In handcuffs, Ashley whines to Mike - I can't believe this! I'm supposed to be on my honeymoon! Arriving at the station, Abby's even more pissed off (about the handcuffs - and that her mother's been charged with attempted murder). Leave! Ashley silences Abby - then, in the interrogation room, blames her harsh tone on it being Abby's fault (for trying to get Tucker and Diane busted at the cabin).

In Tucker's room, Sophia tells Kay there IS something they can do - ensure McCall Unlimited's still going strong when Tucker wakes up. Neil arrives as summoned by Kay (who causes Sophia's eyes to roll with talk of Tucker leaving her being put in charge). Did Sophia know Tucker had a son? Her guilty expression implies she just might.

At CL's, Lily thanks the hovering Jill for the twin's outfits - then leaves her crestfallen by repeating (rather firmly this time) that she's got everything covered. Bordering on annoyed, Lily just wishes everyone would stop worrying about her.

Faux Cane and his Dad, Collin, discuss poor Lily (who doesn't know what's real anymore - whether she's lost her mind of her husband). Brilliant plan Dad (though Caleb's about to lose his mind - playing his spineless brother). He wishes he was there to see his father's other brilliant plan played out (Cane's death). Collin points out that they need cool heads and patience. Caleb's ready to wrap up this freak show - get those kids to Australia.

Lily apologizes - Jill understands. It's just that everyone's asking her how she is. They all miss cane so much that they can't imagine what Lily's going through. Lily's more than OK - thanks to Dr Mason. Jill would love to bring Collin over to see the twins - maybe do lunch. Agreeing, Lily heads off to her therapist (leaving Jill looking worried).

Sure, they've got Lily questioning her sanity, but once the family questions her ability to care for the kids, THEN Collin will make his move. This plan needs finesse. Obviously not liking 'the little Princess', Caleb might just 'do something'. Come on - lemme kill her.

No, Sophia never heard Tucker mention a son. Neil's astounded - but Kay understands. Back to business (and keeping it running). It's been a while, but Kay knows her way around the CEO's desk. First step - reassure the e stockholders (with an official statement that she's capable). Sophia's to get pending and current projects - pursue what to keep and what to drop. Priority - putting a stop to purchase of NE stock. What!? Sophia feels they should be carrying out Tucker's plan.

Mike writes into his notepad - Ashley was behind the wheel - Abby passed out and doesn't remember a thing. Ashley didn't see Tucker before it was too late. It was an accident. Why tell the Detective they were arguing? Ashley was under stress is all. Anything else? Mike reminds of what happened last time she withheld info from him. Yes - when she claimed SHE shot his stepfather (Tom) when John did it. Ashley snaps - it's the truth! Abby knocks on the door - she's NOT leaving until her Mom speaks to her.

Mike let's Abby in - then leaves her alone with Ashley. This is so messed up, Abby wants to fix this - by telling the truth. It's ALL my fault. We'll tell then I grabbed the steering wheel (flashback to Ashley grabbing the steering wheel). Ashley refuses - confident in Mike. If Tucker dies .... you'll be charged with murder - prison for life, Abby bursts into tears as she hugs Ashley.

Sophia clearly objects to Kay changing Tucker's plan for Kay's own personal reasons. He knew who I was, Kay argues - that's why he put me in charge. She follows NO ONE'S vision. Neil referees - then takes Kay's side. Sophia knows Tucker better than either of them - and is looking our for him (as he does her). Kay's running things now - and Tucker would expect Sophia to respect her wishes.

Meeting Dr Mason on the patio, it becomes apparent that Lily's not meeting her on a regular basis after all (because she's turned a corner - and has decided to end her sessions).

Collin appreciate's Caleb's enthusiasm - but let's stick to the plan. We do it MY way. His job? Working on Jill (who's to convince Lily's family to let him take the twins to Australia). Caleb would rather 'take em all out'. Nope - keep a cool head, Collin warns - or you may lose yours. Left alone, Caleb makes a call - it's me - we need to move forward on this now.

