Sharon coming home with all the fixin's to make Banana's Foster, Adam knows what would make things even more perfect. And with the charges dropped, he's sure Nick won't be able to get full custody of Faith. But when Sharon calls wanting to pick Faith up, Nick nixes it - until he hears from a Judge, Faith's staying at up at the main house - with him ~click~ Oh - and Victor (who hands the 'adorable' tot over). It'll all work out, Victor wears a knowing smile - leaving Nick to wonder if Victor 'did' anything to be so sure.

Coat on, Sharon grabs her purse - it's HER day to see Faith - and by golly she's GOING to! However, an FBI agent shows up - to discuss her seeing Skye in Hawaii. Finally, someone believes me, she's pleased (Adam, not so much).

At the club, Cane's unimpressed to hear that Collin plans to stay in GC. Blake dismissed, he bumps into Lily (who's booking a surprise night away for her and Cane). Blake checks out her to-do list - definitely able to help out with the last item.

Making it clear that he doesn't want his father in GC, Cane wonders why he'd live somewhere he's not welcome. Ah, but Collin has other reasons for staying. And here she is now. Greeting Cane, then Collin, Jill sure does miss him (and is all ears on how he might fix that).

At CL's, Ester's disappointed that no B&B's have room for Chloe (who's almost as desperate as Jana for some Kevin luvin').

You want me to make love to you!? the molested Kevin squawks when Jana grabs and gropes him. You're exactly what I need, she forces a kiss (apparently unaware that Kevin's doing his best to squirm away).

Whoa! Kevin reminds of his sore throat. Besides, jumping into the sack, isn't a good idea, Kevin's dissuaded from calling the therapist. Oh why doesn't Kevin want to make love to Jana? On cue, Chloe calls. Kevin, speaking in code, is in a panic - even more so when Jana grabs his phone and turns it off. Now, where were we? Oh yeah - Kevin's looking terrified at the thought of making love to his 'incredbily sexy wife' (who continues to impersonate cling wrap).

Invited to join Collin, Jill sits - then gently tries to get rid of Cane. Yes, she DOES want to be alone with Collin as a matter of fact (which is 'exactly' what Cane doesn't want).

Meanwhile, Blake's proud to deliver a key to Lily (who seems amazed that he 'did it'). Wow - such a romantic, she gushes. Why, there's lots about Blake that Lily doesn't know (like that he'll follow her around like a puppy dog as she marches off).

Still at the ranch, neither Nick nor Victor want a replay of Vikki's custody battle (in which she lost Reed, Nick reminds). Did I interfere? Victor chuckles - then admits he told the Judge that Faith's better off with her Daddy.

At Sharon's, the FBI agent goes back to Skye's suite - trashed and bloody (then hears all about Sharon tracking the perfume to Hawaii etc. etc.). Adam voices objection when the FBI agent implies that Sharon killed Skye. Is that what you think? it suddenly dawns on Sharon.

Back at the club, Cane plays the devoted son (who sounds a lot like Kay, Jill notes). And as Jill excuses herself to take a call, Collin denies he's using her - he might even marry Jill. As for Cane's threats to blab 'EVERYTHING' - he has just as much, if not more, to lose. Returning, Jill's query about what it is that she doesn't understand, causes Cane to squirm.

Meanwhile, Lily and Blake are in the club's wine cellar - to select just the right wine. An authority, Blake's first pick is nixed due to it's price tag. And after choosing another, the pair are dismayed to find themselves locked in.

Infuriated by Kevin's excuses, Jana just wants to be the crazy, amazing couple they were before Ryder and Daisy arrived. Kevin now claims he can't 'get started'. The Lieutenant doesn't want to stand at attention. Agreeing to 'just hold' Jana, Kevin jumps when her hand slides beneath his shirt. What next? He's gay? No - gender confused. And who's this at the door? Rafe? Nope - Ester, to save the day (with chicken soup for the 'sick' Kevin). Not a moment too soon, he's relieved.

The FBI agent assumes Sharon must have been furious at Skye. How many people fall into a volcano? Zero. Adam and Sharon are indignant - go question Victor (who even Sharon now claims is behind everything).

Stuck in the cellar, neither Lily nor Blake can get a signal. Oh well - might as well help themselves to some wine (guzzled from the bottle). Blake looks mighty pleased with himself, when Lily admits he's cheered her up.

At the mausoleum, Chloe instructs the chef - burgers and fries in front of the TV (and don't forget the beer). Unable to reach Kevin, Chloe calls Ester (who hisses at Kevin that Chloe's waiting at the estate for him). And why would Ester need to 'cover' for Kevin? the ever lurking Jana's suspicious (and puts her foot down on Kevin going out for onions).

The FBI agent gone, Sharon's nervous his suspicions will effect her bid for custody. She has as much right to Faith - but not as much power. And here's the agent on Victor's doorstep (Nick in the background) - wanting to know how his daughter in law, Skye, got to Hawaii.

Explaining how she and Cane recreate Paris for one another, Lily'd love to know more about Cane. Samantha? Who's that? Blake's saved when Pierre shows up to release them (though Lily looks much less enthused about seeing Cane).

