OK. Today's spoiler is done on a notebook - in notepad. No spell check etc. My regular computer has been hijacked by. Anyone who's been subjected to this can sympathize. I'm frustrated to the point of tears - and tomorrow will have to pay someone to remove this virus I somehow managed to get.
The Baldwin's arrive at the mausoleum - where Jill's late for brunch (and her own party). Tucker and Kay finish their business - while the Ashby's wonder aloud why they've all been summoned (Murphy and Cane both worried). On the door step, Jill sure she wants to announce their engagement - surely Mimosa's will help the family realize what a great guy he is. Now inside, Jill encourages Tucker to stay - he'll be interested in her news as well. Yes, Tucker can hardly wait to see how he reacts.
At the club's bar, Jack's pleased with Kyle's progress in school - but doesn't agree with him living off the Mustache's dime.Diane does have a job - and Kyle loves the ranch. Focus on YOUR life. Hard to do - with an innocent woman behind bars (thanks to Diane's sugar Daddy).
At the tackhouse, Faith with the nanny, Noah skips down to let Devon in. Nick needing to talk to Noah, Devon will head to CL's - and stall til Noah can get there. So - wazzup? Mom's been arrested - for Skye's murder, he's told.
In her cell, head in hands, Sharon gets a visit from Phyllis (who had to see this with her own eyes).
Adam joins Jack - to appeal on Sharon's behalf. Alas, as long as she's with 'JR' Jack doesn't give a rats ass - he's done trying to save Sharon from herself.
Here I am - behind bars, Sharon points out the obvious. Phyllis isn't there to gloat - she's following the evidence. So - is Sharon sticking to her story? Yup - Sharon tried to save Skye. Phyllis knows all about tempers flaring causing accidents - people doing what they thought they weren't capable of. Guard! Sharon shrieks. You don't wanna tell the real story? If Sharon was gonna kill anyone, it'd be Phyllis (who leaves without further word).
What!? Mom couldn't kill anyone, Noah protests (then hears Sharon will have to fund the high bail out). She has a good attorney, Victor adds (as Noah heads off to see Mom - to get HER story). That leaves Nick - who has questions for Victor.
All gathered at the dining room table, what's JIll's news? Jill won't let the pessimism ruin her party - then announces their engagement (which reduces all to dissaproving silence)
Dear God in heaven, Kay leads the negative comments. Does Jill even know what Collin looks like with his pants on? Lauren wonders. Yeah, well, Jill's getting married with or without their approval - and who wants to get married in this mausoleum anyway? Tucker's the 'only rational' person there. Ester reminds all of the men she fell for - strangers/criminals. Please be smart, she pleads. Jill would hang herself before needing Ester's advice - now bring on the Mimosa's. Outside, Cane seethes - you bastard. Tucker comes out - to congratulate Collin (as he heads to the office) - leaving Cane to ensure he'll put a stop to this wedding.
Adam continues - if Jack ever cared about Sharon ... Hold it right there - Jack's the one who went to Hawaii for evidence to clear his sorry ass. And now Adam wants a half million? YOU save Sharon, hero. That's what I'm trying to do, Adam leaves (passing Phyllis - who joins Jack to say she went to get a quote from Sharon). Jack reports his refusal to bail Sharon out.
Sharon's sorry Noah has to see her like this - but appreciates that he believes her (and would bail her out if he had the cash). Adam's no good - if only Mom could see that. But, he makes Sharon happy. Noah can only hope she'll change her mind.
Back at the tackhouse, Nick sees holes in Victor's story (and itinerary). And when Victor suggests Skye's the one who set Adam up, Nick doesn't want the mother of his kids in prison. It's time Victor told the truth. Diane rushes in - having just heard about Sharon. What are YOU doing here? Victor scowls.
Diane heard the news - and thought Nick might need help with the kids. Nick adds that the kids have become friends (when Victor wonders when THEY became so close). Victor leaves saying he'll discuss the Japan blueprints with Diane later. Now alone, Diane wonders if Sharon's guilty. Nick isn't sure - but even IF Victor's behind it, the one who's suffering, is Faith. Knowing he may have to bail Sharon out, Nick will have to watch her playing house with Adam (when HE and Sharon shoulda been together). He chuckles - how weird to be discussing his ex wife.
