Whisking up some eggs, Billy hopes Vikki's loving waking up in her new home - ain't nuthin' finer than a double wide - wahoo. Vikki spontaneously bursts into tears - noooooo!

At the ranch, Meggie ends a call (arranging a benefit for Nikki). Yes, she's enjoying her new job - and getting to know the wonderful Newman's. Oh, what a lucky lady Meggie is. Nikki joins them to compliment Meggie for her great attitude. And as Nikki talks wedding plans, Meggie watches. After Victor leaves, declares Meggie's a dream come true. Happy to be of service, Meggie returns the smile.

In Ashley's office, Tucker kisses his beautiful CEO (who now feels kinda silly for ever being afraid of him). He's impressed by the jump in sales figures - but still wants Beauty of Nature (when's that brother of hers gonna come through anyway?).

At CL's, Abby leaves another message for Jack. She needs some shopping money - the designer launching a new London boutique is requesting the Naked Heiress - can you believe it? Abby has a plan (to get some of her trust fund) - call me.

On the patio, Skye admires all those zero's on Jack Abbott's check. Adam's not impressed that Jack's an investor (he is suing him after all). Victor and Mike want to meet to discuss a settlement - so don't be surprised if Jack cancels the check.

Pleased to find Mike also at Victor's office, Jack announces that he was successful in separating the Abbott's from Adam's joint lawsuit (figuring he'll have a better chance of having it dropped). Yes, Jack WILL have a nice day. Victor's left to tell Mike that Jack would be kicking himself (if he knew what Victor had planned for Adam).

Back at Jabot, Ashley doubts Victor will hand Beauty of Nature over to Jack - Victor will stop at nothing to protect what's his. Tucker's pretty good at protecting what's his too. Barging in, Jack remarks - and here he thought he'd be interrupting their WORK.

Vance and Adam arrive to hear Mike and Victor's settlement proposal. Adam doesn't care HOW 'unorthodox' it is - as long as it has 8 digits.

Kay calls Nikki to discuss wedding plans - meet me at the Golden Worm. Nikki will be right there. She then accepts Meggie's offer to tag along (missing the conniving expression as she goes to grab her purse).

Vikki's sorry she 'lost it' - but if she wants custody of Reed, he'll need space. And so does Vikki (and closets and a big mirror). I'm a Princess, Vikki admits - she can't live in this tiny trailer. Needing space for Delia too, Billy has a crazy solution; buy a house together. Sure, it's a huge step, he agrees - but no crazier than getting married. Let's do it, Vikki agrees.

Meggie's honoured to meet Kay - and has read her book. Gloria quickly appears to announce it was HER son who saved Kay's life. Now on to wedding talk - Nikki wants something elegant and meaningful - and is easily talked into having the ceremony at the mausoleum.

Back at the trailer, Billy and Vikki are off to meet their realtor - an eager newbie. But what if they don't have the same taste? Billy just needs a man cave and a stripper pole (which is fine with the new and improved Vikki).

Your wifeypoo has all the money, Victor sneers at Adam. And if he's a monster, Victor (his creator) is Frankenstein. Adam's a loser and Victor will prove it. His offer? Not a damn dime.

After Tucker leaves to take a call, Jack wastes no time commenting on Ashley's relationship with Tucker. Give him a chance, Ashley suggests - then, as Tucker returns, leaves him to say his intentions are noble towards Ashley (Victor, not so much). Jack has indeed got a 'foot hold' on B of N - but won't cough it up until Tucker signs him on as co-CEO of Jabot.

Tucker balks at the idea of offering Jack the job - without the info. Jack has nothing up his sleeve - just a standard contract (then he'll start talking). Tucker again exits to take a call (leaving Jack to try the CEO's chair on for size). You look comfy, Tucker returns to comment. Jack's home. Tucker signs - but Ashley will be upset if he's messing around. Welcome home, Tucker shakes Jack's hand - now, what's his strategy to get Beauty of Nature. A secret weapon - someone especially close to Victor (who's agreed to help him)....

Cut to Abby - who bumps into Ashley at CL's. So, if Abby enrolled in college classes - got a part time job, would they consider giving her some of her inheritance?

On the patio, Billy and Vikki meet their new realtor; Gloria (who recently got her license). She may be a gossip, but she's discreet - now, let's go over some listings.

Adam stands to leave - guess we're done. No, YOU'RE done, Victor says - and someone will soon come to shine light on his miserable character. On cue, Skye marches in.

