At the courthouse, Billy and Nick comment on Adam being put on the stand (which is sure to make the jury hate Sharon). Nick hates Adam (hopes he rots in hell for what he did to Faith) - but hopefully he found something in Thailand.

In an interrogation room, Vance has taken care of Adam's bail (leaving him free until trial). Holding Sharon's had across the table, Adam assures he can handle the DA (and let the jury know all about the video clip he saw). Told not to get too 'cocky', Adam vows that Sharon's not going down for Skye's death.

This is awesome;. Mother's never like me, Chloe gushes at Gloria (at the mausoleum for tea). Glo likes Chloe (who's stylish- and didn't sleep with Kevin's brother). Chloe likes Glo's idea (searching Jana's apartment). She has secrets up the wazoo. Both answer the door to find Jana there (angry that Chloe tried to get her fired).

At CL's, Daniel's pleased that Lily's decided to see a therapist. How about they meet up again after? Sure - Lily'd like to see her after-therapy therapist. Jill and Collin arrive - we're here for you. Despite Cane's death we're still family. Nothing will change that, Lily agrees (then heads off to see her 'shrink'). That leaves Jill to worry out loud - Lily can't be doing well (if she's off to see a therapist).

Sophia and Neil are working at the club's bar. Awkwardly, when their hands touch while exchanging a file. Gently caressing her face, Sophia's mind doesn't seem to be on business. It was a one time thing, Neil leans in to say. Right - never again, Sophia agrees. And here comes Malcolm - a cancellation at the church means he and 'baby' can get married by the end of the week. United Church? Where Cane died? Yeah, but Malcolm's already set up a talk with Lily. You better call her back, Neil says. And tell her you made a mistake, Sophia raises Neil's eyebrow.

Court back in session, Walsh asks that Adam be declared a hostile witness. But he hasn't shown that he's uncooperative, Vance's objection is overruled (which 'means' the DA can rip Adam apart). The DA begins by listing Adam's assorted crimes (ending with his arrest for perjury just this morning). Vance springs to his feet again - the witness is not on trial here. Overruled. Walsh establishes that Adam is the defendant's fiance; the victim his wife. We were divorcing, Adam's arms remain folded. And how much did Adam lose when the hedge fund collapsed? Objection! Overruled. So on and so forth ... In the background, Nick rolls his head about as Adam admits he went to New Orleans; to make sure the woman he loved was OK. And how far did Adam go to 'end things' with his soon to be ex wife? Did he send his mistress to Hawaii to kill her? OBJECTION!

Jana knows the REAL reason Chloe wants her fired has NOTHING to do with Delia. You don't want me around Kevin (who Gloria sneers wouldn't give her a second glance now). Why can't they accept that she and Kevin will always have a bond? Fake her amnesia? Why that's something CHLOE would do. Yes, and that's how Chloe knows all 'sistah's' tricks. Only Chloe's reformed - and Jana's the 'stalker'. England called - they want you back, Gloria chimes in. I have friends - here, Jana wails (and children who depend on me). PS, he still doesn't want you honey, Chloe taunts. Grabbing her purse, Jana knows EXACTLY what Kevin wants - and nobody else can get it for him. And after 'two scoops of crazy' marches out, Glo dangles a set of keys (which somehow 'fell' out of Jana's purse and into Gloria's hand). Let's go snooping. Can we change? Oh, absolutely.

Jill had no idea Lily was so lost. She needs family right now, Collin opines. Looking up from his notes, Daniel agrees. And when Collin gives a long winded speech about hopelessness and tragedy, Jill putting an arm around him snaps him out of it. Chuckling to show his mood's lightened, Collin goes for a refill (leaving Jill looking concerned, Daniel weirded out).

First United Church has been part of our family forever, Malcolm defends his decision to 'what-the-hell were-you-thinking' Neil. Remember basketball, Sunday School - clowning around? Let's honour tradition. Sophia can't ask Lily to walk up those steps. Do they really think Malcolm would make Lily feel pressured to say 'yes'? Gimme some credit. And when Lily arrives curious as to what Malcolm wants to discuss, Neil think it might be a moot point - don't you think Malcolm? All exchange awkward glances.

