Reporting that all sides parted to sleep on it, Daniel can only hope his Mom backs off (which leads Abby to remark that her Mom's about to make a bonehead mistake of her own).

After the wedding planner leaves, Ashley babbles about the wedding (in the park - reception to follow at the Abbott mansion) next week. Coming home, Jack and Tucker exchange a few half hearted barbs - but at least Ash isn't marrying 'The Mustache'. At the mention of the NE going public, Tucker announces he already has a foot in the door (Adam's stock). Ashley sends Tucker ahead to sign contracts before their dinner reservation (so she can ask a favour of Jack).

Despite Lily making it VERY clear that the flowers aren't from anyone he knows - and 'private', Devon grabs the card. A few feet away, on the patio, Malcolm chuckles at Neil being 'speechless' (no - he really CAN'T believe it). Come on man - a baby, Malcolm draws his unsmiling bro into a bear hug.

At the club, Sophia laughs like she's never heard anything so funny (as Liv's suspicion that she and Neil were having an intimate conversation). Catching Sophia in another lie, Liv's even more suspicious - and knows Neil's not thrilled about the baby. Oh God - don't tell me it could be Neil's. No response needed - as usual Sophia's face says it all.

Ashley's favour? Walk her down the aisle - give her away. Yes - to Tucker. He IS the groom. And did Jack not make that speech about getting along. Oh - OK - Jack would be proud to do it ~hug~

Sending beers to Daniel and Abby's table, Tucker pulls up a chair to join them. After Daniel makes his escape, Tucker claims he'd like to merge Jabot and BofN (which Ashley will run) - as a wedding gift. What part of 'no chance in hell' does Tucker not understand? Come on - Tucker's offering $300 per share. It's good for everyone - especially Ashley. Think about it.

Meet me at the usual place? Devon teases Lily - the flowers from Daniel? I just lost my husband - Daniel has a girlfriend, Lily reminds. Yeah - good reason for keeping it quiet, Devon figures.

Forcing a smile, Neil wants only the best for Sophia and Malcolm (who thinks this baby a good sign - good things ahead for the Winters family). Neil hopes so.

As Sophia spills her guts, Liv's punching dates into her phone. The date of conception is estimated to be February 22-24. Uh oh - Sophia and Neil 'made love' February 23rd.

Devon's still badgering Lily when Neil and Malcolm join them (to wonder where the flowers came from). Devon bought em. Yes - he IS an awesome brother. Running off to pick up diapers, Malcolm chimes in to say he'll be doing that soon. Neil needs a nudge to laugh along.

How can Sophia possibly calm down? - if this gets out, it'll blow up (and destroy Lily's entire support system).

At G-worm, talk of the perfect wedding results in Tucker blabbing his surprise wedding gift (Abby's shares). No no - Abby's not being taken advantage of. Tucker offered her a great price.

At Jack's, Abby relays Tucker's offer (and is not surprised to hear he already bought Adam's stock options). Her plan? Tucker offered $300 per stock option - Abby will sell em to Jack for $299.

Abby ever so proud of herself - she DOES want to keep the shares in the family (that doesn't include Tucker). You bet Jack's interested (and wastes no time calling his lawyer to draw up the transfer agreement).

Pretending to be interested in Ashley's research on a new line (based on cactus serum), Tucker's more interested in seeing her in nothing but a lab coat (oh - and merging Jabot with BofN) - cheers.

Malcolm off to Sophia's appointment, Neil has some advice for him - write everything down. He wants to hear everything the DR has to say.

Meanwhile, Sophia prattles about telling Malcolm she had a miscarriage - leaving town. Oh, don't be so dramatic, Liv scolds - just push the date up by a coupla weeks (to convince Neil the baby's not his). Liv makes it clear she's putting her career on the line for her FAMILY. In return, Sophia's to make Malcolm happy (and pray the baby's his)

On the patio, Daniel's puzzled (as to what Devon's talking about). Meeting Lily?

Devon plays the protective brother. Lily buried her husband - she's vulnerable. Daniel doesn't get it - moving in too soon? What flowers? What meeting place? He has no idea who Lily's seeing - but maybe it's none of their business.

Lily misses Cane so much - how's this happening? Who cares - it's happening. Cane's told about the psychic - what's he protecting her from? Are they in danger? Cane's not sure (and can't even remember what he was trying to say when he died). That's the reason he's there - together they'll figure it out.

Tucker leaves Abby to make a huge scene. She hates Tucker's guts - how many men have to trample over Ashley? Tucker cheated with that trash Diane! Is Ashley that desperate - to be with that creep. Abby will not apologize, not will she attend this mistake of a wedding.

Tucker drops by Jack's. You look so happy. Can Jack take that to mean that Tucker's NOT happy?

~hug~ since Lily can feel Cane it must mean their love transcends this world. There's nothing Cane wouldn't do to be with Lily - but now, he must go ~kiss~

Joining Neil and Liv, Malcolm announces the baby's due in November. Meaning I got pregnant in early March, Sophia adds pointedly. All agree - the family has much to be thankful for.

Tucker now wants to join forces with Jack - to make Victor miserable. Reminding that Tucker said he didn't need him, Jack will mull it over - get back to him.

Following Abby to the bar, Ashley needs proof that the man she loves is not to be trusted. On her wedding day, she can only hope that Abby will be there (that she loves her mother more than she hates Tucker). Abby's left to leave Daniel a message - and order a drink.

No - Lily's not meeting someone - she feels close to Cane here. Daniel's concerned - for her safety (but gets it) ~hug~ (which Devon arrives in time to witness).

My Thoughts: Liv should really go work for Paul Williams Investigations - or Sophia's just the worst liar in the whole world - or Liv (better than anyone) knows how the Winters brothers pass around women like a plate of hors d'oeuvres ... Nice that Tucker only drank half a glass of wine before driving (unless he tipped the other half into a handy travel mug). I'm sure Ash will finish hers before getting behind the wheel ... Jack giving Ashley away will tell 'the whole world' that he loves her? By 'the whole world' he obviously means the handful gathered in the park (which, since it's public, may draw a few curious observers - like someone darting over to catch a frisbee - or those who mosey over, wondering why a billionaire gets married in a public park) ... If Sophia's trying to convince Liv that she and Neil were nothing more than a one time thing, maybe she shouldn't refer to the romp as 'making love' (and I'm surprised the previously sharp Liv didn't call her on it).... If Cane doesn't know the rules, when does he know it's time to go? Couldn't he stay 5 more minutes (for a quickie behind the hedges)?