The wedding plans continue at Gloworm (with Nikki deciding the gazebo would be a lovely spot for the 'I do's'- which she and Victor will exchange for the last time). Meggie smiles smugly - as if she has other ideas.

Kindly explain to Mr Abrams what you told Mr Baldwin. Skye does so - how Adam planted the ring (on the body in the stables) - how they stayed in contact - the diary used to incriminate Dr Taylor. Now come ON - drop this lawsuit. If this goes to trail, Skye, your WIFE, will tell the jury what a con artist you are, Victor clarifies. Adam knows that Skye (the greedy little witch) doesn't want him to have his own money. Yeah - but that shouldn't be any surprise, Skye sashays back out (as Vance and Adam also file out to chat).

Ashley reminds that Abby was offered a check (in exchange for appropriate behavior). What's the money for? Ashley asks repeatedly - she'll talk to Victor and get back to her. Now alone, Abby leaves another message for Jack (still needing him to help obtain her money).

Jack shares his plan - Abby's primed to battle with Victor - and wants her money. He's coaching her - and if Jack gets his way, Victor's holding are about to blow up. With Victor investing Abby's money - she has shares in EVERYTHING NE - including B of N. A couple of Victor's investments went bad (giving reason for Abby to sue). If she wins, Newman's empire will blow wide open.

As Adam lingers in the doorway, Vance rejoins Mike and Victor - to announce they're dropping the suit against the Newman family. Victor thinks that a wise move (and warns Adam that he's playing a dangerous game). Well played, Mike congratulates.

Tucker's impressed that Jack's lived up to his reputation - but what about Ashley? Abby's suing for her Newman trust - not the Carlton inheritance (which Ash oversees). Tucker worries that Ashley won't like them using Abby to go after Victor. What she doesn't know won't hurt her. Yes - Jack WAS just telling Tucker to be straight with his sister - but this is business. As the men shake hands on the 'deal', Ashley returns to wonder what's going on. Tucker just hired Jack as co CEO. Wow - without B of N? Ashley's happy to hear it (but looks suspiciously at Jack after Tucker leaves).

Gloria takes Billy and Vikki to the first listing (which they both love - as it resembles the home from Father Knows Best). The owner's a media buff - who replicates homes from the 50's. The custom made furniture stays. He's now working on replicating the Brady Bunch home. Neither can see themselves living in a place like this - but look enchanted anyway.

On to flowers. Nikki chooses white callilies - like she's had at every wedding to Victor. How many have there been? Who knows. As Meggie offers drinks, Nikki reminds that she doesn't drink - and neither does Kay. She'll take ginger ale with a straw. At the bar, Meggie orders 3 ginger ale's - add vodka to the one with the straw

Vikki's sold - and ready to make a 'cash offer'. And when Billy says 'we'll take it', Glo's even more excited (to make a sale on her first showing). Giving Billy a high five, Glo heads off to get a contract - leaving Billy and Vikki to 'stand in their home'.

Co - CEO - how'd Jack pull it off? Tucker did it for YOU, Jack insists. Ashley's happy - and Dad would be too. But a call wipes the smile off Ashley's face. Jack's too when he hears that Adam's dropped the Newman's from his lawsuit. We're hanging alone - how did Victor pull this off?! Jack's pissed.

On the CL's patio, Adam's non too pleased either (that his wife's betrayed him yet again - just like his father). Concentrate on the hedge fund, Skye forces a kiss - I'm calling the shots now 'love' - get used to it!

Inside, Tucker orders. Hey Friar Tuck - what's shakin'? Mr McCall? Abby scoffs - hasn't he noticed that she's NOT a 'polite young woman'? But - she's trying to become one. New strategy? Tucker thinks things will work out just fine for her. Giving him a kiss on the cheek, that's exactly what Abby needed to hear from Friar Tuck.

Mike's still in Victor's office when Vance returns - hoping the Abbott's won't be tipped off. Mike won't say anything - but can't say the same for Victor.

Meggie brings the drinks over - Nikki of course, is given the one with the straw. Luckily she brought an extra drink over for Victor (cause he arrives - to hear their wedding's to take place at the mausoleum). Well. I'll be damned - of course he's OK with that. Meggie leads the toast - watching as Nikki sips her drink.