Malcolm informs Lily that he and Sophia can make things official this week. Lily thinks that's great - until she hears it's First United. Forget he mentioned it, Neil jumps in. There ARE other churches, Sophia points out. Malcolm will find another church if Lily's not OK with it. Needing time, Lily quips that at least she has something to discuss with her therapist now (which is where she's off to). Neil's still annoyed - and it doesn't feel 'right' to Sophia. She's heading to the office but will discuss it later with Malcolm.

Dressed in black (complete with gloves), Gloria and Chloe sneak into Jana's apartment. Find something creepy and conniving (like Jana herself). Perhaps a diary of her crazy delusions. Watching Jana on a small security monitor, Gloria runs down to the Abbott home (to distract her) while Chloe runs around like a chicken with her head cut off.

Vance objects to the DA's prejudicial conjecture and conspiracy theories. I'll answer it - Adam explains why Sharon went to Hawaii - then talks over the DA as he tells the jury about the video clip he saw himself. The Judge bangs her gavel - strike that from the record (and if Adam pulls that again he'll face a contempt charge). The DA done, Vance tells Sharon that if he cross examines Adam, he'll have to admit the footage is lost. Hoping the jury can imagine the video in their minds, Vance bellows - no questions Your Honour. Hostile my ass, Adam snarls at the DA as he leaves the courtroom (followed closely by Nick; who's followed closely by Billy). In the hallway, Billy's the first to speak. What's this about a video? Really?

Hands on his hips, Nick also demands answers from Adam (who explains all that transpired between him and Koa in Thailand). Good work dumbass - the video doesn't even exist anymore, Billy snaps. Adam saw it - so did Koa (who could be anywhere on Victor's dime). Where's Phyllis? Adam neither knows or cares. Now, if these fine young gentlemen will excuse him, Adam's gonna wait for his fiance. Billy suggests Phyllis is still in Thailand - she's not one to give up a fight.

Removing a bra from a drawer, Chloe scoffs - Kevin's never gonna see you in this. On the monitor, she watches Gloria tell Jana that she's there to take photos of the charming Abbott home). WHERE'S your camera? Jana wonders. Gloria sits her down - we used to be family - let's find a way to be friends again. Ordering Gloria OUT, Jana's even more horrified when Glo manages to twist her ankle getting off the sofa.

Asked why she came (to therapy), Lily talks about Cane. He had secrets but we got through it. Then there was the cancer - and Lily's miracle babies. But - Cane had more secrets - was murdered. The person who kept her alive is gone. Lily's there because her husband died (and HE'S the person she wants to tell what's in her heart).

Still at the club, Malcolm and Neil discuss Lily. She's strong, like her mother 9but Dru never had a year this rough). Because Lily's visions are becoming more frequent, Neil feels better when someone's with her. He then scolds Malcolm for inviting Lily to a wedding where her husband was killed. Not as concerned about Lily's visions, Malcolm preaches 'space'.

And what would Lily say to Cane (if she could)? Well - Lily HAS talked to Cane. He left a heart on the window. That's why her family thinks she's crazy. And what does Lily tell Cane? About the babies - that she forgives him. She awkwardly confides that Cane's angry with her - then admits that SHE'S angry. She didn't trust Cane. He died trying to say something to her - but what? Dr Mason invites her back to explore it further - but Lily feels she has the answer now.

Stalling Jana (who wants to go back to her apartment), Gloria blames Chloe for the ugliness between them. Nice one, Chloe gripes as she struggles with a lock. You're icing the wrong leg, Jana points out - now show yourself out. Chloe, busy with the lock - doesn't notice that the monitor's died (or that Jana's on her way back).

At the mausoleum, Collin recalls first meeting Jill (who talked to him about Cane). Jill wants to talk about his huge sadness. Refusing to let him shut her out, Jill wants to know how he lost his kids. Was it like Cane? Violent? Yes, Collin sighs - it was his son who killed Samantha.

Rejoining Daniel at CL's, Lily heads to the patio to make a call - to Neil. Her meeting with Dr Mason helped. Is Malcolm there? He and Sophia conveniently arriving, Lily's on speakerphone. Get married there, she encourages - make First United the place her Uncle got married - not the place Cane died. It'll be a good thing. Neil wants to talk more - but Lily's already hung up 'good bye guys'. I told you she'd feel pressured to say Yes, Neil grumbles to his 'bro'. We're washing away the stain, Malcolm cajoles - make First United a place for happy memories. Is Sophia ready to become his wife; before God and everyone? Sophia's not sure - but as Neil frowns on, decides he's right - let's do this as soon as we can ~kiss~ After Phyllis interrupts to pull Malcolm away for a RS emergency, Neil's left to glare at Sophia.

