At CL's, Jana easily convinces Kevin to donate a box of stir sticks. But, oh nooo - how can she and the Tiny Tots make bunnies - when she's left the cotton balls at home!? It's NOT OK, Jana wails - what with Chloe and Gloria campaigning to get her fired. Kevin races around the counter - Jana doesn't deserve to be hassled. It's OK ~hug~

At G-worm, Chloe hypothesizes. The fake belly - the ultra sound - Jana's gonna claim Kevin got her pregnant in December - to trap him. So, what ARE she and Gloria gonna do with this girl?

Phyllis, having dropped Summer off at the airport, starts her day early at RS. Up all night 'working angles', she wonders if Billy has the inside scoop. No - that'd be illegal, he points out. The Baldwin's march in, Mike ranting n raving about Phyllis ignoring his messages. Telling them to relax, Phyllis is anything but when hearing that Daisy was found (and released) in Canada. Why would Daniel DO that?! she's stunned (and called upon to get a 'straight' answer to that very question).

Daniel's in his wife beater, Abby a robe; their kissing and giggling's interrupted when they decide to take it upstairs to the shower. Vikki drops by with Lucy (whom Abby's always talking about babysitting). Clearly in a hurry, Vikki shoves the baby into Daniel's arms - and drops the diaper bag - then makes a run for it before a bewildered Daniel can object.

Hi Mom. Sharon's delighted to get a visit from Noah (Lucy in his arms). Have you eaten breakfast? The concerned Mom asks. Breakfast! The guard (carrying a tray) awakens Sharon from her dream.

Dude! Faith in one arm, Nick uses the other to hug Noah. Oh man - good to see you. Putting his bag down, Noah then coos to Faith.

Adam finds Victor in the interrogation room. What's he doing there? Where's Sharon? Is he 'showing his face' to ease his guilty conscience? Nope - self loathing's YOUR specialty son, Victor barely glances up from his newspaper to comment.

Coming down in a towel, Abby's surprised to find Daniel holding Faith (and that Vikki's apparently taken her up on her offer to babysit anytime). Getting a text message from Ashley (who probably wants to discuss her stupid wedding), it seems Daniel's the one left babysitting. No matter how hard he tries to stay away from Lucy, they keep winding up together.

Noah's return home was a last minute thing. Nick confirming that Mom really DID try to flee the country using Faith's ID makes Noah think she's really 'messed up'. And after Nick heads upstairs, Noah's left to ponder a framed photo of his Mom and Faith.

The guard removing Sharon's untouched breakfast tray will come back to take her to see her visitors. Any idea who? Sharon's left to wonder.

Never mind Victor letting Sharon down, what about Adam letting HIM down? disappearing instead of being disposed). Victor updates that he reinstated Adam's trust fund (making him a wealthy man when NE goes public). Adam couldn't care less - his only concern is Sharon. Adam did his part - and now he's facing perjury charges. Victor finds it hard to believe Adam's his son - and that he wasn't able to lie convincingly to the Judge. Has Adam lost his touch?

Back at RS, the Baldwin's continue to badger Phyllis about Daniel (who released Daisy because he doesn't wanna be a father). True - but he DOES want this baby in a good home (and away from Daisy), Phyllis reminds.

Chatting to Lucy, Daniel gets a call from Phyllis (who needs to see him RIGHT NOW ~click~) Our little secret's safe, he assures Lucy - Billy and Vikki are your folks now (and Daniel's gonna make sure it stays that way).

Vikki's at the tackhouse with Nick - strategizing before their meeting with Vance. Hard to believe Dad's taking NE public (when it was meant to be handed down to their kids). Nick's surprised to hear Noah left (while Vikki's surprised he's back - though the timing makes sense).

OMG - Noah, Sharon smiles at her son through the bars (and her tears).

Jana packs up her cotton balls and construction paper - and is about to head out her door when she finds it blocked by Chloe and Gloria (who rubs the fake belly beneath her sweater - quick - boil some water - I feel a contraction coming on). So authentic - don'tcha think? Chloe gives it a rub too (as Jana can only gape wordlessly)

Jana puts it all together - Gloria bloody stalled her while Chloe burglarized her apartment! Gloria and Chloe are on to Jana (the last woman Kevin would ever breed with). Jana laughs - that's hilarious. It's an old Halloween costume. Jana has things to do (including changing the locks). We'll see who's 'going down', Jana slams the door and makes a call.

Noah's cell going straight to voicemail makes Nick think he's visiting Sharon. OK - Vikki will postpone her meeting with Vance to stay with Faith until the nanny comes. Noah needs you, she sends Nick off.

Separated by bars, a teary eyed Sharon asks about New York - then apologizes. How can Sharon say she's sorry? They all warned her - but Sharon didn't listen; did what she wanted. Sharon feels Noah will understand when he falls in love with someone. Understand why Sharon chose a man who took her child? Who's responsible for the death of another? Understand why she'd forge a passport? Noah's not even sure his Mom DIDN'T kill Skye. He doesn't know who she is anymore. The worst part is that Faith will never know the mother who was always there for Noah growing up. Choking up, Noah's glad he has memories of what a wonderful mother Sharon was (which Faith won't). Don't leave! I'm done, Noah walks.

