Removing the hand covering Ashley's eyes, Tucker surprises her. Now evening, the park has been transformed into a fairy tale wedding set that Ashley declares 'gorgeous' ~hug/kiss~ After Ash leaves, Tucker makes a call - I need to see you tonight.

In bed, Victor gives Nikki puppy dog eyes - he's not ready to let Nikki go. Outside the door, Diane fiddles with her ring - eyes the photo on her phone. I can't lose this - NOT again.

At Vikki's, Nick reads the newspaper (featuring articles on Jana's death - and Sharon's 'suicide'). Grumble - grumble - Faith/Noah - grumble - grumble - Lucy. Billy joins them to say he's going to the mausoleum to tuck Delia in - and discuss why Mike's backed off. And wouldn't it be great if Phyllis 'backed off'. Jack arrives on cue to debunk that theory - he has no say anymore - prepare for all out war.

At CL's, Phyllis is expecting Leslie (and hopefully the DNA results). Daniel's more concerned with his split with Abby than 'interim custody'. Too bad about Abby - but let's focus on getting Lucy, Phyllis advises.

At the Abbott mansion, a mopey Abby clings to her Aunt Traci - NOTHING'S 'ok'.

Still in bed, Nikki and Victor giggle and kiss - until Nikki spots a framed photo of Kyle on the bedside table. Sorry - this was a mistake, she vacates the bed. Downstairs, Diane calls Nick (who doesn't look impressed as he ignores the call - and vows to help Vikki). All parting ways, Jack gives Billy permission to skip the dinner tonight - he'll take care of Ashley and Traci. Jack then makes it clear that he's not impressed that Nick cheated with Phyllis - but never mind that - there's bigger issues to worry about.

At CL's, Leslie's there - but no DNA results. Phyllis states her case - the Abbott's aren't blood. Another problem? No one can get custody until Daisy's rights are officially terminated. She'll let me know ...... That leaves Phyllis to reassure Daniel (who gripes about Daisy messing up 'that kid's' life forever).

At G-worm, Nick leaves a 'call me' message for Phyllis - then greets Diane (who's been thinking about him - and can relate to things not being 'easy' lately). Getting a call from Phyllis, Nick dashes out - Diane still sputtering about things getting easier.

Back at CL's, Daniel gripes about the ridiculousness that is his life - Daisy, 'that freak' has a say in Lucy's life?! He just wants Lucy to have a good life with the Abbott's - but Plan B is a safe foster home. Phyllis sounds proud (that he's already acting like a father).

At the club, Tucker thanks Kay for meeting him (then invites her to tomorrow's rehearsal dinner). Hearing Kay hasn't made up her mind yet, Tucker plays the 'John' card. It'd mean a lot to Tucker too. Alright, Kay concedes. Now business - Tucker plans a tax write off for CI (selling him NE stock at a loss). It's win/win. Like hell it is, Kay will never agree.

Traci's playing wise old Aunt as Ashley arrives - and pauses to listen to Abby's rant against Tucker (who's conned her Mom just like Adam). Shut. Up. Ashley finally marches in, shaking with fury.

How dare Abby compare Tucker to that scum Adam!? As Traci clucks ineffectively, Ashley grabs the Scotch decanter from Abby's hand - it's time to sober up! What happened to her? Victor cutting her off? Losing Colleen? Brad? Ashley herself? (or the way she brought her into the world)? Why DOES Abby punish Ashley oh so? Also in tears (of anger), Abby claims the worst thing Tucker did (which she lists) was showing her how weak and gullible Ashley is (which really shuts Ashley up).

Tucker doesn't need Kay's permission ya know - the board will approve his plan (as it benefits CI). 'Bastard'? Tucker scoffs - who's fault is THAT? Pausing to absorb the comment, Kay leaves without responding to it.

Now dressed and out of the bed Victor shares with his wife, Nikki won't compromise herself (even for Victor; who know she belongs there with him). Squirming away, Nikki literally runs out the front door.

Sharing conflict and sarcasm at the park, Tucker wants to be comrades, not rivals. OK - then buy Jack's NE shares. It's a coup de ta (sp?) 'brother' - see you at the house.

Abby continues her rant - does Traci know that the groom's own brother thinks Tucker a jerk!? Uncle Jack hates her fiance. Oh yeah? Then why's he selling his NE shares to Tucker huh? Ashley horrifies Abby (and Traci). Abby's not surprised - listing the people who've 'turned' on her. Say 'I do' to that man any you're LOST! Abby slams out - leaving Ashley and Traci in a weepy embrace.

Meeting Phyllis on the CL's patio, Nick learns that she and Jack split up - he knows about St Maarten's. And? is all Phyllis can say. But when accused of trying to take Nick's sister's baby away, Phyllis leans forward for emphasis - her and Jack, her son's baby is none of Nick's business. Sit down, Nick orders - you're NOT walking out on me right now.

Yes - Phyllis DOES know the hell Vikki's in (and is sorry about that). And as Daniel takes a seat inside, he listens to Nick (who wants Phyllis to see the whole picture; Lucy having an amazing life with Vikki and Billy). Like NICK saw the big picture - when HE ripped Faith from Ashley's arms?

Tucker joins the Abbott siblings inside (unable to find Abby anywhere outside). Regardless, the next few days will be magical, Ashley's sure. Meanwhile, at the park, Abby turns the lights on. Crying, she takes a seat on one of the white folding chairs, brown paper bagged bottle in hand.

