Today's Spoiler

In the motel room, both on their laptops, the 'besties', Jack n Adam, ARE partners - in the hedge fund, proving Sharon's innocence and bringing down TGVN.

At the club, Nick's distracted - thinking of Faith being with Sharon, and Adam. Victor can make a call - to ensure Nick gets full custody (but Nick's sure that'll happen anyway). Mike arrives - to announce that the Judge will revisit Faith's custody, right away.

At home, with Faith, Sharon gets a call from Leslie - who confirms that Nick filed for full custody - the Judge is ready to rule, right now. Bring Faith (though Leslie assures she'll likely be taking her home). Sharon has to believe that - she and Faith belong together.

Joining Tucker (at the club), Sophia would like the chance to explain why she helped Cane. No 'buddy' of hers, Tucker is ready to issue the last orders she'll receive from him - follow them carefully. Clean up this mess or go to jail - your choice.

Collin joins Blake at the club's bar - to ask what game he's playing. Blake blames the James Collier scam on Cane. Crawl into a hole somewhere - Collin will handle this mess. Get outta here.

Jill lets Cane into the mausoleum - what's wrong? Cane needs to speak to her and Kay. Relieved there's no problem with Lily or the twins, Jill assures they'll deal with' it'.

Let in by Malcolm, Neil wants details on what Sophia told him (that he's being blackmailed) - and wants details. Malcolm fumes - unable to believe Cane put her in danger. Lily has no idea where Cane is - but yes, he told her everything. It's just more and more lies, she rants.

Back at the motel, Jack's happy with the big transfer to the fund - now he can make some serious trades. Adam takes exception - YOU can make serious trades? WE, he corrects his partner. Jack and Adam are both aware that Skye had the touch. But she seems to have had an advisor (who Jack's looking for). Sharon calls from the courthouse - the Judge ready to rule, she wants Adam there. Not a good idea - Adam's sure she'll get her daughter back. OK - Sharon will call when it's over. With Victor and Mike, Nick saunters over to comment on Adam's absence. Handing Faith over to Victor, Sharon babbles about him breaking his promise (to always be there for her).

Tucker demands Sophia get back the salary he paid Blake. And she's to cooperate with the police (when he and Cane are charged). Otherwise, there'll be a warrant out for his 'right hand' as well. This was NOT about scamming Tucker - it was about protecting someone who needed help (as Tucker's also done)

Lily can't believe her 'hero' was once a criminal. Malcolm and Neil are equally outraged - he out a target on your back! Just stop - Lily's not sure what comes next (but feels she was never in danger).

At the mausoleum, Cane's confessing to Jill and Kay - then jumps up to answer the door. On the front step, Cane informs he's come clean (then gives Collin a head start - get on a plane). Thing is, Collin doesn't TAKE orders.

Nick and Sharon take seats with the attorney's - as Mike stands to inform the Judge that Nick wants sole custody (due to the murder charges against Sharon). Leslie objects - Sharon's a loving parent. Also standing, Sharon claims this is all about the man she's with. She's still a mother who'd die for her daughter (and Nick knows that).

Back at the club, Tucker claims he never screwed anyone over (like she did him). Sophia speaks of her father (who Tucker came to respect). Yes - you were good friends, Sophia was inspired to go into business. Then her father started a business - broke the rules. Tucker lied to help him keep his job. Immediately upon graduating, Sophia called Mr McCall for a job. Feeling cheated, Tucker's ashamed of Sophia. But Cane's family - your family too. And it Tucker wouldn't have done the same thing, SHE'S ashamed of HIM too (then marches off).

Lily dissuades Neil and Malcolm from harming Cane - he IS the twins father. When Malcolm ignores a call from Sophia, Neil defends (she was only trying to help Cane). If you need me .... Malcolm leaves Neil to console Lily (who's disappointed - what's she supposed to think, to feel? Was she wrong the whole time?)

You're a thug in a nice suit - the head of a crime syndicate, Cane assures. And your dear old Dad, Collin reminds. Thinking of Samantha, Cane will tell Jill the truth - then Dad's threats won't mean anything. Cane sold Collin out to the cops once - he can do it again - but Collin will still have time to kill the woman who loves Cane like a son. He's a patient man (thanks to his time in prison).