Next: I am NOT prepared to discuss that with you Jack - unless there's something in it for me ... Jana pleads with Kevin - can you just give me another chance? Can't we just try? ... Victor and Billy are at the gym. What's that on your shoulder? Victor asks (causing Billy to grunt/chuckle awkwardly).

My Thoughts: If Reed's such a priority to Vikki - why is she never WITH the child? You'd think the founder of Beauty of Nature would have waterproof mascara ... Vikki DOES need a great big mirror - and a great big hair brush too ... And yeah - get a great big dog too (I'm sure it'll be just as loved as Segundo and Fisher) ... Oh yes - Kay's very 'psychic' - except when she forgets she's not a pork 'n beans eatin' diner waitress (and when she can't remember the name on the restaurant she's just arrived at) ... Not sure that real estate's a lucrative field for Glo to go into. Of course there's 'so much to choose from' - folks rarely go out and buy a home - 50% of GC's residents live at the ranch - or the GCAC - another 25% live at Kay's commune) .... Where on earth would Meggie hear that Gloworm makes a mean Moscow Mule? She only leaves the ranch to shop. And who's making these great drinks? Did Deacon take mixology in prison? ... If Meggie's such a clever woman, finally given a chance to use her brain, why isn't Nikki suspicious that she forgot that she's an alcoholic? Isn't Meggie the least bit concerned that the bartender might KNOW Nikki (and that she doesn't drink) - and perhaps notice that she's drinking vodka through a straw - for breakfast. After all, Nikki has lived in GC for eons - and it's Meggie's first time at Gloworm ... Please - no more close ups of Nikki drinking through a straw (and really - like a non drinker wouldn't be able to taste a shot of vodka in ginger ale. Perhaps Meggie should have started with just a half shot - at home - where she could point the finger elsewhere if busted) ... What sort of wedding does Nikki plan to have - 'this time'? I suggest a 'disposable' or 'recycling' theme - paper plates - Styrofoam cups (as the marriage will be over before the eating utensils biodegrade ... If Meggie's read Kay's book twice, she shouldn't need Gloria to tell her that Kevin rescued Kay (hard to believe he wouldn't be mentioned - since his BFF Amber was collaborating on the memoirs) .. Kay's discussed Nikki's wedding with Murphy? Guess it was over the phone (since Murphy seems to have moved to the Lodge) .... Didn't Jack learn his lesson about using his young nieces as pawns against Victor? I worked out real well for Colleen huh Uncle Jack? Once he's done using his 'favourite' niece - will he move on to Delia? And since when is Abby 'especially close' to Victor? She was willing to take him to court ... What's Nikki talking about - her 'hectic' life? What does she DO? .. Yes - kissing the boss' ass IS a 'very good attitude' Meggie - it worked well for Neil for decades ... Must be cold in the ranch - according to Nikki's right nipple anyway ... Oh God - another man who insists on calling Ashley 'beauty .... 'It's Grand Central around here', Ashley gripes (as the PHONE rings). Um - she knows that's a train station right? ... 'Pot meet kettle' moment goes to Adam (calling Jack 'unbelievably untrustworthy') - but why does he tell Skye NOT to rush out to cash the check? Isn't that EXACTLY what Skye should do? BEFORE Jack gets a chance to stop payment on the check? ... If a Judge granted Jack's request to separate the families on Adam's lawsuit, shouldn't Baldwin have been notified by the court - or one of his many sources? Are Heather and Rafe included with 'Newman and company'? When will the ADA and private practice lawyer be notified that the suits against them have been dropped? (not that Heather seems too worried about it) ... The Naked Heiress is in demand at a store opening in LONDON - yet Jeremy Scott, who's launching his line at the LOCAL boutique - operating right out of the ground floor of the company her own grandfather founded, doesn't even invite her? Maybe Abby shoulda rode her horse into Fenmore's (instead of the club) If the Naked Heiress is in such high demand, they should be paying HER (to fly over and make an appearance) - Can you believe it? she raves (yeah dumbass - they want you to come over and buy stuff) ... I don't get why Ashley's so happy to share her new CEO title with Jack - they've never been able to work together (in fact she opted to stay in the lab rather than be micromanaged by Jack)... Tucker McCall's the shrewdest of businessmen (by all accounts) - yet he signs the three year 'standard executive contract' Jack hands him - without even reading it - never mind running it by Jabot's legal team - or his right hand, Sophia? He might wanna check the fine print (specifically for the term 'golden parachute').
