Today's Spoiler

Back at the suite, Diane threatens Adam - if he doesn't double her money (to pay for her defense), she'll give the feds everything they need - to nail him.

At CL's, Vikki mopes briefly over her phone's screen saver; a photo of Lucy - then calls Billy. The phone goes unanswered (left behind at the trailer). At Jimmy's, Billy's being chatted up by a flirtatious blonde.

In the interrogation room, Ashley and Abby discuss Billy and Vikki - then move on to Ashley taking the blame for Abby's mistake (which makes her feel like scum). I was driving, Ashley maintains. Abby insists she's getting her Mom out - tonight. Victor arrives with good news (and the DA) - Ashley's being released on bail.

In Tucker's room, Kay lashes out at the doctor - refusing to believe there's nothing he can do. Now alone, she gets a call from Jack (who's already behind his desk at Jabot - and eager to get Kay's signature on his contract). He'll be waiting, pen in hand ~click~ Kay invites Tucker to wake up and 'let her have it'. Getting no response, she marches out (missing Tucker's fingers twitch).

Vikki drops by Jack's office - to congratulate him on the job - get some sympathy (over losing Lucy) - and ask where Billy is. Jack hasn't heard from Billy either (but is pleased she wants him back). Try Jimmy's, he suggests.

And that's just where Billy is - the blonde boasting about being a regular. Billy owned this place don'tcha know. Buying the next round, Billy and the blonde continue their flirtation. Deciding it's time to go, Billy's dissuaded from calling a cab. Come on - blondie's driving him home.

The DA announces that the key witness is under suspicion in a federal case (as brought to his attention by Victor). Diane sabotaged the IPO, Victor informs she's an unreliable witness. Ashley's grateful. The order of protection is still in effect, Ashley's sure she can get Kay to see reason. As Ashley and the DA file out, Abby holds Victor back. Needing to talk (about Mom), the pair go for coffee.

Back at the suite, Diane demands more money - for a good lawyer. How can the authorities prove she didn't need the ambulance - that she didn't think she was miscarrying? Adam doesn't see reason to worry - they can't prove he wasn't just lucky (when buying the low price shares). Claiming she was vulnerable - an unwitting pawn in Adam's scheme, Diane threatens to go to Victor for help (knowing HE won't believe she was behind the scam).

Stick to your story - Adam reminds that there's no evidence Diane did anything wrong. There was no evidence against Sharon, Diane's not going down alone. We're on the same side, Adam agrees to give Diane the money (if she continues to help him). He's just getting started (sticking it to Victor). She'll have more money than she could ever spend. Needless to say Diane's interested.

On the patio, Abby can't hold it in any longer. I was driving the car - I hit Tucker, she confesses to Victor.

Behind his desk, Jack's on the phone talking business when Kay pauses to admire him from the door. Invited in, Kay thinks he looks ten years younger. If only Jack could bottle this feeling. Knowing she made the right choice, Kay signs the contract.

Sneaking into Tucker's room, Ashley perches on his bed to whisper in his ear. If only he could hear her - and know how much she loves him. Taking his hand, Ashley's all excited - squeeze my hand again! Open your eyes, she pleads. In tears, Ash knows he's trying to get back to her (and will be there when he does). Obediently, Tucker's eyelids flicker - then open.

Shining the penlight in Tucker's eyes, the doctor tells Ashley she's not supposed to be there. He opened his eyes for ME, Ashley thinks he should be glad she's there.

Abby explains all to Victor - initially she believed Ashley WAS driving. She tricked Tucker - and Diane. Knowing it was wrong, Abby drank to drown her conscience. But yes - she WAS driving. Sorry she had to carry this all alone, Victor will talk to Mike - see how best to handle the situation. Abby adds that she tried to confess to the DA (who didn't believe her). This has to come out right now! Abby insists. Victor doesn't want her to throw her future away. But isn't he always telling her to take responsibility? Abby's annoyed that Victor's reacting like her Mom did (and leaves frustrated). That leaves Victor to make a call - to have Abby followed.