Every day gets easier, Lily smiles. Dr Mason talks of all she's been through - does Lily have a place to draw strength for the tough days ahead? Flashing back to Cane, Lily does indeed. Thanks for everything, she leaves Dr Mason looking worried (then pauses on her way out to look uncertain herself).

In the lounge, Sophia whines a bit to Neil. Give Kay a chance? To what? Destroy Tucker's company? Why would she do that to her own son? She wasn't even going to go to his wedding, Sophia points out. Dr Mason then returns Neil's call - be with her - keep a close eye on her. Dr Mason can't say any more (except that she won't be seeing Lily again). Neil leaving - there IS something Sophia can do - give those reports to Kay. Arriving, Jill catches Neil - something's off with Lily.

In Tucker's room, Jill's told that the mountain of files are due to Kay now being in charge (which is no surprise to Jill). Joking along, Kay tells Tucker to wake up - or she's putting Jill in charge of his company. Please, Kay implores more gently - listing the people who want him to wake up (including a son). Tucker has a son? this is news to Jill.

Mike returns - and the handcuffs are removed. Ashley's free - for now. About time, Abby snarls. And though Mike dissuades her, Ashley's determined to go see Tucker (whom she'd never hurt). OK - if Mike can't stop Ashley, he draws the line at Abby (whom he needs to talk to). Stick to the truth, Ashley warns in parting. There won't be any trouble with Kay, she assures worrywart Mike.

Jill and Kay discuss the mystery surrounding Tucker's son - Kay's only connection to Tucker (if he doesn't wake up). Oh, how she'd love to be part of his life. Am I interrupting? Collin creeps in. Yes, you are, Kay replies.

Home now, Lily asks Cane to come visit her. And when Neil comes knocking, she smiles as she greets him with sarcasm - she hasn't lost a twin (they're both sleeping - just like yesterday). Grateful for Neil's concern, Lily tells him she saw Dr Mason today -they cleared a lot of things up. Knowing that Lily's put an end to the sessions, Neil looks worried.

Lily speaks highly of Dr Mason - and with Spring here, Lily actually looks forward to getting up in the morning. Plus, she's too busy to feel sorry for herself. Taking the hint, Neil leaves. He'll call in a day or so. Lily manages to hold it together - as Cane appears. Closing the door behind Neil, Lily looks thrilled. Hi. Hi.

At CL's, Abby claims she didn't want anyone to get hurt. Except Tucker, your Mom, Diane ... Mike lists em off. Abby wanted to prove Tucker a jerk (so Ashley would back out of the wedding). Yeah - and now he's on life support and Ashley's on charges (and could Abby soon be too). Leaning forward - Abby asks how she can make this right.

Not wanting to make things more difficult, Collin drops the bomb that Ashley was arrested. Jill's astounded - but Kay suggests Ashley MAY have been angry with Tucker - she WAS angry with him. What if she DID try to kill him. On cue. Ashley waves through the window. Let me talk to her, Jill and Collin leave. Kay blocks Ashley's entry - it's not a good idea.

Back at CL's, Mike scolds Abby - self pity won't help anyone (and he's not buyin' that she's only worried about her Mom and Tucker). Even IF the DA believes Abby doesn't remember the accident - there's still her setting up Tucker and Diane. Don't say anything without him present - you got that? Toughen up - Ashley has enough to deal with.

Kay won in saving her son's life and won't put him at risk. The police and DA DO think Ashley's a risk. They don't file charges lightly. Ashley insists she didn't mean to hit Tucker. Kay can't take any chances - and yes, she CAN stop Ashley from seeing him (enter the burly security guard). You never gave a damn about Tucker, Ashley reminds - though so willing to overlook everyone else's faults; Nikki, Victor - but not your own son (whom she pushed away). He's fighting for his life and you DARE tell me I can't go to him!? Yes - Kay CAN keep Ashley away. Having taken out an order of protection, Ashley's not getting anywhere near Tucker. Shaking her head, Ashley couldn't look any sadder.

