Today's Spoiler

At Neil's, Lily's fussed over. How about some soup? A nap? This always be your home. Unable to sleep, Lily whines about breaking down following Cane's good bye to the twins (who must be wondering, poor things, where Daddy is).

At the mausoleum, Cane mopes to Kay - his talk with Lily tanked. Oh well - at least Neil and Malcolm will take good care of em. Invited to stay there, Cane declines (having no desire to see Jill and Collin every day). No, Cane didn't tell Lily everything - it'd just be worse for everyone.

At CL's, Sophia wields her bandaged arm like a trophy - while Malcolm broods. That Cane better get outta town if he knows what's good for him.

In his dingy motel room, Blake's on the phone. He WILL go home - but he'll also find a way to restore Collin's faith in his loyalty - if it takes the rest of his life.

Collin's at the church - thanks for performing the ceremony on such short notice. But ya see, he just can't wait to marry his beloved Jill.

Seated at the club, Jill announces the wedding to Billy (who's 'wow' indicates he's clearly not impressed).

This is nuts, Billy rants - where's the ring! Oh? You clicked? You're soulmates? Let's get some rice! After HIS worldwind romance, Jill's most disappointed in Billy's mocking. She expected him to be more open minded.

Still at CL's, Malcolm and Sophia exchange idle chit chat about the brothers getting along - Malcolm's determination to be there for Lily (whether Neil likes it or not). Sophia frets about paying back Blake's salary - or face embezzlement charges from Tucker (which leads to Malcolm fuming a bit about Blake).

In full whine mode, Lily knows Cane's still withholding secrets - but can't forget all they've been through. It's a terrible position (to be keeping the twins from their Daddy). Missing Cane desperately, Lily gets a hug from Neil.

Cane knows what the Aussie's want - but the fact that he's alive indicates it can be resolved. Wanting to keep his family safe, Cane can't antagonize these people. Kay points out that Cane's new family is powerful enough to handle these criminals. Have faith in the people who love you - like Lily (Cane's #1 ally). Jumping up, Cane suddenly has someone he needs to see.

Neil's pep talk is interrupted by the arrival of Sophia and Malcolm (there to check on Lily; who's horrified to hear that Blake might have tried to run Sophia down).

Blake makes another call - to book a one way fright to Brisbane Australia.

Though Billy clearly disapproves of Collin, Jill leaves them to get acquainted. Skeptical, Billy urges Collin to live in sin - what's the rush to get married? Money? Business connections? My life's an open book, Collin crows - ask away.

Finding the house empty, Cane writes Lily a note - revealing his last secret (which involves him and his father).

As Sophia, Neil and Malcolm all support Lily in dumping Cane, she suddenly has a change of heart. Cane saved her life - and the twins. She won't leave Cane to face this danger alone. We're going home!

Packing, Blake receives a text message: Don't come home. Collin's setting you up. Don't contact me again.

Readily explaining his stint behind bars (for tax evasion), Collin tells the skeptical Billy that he loves Jill (whom he'll make very happy). Jill returning, Billy remains suspicious. Postpone the wedding, he implores. Disappointed that he's judgmental (like the rest of em), Billy realizes that everyone else has already been told. Perhaps Jill should think about the opinions of her loved ones. Marching off, Billy calls Cane (who's left to fume at the news that Jill and Collin are getting married at the First United Church tonight).

Jill mopes that nobody she loves will be standing up for her (especially disappointed by Billy's reaction). Offering support, Collin walks off to take Cane's call (demanding he NOT go through with the wedding). Collin's sorry about the threats - we're both bull headed. He wants his son in his life. Ranting, Cane lists off all the people Collin better be scared off if he marries Jill) - then is frustrated when his phone dies mid bellow. Damn!

Driving along, Lily leaves Cane a 'call me' message. In the meantime, she's trying to tack him down.

As Billy arrives at the mausoleum, Lily calls Kay (who relays that he's looking for her and the twins). Taking the phone, Billy reports tonight's wedding. Cane's pissed (and likely gone to talk some sense into Jill). OK - Lily's off the the First United Church to find Cane. WTH is Jill thinking? Kay wonders. Collin's good - he's got her snowed, Billy replies.

Ending his 'business' call, Collin assures Jill that everyone will get over it in time. No, Jill's not having second thoughts - to hell with her family, she has Collin now. Off to buy rings, Collin will meet Jill at the church later ~kiss~

Back home, Cane ends his 'dear Lily' note - all my love forever. Shrugging into his coat, Cane sputters a message to Jill; don't get married. He has something to say that'll change everything. Propping up the note, he dashes out.

Hearing all about Billy's chat with Collin, Kay informs that no one trust the man (then bemoans the fact that Jill's her own worst enemy. Nothing anyone says will stop her).

Dropping by Blake's room, Collin has one more job for him (and don't mess it up). Cane's all worked up - don't let him disrupt the wedding. OK - but Cane will never let Collin near the twins. Blake, however, can get Collin access - through Lily (after he gets rid of Cane). Don't do anything stupid, Collin warns - you'll regret it.

