Arriving at the club for dinner, Deacon approaches Nikki at the bar. No, he's not stalking her. As part of his 'making amends', would she consider letting him buy her dinner (as opposed to the take-out she's planned)?

At a nearby table, the Murphy's are going over the menu - Kay ranting about Tucker's greed (and her determination to stop him). Well? Doesn't Murphy have something supportive to say? Nope - hard for him to be enthusiastic - about something that makes him just plain 'sad'.

At the bar, also reading the menu, Nikki's joined by Victor (who thinks it must be fate). And as they beam at one another, Victor suggests dinner together. The flirting instantly turns into an awkward moment - when Deacon returns - to tell Nikki he got them a table.

At the Abbott mansion, Kyle's all dressed up for the rehearsal dinner. Not going, Diane assures she has plenty to keep her busy (then is left to grin over the message she thinks Tucker sent - to meet at the Abbott cabin).

As Vikki and Traci admire the elaborately set table at G-worm, Abby's at the bar. Scowling as her Mom and Tucker canoodle, Abby returns their smile - and tips her glass (then gulps). Jack. Traci, Vikki and Billy (his wrist in a cast) make light of him fighting with the coffee table (thanks to CPS taking Lucy). No - they haven't heard when they might get her back. As for Ashley marrying Tucker, the ever sensible Traci hopes Ashley's right (in seeing something in him THEY don't see - and that she's not fooling herself). And when Malcolm and Sophia arrive (to join the bride and groom), Abby admits to behaving like a brat (when destroying the wedding decorations). Yes - but she apologized, Ashley smoothes over the awkward moment. We're 'all good', Abby agrees with a smile.

Back at the club, Kay thinks Murphy should be mad as hell (that Tucker's trying to ruin her; personally and professionally). Whatever happens, he's your son, Murphy reminds (speaking as someone who's lost his).

Gripping Nikki's arms, Victor leads her aside - angry that she's dining with 'that man'. But it's not what he thinks - Nikki insists Deacon's just a friend - nothing more. Unconvinced (and unimpressed), Victor marches out (past the 'slimeball' who's beneath her).

The mood is merry at G-worm - as Ashley declares her love for the two women standing up for her; Traci and Abby. Sophia (who's standing up for Tucker) rubs her belly as she delights all with news of her pregnancy. Vowing to make his bride happy, Tucker kisses Ashley - as Diane arrives (with Kyle) to watch.

At the bar, (after dinner) Nikki admits her distress isn't over her misplaced parking ticket - but Victor (who's jumped to the wrong conclusion). Kay also isn't impressed to hear she had dinner with Deacon - nothing good can come of it. Yes - Nikki's heard that - ad nauseam (so huffs out).

On the outskirts of the party, Abby chats with Vikki. And after congratulating Ashley, Diane's off - but mentions to Jack that she's having phone trouble. Wanna congratulate the groom on your way out? Jack pries. Diane takes a pass - not sure the marriage will happen. And when Abby comes to snarl that it's a private party, Diane points out that she's leaving (just came to drop off Kyle - and give Tucker a flirtatious glance that Abby catches). Malcolm apologizes to the Abbott's (if Sophia's announcement seemed insensitive) - then changes the subject to a bachelor party. No thanks - Tucker's whole life's been a bachelor party. Abby listens with interest, as Tucker declines - he's gonna be a good buy and go straight home tonight.

What do you want? an unfriendly Victor opens his front door. Don't you know? All I've ever wanted is you, Nikki answers.

Now inside, Nikki implores - don't shut me out. She won't leave until she has her say (after which Victor orders her to 'get out'). Nikki and Deacon are merely FRIENDS - part of her AA program is to forgive. Getting her back on the bottle was MEGGIE'S plan - Deacon truly feels terrible (about his part in it). He means NOTHING to me. Victor's not fooled - not this time. And as he shouts about her running to the bottle - that sleazeball - or any other man, Nikki retaliates - how can you be such a bastard!? How dare you come here and blame ME for it!? Victor shouts.

After shaking Deacon's hand, Tucker admits that he's terrified - of both the wedding and the marriage. You'll be an amazing husband, Sophia reassures (as they walk down memory lane - oh how much they both miss her father) ~hug~ (as Traci watches).