At Tucker's bedside, Sophia vows to ensure things get done the way he wants them done. I've got your back - get better. Neil returns - to discuss Lily (who quit therapy and lied about it). She's isolating herself. Neil wants them all to get together - to prevent Lily from cutting herself off - or - she could be in real trouble.

In the lounge, Collin doesn't need Jill to apologize for Kay - he appreciates her. The family would be incomplete without her. Jill bets Collin has no one in his family like Kay. If only you knew, Collin laughs. Maybe it's time Jill get to know her Aussie relations (once Tucker's better). Maybe Lily and the twins can tag along - see where Cane was born and grew up. Jill would love that - can't wait. Neither can Collin.

You came back, Lily beams - sorry for the way she acted yesterday. Cane's the only one who makes her feel better. She won't let the family, or anyone, keep them apart. Oh, how good those words make Cane feel ~hug~

Next: Regardless of your guilt of innocence, you're fired from Jabot, Kay drops another bomb on Ashley ... A devastated Vikki tells Traci how much she wants her baby girl back ... Phyllis hands Lucy to Daniel - this is your Daddy. There we go, Daniel manages not to drop the kid.

My Thoughts: Kay thinks there's a 'possibility Tucker could have died'? Hello - he would have if not for the feeding/breathing tubes ... Tucker ALWAYS looked out for Sophia? Except that time he fired her for keeping Cane's secrets .... Victor must have ESP. Yesterday, he told Jack that Jabot WOULD be vulnerable (and I'm pretty sure having it's CEO charged with murder could cause the stock value to plummet) .... Aren't the interrogation rooms under surveillance? (which makes it pretty stupid for Abby to be running her plan by Ashley) .... OK - so Cane has an evil twin. How very original. Sorry DG fans - but ya don't need an Ouija Board to predict he won't be around long. Must be very confusing for 'Lane' fans. They loved the chemistry between Lily and Cane - but this Caleb guy can't stand the 'Princess'. Is the visual, the fantasy of Lily and Cane reunited a substitute for the real thing? I wouldn't think so. This guy's trigger happy and rotten, there's absolutely no chance of redeeming him (even if he does finally succumb to Lily's charms). I'm shocked he hasn't had sex with her yet (must be against the ghost rules). How much more tragedy can the writers heap on Lily (who's not even 30 yet) ... Of course, once Collin does get Lily to Australia, I'm sure faux Cane will convince her that this is where he must stay (and therefore the only place Lily can be with him). But - unless Caleb's sterile or gay or sumthin, why doesn't Collin get HIM to produce grandkids? Why is his heart set on the offspring of a spineless man and a gullible 'Princess'? .... Since Cane's dead, is it wise for his twin to be meeting Collin in a public part - where anyone can stroll past ..... There's been absolutely NO indication that Lily's incapable of caring for the twins. In fact she's the only mother who spends time with her kids .... ha ha Neil - yes- how ironic; Kay not raising her son; Tucker not raising his. Just wait til he learns of the irony in his OWN life (thanks to Sophia duplicating Dru's lies) ... Odd that he didn't even ask the pregnant Sophia how she's feeling ... Will the cast be shooting on location - or will cardboard cutouts of kangaroos and the odd boomerang being tossed around suffice? ... How can Abby make this right? Gee - I wonder. How about showing the bruise that should run diagonally across your chest (from the DRIVERS side seat belt) ... OK - Jeanne Cooper is a legend, fabulous in every way - but Kay? How can she justify putting an end to a project Tucker was most passionate about? ONLY because it would hurt her dear old friend Victor? Sophia should be talking to a lawyer and the board of directors pronto - getting statements from everyone Tucker's expressed his goals to (re: NE) to. Kay doesn't think Tucker's gonna be the least bit angry?
