Today's Spoiler

Packing up Lucy's too small clothes for Goodwill (while Billy holds Lucy), Vikki's heart goes out to Doris - nothing more devastating then losing a child.

Jana finds Kevin slumped over his laptop at CL's - having been up half the night with the blue screen of death. Since it's not a virus, Kevin's stumped.

Bumping into Phyllis at Jack's front door, Daniel will be at the funeral for Noah and Abby. And what about Phyllis? Sharon gone, she'll be like Wylie Coyote without the Roadrunner. Telling Daniel that he's going to hell that that, she and Sharon had issues - but were connected (by a lot of people).

Inside, Abby just can't get used to burying people - then is surprised to see Daniel (after yesterday's spat). No, there won't be any camera's, she assures both Jack and Daniel (who then takes Abby out for coffee). That leaves Jack to wonder if Phyllis has been avoiding him (since her return from the Caribbean).

Having tidied and swept up the barn, Sharon tells Sam that she enjoyed a walk - who knew the dessert was so beautiful? She admires that he enjoys what he's doing - not many people find that (she never did). Pouring Sam coffee, Sharon COULD stick around for a few days - but not as a guest - she wants to earn her keep.

At the tackhouse, Nick has a stack of condolence cards - he's asked the press to respect their privacy - only family and close friends know the details of the funeral. Nikki comments that if Adam loved Sharon half as much as he claimed, he'd be respectful enough not to disrupt the service. Noah and Nick off to the church, Nikki (who's staying til the nanny gets there) offers a hug - we'll get through this. Now alone, Nikki spots a bottle of wine on the counter - glug, glug, glug - she wastes no time.

Showing up at Victor's front door, Adam's pissed that the locks have been changed at Sharon's - you had NO right! This is my house - my property, Victor points out (Diane chiming in her agreement). Whining that his things are there - he was LIVING there, Adam marches in - threatening to take the sonofabitch to court. You'll be there sooner than you think, the DA saunters in on cue. Fortuitous that you showed up, Victor's smug - the DA has some questions for you.

Back at CL's, Kevin goes over yesterday's events - he was trying to hack through the bank's firewall- to figure out who wired money to Primrose. He then goes over Daniel's two quick (and weird) visits. Jana flips when hearing that Kevin confided what he was up to. Kevin's not sure if Daniel deleted the data - but will ask him (since he and Abby just arrived).

Phyllis is agitated and defensive - she's been busy - and had to console Summer. If you're gonna throw out accusations at me .... Whoa - Jack was kidding - why's Phyllis so upset? She's FINE - just exhausted - we're gonna be late - let's go.

Initially declining money from Sam, Sharon now agrees - but will work for it. Embarrassed, she needs a favour - a change of clothes. But she can't go into town to shop (she can't be seen in public)

Hands on his hips, Adam's been 'ambushed'. The DA knows Sharon had help escaping. Giving 'an interview' to the press doesn't mean Adam couldn't have loosened the window bars - or planted the chloroformed rag (and cash). Victor knows Adam has plenty of money (due to selling his shares to Tucker). Bank accounts scattered all over the world, lead back to Adam. Didn't cover your tracks too well genius, Diane taunts. Adam can do whatever he wants with his money - he did nothing fraudulent. The fraud is against the people of Wisconsin who were deprived of seeing justice done for Skye's death. There WAS no murder!!! Adam shouts. It was an accident - and this BASTARD was right there! The jury believed otherwise, the DA remains calm. Adam concludes that if they focused as much energy in finding the truth - as they are on railroading HIM, there would BE no funeral today. Go ahead - arrest me, Adam holds his wrists out in challenge. If not - you and you and you can go to hell! After Adam slams out, the DA to thanks Victor (for the heads up on Adam's finances) - but they COULD have taken care of that 'other matter' - ensuring Adam didn't interrupt the funeral today. Polite but dismissive, Victor thanks Walsh for coming by - but he'll 'deal with all that in due time'.

At the First United Church, Nick and Noah stand behind Doris (and before a casket and framed photo of Sharon). Why, Mrs Chancellor's sent over so much food, Doris won't have to shop for a month. Everyone's reaching out - remembering the Sharon we knew, Nick mopes. Oh Sharon, Doris sniffles - how could you have lost your way? Why couldn't we help? Why wouldn't you listen? A huge 'breathtaking' bouquet impresses all - until Nick reads the mushy card. Guess who? grave faced he crumples it up.