Traci then joins her siblings. Apparently she's changed her mind on Tucker - maybe he DOES just want to make Ashley happy (to which she agrees - Tucker will never hurt me, she assures). Everyone distracted and mingling, Abby discreetly sneaks Tucker's phone from his jacket - to send another text; Bachelor party on - Abbott cabin - c u there, she couldn't look any more happier with herself.

Back at the ranch, Diane removes her new black negligee from the shopping bag. Holding it up against herself to admire her reflection in the mirror, Diane hears Nikki and Victor talking. 'Victor's loss' is Tucker's 'gain', she hisses (as she snatches the bag and marches out the back unseen).

The Abbott's departing, Ashley (Tucker at her side) thanks them for coming. She's sure Lucy will be back in their arms soon ~hugs~ Wanting to 'do things right', the 'incredibly romantic' Tucker doesn't wanna see his bride until tomorrow. Nothing will stop us from getting married, Ashley's off to get a good night's sleep too. Now allowed to turn his phone back on, Tucker's amused by the messages - 'those guys' - apparently he has a bachelor party to get to (at the cabin). Go have your last fling (so to speak), Ashley happily sends him off with a kiss. Love you.

At the club, Kay (already worried about Tucker taking over NE) now adds Nikki seeing Deacon to her list. Murphy points out that the AA program encourages second chances. And NOT giving Tucker one is a big mistake. Is there no hope left in Kay's heart???

At G-worm, Ashley updates Abby (that Tucker went to a bachelor party likely arranged by Billy). No stripper dressed as a cop, but Abby invites her Mom over for a girls movie night. Whaddaya say? It'll be a night you never forget, Abby promises - I love you ~hug~

Kay hesitating outside G-worm, a supportive Murphy expresses his regret - all the things he wished he'd said to HIS son. Meeting them inside the front door, Deacon informs that the McCall party is over. Stay away from Nikki, Kay snarls.

Nikki understands how Victor might feel about her spending time with Deacon. But my God - he married Diane (whom she knows he doesn't love). You share a bed - a life - it's 'outrageous' that Victor feels he has a claim to Nikki. He then pulls out the annulment papers. Yes - he's ending his marriage. But, how WRONG he was (to think he and Nikki had a future together)!

Driving along the dark road, Diane mutters to the car ahead - careful - you're gonna drive yourself right off the road. In a car ahead, Ashley wonders where Abby's taking her. The cabin? Diane? Tucker? Yeah - Abby heard Diane's going there - get a clue - there's NO bachelor party - they're hooking up. Speeding along, ignoring Ashley's concern, Abby knows the faster they get there, the faster Ashley will see what a 'dog' Tucker is. Finding a bottle. Ashley scolds - did Abby drink this on TOP of the champagne? You're drunk - pull over! No, Abby shakes her head.

Strolling through the park, Vikki finds Billy (the 'enforcer's) threats against Tucker 'sexy'. And maybe Vikki should have a talk with her destructive sister. OMG - that's Lucy, Vikki gasps (when a woman saunters past them with a baby stroller).

Back behind the bar, Deacon's again warned to stay away from Nikki. Yeah - well - Nikki's a big girl - and only SHE can end their friendship (and Deacon hopes she doesn't). At Murphy's insistence, Kay agrees to speak to Tucker (BEFORE the wedding).

At home, with Traci, Jack's not so sure that Ashley marrying Tucker will get them closer to regaining Jabot - it COULD very well be the reason they never do.

His car parked at the side of the road, Tucker wanders around aiming his cell phone at the sky - trying to get a signal. Explaining same to a police officer, Tucker mentions that the Abbott cabin's deserted. If he's not able to call anyone, he'll just head back into town.

Documents in hand, Nikki realizes that Victor's really gonna go through with it - end his marriage to Diane (to be with her). However (also holding papers) Victor's now realized what a 'foolish mistake' he almost made. Diane IS the right woman for him (as she doesn't insist he invest heart and soul into the relationship). You BET he CAN have a relationship like that. He won't be hurt or disappointed. Or HAPPY, Nikki adds. Victor never knows WHAT to expect with Nikki - when she's gonna run off with a 'sleazeball'!! Grabbing the papers from Nikki's hand, Victor throws them to the floor. I'm DONE, he marches to the bar. And with a barked 'Get out'!!!! Nikki scurries to the door - leaving Victor to call Diane (which, driving, she ignores).