Inside, Jill and Kay wonder what else Cane has to tell them. Joining them, Collin claims that Cane's updated him - and OK'd him to stay. Really? Yes, Cane figures it'll all be public soon anyway. Cane's now ready to tell them about the head of the family. He's interrupted when Collin topples a photo off the table - staring at him when it shatters on the carpet.

Apologizing, Collin picks up Jill's pretty picture. Encouraged to continue, Cane talks of his sister (who died because she stood up to the boss). Murdered? Jill and Kay are horrified - thank God he escaped these men. They're dealing with US now, both are supportive. When Collin decides it's time to leave, Jill walks him out. You know how I feel about Jill, he warns Cane in parting.

Lily continues to confide in Neil - oh, all the lies she forgave Cane. Neil hopes it's the last time. He's watched her suffer - but she's strong. Lily will get through this, with his help ~hug~

At Jimmy's, Sophia tells Blake to get out. Tucker wants his money back - and you're ass is going to jail. Blake HAS a boss - Tucker's HER problem. Yeah, well, Sophia has 'people' too punk - get up outta my face before I call the cops! Exchanging menacing glares, Blake exits.

Back at the motel, Jack ends a call - then announces that this Pelson guy was giving Skye inside information. Oh yeah - he was at Harvard when they were. He had a crush on her, Adam recalls (but didn't know they were still in contact). So obsessed with Sharon you didn't know your own partner was cheating the system, Jack sneers. Question is - will they follow Skye's example?

Hell no. Jack doesn't want to deal with Pelson (and get busted by the SCC). This is the Newman Fund - owned and operated by Jack Abbott. He can make money without cheating. Adam was only second in his class, but has a few things to offer. OK - Adam and Jack will invest separately - healthy competition might increase their profits.

The Judge believes Sharon to be a good mother - but with a murder charge against her, Nick was right to refile his petition - and she's awarding full custody to him. As Sharon stands to protest, Leslie assures they'll refile after the trial. And as Sharon then lashes out at Nick, he asks Mike to fetch Faith - to say good bye to her mother. You can see her whenever you want, Nick invites. With your permission, Sharon grumbles (then takes Faith to explain that she's going home with Daddy). Sharon then appeals to Victor - Faith needs to be with her mother - do what's best for HER.

Cane cleans up the shattered glass - then is sat down by Kay. Listen to me - he messed up, big time - but she knows he's a good person, despite his lies. Is there more to the story? Cane can't say - he needs to go see Lily. Kay discourages him - give her time. We need to know if she WANTS to see you, she picks up the phone.

Kay's calling on Cane's behalf - does Lily want to see him? Sighing at her Dad, Lily asks Kay to send him over. Hanging up, Kay and Cane exchange a small smile.

Outside Jimmy's, Sophia's joined by Malcolm (who's not impressed that she helped Cane lie to Lily). I did it to protect her family, Sophia explains. Is she proud of herself? No regrets? Like not telling him? Not in the mood to sample wedding cakes, Malcolm's gonna check into the club for a few days. Huh? He's gonna bail on Sophia? If he's backing out of the wedding, she wants to be told NOW.

Back with Jill, Collin hears that Cane's gone to see Lily; good for him. Kay needs to speak with Jill; a family matter. He IS family, Jill claims she can love him AND Cane (like she does Murphy). Do NOT compare him to Murphy, Kay hisses. Oh - that's right, Jill's fiance doesn't have a bait shop - or a trailer. Kay delivers a sharp slap across the face - wake up!

A nervous Lily's assures that she looks 'normal' - beautiful even. She wants to hear what Cane has to say - and isn't sure whether she wants to work things out. Lily encourages Neil to go - agreeing to call once she's talked to Cane (who then arrives).

