Arriving home with Traci, a furious Jack rants about Victor's orders (the pompous moron thinks he's the Dalai Lama - they should forgive Adam - hold hands and sing Kumbaya!? Jack DOES hold Victor responsible for his evil spawn - and Jack WILL avenge Ashley.

At the club's bar, Ash orders a Chardonnay. Her feelings? Outrage (that Adam got away with murdering Hightower's kid - and hers). She relived her most horrible memories for NOTHING (except to make her personal tragedy public record). But no - she doesn't want Tucker to take her somewhere more private - she's a survivor.

On the CL's patio, Rafe and Heather are moaning about the criminal justice system (and how it failed). Rafe shoulda taken Adam's case (to ensure he lost). Screw the system, Billy's all for medieval torture. But no - Vikki thinks Daddy might be right (they should all let it go).

In their suite, Skye's got pricey champagne (and tipping heavily) - but warns Adam that bad moods make her spend even more. To freedom, the newlyweds toast with a smile - and moving on. Adam's smile fades, however, when Skye claims to have big plans 'for us'.

The ranch finds Victor, Nikki, Nick and Sharon gushing over Faith. Nick IS free - so Adam ultimately failed, Nikki chirps. Forget revenge - that's what Adam WANTS. Nick can't possibly ignore Adam - waaah - he stole my baby. After Nick takes Sharon and Faith back to their suite at the club, Nikki hopes everyone listens (and ignores Adam) - but can Victor?

While Billy wants to destroy Adam, Vikki worries he'll just come after Reed - or Delia. He can't take the law into his own hands - the cabin incident almost cost Heather and Rafe their careers (and Vikki her son). When Vikki decides it time to leave, Billy's on her heels (thinking it not too late to turn this miserable day around *wink, wink, nudge, nudge*)

Nikki's not so sure that Victor can ignore Adam (it hasn't exactly been his motto over the past few years). Victor can't help but feel responsible for the son who felt abandoned by him (but doesn't want to interact with him). Nikki still doubts that Victor can forgive all Adam's done.

Joining the celebration in Adam and Skye's suite, Vance announces he's sticking around for a while. And Yes, he filed 'the paperwork'. Huh? What paperwork? Skye's clearly out of the loop (and doesn't like it).

Agreeing not to 'bait' one another tonight, Billy points out that Daddy's not always right (like when he wrongly convinced Vikki that he was spying on her). Taking her shot of Tequila, Vikki admits she MAY have some trust issues - and MAY overreact - but it's take it or leave it. Good thing Billy's a 'taker' (and eager to make up for all the trouble he's caused Vikki) ~kiss~

At home, Jack's still ranting to Traci - perhaps if she SAW what (Ashley and) Sharon went through. Oops - sorry - guess Traci DOES know what Sharon suffered. Patty (responsible for Colleen's death) is still out there - but Traci encourages Jack to put his bitterness and anger aside (like she has).

Declining jetting off for karaoke in Japan, Ashley chooses to have dinner with Tucker. Forget Adam - she's officially moving on. Tucker's oh so impressed with Ashley (who won't let Adam be a factor in her life) ~kiss~

Having finally put Faith to sleep, Nick knows that Adam will sleep just fine. He's so damn brazen that Nick decides Sharon should move - in with him.

Have you lost your mind? Skye worries about Victor's reaction to Adam's plan. It could blow up in our faces! Walk away.

As Nikki and Victor discuss Adam fouling the sanctuary of their home, both are asked to sign for packages. Oh gifts! You've been served. They're then horrified to read that Adam's suing them (over the cabin incident). He's not done torturing us, Nikki wails. He is, Victor assures - he just doesn't know it.

Skye does not like this plan at ALL (nor being the last to know about it). Isn't she supposed to be Adam's partner? And how will this reflect on their hedge fund? Adam feels an inheritance is rightfully his. The family's reaction? That's half the fun.

Seated to dine, Ashley and Tucker are talking shop when she's served. OMG! Adam's suing me! she couldn't look more stunned.

Likewise, Heather and Rafe are equally stunned to be served on the patio. Previously declining a drink at Jimmy's, Heather now feels that getting drunk's not a bad idea.

Reading the same paperwork aloud, Jack's furious - Adam suffered severe mental anguish as a result of assault and battery (at the cabin). He's suing Ashley - for mental anguish!? Still think we should turn the other cheek? he sneers at Traci.

At the trailer, Billy and Vikki are making out - and discussing what a great couple they are (even if no one else quite understands that).

