left to her (and she wants Ashley OUT). Unbelievable, Ashley shakes her head (as Abby slams out - Daniel bouncing along on her heels)

Adam insists he told Skye the truth - Paul and Owen want revenge (not the truth). The whole town wants Adam's head on a platter. This whole story was as much to save Skye as it was Adam. You DO believe me don't you? Yes, Skye does.

Jack and Emily are at the station (as Owen confirms Adam's alibi). Patty's are the only prints on the air conditioner. While Jack thinks it possible that Patty acted alone, Paul continues to disagree. When Emily offers assistance to the DA - day or night, Jack objects - didn't she decide NOT to get involved? Yeah - but that was when Patty was safely behind bars. Emily can't let anything happen to her.

The Ashby's are back in scrubs - and delighted to hear they can now hold their babies. Can this day get ANY better? Holding hands, JT and Mac pass by the window on their way out. Doesn't the happy scene make Mac feel better? Remind her why she became the Ashby's surrogate? Yeah - we can go, an emotional Mac sprints out (apparently NOT feeling better)

Next: At CL's, Chance demands a favour of Heather (who looks torn). I need you to get me the DA's file on the Rigg's case ... At Jimmy's, Rogan seems to have Chloe's number - What you want is to stick it to Chance - because he cheated on you. It happens to be your lucky night, Chloe grins ... With a 'welcome home' banner on display at the Ashby's home, Neil confronts Malcolm (on his fiance) - she happens to be Tucker's right hand - I don't like it - and I don't want her anywhere near my family.

My Thoughts: The Abbott mansion 'has every single security feature you could ever want'? - except a front door that folks can't see through ... Obviously 'Patty's really good at hiding things' Ashley hacks - yeah - she's brilliant at it (for someone with the mentality of a 9 year old) .... 'Set boundaries' Emily chirps to Ashley (like she has any experience in raising teenagers) ... Adam's upper legs sure are white (considering he's just been on the run in Brazil) ... Why did Daniel clip his 'visitor' badge to his jeans - hidden beneath his shirt? Is he too cool to display it - like Jack did? ... Abby really needs to be smacked upside the head. I almost felt sorry for Ashley today (being evicted by her own daughter). I say hand the house over to the twit - cut off her allowance - then watch her struggle to pay the utility bills and taxes on the home she inherited ... And when did Daniel turn into such a pantywaist? He's like a purse dog that's outgrown the purse ... LOL@ Abby whining at the obligatory arrested hooker and john (who both roll their eyes). A hooker? In GC? Who knew? .... Reed has 'cannonball skills'? The kid weighs about 18 lbs ... Since Mac's diagnosed herself with Post partum Depression, why isn't she seeking treatment for it? If she's not a 'dwell on something forever' kinda girl, why does she still regurgitate the suffering in the refugee camps? And reconcile (briefly) with Billy? .... How very fortunate that budget cutbacks eliminated perimeter cameras at the psych hospital - and that Skye just so happens to know a casino employee (yet another guy who conveniently looks similar to Adam) ... With all his body and facial hair, surely Adam left a few strands while climbing through the vents ... LOL @ Mr Hewitt bending down to look for Patty under the desk - like she wouldn't be spotted otherwise ... You'd think a patient who's suicidal - and a suspected murderer, would have a desk chair that's bolted to the floor (not with skinny metal legs - perfect for poking an eye out) ... Finally, someone notices the air vents are 'big enough for someone to climb through' - great design. Paul should have Baldwin file a lawsuit (instead of repeatedly muttering 'oh no'). Also note the short wooden fence - with a mattress propped up against it ... I know my sister better than anyone, Paul says with a straight face (except for the months he didn't recognize her of course) ... Adam and Skye went to a casino - had a bit too much to drink - then drove back to the club? Yeah - it's always good when your story includes driving home drunk. Clearly Adam's plan wasn't concocted that morning - so why didn't he put the 'do not disturb' sign out before going to bed last night? .... Seems kinda silly for Lily to have a plastic cap over her wig. Wouldn't it be easier to just take the wig off?
