At G-worm, Glo 'butters' Kevin up (needing help on her brochure). But Kev's there to talk to Jeff - about an overdue notice (from an anxious lender). His arm in a sling, Jeff claims he separated his shoulder moving produce to the walk in. Turning on the charm, Gloria goes to seat Angelo (leaving Kevin to demand that Jeff pay Angelo - before someone HE cares about gets hurt).

On the Abbott's front step, Jana struggles to break free - of Ryder! My God! she gasps.

At home, Lily's on her bed - gently touching the laptop's screen as she plays Cane's video.

Meanwhile, Neil's at G-worm - ordering a soda as he chats with the new owner of Indigo. Jeff loves tending bar - it's the other 'details' that 'bust his chops' (he glances at Kevin, then Angelo).

Vikki joins Billy at Indigo (which Nick sees as his cue to leave). Vikki updates Nick that Sharon wasn't able to get Adam to recant. Is that why Nick's here? Drinking alone? Nick may have come up with something - let's just say it all starts with Sharon.

At home, Adam dwells over the angel statue - it's a symbol of how Sharon believes in him (yet he's playing his father's game). Victor dangles the bait - Adam bites. But what if he doesn't hold up his end of the deal? Adam frets over Victor blackmailing him (for trying to make it look like Skye's alive). Sharon just wants to focus on Faith (in her lap). If Adam compromises himself, the angel statue she gave him is 'just another lie'. Troubled by her words, Adam ponders the statue.

Back at G-worm, Kevin puts pressure on Jeff (to pay Angelo off). Seeing Angelo approaching, Jeff escapes. Let's talk, Angelo comes over to hiss at Kevin.

Meanwhile, Vikki's seated with Billy and Nick. So, what's his plan? Adam will recant, is all Nick's willing to say. And when Vikki mentions, Nikki, Billy reminds that the Newman's are off limits tonight. Nick leaves 'the kids' to enjoy the evening. Billy takes his wife's hands - look at us - out on the town - not a care in the world. Gloria interrupts - to ask if she can take some snapshots of their home (for her real estate brochure). Of course - and if the Abbott's aren't home, the nanny can let her in. Gloria leaving them to 'carry on', Billy's 'flirting' is interrupted when he calls Chloe over (to inform that Delia's with Ester). Telling the Abbott's to go back to whatever they're doing, Chloe keeps an eye on Kevin and Angelo (whom Billy knows is trouble from his gambling days).

Sharon assures Adam that she can beat the charges against her - without lying for Victor. What's Adam supposed to do? Watched Sharon get 'railroaded'? He plans to 'hold Victor's feet to the fire'. It 'kills' Sharon - how many years she admired Victor - but now THIS (blackmail). Please - don't BE like him, she implores. She never wants to see Adam defeated and ashamed (like he was coming out of arbitration). I need to get some air, Adam walks out.

Now inside the Abbott home, Ryder claims he didn't mean to scare Jana (who has Lucy in her arms). Yes, she lives there - as a nanny - and if Ryder doesn't wanna go to jail, he better leave. Ryder's only there because Daisy told him she had the baby (which she left in some church). Grabbing the phone, Jana pants - both him and Daisy can 'rot'. Yeah, well, if she calls the police, Ryder will tell them that Jana helped Daisy escape. Shhhh, Jana comforts the fussy Lucy.

Lucy fussing in Jana's arms, Ryder knows the truth - that she helped Daisy escape. And if the cops come, he'll tell them - and Kevin. Jana insists that Daisy's still pregnant - Ryder has NO reason to be in GC. That baby's still out there, Ryder claims - imagine if SHE was the one to give her to Kevin. Ryder must be 'bloody mad' if he expects Jana to help him.

In bed, Lily's startled to be woken up by Cane. You're here! she beams. Can't get rid of me that easily, Cane offers her something to eat. Never mind that, Lily has things to say to him. Remember on the church steps? Did Cane hear Lily say she forgave him? I'll be back in a flash, Cane vanishes (as Lily sits bolt upright in bed, scrambling out when she hears a noise).