In the interrogation room, Sharon thinks the jury was impressed with Vance's closing statement. He's not so sure - the DA did a good job. We'll just have to wait for the verdict. Adam's right - Vance does want her to cop a plea (to manslaughter). What!? Sharon's horrified at the thought of pleading guilty to something she didn't do? 20 years!? It's that or a life sentence. Sharon (now in tears) needs to decide.

Just as Chloe manages to open the locker, Jana and Gloria's voices are heard approaching. That's weird, Chloe has the padded belly in her hand - bagging it as she runs to hide. And as Chloe darts out one door, Jana notices her door was open. And where's her bloody keys. Fine - I'm gone! Gloria slams out.

At his front door, Billy spots Chloe - what's she doing behind his house? She's there to apologize to Jana. As Billy comments on the shopping bag, Gloria appears. I'll give you a lift, Chloe and Gloria sprint off - leaving a confused (and suspicious) Billy stuttering.

OMG! You never told me! Jill's aghast. It's not the kind of thing you mention in public, Collin reasons. He talks about Samantha - who got involved with a bad (and deadly) crowd. Her brother was a hot head. He set the wheels in motion - is the reason she's not here today. Ultimately, they got him too. Did these men pay? What's the point? It wouldn't bring Collin's kids back. Jill realizes there's much they don't know about one another - that's gotta change. For Collin, it already has.

Back at CL's, Lily informs Daniel that Malcolm and Sophia are getting married at First United. A family wedding could change the memories. Daniel could swing by to take photos. You just wanna come in case I fall apart, Lily laughs - then looks around when hearing Cane's voice coo 'we'll always have Paris baby'. Did you hear that? she runs to the patio. No, Daniel didn't hear Cane - but knows Lily believes SHE did.

Still at the bar, Sophia hopes Neil can support her and Malcolm. Is she SURE she's not making a mistake? The awkward silence indicates she's not.

Arriving at the club, Nick's surprised to see Phyllis (with Malcolm). Summer really grew while she was gone - and things aren't going well for Sharon. She needs a miracle, Nick marches off. You wanna be my miracle worker? Phyllis asks Malcolm. Not for Sharon - for Phyllis). Stooping to pick up the memory cards she's dropped, Phyllis claims that one of em is gonna be the biggest story she's ever had. It's been erased - so Malcolm needs to help her 'lift' it.

Sharon could be out when Faith graduates college - maybe even high school, Vance encourages his weepy client. Just say the word. No, Sharon won't let Noah and Faith grow thinking their mother's a killer. When Vance pushes, Adam snaps - she said no. Vance leaves Sharon to sniffle with Adam (who thinks she made the right decision). It's not the only way out - you're gonna escape.

Next: Are you really ready to marry my brother? Neil wonders. Sophia looks doubtful ... Sharon tells Adam - please don't take away my hope right now. It's all I have ...At G-worm, Diane's snarling across the table (perhaps Victor) This is about me talking to Nick, at the club - isn't it?

My Thoughts: Chloe and Gloria make a great team - the black gloves and outfits woulda been a great idea - IF they weren't breaking in in broad daylight ... sOh look! Jana has a toilet! One that no male over 6 foot could urinate into though (due to the slanted roof) ... is Chloe in Jana's closet - or does that tiny apartment really have 2 entrances - side by side .... Vance looks mighty impressed with himself (that he managed to recite that long sentence with all the long words; on prejudicial conjecture and conspiracy theories) ... Why on earth would the Abbott's install cameras that allow their nanny to watch what goes on in THEIR living room? Perhaps the Abbott's weren't aware that a nanny cam's designed to spy on the nanny - not the other way around... I hope it wasn't turned on when Vikki was prancing around in her blue bunny costume ... Of course Adam and Sharon - two criminals - are allowed to be in an interrogation room by themselves. Odd that they aren't putting it to better use (since Sharon could be without a man for the next coupla decades) ... Phyllis comment hints that Summer's been replaced (and of course aged). Nice that she quickly popped in to see her daughter ... Having brought all these memory cards from Thailand, Phyllis is so clumsy she drops them? And taking 'pretty pictures' doesn't really qualify a photographer to retrieve images on an erased memory cards. Jack's forensic photographer would be more qualified for that task.