Greeting Mike and Victor at the club, Jack's 'Newman' fund is doing so well he can afford to buy drinks for the less fortunate. Sure sucks that a 3rd of Victor's assets are frozen huh? Informing that there was questionable activity when Skye and Adam administered the fund, Jack may be able to bring down Victor's weasel offspring (which makes Victor chuckle).

Pelson - it's Vic Wilson, Adam's leaves a message - we've got some catching up to do. When Sharon walks out of the courtroom, she hands Faith over to Nick (who glares at Adam as he sneers - come on sweetheart, let's go home) - leaving Sharon to cry in Adam's arms.

Under the 'cold beer' sign, Malcolm just needs some space for a few days. THEN maybe Sophia will admit she was wrong. THAT'S the kind of relationship we have? I'll come crawling back to you? Enjoy your space, but her brave face slips, when Malcolm marches off (to enjoy his 'space'). Also marching off into the street, Sophia screams as she's caught in the lights of what sounds like a revving motorcycle.

Assuming Lily's taking him back, Cane goes in for a hug. But not so fast - Lily gives him one last chance to save 'us' - does she finally know everything? No more lies? And when Cane's silence implies there's more, a devastated Lily whimpers - the love of her life never existed at all.

Back at the mausoleum, Collin detects a love/hate thing between Kay and Jill (who, packed to leave, wants to get the hell out of there). I'll be back, you shrew - WITH my husband. I get to call you Mom, Collin quips as he follows Jill out (leaving Kay to clench her fists). On the step, Jill whines that Kay's never happy for her. The sooner Collin's her husband the better.

Next: Just give me a chance to explain! Blake tries to get a word in. Don't touch me! Lily jabs her finger - or come near me or my kids again. You understand?! ... I want us to get married - tonight, Collin tells Jill .. I'm pretty sure I made a mistake - and I told you we should just be friends, Nick gently lets Diane down.

My Thoughts: Collin's a 'patient' man? He sure seemed impatient to get his hands on the twins - and Jill. Being in prison's 'all about patience'? Funny, I thought it'd be all about not dropping the soap ... Who's Tucker kidding? When did he 'ever screw someone over'? (the way Sophia did HIM? Oh - I dunno - maybe when he screwed over his own mother (to swindle her company out from under her feet) ... Odd that the tiny framed photo of Jill would shatter - considering it was a short drop onto a plush carpet .... Huh? Adam went by the name 'Vic Wilson' in Harvard? I thought he only took on the name Victor once he got to GC ... Great that the seedy motel has wifi (the 4 1/2 star hotel I stayed at in Jamaica didn't) - at least Jack and Adam can both work online (but why aren't they at the GCAC?) ... Nice that Victor offers to 'make a call' - to see that Nick gets full custody? Too bad he didn't settle for 'making a call' for Vikki (instead of pulling that stunt at the club to make JT think he'd lost Reed) ... The Judge 'revisits' custody ruling after hours? Who knew family law was practiced in night court? ... Faith is an adorable little boy - and walking too. Let's hope he doesn't lose an eye on the sharp corner of Sharon's wood coffee table. You'd think she'd have the house babyproofed (but I guess there's no need now). Sharon didn't bring along a more appropriate toy for Faith (than her expensive iphone)? Note she has a G3, not the new G4. Also note that Faith was desperately trying to escape Victor's arms - until Sharon handed the phone over ... Sophia doesn't 'expect her job back'? That's good - cause I don't think Tucker had any intention of giving it to her ... Leslie's got one thing right - Sharon IS 'loving' and 'engaged' - but not with Faith - she's in love WITH and engaged TO the man who kidnapped her baby .. Sophia was a cheerleader? I figured her more for a linebacker. I'm not sure what she's most upset about - that Malcolm's pissed at her - or that they won't be sampling wedding cakes tonight ... But really - how does Tucker plan to send her to jail? Isn't he still being investigated himself? ... Perhaps Cane shoulda STARTED his story with the news that Collin's his father ... Why is Lily so sure she was never in danger? She only has Cane's word on that (and we all know how much HIS word's worth) .. Pelson `had a crush`on Skye - in Harvard? Really? - you wouldn`t think the word crush would be used past junior high. Never mind a such a high caliber university.