Kevin confronts Daniel - so, what did you do to my computer yesterday?! Denying he has a magnet in his gym bag, Daniel claims it contains clothes - you KNOW that. Abby and Jana are all ears - as Kevin continues to rant - You don't want that kid found! Was I getting too close!? You son of a bitch! Kevin throws the first punch - Daniel the second. And as Abby hustles Daniel out, Kevin shouts that he's only been slowed down - you can't stop me! Jana's left to briefly fuss over Kevin - then has to go babysit Lucy (so the Abbott's can attend the funeral). In the corner, a woman (who looks like Agnes), puts her newspaper down and runs out after Jana.

At the club, Adam complains to Leslie (that Victor changed the locks on property SHARON owned). She'll do what she can - but it'll be hard to fight the eviction (unless Sharon's will bequeathed it to Adam).

No, Sharon's not nervous about meeting people - she can't be seen like this. So, she makes Sam a list; a pair of jeans, nothing fancy. Now alone, Fanny in her arms, Sharon coos that she'll be staying for a while.

At the church, Victor expresses condolences to Doris (who says Sharon loved him - the father she never had). I loved her too, Victor sighs - regrettably he disappointed her. You're not the only one, a guilty Doris sniffles. With Diane, Noah points out who gave which flowers. And as she offers condolences, Jack comes to take Noah in his arms. At the back, Phyllis watches - but follows Nick instead (to hear how Noah's doing). When this is done, Phyllis needs his help - she doesn't like lying to Jack. We'll figure it out, Nick assures. And as Phyllis wraps herself around him, Diane and Jack appears to watch.

Sam's back with jeans, sneakers - ball gown (ha ha). And now he needs to move a horse. Yes, Sharon's fine around horses (she spent some time on a ranch).

Phyllis now on Jack's arm, they regret not being able to save Sharon from Adam (who's also blamed for tricking Nick and Phyllis; leaving them thousands of miles away from where Sharon really was).

Diane asks Victor's permission to offer Nick condolences. Yes, that'll be alright. But when Diane gives him the ole 'if there's anything I can do', Nick thanks her and walks off. Arriving, Nikki gives her mouth a spray before offering condolences to Doris. She was your precious little girl - that's all that matters today. Aside, Abby wants to know why Daniel was fighting with Kevin (about the baby again). Noah's interruption saves Daniel from answering - and he's about to talk to Billy when interrupted again - the Reverend invites them into the sanctuary - the funeral's about to start.

About to take the box of clothes out for Goodwill, Jana quickly puts on her American accent when Agnes appears at the door (to explain she followed her - and can't stop thinking about the baby). Jana hit a dead end - but hopes Agnes can help her.

Marching into the church, Adam's slapped him with a restraining order (he's not to come within 100 feet of Victor Newman). On what grounds? Adam's not going anywhere - he and Sharon were ENGAGED - he has every right to be there. What a joke! You're in my father's pocket, Adam's shouting (as Walsh oversees the two cops hauling him out) causing mourners heads to turn. Let us pray, the Reverend begins.

As she admires her new shirt in the mirror, Adam appears to wrap his arms around her - everything's falling apart in his empty world (without her). How could you just walk away? How could you leave me? Looking angry, Adam fades away. And here's Nick - Faith in his arms. You always run away when things get tough. Did you kill yourself? Didn't you think about Faith? She cries herself to sleep. Me too, Noah now appears in the mirror. Now alone, a weepy Sharon goes to confide in Fanny - should she let everyone know she's alive? Go to prison for years? Sam appears to wonder if Sharon's feeling OK. Just allergies, Sharon lies.

The Reverend says nice things about Sharon (who has a great deal of unrest in her life before the good Lord took her home). Find comfort that she's finally found eternal peace. At the back of the church, the cops are back. They and the DA will stay - as a gesture to the family - but they've put the fear of God into Adam (he won't be back).

Outside, Adam straightens himself up - then spots his flowers and crumpled card on the ground. And as the Reverend talks of Sharon joining Cassie, Adam looks up at a window - and a handy trellis leading up to it.

Back in the barn, Sharon's amazed by how well Sam handled the horses. Likewise, Sam's impressed - he's never seen em warm up to anyone so quickly. He can tell she has a good soul.

The Reverend leads the mourners in prayer - I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Would anyone like to come up and speak? Behind the altar, Nick goes back to being 16 - he had 3 things on his mind - girls, girls, girls. He and Sharon came from different worlds - but they both had to fit in. First time he laid eyes on Sharon he was a 'goner'. Sharon Collins was the first true love of his life - they had 3 beautiful children together. Blah, blah, blah. He hopes Sharon's with Cassie right now - and that they can find a way to help each other through this tragedy. Outside, Adam doffs his jacket and starts climbing up the trellis - towards a window encased in wrought iron bars.

