Jana strolls into CL's. Yes, Kevin's coming in today - any minute, she learns (then, at the counter, can't even look at his and Chloe's RS cover - which she rips to shreds). Meanwhile, at Gloworm, Kevin's installing software (and chiding Glo for hiring Deacon). Chloe arrives with a copy of RS - we're adorable (but Kevin's focused on the divorced papers Mike's drawn up).

Billy needs to get to the gym - to develop the muscles Vikki loves so much. No, Billy's not covering his tattoo with a shirt (it chafes) - folks will just think he's gay. Not buff enough to be gay? Maybe if Billy was at the gym - instead of in bed with Vikki. Taking a call from Glo, Billy updates - they can pick up the keys to their new home. Alas, Vikki's off to see her Mom (and 'guesses' she'll tell Nikki about the new house - who cares what Victor thinks)

At the ranch, Victor notes that Nikki didn't sleep too well last night - why? Nikki's perplexed - and has the urge to drink - maybe it's this Adam thing? Victor has no plans to talk to Jack (about Adam dropping the lawsuit against the Newman's). As Nikki assures that she'll be OK, an eavesdropping Meggie smirks - flashing back to spiking Nikki's drink.

At Jabot, Jack's all in a dither about the Newman's being dropped from Adam's lawsuit - maybe Skye will spill the beans. No - Ashley's NOT to 'occupy' Adam (so Jack can question Skye).

In their suite (aka The Newman Fund headquarters), Adam and Skye bicker about the lawsuit. Never mind that Jack's invested in the hedge fund - Adam won't let him 'off the hook' (after what he did to him).

Back at Gloworm, Kevin's sure he wants a divorce (and is advised to sign off on it immediately, by Chloe). The sooner the better, Glo agrees he needs to divorce the zombie - shut the door. Kevin doesn't need a pep talk )but isn't sure what he DOES need).

Jack and Ashley argue over her staying away from Adam. She won't play the victim anymore - let me know what happens she Skye (Ash marches out).

At the ranch, Nikki and Vikki gush over childhood photos - oh, what a proud Dad Victor was. Vikki updates on the new house - I love it! Yes, she's moving in with Billy. Nikki's happy for her - but not impressed to hear they bought the place (instead of renting it).

Victor wastes no time spotting (and confronting) Billy on whatever's on his shoulder (at the gym) - much to Billy's embarrassment.

Vikki's not trying to 'prove' anything - she and Billy need more space. Of COURSE she's thought about the impact on Reed. Nikki lectures - Vikki's getting it all backwards (where's the commitment?) Vikki's taking a huge leap of faith. Isn't it wonderful (that she's moving on with her life - taking chances - having fun). Vikki doesn't care what Victor thinks - she's made her decision.

Victor badgers Billy - nothing to do with him? It's HIS name on Billy's back. is it for real? I love you big guy, Billy quips (then blurts out how it came about that he's stuck with Victor's name on HIS back). Victor can barely conceal his amusement (upon hearing that Billy gave the tattoo artist mouth to mouth). Now mortified, Billy marches off.

Now at CL's, Jana apologizes for making Chloe uncomfortable (and doesn't blame everyone for being upset with her). Having no one to talk to, Jana whines about the mistake she's made - how she had to leave Kevin (whom she was disappointing). If only Jana had let Kevin help - I just want my life back, she sobs (as Chloe softens - and rubs her back).

Back at Gloworm, Gloria gloats about her first commission check (thanks to Vikki and Billy). Arriving to overhear, Jack's updated. Scowling at the check Glo's shoved down her cleavage, Jack won't fight her for the money she still owes him - his lawyer will be in touch. Next, Jack sits with Skye (to ask how Victor got Adam to drop him from the lawsuit). Skye's not talking - unless there's something in it for her.

A civil suit? Seriously? Ashley snarls in disbelief (when Adam opens his door). Marching inside, Ashley rants and raves (her sanity wasn't enough - now he wants her money?)

This isn't about money - it's about salvaging Adam's reputation. You killed my daughter, Ashley (a confident and changed woman) accuses. And now, the same 'pathetic woman' Adam used to tuck in at night will find out what Victor has on him (and use it to nail his ass to the wall!).