Despite Jill's pleading, Cane can't get along with Collin. Never mind all they have in common - like Samantha. Flashback to Cane sobbing over Samantha's dead body. And when Blake and Lily saunter over, Cane snaps - stay away from my wife! What is WRONG with you? Lily's horrified.

The FBI agent now grills Victor (who declares the rumours nonsense - despite what Adam and Jack have to say). However, Victor and Nick are both surprised to hear that Sharon was the one who insisted Victor be questioned.

Over soup, Ester babbles about Kevin's illness possibly lasting longer (due to the lack of onions in the soup). Impatient, Jana would really like to be alone with her husband now. In the hallway, Ester and Kevin are both disappointed (as will Chloe be). Hey - could Ester do Kevin a favour?

All standing in the middle of the restaurant, lily explains the surprise Blake was helping her plan - for HIM. Have a lovely evening, Jill sends Lily and the apologetic Cane upstairs. But - before they go upstairs, Lily wants to know 'who's Samantha'?

Sharon's back to fretting over Faith (who needs consistency). And as Adam's sure she won't be banned from seeing her daughter at all, both look uncertain when Leslie calls.

The cooperative and polite Victor shows the agent out - then joins Nick in griping about Sharon (who can't think straight because of Adam). Will the Judge agree? Mike calls on cue - looks like we're about to find out.

As Blake pays off Pierre he reports it was a good first step. At the bottom of the stairs, Cane tells Lily that Samantha was his sister - she died. Lily's disappointed he didn't confide in her. How much more can she take of this? Cane promises - there's nothing else he's hiding. OK - let's go up then (Cane turns to glare at Jill and Collin's table before following - missing Jill chuckling at Collin's proposal). Yes - he's serious. And yes, Jill agrees ~kiss~

Ester delivers a gift bag to Chloe - a New Year's Eve hat - and a box with what appears to be a corkscrew in it. Kevin calls - happy New Year. Not yet - but soon, he promises (then rolls his eyes as Jana calls out for him).

The petition was denied - Nick must share joint custody with Sharon. The Judge feels Adam poses no threat (which Victor finds ridiculous). In Nick's arms, Faith bleats 'mama' - as Sharon stomps in to demand he hand her over (Adam with her).

Next: Tell me about Chance - does he know Malloy's dying? Heather asks of Chris ... At the ranch, Nikki and Victor look most displeased. Adam behind her, Sharon says it's too bad if they don't approve of their relationship - take a look at your own screwed up lives! .... There's something I've been keeping from you - I had no choice, Nina begins with Paul. Nina, Chris interrupts imploringly (as Heather watches on).

My Thoughts: Nobody falls into volcano's? Zero? Wrong Mr smarty pants FBI agent - according to Google, a hiker fell into a volcano in March of this year in Bali (so really Adam - not such a 'stupid statistic' to that poor hiker and his loved ones) .... The B&B's in GC are all full? In the middle of the week? And neither Ester nor Chloe think to enlist the string pulling of the billionaire who's home they squat in? And since when was the GCAC not the most desired tryst location? Couldn't Kevin have Gloria or Jeff call Kevin in to G-worm for some emergency? Gloria sure wouldn't mind sticking it to Jana (and get Kevin OUT of having to stick it to her) ... Jana's growing more annoying by the minute. Clearly she needs to take her sexual frustration into her own hands, so to speak. If only someone would stick her back in that 'bloody cage'. And if she's that hot and bothered, why is she wearing a turtleneck. Oh? It seems like Kevin doesn't 'want' Jana? How perceptive... Kevin really shoulda buttoned his shirt all the way to the bottom - and maybe tucked it on ... Ester says that tofu tastes like 'rubber'? The tofu people will be happy about THAT ringing endorsement .... Nice that Jana wants them to be the 'crazy' couple they once were. She a murderer - Kevin robbing banks dressed as a chipmunk. Oh - the good ole days .. Odd that Jana's selective memory includes knowing Rafe's sexual preferences? .. How could it not be believable that 'it's not working'? Surely Jana's not managing to arouse Kevin (and when did Jana decide she was 'incredibly sexy'?) .... Rarely do I agree with Victor - but it IS 'ridiculous' that the man who kidnapped Faith now poses 'no threat'. But really - who's HE to comment on anyone's 'complete lack of judgment' ... Sharon's really pushing her luck though. She's no match for TGVN - at the very least he can have her water and utilities shut off ... How did everything go in family court? Victor wonders? Oh? He had more important things to do that attend? ... The FBI agent didn't even bother to record Sharon's story - or jot it down? And he didn't find it the least bit convenient that only one person - in the whole world - ordered this particular perfume? .. Skye's death 'happened so fast'? Not really - it seemed as if Victor was loitering around for ages just waiting something to finally happen .... As if any restaurant would allow guests to wander down into the wine cellar unattended - and make the key exchange right in front of the revolving door. Where's Gina anyway? How convenient that there's a table set up in the wine cellar. Don't drink it all, Lily giggles - as soon as Blake takes the bottle HE just opened - with his shoe no less! ... Oh come ON - Lily can't afford a $4,000 bottle of wine? Pu-lease.