Back at G-worm, Billy asks Chloe about Kevin's connection to Angelo. He's a customer, Chloe stammers - they talk about sports n stuff. Skeptical, Billy assumes it's why they got arrested (and wonders what her boyfriend's got her involved in). Chloe shows her fangs - this new baby's turned Billy into psycho-Daddy. Neither she nor Kevin are into gambling! Billy's not messing around - if her Kevin has a gambling problem, he'll go for full custody (to keep Delia away from him).

Also at G-worm, Kevin doesn't see how he can get money out of Jeff (if Angelo putting his arm in a sling didn't open his wallet). So, YOU pay the money - and Jeff pays Kevin back. Nobody gets hurt - it's win/win. Feeling he got 'roped in', Kevin respectfully resigns his position. It's just too much (on top of Kev's other 2 jobs). Oh - you're in - but good 'buddy', Angelo concludes.

Vikki marches over to G-worm's bar. And after chit chat with Neil (about their kids), they discuss the lying sleazeball Adam. Maybe Neil could discredit his story. But (having been fired) - it might just look like sour grapes on Neil's part (and he'd be dragging CI with him). Vikki puts more pressure on the 'honourable man' - somebody needs to tell the truth. Their discussion ends when Adam comes over to order a drink (and exchange barbs with Vikki - who wonders what Victor offered for his lies; money, power? Or did Adam melt when Victor called him 'son'?). This is OUR father we're talking about.

Ryder WILL go - after Jana agrees to help him (find Daisy's baby). There's only a few St Joseph's in the area. Again warning Jana, Ryder hides in the closet (as she answers the door). Camera in hand, Gloria correctly assumes that Jana's the Abbott's new nanny. So - what are you up to? she barges inside.

Reiterating, Billy stands firm - Kevin cuts all ties with his gambling pals or he takes Delia - end of discussion. Everything OK? Kevin comes over (and is issued the same warning). Patting Kevin on both shoulders, Billy exits grinning (his point made very clear). Can you believe what an ass he's being? Chloe rants. He's absolutely right, Kevin surprises her by admitting. Back at the bar, Vikki chides Adam (for groveling for Daddy's love). Adam wonders if Daddy's former Princess is 'projecting'. Still smiling, Vikki feels she and Nick are like Victor (a force of nature) - while Adam's second best. Dad and Sharon know it (which is why he's the only man she'll ever really love). Neil butts in to confront Adam - reminding that he worked at NE when the trusts were supposedly forged. Adam didn't have access to Victor's private files. It happened AFTER I fired your ass, Adam sneers. When it looks like Neil's about to get physical, Billy intercedes - it's not worth it.

Dropping by Sharon's, Nick finds Faith on her lap - you're a good Mom. And he knows she didn't kill anyone. Dad knows it too - he won't leave you hanging, he assures.

Armed with a flashlight, Lily creeps around her home - startled when she sees Cane smiling at her through the window.

Back at the club, Adam's amused that Billy's playing peacemaker. But if Neil has something to say, he challenges. Yeah, well, Adam better leave Billy's wife alone. Yeah - she's a real shrinking flower, Adam snarls sarcastically. He just came in for a drink. Have a good night, Adam blows a kiss at his 'sis' and leaves. And as Jeff thrills over his tip, Neil bids the Abbott's a good night. Think about what I said, Vikki implores.

Cane!? Illuminated by Lily's flashlight, Cane traces a heart on the steamy window. Cane! Lily shouts through the patio doors. Cane vanished, she calls to summon Neil over - now (then looks nervous as she waits).

Nick tells Sharon that Adam doesn't need to cave; Victor will step up for her. Sharon (not buying that Victor will do anything to help her) is then stunned to hear that he paid her bail. You really think he'd let you fry for this? Nick challenges.

Snapping photos of the Abbott's home, Gloria needles Jana (who rushes to stop her from photographing the closet space). Jana opening the front door, Gloria's sure she's up to something (and the Abbott's should be told to keep an eye on her). Gloria gone, Ryder comes out of hiding to thank Jana (who worries about losing her job). Ryder will only stay long enough to know that his niece is safe - help me find the baby. Told to leave, Ryder obeys. On either side of the door, both look worried.