Calling Lily, Neil learns that she's at the church (and insists on speaking to Cane) ~click~ Heading to the church, Neil orders Sophia and Malcolm back to the Ashby's place (we can't let her be alone with him). Yeah, well - Blake better not show his face, Malcolm's still ready to rumble.

Telling the stroller bound twins that they'll see Daddy soon, Lily admires Jill (in her dress and carrying her bouquet). Jill's thrilled she's there - that she seems willing to forgive Cane (and that she won't let him ruin the wedding). What a great wedding gift! As a surprised Collin welcomes Lily, the Reverend joins them - ready? And as Collin hopes that Lily can convince Cane to stay for the wedding, Cane's outside, trying to skip up the church steps. If only Blake weren't blocking his path.

After a brief dance, Blake and Cane are wrestling on the church steps. Inside, Lily eyes the door - as the ceremony begins. At the mausoleum, Kay promises Billy - nothing good will come from this marriage. As Jill says 'I do', Lily wheels the stroller out. Malcolm and Sophia entering the Ashby home causes a gust of wind to knock over Cane's note. Collin's putting the ring on Jill's finger - as Lily's horrified to find Cane and Blake fighting outside; Cane! As Blake aims a gun in Lily's direction, she dives onto the ground - the stroller careening down the steps. As a heavenly choir continues to sing, Jill and Collin are pronounced man and wife. Gunshot! A red spot staining the middle of his chest, Cane falls, slow motion (as does Blake). Lifting her head, Lily screams in anguish - the stroller continues it's decent. Neil arrives in time to catch it at the bottom of the steps - before it hits the road. Coming out, Collin and Jill take in the horrific scene; blood gushes from Cane's mouth (as well as his chest wound). Lily screams some more (but is drowned out by the choir).

Next: Malcolm tells Sophia - if we're gonna get married, we need to be able to trust each other. You don't trust me anymore? Sophia looks shocked and hurt ... Moping with the Murphy's, Billy assumes that Jill and Collin are now married - and celebrating their little hearts out ... On the church steps, Lily, Jill and Collin hover over Cane. You're gonna be fine, Jill assures.

My Thoughts: *Note* If you check the site before I update the daily spoiler, your computer is likely to cache yesterday's page - and when you later revisit it, there's a good chance it'll display the cached (old) version. You may need to clear your history/cache (depending on the browser there's different ways to do this. IE - in Firefox it's tools>clear recent history). Please try this if you're not seeing today's spoiler ... Why would Sophia be the one charged with embezzlement? She only found out about it after the fact. Blake and Cane are the ones who perpetuated the actual fraud ... Lily doesn't necessarily have to keep the twins away from their father (unless she feels they're in danger) ... Come on Billy - what business connections does Jill have? Collin's not in the dress business ... Cane's phone still had some charge in it - why would he divulge his last (and most explosive) secret in a hastily jotted NOTE to Lily? At the very least, he should have tried to call her .... Given Lily's lack of sleep (and obvious agitation) shouldn't Neil or Malcolm have offered to drive her and the twins home? (instead of gaping as she marched off)? ... Collin tells Billy that he's a 'typical' businessman. Oh yeah? I doubt most businessmen go to jail for tax evasion ... How does know-it-all Neil know that Aussie's have long memories and lotsa muscle? ... Considering Jill's comments towards Nikki when she was trying on 'matronly' wedding dresses (and that she's half owner of Fenmore's) she sure looked dowdy in lavender ... Odd that Billy's first call (after hearing about Jill's pending nuptials) would be to the brother he never speaks to ... What? There's no brakes on that fancy stroller Lily pushes the twins around in? ... Why does EVERYONE feel the need to walk off when answering a call? Collin can't take a 'business' call while seated beside his bride to be? ... Nice that Neil's so protective of Lily - but does he really think a bowl of soup's gonna help? ... Yeah - the twins schedule's all 'messed up' - cause Mom's always toting them around town late at night (but I really doubt the babies are 'wondering where their Daddy is') ... Of COURSE Cane can come live at Kay's commune. Understandable that Cane doesn't want to live with Collin and Jill - but he probably wouldn't be that comfortable living with Chloe either (considering how she tried tricking him into being Delia's Daddy) ... Billy claims there's 'a lot of people' who love Jill. Oh really? Name 3 ... Where's the ring? Billy wonders - a man who put a twist tie on Vikki's finger (which was later replaced by a much classier tattoo) ... We decided to 'pull the trigger' and elope, Jill tells Billy (apt working - considering the gunfire that erupted outside) ... Sometimes you just know when 'it's right' - Jill and Collin 'clicked'. Um - how many times HAS Jill 'clicked' with a man now (and how many of these 'clicks' have been with a man who sincerely cared about her)? ... Collin actually looked a bit worried when Cane listed off all the people who'd be after him for marrying Jill (the Fenmore's? Really? There ARE no Fenmore's except Lauren - what's she gonna do? Run after him with one of those price tagging guns?) - the Abbott's? Who other than Billy would even care? Or is the 'head of a crime syndicate' scared of the 8o year old lady? I'm surprised Cane didn't list off the Newman's - just for the helluva it. 'Get a place' - live in sin, Billy suggests (like Jill would ever move out of the mausoleum) ..... Shouldn't Blake have a credit card in his hand, since he's calling to book a flight?