Home sweet home, Billy's about to check his race picks when there's a knock at the trailer door. Blondie had second thoughts about driving away. Does Billy have second thoughts about sending her away? Not minding the mess, Blondie marches in. You're a betting man, she picks up the racing journal. C'mere, she orders as she unbuttons her blouse - ready to 'have a little fun'. You gotta go home, Billy apologizes (as he hands the blouse back). And as Blondie kisses Billy, Vikki arrives - horrified, her jaw's on the ground.

The contract signed, Jack boasts that he's going to surpass Kay's expectations. She's willing to take a chance on Jack - and is rootin' for him - but won't cut him any slack. She'll always do what's right for Jabot (even if it means selling to Victor). Excited about the new product line, Jack runs out to get the samples. Kay gets a call - that's wonderful news! I'm on my way! she runs out too.

At G-worm, Abby's arranging a webcast with Kent. No, it's not about Daniel - it's a horrible secret. She guarantees her confession will go viral. It's all anyone will be talking about tomorrow.

You seriously think you can pull this off? Diane's putting her son's future in Adam's hands. He's offering her financial independence. OK - Diane's in - but he better not double cross her (as she'd have nothing to lose). You remind me of Skye, Adam praises - his old man will never see this coming. On cue, Victor arrives at the suite - to wonder what name Diane uses these days. Jenkins? Good - that's the name on the subpoena. You've been served, Victor hands over papers.

Honey - don't go - I can explain - she just gave me a ride, Billy protests. And the shirt off her back! Vikki snaps. Struggling into her blouse, Blondie readily admits - I invited myself in and hit on him - he wasn't having it at all. Sorry, she says as she scurries out. Wow - what the hell?! Vikki's left to blast Billy (for being drunk and gambling too). Never mind, Vikki's on her way out - when Billy pleads for two minutes to explain.

The SEC are suspicious of your actions the day of the IPO - and yes, Victor admits he's behind it. It's not illegal to have stomach cramps, Diane sneers. It's all bluster, Adam claims (and is warned he's not off the hook either). Adam made a legal stock purchase - good luck convincing the DA otherwise. Victor doesn't need luck - Adam Wilson - you've been served.

Ashley tries to calm Tucker down - she's not going anywhere - they'd have to drag me out. And as Tucker labours to speak to a teary eyed Ashley, Kay watches.

This is 'nothing'? You have an addiction, Vikki reminds. Billy's having a really bad night is all - feeling horrible about the pain he caused Vikki. You just needed cheering up? she scoffs. Billy didn't cheat - he wants to come home. That's why Vikki came - thinking there was hope. But she can't trust Billy (who's prone to drinking - gambling - random women) Everything her father said about Billy was true.

Back at the suite, Adam tells Diane not to worry - Victor carries no weight with a grand jury. Besides, they're gonna settle the score before it gets to that point.

Back with the samples, Jack makes it clear that Victor's not welcome in HIS office. Arms folded, Victor warns him not to get too comfy in the chair. You gonna throw this one out the window too? Jack quips. You'll be conducting business from a jail cell - Jack Abbott, you've been served.

Abby primps for the camera. 3- 2 -1. She welcomes her viewers to a revealing edition of The Naked Heiress. Abby's all about having the guts to bare it all - and wants to expose herself in a different way (by telling the naked truth). I - ran over Tucker McCall. I might have tried to kill him. I dunno. At the bar, Deacon looks troubled.

Kay acknowledges that Tucker needs Ashley now - and watches on as he struggles to say ... Abby - tried to kill me (words that shock both Ashley and Kay).

Next; When I look in the mirror I don't like who I see, Phyllis cries to Nick... If you so much as think about taking my son away from me - You. Will. Lose! Jack warns Diane ... Abby's walking down the dark street - busy texting - when a hand reaches out to clamp over her mouth - before she can utter a shocked gasp.

My Thoughts: Sorry - no time today - a gripping soccer match awaits!!!

Tune in tomorrow for an exciting contest announcement. The prize you ask? An authentic Jabot Cosmetics kit! I'll post more details and a photo of the package (which includes 3 different products - at a combined value of over $100) tomorrow!