What's wrong? Neil asks as he's let into Lily's place. Cane drew a heart in the frost on the window, Lily babbles - right there. The heart gone, Lily insists Cane was there. Neil gently reminds Lily that her husband's gone. But no, the doesn't think she's crazy ~hug~

Served 'island drinks' by Jeff, the Abbott's ate then encouraged to limbo. You're an idiot, Vikki grumbles to Billy (then is applauded as she easily goes under the limbo stick, followed by Billy). Frowning over from their nearby table, Kevin tells Chloe that they've gotta make it look like they aren't together (for Delia's sake).

Served coffee, Nick explains that Victor paid Sharon's bail because he knows she's innocent. Her paying for a crime she didn't commit is the last thing either of them want. Grateful and moved to tears, Sharon thanks Nick with a hug (which Adam walks in on). Removing his coat as Nick stands, Adam doesn't utter a word - as his sucker punch sends Nick sprawling to the floor. Adam! a horrified Sharon yelps.

No, Kevin's not dumping Chloe - he's protecting her (just for a coupla days - until he can speak to Hogan). Yeah - that's what you said about Jana, Chloe sulks. Fix this fast, she demands.

In her bedroom for a blanket for Neil, Lily finds Cane's video playing on her laptop (skipping to repeat pertinent words; I'll always be with you, with you, with you ....). Neil comes in - hey kiddo. Telling him she'll be right there, Lily's left to look panicked.

Gloria arriving in time to win the limbo contest, tells Vikki that she was at their place taking photos. Isn't Jana wonderful? Keep an eye on her, Gloria warns - trust your instincts. The Abbott's assuming she's just overprotective because Jana broke Kevin's heart, shrug it off. Back at their table, Vikki mind is back on the arbitration - hopefully Neil will 'file a brief'. If not, hopefully Nick's plan (involving Sharon) will work.

Bringing down a towel for Nick's face, Sharon hisses at Adam (he came to help us!). Sure you did, Adam scoffs at Nick (Faith in his arms). Nick announces that he's taking his daughter home (so she won't be around 'that'). After Nick leaves, Sharon scolds Adam for hitting Nick (with Faith there). The hug was a thank you - Nick came to inform her that Victor paid her bail. He wouldn't let her rot in jail after all (so now Adam can recant). Adam skeptical and sarcastic, Sharon blames him for her daughter not being there. And as she stomps off to bed, Adam's left to toss the angel statue and mope on the sofa.

Next: Tucker tells Neil - if you feel the need to speak out, I'm sure your reasons are sound .... Mike repeats what he's just been informed - you were in Hawaii - on the same volcano as Sharon and Skye. Yeah, Victor sighs ... What do you want? Nick scowls at Adam. I have nowhere else to turn, is Adam's reply.

My Thoughts: Mr Winters? Gosh - you'd never know that Vikki and Neil were once VERY close (until they both realized that they were from 'different worlds - meaning that he's black, she's white) ... Maybe it's not Gloria's lackluster brochures that are hindering her career in real estate - maybe it's the fact that she's a criminal - belonging to a family of criminals (or maybe it's because no one ever moves off their parent's property in GC) Why use photos of the Abbott home? Is it the only home she's managed to sell? ... Of course Nick's idea 'starts with Sharon' - doesn't EVERYTHING revolve around Sharon? ... Victor dangles the bait - and Adam 'bites' (isn't that how it went with Rafe too?) ... The statue is just another lie? No Sharon - it's just another dollar store statue. Oh yay - Ryder's back. But why is he asking if Lucy's Jana's baby? Jana wasn't pregnant when he left - less than 9 months ago .... Um Lily - on those church steps, Cane didn't 'leave', he DIED (don't be fooled that he's around the house more than when he was alive) ... Ironic for Billy to be concerned about Kevin's gambling (since HIS gambling addiction resulted in him being shipped off to Hong Kong). And really? Is that his only issue with Kevin? ... Vikki's 'been thinking' about Lily? Odd - cause she's never mentioned Lily, nor did she show up at Cane's funeral - or send flowers even ... Hating Adam as he does (and with good reason), why wouldn't Nick have Adam charged for assaulting him? ... Vikki really believes that she and Nick are strong - like their father? Cause both have recently denied being ANYTHING like Victor ... Wow - isn't G-worm the hoppin' place. All 6 patrons hootin and hollerin as they duck under a broom handle ... It's 'twisted fate' that Adam came by G-worm? Hardly - he's there all the time 'showing off'.