Back at Gloworm, Skye's willing to negotiate - she'll give Jack the info (if he gets ALL his pals to invest in the Newman Fund). Watch this, Jack makes a call - with a tip (recommending the Newman Fund - pass it on to all your clients). Now - how did Victor get Adam to drop the lawsuit? He didn't - I did, Skye boasts.

At the trailer, Vikki relays the chat with her 'supportive' Mom. Billy has news too - Victor got a laugh out of his tattoo. On cue, a knock at the door brings a tattoo artist (sent by Mr Newman). Right this way, an eager Billy shows him in.

Having a friendly chat, Jana's sure Kevin feels more for her than he's letting on (and what does he say to Chloe - surely he confides in her??). I do most of the talking, the 'self absorbed' Chloe stammers (then is more than willing to leave when Kevin asks to speak to Jana). Reaching her hands across the table, Jana's rejected (but still loves his RS cover). Also awkward, Kevin tries to hand over the divorce papers (as Jana runs off crying).

You threatened to testify that Adam helped fake your death? What 'other things'? Jack wonders. Suffice it to say, Skye convinced Adam that it was in his best interest to drop the lawsuit. Jack thinks it poetic that Adam was blackmailed. Skye just wants to focus on the hedge fund (and is assured Jack will send her more investors). Lovely doing business with you, Skye leaves the impressed Jack (who then calls to tell Ashley that she can leave Adam - we got what we need - meet me at Gloworm).

Punching away at the long bag, Victor's distracted by flashbacks of Ashley's voice - discussing Adam). He then leaves a message for her (having things to discuss regarding Adam).

Billy's tattoo now complete, Vikki ooh's and ahh's. Billy insists on paying (even though Victor already has). This is cool of my Dad, Vikki gushes (but doubts Victor's accepted their relationship) ~kiss~

At the ranch, Meggie flips through Nikki's photos. No, she has no kids - her customers at the bar kept her busy. Nikki knew a few bartenders in her day (as she eyes the decanter of vodka). Yes, she COULD use a nap - thank you. Now alone, Meggie also eyes the booze (knowing just what Nikki will want when she wakes up).

Following Jana to the patio, Kevin puts the divorce decree in front of her - it's all pretty basic. In tears, Jana remembers how sweet he was when bringing her home from the hospital. NOW she feels - and it's killing her. Please - can't we just try? Nope - that'd just be more painful - we just have to get though this. Kevin signs (then returns Jana's hug briefly before pulling away - good bye).

Skye returns to tell Adam that she just met with Jack. And if he doesn't cancel the lawsuit against the Abbott's, she'll spill her guts.

At Gloworm, Jack updates Ashley. Victor arrives (as invited by Ashley) - to confide that Adam had Skye forge the diary that allowed him to blackmail Dr Taylor. Why's he sharing? Ashley needs closure. She doesn't have it yet - but will (then leaves Jack and Victor to exchange verbal jabs). Spotting Gloria with Vikki and Billy, Jack stuns Victor with the news that they bought a house. At the bar, Glo offers congratulations and the house keys. Victor intercepts them - understanding congratulations are in order.

Back at CL's, Chloe won't let Kevin wallow. Look at us (on the RS cover) - we're mad sexy. Their love lives are in the toilet - but it gives them depth. , Kevin's one 'sexy little man'. Meanwhile, a forlorn Jana watches Chloe cheer Kevin up.

Meggie spikes yet another drink for Nikki (who comes down from her quick nap to be offered a smoothie). What flavour's that? A little of this - a little of that. Mmm - it's good, Nikki sips.

As Jack watches on, Vikki tells Victor to back off - she doesn't need his input. Billy thanks Victor for sending the tattoo artist over. Victor won't waste any more of his time on 'lost causes' - do what you have to do. That leaves Jack to puzzle over the tattoo (and wish them better luck in their quest for wedded bliss).

Send me your bill, Adam tells Vance on the phone. Ashley barges in to rant at Skye about the fake journal - you're just as twisted as HE is. She then turns on Adam - it's too late to walk away. Ashley won't rest until she takes EVERYTHING away from him (like he did to her).
