At CL's, Chloe tells Kevin that she has no intention of backing off on getting full custody of Delia. Jana no longer an issue, she feels the Abbott's blended family is 'one hot mess'.

At G-worm, Nikki gets a call from Vikki - wishing her a happy birthday. Yes, Nikki will be over for lunch - after her mani-pedi (though she looks more interested in the bottles behind the bar). Ordering ginger ale, Nikki then turns to lock eyes with Victor across the room.

At the Abbott home, Daniel's off to run errands - while Vikki will watch Lucy. Offering her daily 'thank you', Vikki's sorry for the trouble it's caused between him and his Mom. Seeing the way Lucy 'lights up' when around them, Daniel knows she's in the right place - Phyllis is the last person on his mind. Billy and Rafe arrive to say things went well with the Judge (who now knows Phyllis is the one who broke the gag order).

On the patio, Phyllis vows not to go away quietly - as she blogs - to get her family back together. Now, to bait another hook. Dear readers .... Phyllis announces her firing - but - she stands by every word.

Back at CL's, Chloe's new lawyer is told all about Billy's recklessness. Details? Well, there's the illegal adoption etc. - dangerous stuff she doesn't want her daughter exposed to.

Phyllis blogs her Daisy-bait. Wanting to hear HER side of the story. How can a mother stay away from her own child? Who could abandon the sweet Lucy? *send* Come out come out wherever you are Daisy.

Thanked for his help, Rafe will pretend he didn't see Billy holding Lucy - though it IS a wonderful sight (one seconded by Daniel; who's about to leave - until Kevin shows up - to see his niece). Billy takes a few verbal jabs, then hands Lucy over to Kevin. All then gape at Billy's laptop - Phyllis has hacked into the website to upload another blog. This isn't good at all, Rafe shakes his head.

Victor saunters over to tell Nikki that Ashley WAS driving, NOT Abby - she's to keep her speculations to herself. Nikki's surprised that Victor doesn't find the whole scenario 'a bit odd'. Drop it! Victor orders. And as they continue to bicker (about which children Victor should be showing compassion to), the bartender interrupts with a piece of birthday cake, complete with candle. I'll make a wish later, Nikki prevents him from lighting the candle - then scolds Victor for forgetting her birthday. As for a gift, perhaps he can go straight to hell. Just keep your speculations to yourself, Victor repeats his order.

The new lawyer certainly considers the Chancellor Mansion a 'stable home environment'. And as he takes a call, Chloe's sorry to hear Phyllis was fired. Yeah, she read the blog - and gave it a thumbs up. Billy gave it another finger - but Phyllis is only doing what's best for her granddaughter. Phyllis will miss Chloe too - but no job's more important than Lucy.

Even computer genius Kevin can't delete the blog (which the equally genius Phyllis password protected). Rafe insists they must tell the Judge that it was a security breach. Also - Daniel and Lucy should move off the premises (so as not to risk his custody rights). Yes, Daniel can take care of Lucy at his place. And when he gets full custody, he can sign her over to the Abbott's - for good. Does it have to be today? Vikki blinks back tears. The sooner the better, Rafe advises. Vikki and then Billy gush over Lucy - who will soon be back - and spoiled rotten. Handed the diaper bag, then Lucy, Daniel's sorry it has to be this way. Finally managing to delete the blog, Kevin informs there was a coupla thousand hits before he took it down. Hopefully the Judge wasn't one of em. Kevin leaves - thanking the Abbott's for his time with Lucy. That leaves Vikki to lash out at Billy - for letting this happen for the second time. What is WRONG with you!? she slams out.

On a park bench, Nikki drinks from her bottle in it's brown paper bag. Happy Birthday to me - happy, happy. Glug, glug, glug.

Victor ends his meeting at G-worm - then ponders the untouched piece of birthday cake on the bar (flashing back him and Nikki in the stable).

Deacon's at the podium at an AA meeting. Oh, how hard it is being a bartender - and an alcoholic. Bravo, an inebriated Nikki enters clapping, No - she wouldn't like to sit down - she'd like to know if this 'gentleman' has told everyone how he pushed HER off the wagon. Nikki was sober for years before this character spiked her drinks - sneaky, sneaky. Oh boy, did it work. My name is Nikki - I'm a drunk. Pardon me - an alcoholic. What a waste of time these insipid meeting's are - drinking is the only thing that's helped her. Taking a seat, Nikki loudly insists someone else speak - come on - let's keep it rollin'.

Having left a message for the Judge, Rafe instructs Billy to do everything by the book. His anger won't help anyone. Billy calls Phyllis and gets a curt 'no thanks' ~click~ And as Phyllis continues to type, Vikki appears on the patio.

Back at the AA meeting, Nikki's told 'share'. At the podium, Nikki's not sharing, she's informing - so goes on to call the meetings a farce; completely pointless. At the end of the day, you're on your own - going on to booze, sex - a dysfunctional relationship - anything to fill the void. Nothing removes the pain of a pitiful life. This musty room won't give anyone the strength to stay sober. Deacon's an enabler - he makes his living pouring drinks. Deacon's told to sit down - he's done enough. And as Nikki stalks out, he follows.