Arriving at the Abbott mansion, Ashley has to say that Adam's case is technically true - but he left out a few facts. Like that they were desperately trying to find Ashley's baby. Jack only regrets not finishing the job. This is war - and it'll get ugly. Right on, Tucker salivates.

Skye may not want a 'spotlight' on Adam's family drama - but he needs closure. They (including his own father) wanted to kill him). Ergo, he wants to make then (including and especially his father) miserable.

Yes, Nick's serious about Sharon and Faith moving in (but she seems surprised and disappointed that Nick plans to move into her suite). A knock at the door brings - guess what - a lawsuit against Nick (for violating Adam's civil rights). Seems everyone (at the cabin that night) got one - except Sharon, he notes.

Though relieved at Tucker's reaction to her history, Ashley has to wonder why it matters to her so much. Tucker's a complicated but wonderful man. Ashley takes risks in business - but must protect her heart.

Calling Phyllis, Jack's told that Nick already updated her (that Adam will not face consequences). Oh, it gets worse than that. Jack warns Phyllis to be ready - and beware of strangers bearing gifts.

Victor's on the phone - and Nikki's faxed Baldwin (and now wonders if they'll still be able to testify as to what Adam's guilty of). Victor will take care of it - and protect his family. Wisely, Nikki won't even ask how.

In bed, Skye's wide awake - while Adam's nightmares take him back to the Kansas farmhouse kitchen. Hope's telling a young boy that he'll grow up to be a wonderful man she'll be proud of. The boy turns around. Oh look - it's Justin Hightower - and he's pissed. You're gonna be a liar - a murderer, he shouts at Adam. Hope not turns on Adam too - I will never rest in peace - knowing what you've done! Adam awakens with a start - gasping.

Holding a framed photo of his wedding with Hope, Victor flashes back to her asking him to pray with her - for 'our child'. I'm praying for all of us, Victor now murmurs.

And to the tune of 'Hallelujah', Adam sits in bed looking guilty ... Phyllis is thinking ... So's Jack ... With Traci, Ashley makes a point of ignoring Tucker's call ... Heather and Rafe drink shots at Jimmy's ... Billy and Vikki's sex is interrupted by the pesky process server (and their shock at Adam suing them) ... Leaving the suite, Nick and Sharon wheel Faith's stroller out ... And as Adam continues to wrestle with his guilt, Nikki hugs Victor from behind (as he crumples and tosses the subpoena).

Next: A weary Kay rolls her eyes as Jill rants - things would be different if just once she'd have reached out to me ... Paul informs Heather that he just got a clue that might lead him to Nina's kidnapped son ... Chloe confronts Malloy - fake pictures - fake everything - Rogan Malloy does NOT exist!

My Thoughts: Sorry - I'm leaving for the weekend - and running late as usual ... Just a few comments ... Why would Victor keep a framed photo of his and Hope's wedding so handy? Does he have a drawer filled with photos of ALL his failed marriages? ... Ashley thinks Tucker's 'complicated'? That's rich - from a woman who's been committed numerous times ... and what risks does she take in business? Shaggin' the boss on a business trip? She won't even risk trying a new restaurant .... Hopefully that process server is getting a gas allowance - how on earth did he get around town so quickly? Vance couldn't afford to hire more than one? If all the names (of those being jointly sued) are listed on the paperwork, why didn't anyone make some calls - give everyone a heads up? ... Why is Ashley ignoring Tucker's call? It's rude - and he IS your boss. That said, he just left her, why is he calling? And why is he saying 'right on' (it's not HIS war - it's Jack's against Adam) ... I'd forgotten that Tucker hired Adam once - why wasn't HE called to testify? Knowing Adam broke into his office and peeked at sealed bids, wouldn't Tucker have made a credible witness? But if everyone who took the stand is not credible - why will Adam be deemed credible? ... Nick thinks it could take Sharon 'a while' to 'line up' a place to live? Why - it certainly not a money issue. Can't she just rent the first house she finds acceptable? It's not like she's gotta worry about moving close to Faith's school. Why not go to Ashley? (who once offered to let Sharon stay with her as long as she wanted). I guess that would be too hard because of Faith - not to mention that Ashley's been evicted (by Abby) ...... And how did he get past the ranch's security? Can anyone with gifts just go to the front door? .. If Ashley wanted to put Adam out of her life, why is she dining at the place he and his new bride live? ... Um - Chance was almost killed the other day - why is Heather out bar hopping with no bodyguard in sight?