Nikki's at G-worm, admiring all the pretty bottles behind the bar - when Kay comes along 'lovely - the way the light hits em'. Nikki knows it's a mistake; wanting him. Deacon? No - Victor.

When Diane returns to the ranch, Victor wants to talk about some things. Sit. Diane would love that - dinner, wine (Kyle at another sleepover). Knowing she's a bright, insightful woman, Victor knows what he's about to say. This marriage is a mistake - no longer 'mutually desirable'. Relationships evolve over time, Diane doesn't seem ready to give up. Victor's provided for her son - and her. He'll have Baldwin work out the details. Nikki? Why ever would Diane think it's about Nikki?

Don't compare, Nick points out that Lucy's parent's didn't grieve for her - scatter fake ashes. Faith was wanted. You kidding!? Phyllis rhymes off a list that proves Lucy WAS wanted (going to court so she wouldn't be born in prison etc). Daniel continues to listen. OK - but Vikki and Billy will care for her. Phyllis is sick that this is happening to them - but she can't do anything about it (except think of her son). Admit it - you KNOW what the best thing for that child is. Nick does (and feels PHYLLIS doesn't). After Nick leaves, Daniel joins his Mom (to confront her on this being about him, not Lucy). Never mind what Phyllis told Nick - they must find Daisy (before she finds Lucy).

At G-worm, Nikki and Kay discuss the 'pretty poison' behind the bar - the fact that Victor's married (and Nikki won't be his mistress) - and Tucker (who has a point; John would want Kay to go to Tucker and Ashley's wedding etc). Hearing that Nikki's sober, Kay discounts Diane - the triangle is Nikki, Victor - and booze.

Diane knows Victor and Nikki share more than mutual respect - but she's not territorial. Tell ya what - she'll sleep in the guest wing tonight - and they can discuss it tomorrow. When she moves on to renovation talk, Victor decides to take a ride - alone (leaving Diane to admire the photo on her phone - pace - then angrily shatter 'big blue plate' to the ground). Who's gonna get me outta this now!? she huffs.

The Abbott family all together (except Abby), Tucker's toast is butt kissing at it's best. Oh, how wonderful the Abbott's are - how lucky Tucker is. Even Jack manages a few kind words - Vikki am enthusiastic 'here here'.

Meanwhile, Abby gets sloshed at the park - slurring vows - and humming the wedding march, she pushes over the archways - and generally trashes the place - until she tumbles into the fountain. No worse for wear (except for maybe losing her buzz), Abby gasps as she pulls herself up to cling to the edge of the fountain.

Next: I'm an alcoholic. This is my 4th day without a drink, Nikki addresses those at the AA meeting (including Deacon) ... As long as I get Jabot back, Jack says passionately to Kay. And you'd make a deal with the devil to get it, Kay obviously disapproves ... I'm dissolving my marriage to Diane, Victor informs Nick.

My Thoughts: Well done Phyllis - she actually made a compelling argument with Nick today ... Good thing RS seems to be on hiatus - and doesn't seem to be putting out an issue this month - this 'all out war' might make things kinda awkward between Phyllis and her boss (or at least affect Phyllis' chance of a raise when it's review time)... Phyllis wants Lucy out of foster care and home 'with us'? Is she inviting Daniel and his baby to move into her penthouse? .... Too bad Diane was in such a hurry to marry Victor - that she didn't even bother to read the prenup (waving it away because she trusted that Mike had everything in order). She SHOULD have insisted on a 'cheating' clause (which increased her settlement). I guess Kyle won't be TOO disappointed - who cares where he lives, since he's always on sleepovers anyway .... Jana, a convicted murderer formerly married to the Silver Chipmunk - gets a tiny article and photo - while Sharon, serial Newman bride gets a much bigger one because she may have offed herself instead of just being a bad driver? ... It's now evening - and Traci thinks Abby may STILL be drunk? How much booze can this pint sized 100 lb girl possibly hold? .... As it's often debated whether Abby knows she was conceived with Victor's stolen sperm, it's always nice to hear reference that she is indeed aware of her Mom's disgusting theft (which a GOOD lawyer might argue is grounds for Victor not being obligated to give Abby anything - never mind 500 million dollars) When exactly WILL the Newman kids get their money though? You'd think they'd be a bit more impatient. And who's getting the interest accumulating daily while it's in limbo? ... Nikki won't 'compromise' herself? Didn't she know she was in Diane's bed BEFORE seeing Kyle's photo? Never mind her many nights spent in the bartender's cockroach infested motel room (that some women would see as compromising themselves) .. Ahh - if ONLY Diane had told Victor; I think I'm gonna go up and take a nap (cause I'm sure he didn't bother to change the sheets). Good thing Diane's not responsible for the laundry - doubt we'll ever see her balancing a basket of whites on her hip ... Go big or go home? Tucker says with a straight face. This is his idea of BIG? Apparently he didn't see the Royal wedding recently. He couldn't even be bothered to hire some stand-down rent-a-cops to patrol the park for the night? GC has no rowdy teenagers looking for trouble? And hello - you ARE goin' 'home' - if the reception's being held at the Abbott mansion. How did Abby know where to plug the lights in? The park has electricity? A generator? What's to stop those who live nearby from running a big ole extension cord and letting Tucker pay for their utilities? ... What 'business' did Jack and Tucker ever really have? Jack wasn't his employee (since he didn't deliver BofN) and he doesn't hold a position at Jabot ... Abby may not be 'off the rails' - maybe she's ON the 'rails' (a cocaine addiction storyline would be more refreshing than all this recycled bed hopping and who's-the-daddy)
