At the courthouse, Chris is accosted by an anxious Philip and Nina-Heather's missing! Paul joins them sure that something's wrong - she didn't just go out for a walk. It has to do with Pomerance and the rest of those bastards it there.

Inside the courtroom, Chance quickly shows Chris the text message - but there's no time to do anything except gape because the Judge returns; court is back in session. Clutching his chest and nearly collapsing, Chance mentions the surgery he's recovering from. Unimpressed and unsympathetic, the judge grants them a 20 minutes break. Get me out of here, Chance hisses at Chris.

At home, Lily flashes back to Cane drawing a heart on the frosted window. Surprised to get a visit from Daniel, she was almost expecting to see Cane. But never mind that. Not wanting to discuss his stuff either, Daniel has a favor to ask.

Behind bars, and in an orange jumpsuit, Sharon knows trying to flee the country on a fake passport was stupid (and that she won't be out before her trial). Oh, so some part of your brain IS working, Leslie quips. I need you to do something for me, Sharon responds.

In the Thai bar, Koa has Adam by his shirt collar. Released, Adam admits he's no reporter; he's Adam Newman - and he won't get out of Koa's face until he finds out what happened to Skye. Adam also knows that he's spoken to Jack and Victor. They may have given up, but not Adam (who'll follow Koa until he gets the information he needs). Off for a walk, Koa leaves Adam to bribe the bartender - wanna make some easy cash?

At CL's, Nick gets a call from Leslie - she's where!? I'm on my way. Dammit Sharon! he mutters as he exits.

Daniel returns to Lily's with all the fixins to watch a basketball game; nachos, candy and beer; tall cans for him and little wimpy bottles for her. His cable out, he had all this stuff in the car hoping she'd let them watch the game there. We need each other for this, the fellow basketball fans agree.

The defendant's lawyer chides DA Walsh -a surprise witness who's too sick to testify? Don't write this witness off just yet, DA Walsh warns. Meanwhile, Pomerantz whispers to Meeks - looks like Chance got our message.

You're wasting your time - this isn't gonna make a difference, Heather babbles. It's a livin' - gotta a pay the bills, Angelo replies. Heather's not scared and neither will Chance be. Then he's even dumber than you are, Angelo hisses in her ear.

In the hallway, Chris and Paul touch base on the search for Heather (assuring Chance that it's not his fault). If anything happens to Heather, Chance will kill Pomerantz. And now it's time to head back into the courtroom. You know what you've got a do, Paul tells Chance.

Paul updates Nina and Philip - the security tape shows a man pushing Heather into an unplated van. We've got nothing, he worries.

Chance and I aren't a couple, Heather claims. Chance is a standup guy. Parts of him anyway, Angelo quips. After all Chance sacrificed, he won't give up the case for me, Heather assures. Unconvinced, Angelo thinks 'soldier boy' would do anything for her.

Lily remembering a previous basketball game, proves that she didn't entirely 'block out' their marriage (as Daniel assumed). Why would she want to forget some of the happiest times of her life? The walk down memory lane continues. Remembering good memories can help you block out the bad. Daniel off to tend to the twins, both are glad they can hang out like this.

On the stand, Chance talks about meeting the beaten up Riggs - then getting knocked out. When he came to, there were drugs in his pockets. Suspended, he was warned (by Meeks) to keep his nose out of the case. He didn't because Riggs was found dead and his life was threatened. Then, he found out about the drug ring from Frank Ellis. He took the info to Owen - and Frank went missing during transport. When drugs were again planted on him, Chance went undercover in jail. And did you find out who was behind the drug ring? Chris asks (as Owen and Syd squrim).

In the hallway, Nina reassures Paul - it's gonna be okay. Paul then goes off with the FBI agent - to help with the grid search (leaving Philip to hug Nina).

Through the bars, Nick expresses anger over Sharon using Faith's birth certificate to get a passport - to leave the country - for Adam. He's the only one who gives a damn about me, Sharon need someone on her side. Adam's being accused of perjury thanks to Victor. Sharon admits she took a stupid risk because she was desperate. Is Adam worth it? Nick scowls - being in prison -away from your children?

Koa's passed out cold on his bed when Adam sneaks in to snoop around his hotel room.

Sharon screwed up - but is more confident in herself than she's ever been. Even strong people need a rope; Adam is her rope. She never meant to hurt the kids she loves. Love isn't just words, Nick points out - it's decisions, choices. Her actions prove how she feels about Adam - and her children.

Back with stale cookies, Angelo notices that Heather's managed to loosen the ties around her wrists. What the hell do you think you're doing!?

Playing the audio tape of Chance being shot, Chris asks who pulled the trigger. My brother, FBI agent Ronan Malloy. It was a sting operation they put together - to bring down a drug ring run by corrupt law enforcement officials. Yes, Chance can identify them - they're sitting at the defense table.