Arguing with Abby, Ashley makes a grab for the steering wheel - pull over! You're drunk. He's going to meet Diane! Abby tearfully rants. You're gonna see I'm right! I have to do this for you - it's ALL for you! Pull over now dammit, Ashley persists. No!

Tucker walks out from behind his car. It's Tucker! Ashley yelps. Looking determined, Abby stomps on the gas pedal. And as a scared Tucker puts a hand up to shield his eyes from the blinding light, Ashley screams - Noooooooo!!

PSA (as delivered by Abby) On average 1 in 3 people will be involved in a drunk driving crash in their lifetime. If you or a loved one has been effected, please visit madd.org.

Next: Billy beside her, Vikki stoops down to talk to Lucy in the stroller (who pouts on cue). It's your Mommy and your Daddy. I love you SO much ... Airbags deployed, the car mangled wrapped around a tree, a bleeding Abby appears unconscious (while Ashley's head bobbles a bit). Jack's on the phone at his place - There's been a car accident. - Ashley and Abby were involved - they're on their way to Memorial in an ambulance. Oh God, Kay gasps on the other end (seated with Murphy at G-worm).

My Thoughts: 'This table - private party', Abby snarls at Diane (which is odd - cause none of them are actually sitting at the table). And strange that Abby's not trying to include the shindig in her big show. (All the footage Kent's been filming will be so outdated by the time it actually airs. It seems to take months to film enough for one episode) .... Why does Vikki have to go fetch 'Abigail's' coffee? You'd think G-worm's staff would be a all over such a high profile party ... The GCAC issues parking 'tickets'? Who knew? If there's valet service, why does anyone leave saying they're going to 'pull the car around'? ... Doesn't Diane have ANY sense of moral decency? Victor cheating on her with Nikki is NO reason for her to destroy Ashley's so called happiness .... How would Traci know that Jack 'leaves dirty socks around'? And isn't Jack's constant lying and cheating more responsible for his marital failures (than his lack of laundry organization)? .... Why is Traci 'so happy' about Malcolm and Sophia's pregnancy? She barely knows either of em .... Oh Tucker - you're not 'making' a family 'of your own' - you're just joining the one John Abbott made .... How is it possible that Tucker got CI's board to OK him buying/selling NE shares - without the knowledge and consent of Kay (CI's founder and majority shareholder)? And isn't this plan somehow illegal? Corporate tax write offs are usually performed more discreetly and less obviously .... Yeah - I can't imagine why Murphy didn't tell Kay 'go for it girl' - maybe cause they're in their 80's? .... Yes indeed Ashley - Why would Tucker CHEAT himself out of the experience (of a bachelor party)? But really - other than his fling with Diane, Tucker's been less a cheater than most other men in GC ... How could Tucker not see who the text messages were coming from? Is Abby sending them from his OWN phone or what? ... It's early enough that women are strolling babies around in the park - yet the wedding 'celebration's already over? And there's no other customers at G-worm? Gloria (for no apparent reason) has missed yet another major party event at her restaurant. And where's Jeff? ... How could Vikki possibly recognize Lucy in the stroller from so far away? ... Wow - Deacon and Nikki - having the 'same idea' (dinner - at dinner time - how uncanny) ... Get a grip Victor - Nikki was doing dinner with Deacon, not doin' Deacon. Perhaps HE should do the 12 steps. Nikki should RUN the other way. Victor's a misogynist - and will continue to verbally abuse you as long as you continue to put yourself within earshot. How could she ever again trust Victor with her heart, when, to him, it has absolutely NO value? Not to mention that the self righteous bully bellows about Nikki running to the bottle - then heads straight to his bar to pour a shot right in front of the recovering alcoholic he's antagonizing ... How responsible to end the show with a PSA on behalf of MADD - but how hypocritical! GC residents never hesitate to get behind the wheel after drinking. It's not like Abby was the only one who drove outta G-worm's parking lot after putting back a few glasses of champagne.