On the patio, Kevin's on the phone updating Chloe (on Daniel). He won't give up on finding his niece.

At the Abbott home, Jana gives Agnes her number - and takes Agnes' (which she'll only use in a dire emergency). On her way out (past the box of Goodwill clothes), Agnes pulls out a familiar outfit - the one she bought at the thrift store (that the baby was wearing when 'Prim' too her)!

Sam finds Sharon bottle feeding Fanny. Yeah, she has kids - but can't talk about it. Fine with that, Sam heads up to see some 'patients'. Tearing up, Sharon's left to hope HER 'little lambs' are OK.

The Reverend concludes the service - go in peace - with the Lord's blessing - Amen. As the bell tolls and all stand, Daniel reminds Billy that he needs to talk to him. Someone's in the bell tower! the Reverend shouts. Oh look - it's Adam. Now before the casket, Adam's there to tell the truth - about Sharon - and everyone here who supposedly loved her. He's not leaving til he has his say. While Nick and Victor look pissed, Phyllis can barely conceal her smile.

Next: You want space? I'll give you space - how about a black hole? Chloe snarls as Jana heads upstairs. Yeah - well maybe you could disappear into it, Kevin replies ... Daniel knows that Billy's been asking a lot of questions about Daisy and the baby - so, he thinks he deserves to know the truth ... In the interrogation room, Adam mentions the letters Sharon wrote. Give them to me, Victor demands. In exchange for my freedom, Adam replies.

My Thoughts: Victor's heart goes out to Doris - so really, Colleen's heart goes out to Doris. Sad that she didn't have one single friend to accompany her (and where's the driver who brought her?) .... Touching how Noah collapsed into Jack's arms. He's holding a lot inside, Nick claims (yeah - like any evidence of tears) .... Really Kevin - is throwing sucker punches in your coffee shop good for business? .... Sounds like the DA was offering to hold Adam (ensuring he didn't disrupt the service) - so why didn't Victor take him up on it? Why does he have to 'handle' everything himself? Adam making a mockery of Sharon's funeral is indirectly Victor's fault ... Knowing his Mom's a recovering alcoholic (who's suspected of drinking again), why would Nick be foolish enough to leave a bottle of wine out on the counter? Sad that Nikki couldn't resist temptation (since she's in the position of being solely responsible for Faith's safety)... I know Sharon's not great in prioritizing - but was JEANS the only thing on her list? How about some undergarments? Sam only got her an extra T-shirt, and she's groveling with gratitude. Thankfully, she got some sensible sneakers to replace her high heels. But how did Sam know what sizes to buy her? ... You'd think Vikki might want to keep the outfit Lucy was wearing when Billy brought her home in - for sentimental reasons. Nice that the outfit's once again gonna be recycled to another thrift store ... Oh please Victor - as if your security team could keep Adam off the property. They didn't even notice Adam trying to get into Sharon's. Sue me! Victor challenges (which is kinda funny since his law lawsuit cost him 1.5 billion dollars) ... Check out Phyllis' face when Adam marched in. She could barely contain her delight (probably salivating over posting the exclusive on her website - never mind how it'll effect Sharon's family and kids) .... I'm following Sharon's words very carefully - yesterday (when the thought of turning herself in came to mind), she rejected it because her kids are better off without her. But today - no mention of the kids - she doesn't want to go to prison for years (possibly the rest of her life). So - Sharon's chosen to let her kids grieve - so that she can remain free. How selfish! ... There was no need to trash Adam's flowers - why not donate them to the old folks home - homeless shelter? Or even put them on someone else's grave ... Why weren't the Winters family at the funeral? Odd - cause Neil was carrying on yesterday that Sharon and Dru were best friends. In fact, Sharon's funeral was even more sparsely attended than Malcolm and Sophia's wedding. Was Ashley even there? ... I'm relieved that spoilers indicating Adam would swing in on a rope were greatly exaggerated. But - still - he shouldn't have done this to Noah (or Doris). And does Adam really need to 'tell the truth' about those who 'supposedly' loved Sharon? He's not the first person who comes to mind when there's any 'truth' to be told. No, Hope would NOT be proud. Since both John and Cane are able to come visit - why can't Hope come kick her son's ass?