Vikki scolds Phyllis for the damage she's caused with her blog. Oh please - Phyllis has taken responsibility - it's not on Billy. Hearing that Daniel moved back to HIS place, Phyllis checks her phone (sure she missed his call). Told she has no say in Lucy's life, Vikki points out that Phyllis doesn't either - and Daniel won't let her anywhere near Lucy now. Chloe comes out - inside voices ladies. Back off, Vikki hisses at Phyllis in parting (leaving Phyllis to explain she's trying to get Lucy with her real family).

Daniel's now home with Lucy. Hmm - no crib - guess they'll have to do some shopping. Uh oh - smells like someone needs a diaper change.

Answering his door, Victor finds Deacon. We need to talk, he implores - and is frustrated to get the door slammed in his face.

After a commercial break, Deacon bangs on the door again. Please - just give me a minute - Nikki's spiraling out of control - she needs YOUR help. Don't turn your back on her. Get out of here, Victor slams the door.

Back at the park, Nikki drops the shoes she carries - and slumps onto a bench, crying.

After Chloe's lawyer leaves, she tells Kevin that he's confident she'll get full custody. And where's Kevin been? To see Lucy. Yes, at Billy's. He thinks Chloe's making a mistake - Billy's an idiot (but a good Dad). Is this what's best to Delia - or does she still have a thing for Billy? Is this about 'us'? Chloe has to ask.

Now with Lucy in her new crib, Daniel's struggling to assemble the bouncer. Vikki's sorry to drop by - but wants to make sure Daniel has all he needs. She then comes in to gush over Lucy. Knock knock - Phyllis arrives - unimpressed to see Vikki. You really think this is a good idea?

Still at CL's, Chloe just wants to be a normal couple. But that's not us, she rambles on. She's responsible for Delia's safety - Billy's a bad boy who put on his big boy pants when marrying Vikki - but he makes bad decisions all the time.

At home, Billy's on the phone as he's talked through accessing the RS website. Whoa - an online gambling ad pops up (the last thing Billy needs).

Phyllis comments on Vikki snarling a 'back off' warning - now, here she is, hovering over Lucy. Refusing to 'do this' in front of Lucy, Vikki announces there's a crib and changing table being delivered. Cancel it - Phyllis has it covered. Daniel appreciates both their help - but he's ordered stuff himself. Maybe they should both go. Vikki says her good byes - Mom loves you. Phyllis follows. And with a glare, the women go in different directions. Inside, Daniel decides to stop answering the door - who knows who'll visit next.

In a bus or train station, Daisy munches her Cheetos - and ponders her ticket - Saskatoon to GC Wisconsin.

Victor finds Nikki sniffling on the park bench. Looking a wreck, she gazes helplessly into his eyes.

My Thoughts: Too bad Nikki's line was cut off by the bartender - Nicholas and Vikki deserve Victor's compassion 'because they're the ones who had to grow up ...' Grow up what? Getting everything they wanted? I'm surprised Nikki didn't say they deserve compassion because they weren't conceived using stolen sperm ... Rafe's gonna do another 'solid' by pretending he doesn't see Billy holding lucy? I guess by 'solid', he means ignoring the oath he took to uphold the law .. UNfunny line of the day goes to Billy; If Lucy ever wants any acorns, she can ask Uncle Kevin? I get the chipmunk reference - but why the hell would Lucy want acorns? ... What other facts does Phyllis need before 'condemning' Daisy? She drugged and raped your son - then hit him over the head and left him for dead? ... Yes, Phyllis - how CAN a mother stay away from her own child? When WAS the last time she spent time with Summer anyway? And why didn't she fight this hard to see Daniel? ... If Phyllis readers are so 'dear' to her - and she's such a computer genius, why doesn't she register another domain name - create a new site to blog on? ... If Phyllis has 'hacked' into the web site, why isn't Billy calling the police - to file charges? And when did Phyllis go from web designer to computer 'genius'? I can design a website - but to encrypt it takes a totally different set of skills. Of course Kevin was able to hack into it - I'm sure Phyllis used an easy to guess password - IE. Summer .... Granted only interim custody, shouldn't Daniel be keeping CPS apprised of where he and Lucy are living? Shouldn't they be checking out the tiny apartment they're now living in? And how long did Daniel expect the diapers in the diaper bag to last? ... Chloe has some nerve - talking about Billy putting Delia in danger (when just the other day she was tossing Kevin a knife to defend himself against a mobster). His illegal adoption of Lucy doesn't really put Delia in any physical danger. Billy MIGHT wanna take the brace off his hand before going to make a 'pinky swear' with the Judge ... Why would Nikki go all the way to G-worm for a ginger ale - in the morning? Couldn't she just grab one from the mini bar in her suite?