Adam now tells Victor where he was when the arbitration tore his company apart; Thailand - with his 'boy' Koa. Uh huh, Adam knows everything - even how Victor rushed to Sharon's side - then plead the 5th. Only on issues irrelevant to Sharon's case, Victor claims. Yeah, well, none of this woulda happened if Victor and Skye hadn't tried to frame him for murder. Victor disagrees (and has the last word) - Sharon's in this mess because she fell in love with Adam (who's 'poison').

Jana calls Tiny Tots - to say she's too upset (about someone breaking in) to come into work today. Hanging up, she stares into her mirror - wondering what to do next.

At G-worm, Kevin wonders what the hell IS this thing? A fake baby bump, Chloe and Gloria explain where they found it. Kevin's more concerned that they broke in. Jana's a human being - with feelings! Again Chloe can't believe he's defending Jana. And no sooner has Kevin warned of pending trouble, the cops arrive - to handcuff and lead them out. Kevin's told not to call Mike - find another way to get us out.

Abby's at Tucker's - what's the big emergency? Where's Mom? Realizing she was tricked, Abby won't lie to her mother. But Tucker merely wants womanly advice on a perfect wedding gift. OK - Tucker wants to discuss her stock options. Having sweetened the pot, he's drawn up the transfer papers. The check he dangles in Abby's face is more than double his last offer. What would Ashley say? She understands business. Come on - we're gonna be family - I'm gonna be your stepdaddy after all. 'Don't call me darlin' walks - refusing to give Tucker the stock options so he can screw over her father. Tucker might marry Ashley, but Abby will never, ever consider Tucker 'family'.

Phyllis has heard enough. Try to get some answers, Lauren insists. About what? Daniel arrives (with Lucy) - or do I already know? Handing Lucy to Billy, Daniel explains why he has her - then gives Phyllis the story he's sticking to (as the Baldwin's provide background commentary). As Vikki joins the party, Daniel and the Baldwin's continue to argue. Phyllis at his side, has to wonder - why is Daniel SO sure that Daisy's not coming back to GC???

Answer me - how do you know Daisy's not coming back? She doesn't want to go back to jail, Daniel replies. Never stopped Sheila, Lauren and Mike chime in. Even if Daniel DID admit it, makes no difference - Daisy and the baby would still be gone. He's got a point, Billy incurs a glare from Lauren. Go look for her, Daniel challenges - just leave me outta it.

Noah drops by Abby's - sick about seeing his Mom behind bars (and listening to her excuses). Abby had a lousy morning too (her Mom's marrying slime - her Dad's barely speaking to her). Noah raves about New York (where Newman's just another name). Move to New York?! Noah must be joking. Going 'incognito' is the LAST thing Abby wants.

Adam visits Tucker - to sell his stock. They're legit - make me an offer, Adam demands a yes or a no. Tucker offers double the projected price per share. These shares could triple in the first week, Adam scoffs. No check - Adam wants a wire transfer - immediately. Adam's in luck. Tucker just so happens to have the paperwork already drawn up.

Nick joins Victor in the interrogation room - looking for Noah. Victor hasn't seen him (but hearing he's in town would like to). He's been waiting to see Sharon - but hopes they can put their differences aside; for Sharon and Noah. Nick agrees - they have that in common. A devastated Sharon's lead in - to whine about Noah's visit (which wasn't like her dream at all). It's all my fault, Sharon weeps. Nick will talk to him. Sharon worries Faith will feel she's failed her too. 20 years *sniff* What if she never gets a chance to make it right?

Tucker ends his call with 'pull the trigger'. Adam will have the funds instantaneously. Signing off on the paperwork, Adam shakes Tucker's hand - have fun sticking it to Dad.

Jana gets a visit from Kevin (who updates that Chloe and his Mom have been arrested). Please don't be mad at me, Jana pleads. Kevin feels she has every right to be upset - but can't she drop the charges. Jana shouts - where does it stop? They crossed the bloody line and need to be taught a lesson.

Locked in a jail cell, Chloe and Gloria pout.

Phyllis wants to focus on finding Daisy. It'll be harder now, Mike's obviously carrying a grudge (which angers Phyllis). Once the Baldwin's leave, Phyllis knows Daniel was lying (and let Daisy go). She defended him because he's her son - and will never stop looking for that baby. And as Daniel marches out, the Abbott's joke about whether their Lucy will ever cause that much trouble. Billy gets a call - what? You serious?

Victor's sure the jury (who're deliberating now) will find gaping holes in the prosecutor's case. Nick hopes for a hung jury (and better luck with the next trial). The longer the jury's out - the more chance there is that someone believes Sharon. However, seconds after arriving, Adam gets a call from Vance - and all look grim when he reports that the jury's back - with a verdict.

Next: Tucker looks jubilant - Kay, not so much. You've just bought all of Adam Newman's stock options - that's not cause for celebration, she scolds ... Victor barks at Nikki - you have no right to judge me - nor does anyone else.... Adam's in jailhouse blues - I'm going to help you... escape.