Still on the front step, Cane tries to call Collin off. But Collin claims the beautiful Jill will soon be part of his family - and he never abandons family (as Cane should know). Heading inside, Collin tells Lily that Cane stepped outside. Oh? The twins are here? He'd love to see them (so, is lead upstairs). Meanwhile, Lauren encourages Jill to continue seeing Collin - but why marriage? But what Jill has with Collin is 'real' - she worries about dying alone. Is it wrong to want something permanent. Of course not - but there's no need to marry. Jill talks of Chance's death (which taught her to hang on to love - anything could happen). Lauren wonders what Collin's after - money - Fenmore's? As Jill stomps off angry, Mike arrives to give Lauren a hug.
Red? You still with us? Distracted, Phyllis relays that Sharon would kill her if anyone. She's too weak, Phyllis believes. If only someone saw what happened that night (at the volcano), she and Jack agree.
Victor now visits Sharon (who wondered if he'd show up) - to gloat that she got what she deserved - or to help? Silly Sharon - assuming Victor cared. He's sorry about her predicament - but not sorry enough to bail her out. Sharon reminds that he promised to help her out. Nope - Victor said he'd help WHEN she acknowledged making a mistake with Adam (who then arrives to say he's smart - celebral - he can outwit Victor). Good luck - try it, Victor says in parting (then calls to summon Mike to the ranch). Her husband gone, Lauren chats with the Murphy's (about Jill's mistake). Jill interrupts the whispering - so self righteous. She disapproved of Murphy (but still attended the wedding). Cane back inside, he wants Lily to pack up the kids so they can leave. Collin's sorry their announcement caused such a mess. Jill? She expected nothing less.
Noah joins Devon - to meet Tucker (who's heard Noah's demo - and thinks they both have a future with his label). Having time available in the recording studio tomorrow, he invites them to use it. It's in New York, that won't be a problem will it? Noah looks unsure.
Back at the tackhouse, Diane reassures Nick that Faith will be fine. Nick suggests a night without discussing his problems. Great - but Diane needs to get back to work. Dinner tonight? Diane will let him know.
At the ranch, Victor instructs Mike to bail Sharon out - but no one's to know he paid it (as his motives will be questioned). After Mike leaves, Diane arrives. Victor'd like to go over the blueprints - over dinner tonight. Yes, tonight - why? Did Diane have something else in mind??
Tucker knows the timing might be bad for Noah - but since both he and Devon (the producer) have talent, he's got the studio on hold - lemme know. Let's go to New York, Noah agrees. Shaking hands, Tucker's pleased - and looks forward to making a record with them.
The guests all gone, Kay declares Jill's party a bust. Why would anyone want to stay? Jill gripes that they've been treated so badly. Everyone's just worried, Jill's told (as Collin returns to object to the accusations against him). If this is their attitude .... Jill demands an apology. Kay warns the marriage will be a disaster. Find it in your heart to be a friend, Jill implores. What do you think I'm doing?! Kay shrieks back.
Still at the club, Jack's heard enough about Skye and Sharon - and would rather focus on THEM; you and me Red ~kiss~
Through the bars, Adam won't hear of Sharon risking her future (by cashing in her investments to pay her bail). Leslie arrives on cue with good news - her bail's been paid (anonymously). You're free to go.
On the patio, Mike's on the phone updating Victor. Sharon's been bailed out - and won't know Victor's behind it (unless he wants her to). Good work, Victor praises ~click~ Diane returns to say she has plans this evening. Yes, the blueprints can wait, Victor leaves her to call Nick (to say she'll be there for dinner). Noah returns with good news too - he and Devon got a record deal (with Tucker). He's not asking for permission - he's signed the contract already (and is off to New York). It's for the best.
On the CL's patio, Lauren updates Mike on what happened after he left the mausoleum. She feels bad for Jill (who's loneliness drives a lot of her bad decisions; like this one). Glad to hear Jill's distracted Lauren from Daisy, Mike could kiss the woman - almost.
Packing up the stroller, Lily's sent ahead - so that Cane can make it clear once more that he disapproves of the wedding. He won't rest until Jill calls it off. Outside, Lily wonders why Cane's sooo against Collin. What does he know that the rest of them don't? Witholding info is the same as lying. I know that, Cane leaves Lily to sigh in frustration. Back inside, Jill implores Kay to be happy for her. No can do - you're better than this - Kay will NEVER give her blessing. As she marches off, Collin suggests they elope. How soon can we leave? Jill gives her fiance a teary hug.
Next: Have you taken a drink? No - but I really want to, Nikki admits to Deacon .... Nick tells Diane - we've talked a lot about Sharon - I think we should talk about us .... Jack's at RS, puzzling to Phyllis - she could come up with the money on her own. So, why all the urgency to come in and rescue her?