Betting on the next round of the basketball tournament, Lily suggests the loser do dishes for a week. Daniel balks - what! are we married?! it'll give you an excuse to come over when you lose, Lily teases. I need an excuse to come over? Daniel jokes. No - but you're still going to lose, they shake hands.

Still in the hallway, Paul's frustrated and feeling helpless. Philip leaves Nina to console Paul (who feels like he can't breathe). Paul obviously doesn't want anything bad to happen to Heather, but he couldn't ask Chance to lie on the stand ~hug~

Re-tying Heather's wrists, Angelo remarks that he ruined her manicure. Recommended a nail salon, Heather will go check it out right now. We could get along, Angelo smiles - then chides her for trying to escape. Try it again and she'll end up like the dead animals surrounding her!

The defense attorney casts suspicion on Chance's drug possession suddenly being part of a soo called sting operation. The story was a cover-up! A military uniform doesn't make one a hero (earning an 'objection' from Chris). Glaring at Meeks and Pomerantz, Chance sticks by his story - he wasn't lying (then or now).

Thanking Daniel for coming by, Lily sends him off with a friendly kiss. She immediately gets an unsettling text message - don't you think it's a bit soon to be kissing someone else? C.

As Sharon lays weeping in her cell, Nick's at CL's to pick up some treats. Calling from the plane, Phyllis confirms that he can take Summer for the week. Hearing that she's on a plane to Thailand, Nick wonders if by any chance it's the same one Sharon was hauled off. By coincidence, yes it is. You'll thank me later, when I find out what your brother Adam is up to ~click~

Continuing to search Koa's room, Adam comes across a camera. Bingo - it has a photo of Skye and an audio clip (of Sharon saying she won't let Skye die). Suddenly, Adam's knocked out by Koa.

Court over, DA Walsh shakes Chance's hands - not easy turning in your friends. Glaring at Pomerantz and Meeks, Chance growls 'they're not my friends'. Ignoring Chris, Chance approaches Pomerantz and Meeks - you won't get away with it. You just killed your girlfriend, Owen hisses in his ear. The guard at the door calls Angelo (who drops a book of G-worm matches as he answers). I'll take care of it ~click~ Angelo confirms for Heather, that Chance didn't back down. Goodbye Miss Stevens, Angelo picks up his dog to exit. Where you going? she bleats. We can work something out! Come back! Wait!

When the FBI agent updates Paul that the van was spotted along Route 12, Chance wants to go with him (despite Philip, Paul, Chris and Nina's warnings). I DO have to do this - I'm in love with her! The men file out, leaving Chris and Nina to fret.

Next; Dog in his lap, Angelo's on the phone - you better make sure the little lady isn't getting out. That's not going to happen, the courthouse guard replies ... I generally get what I go after, Tucker says. Ashley smiles - just don't use my daughter as a pawn to get what you want ... Abby's before the cameras at G worm - we're back in production. All gasp as she removes her dress.

My Thoughts: Watch Philip in the opening few seconds of the first scene of today's show. I rewound it 3 times - and still can't tell you what the hell he was doing. There should be an Emmy for excruciating acting without even uttering a line .... Sharon sees Adam as her rope? Yeah - a noose around her neck .... Nick's right - she's once again chosen Adam over her children. And she wonders why he's the only one who 'gives a damn' about her? Maybe because Adam's the only one SHE gives a damn about? .... LOL@ Leslie's comments (implying Sharon's not all that bright) ... According to spoilers, the original Noah's set to resume the role again (hopefully he's been off learning how to sing and play guitar). I never warmed up to nuAdam - but I hope old-nu-Adam's able to bring the same snarly attitude (to his relationship with his mother at least) - cause Sharon needs someone to talk some sense into her ... Sharon really thinks she's strong? And confident? Um - OK ... Guess Lily's never heard the saying 'friends don't let friends drink and drive' (since she's sent Daniel to drive home after drinking two huge cans of beer) .... Is ghost Cane sending text messages from the great beyond? Is ghost Cane jealous? If he was spying the whole time, he shoulda been able to tell the kiss (and afternoon) was purely platonic .. If Adam's to be charged with perjury - what's the delay? Why didn't Judge Phelps have him arrested while he was at the courthouse? (especially since he's a huge flight risk - and has gone to great lengths to escape justice before; such as faking his death) ... How on earth did Koa get his hands on that camera (which was seen plummeting into the volcano). It looks in pretty good shape, not a mark on it. Odd that Adam's able to work it so easily - those tiny buttons (since he's blind and all).... Koa sure can't hold his alcohol well. He seemed fine at the bar - then is unconscious in his bed, empty beer at his side, shoes still in - minutes later. How does a guy that size sneak up on anyone? ... Heather has more in common with the dead animals around her (than the urge to survive) - she too likes to be stuffed and mounted and probably smells just as musty. Bet she wishes she'd showered and changed - ya never know when you're gonna get kidnapped and held hostage .... Yeah Lily - your marriage to Daniel had a real 'happy ending' (except you weren't usually in on it).
