Yes, Tucker wants his trusted wife to run McCall. He'll be 'ruined' if word gets out (that he can't make simple business decisions). Tucker can't even tell Sofia - there's no reason Ashley can't do this. But his recovery is her first priority - we'll discuss it later. Going to get Tucker's medication, Ashley runs into Noah (who's thrilled to hear the charges against her have been dropped). But don't tell Abby - rehab's the best place for her. The hell it is, Noah's left to mutter.

Not exactly breaking a sweat (as she mops the floor), Abby's reprimanded for not making her bed. And after Eden sends the therapist off (to tend to a backed up toilet), Abby whines (and is advised to change her attitude - to change her life). She then needles Eden about not going to GC (after her release) - suspecting there's more to it.

Bringing his stray dog for a visit to the barn, Sam claims it's a special occasion; date night (if Sharon says 'yes'). You're asking ME out? Yes Ma'am - that's the idea. I can't, Sharon replies.

At G-worm, Adam eavesdrops on Diane's phone conversation (whining that Victor didn't keep HIS end of the bargain - making the SEC 'go away'). She thought her friend Mike had her back (and is 'sorry' too) ~click~ Adam saunters over. What does he want? What they both want - striking out at Jack and Victor. Diane's no longer up for it (after being subpoenaed). Clearly she IS thinking of 'backing out'.

Behind his desk, Jack's on the phone - it's a new day for the Abbott's and Jabot. Arriving to wish his Dad a subdued 'happy birthday', Kyle asks if he's going to jail? That's a good question, Victor appears to say.

Taking his meds, the 'lucky' Tucker wonders if Ashley has any regrets. No - but relaying her run in with Noah, claims that Abby's 'out of town' (which'll give Ashley time to figure out how to tell her they're married).

Eden questions why Abby's in rehab (not buying the 'mental exhaustion' diagnosis). The therapist returns to announce that Eden's being discharged- today.

Sharon admits her denying Sam's 'date' offer has to do with her 'bad decision' - she's a woman with baggage. And when she mentions the kiss, Sam says they can take things slow. Go out for a burger - a drive in movie (she doesn't even have to get out of the car). Wait a minute - I didn't say 'yes', Sharon points out.

Back at Jabot, Kyle worries about the gossip he heard. Is his Dad going to jail. No - he and Mom got subpoenas - they just want to talk is all. No - Jack didn't do anything 'bad'. It's a schoolyard bully kinda situation. Giving Kyle a coupla baseball tickets, Victor also summons his driver (to watch over Kyle and whichever friend he's taking). Unimpressed, Jack gives Kyle some cash for hot dogs. Now alone, Jack warns Victor to stay away from his kid. Who's gonna take care of 'that kid' when his Mom and Dad are in prison?

Told to pack up and say her good bye's, Eden seems reluctant to leave the facility. And once the therapist leaves, Abby doesn't get why she's not eager to leave the 'dork factory'. You wanna stay and live with these freaks? Eden doesn't wanna go 'back out there'.

OK - it's a date, Sharon agrees. First having to tend to a heifer, Sam will pick her up in a few hours. Fretting about what she's gotten herself into, Sharon's joined by Piper (with freshly picked flowers). Thrilled to hear about their date, Piper launches into 'Sam and Sherry sittin' in a tree ...' And don't you worry - Piper will be back with something for Sharon to wear.

Don't EVER interfere with my son again, Jack growls. Claiming he righted a few wrongs, he then suspects Victor's angry that HE'S in control of Jabot. Jack isn't worried that Tucker's awake - and boasts about owning a large piece of NE. And when Victor talks of the coincidental circumstances, Jack credits Adam's ivy league education - it really paid off. Victor warns that he doesn't stand a chance against the SEC - it'll be Jack's last birthday as a free man.

Back at G-worm, Adam tries to enlist Diane's help once more (to clear herself with the SEC - and destroy Jack and Victor). There's no time to 'think about it' - is she in or out?

In a white dress borrowed from Piper's Mom's closet, Sharon's instructed to wear her hair down - with a flower behind her ear. Leaving Sharon to do her make up, Piper tells her to have fun (though she looks pretty glum).

Eden admits she made a lot of mistakes in Paris - then wishes she could go back and do things over. Abby made a mistake of her own (and can't fix it).

His robe tied, Tucker wants to start wearing their rings - it DOES matter to him ~kiss~ Nurses arrive with a wheelchair (which Tucker's eased into). Yes - Ashley will be here when he gets back. Now alone, she's joined by Victor - who's there to help.

Diane DOES need help out of this mess - and is furious with Jack and Victor. I'm in. Needing to check on Kyle, Diane agrees to meet Adam later (to go over their plan). Left to wonder what Diane's up to, Adam listens to a recording of their conversation.

Caught sauntering around the facility, Noah's sent to the lobby - someone will help you. But as she goes one way, Noah goes the other - and bumps into Abby ~hug~ He has 'big news'. Unseen, Eden's troubled at the sight of her ex.

With a framed photo in hand, Jack knows his Dad would be disappointed (at his insider trading). I had to claw my way back - and one day MY son will sit in the CEO chair. But Victor's right - Jack's gonna have to do more than avoid the SEC's charges (so pulls out his phone).

At the suite, Diane ends her call with Kyle - have fun (then lists the men she can't trust). No one's gonna keep me away from my son, she vows. Pulling out a business card, she makes a call - I need to see you.

Back in Tucker's room, Victor congratulations Ashley (on her wedding). Grateful for Victor's support, Ashley's happy that Abby's in rehab. Victor will always support Ashley - that's why had Diane recant her testimony. YOU did that? Ashley owes him. Convenient - cause Victor knows a way she can repay him.

All dressed up and nowhere to go, Sharon leaves another message for Sam (assuming something came up - they'll do it another time). Moments later, Sam comes clattering in; his eyes red. He got her messages - but lost track of time. Sharon doesn't get it - at all.

As Eden ducks behind a plant, Noah updates that the charges against Ashley were dropped. I can leave! Abby's delighted. She just needs to say good bye to someone - then will meet him out front. Emerging, Eden admits it was weird seeing Noah. But yes - she's over him. Come back to GC with is, Abby encourages.

Still at G-worm, Adam once again listens to Diane's damning speech. Insurance, he calls it. Jack joins 'Junior' - to discuss the subpoenas. Everything's about to change, he says with confidence.

Diane lets the DA into her suite - thanks for coming. Their meeting has to be kept quite. It's about Adam - and his unprosecuted crimes. The people of GC would consider Walsh a hero if he could put Adam away. She's got a lot of dirt (re: the IPO) In return? Immunity. Walsh will talk to the SEC and get back to her. Hurry - before Adam catches wind of it. I'm a small fish - you want the shark (and Diane's gonna help the DA get him).

You'd be repaying me - and helping Tucker, Victor coerces Ashley. He can't run the empire on his own. Ashley should be the one running Jabot. You want me to force my own brother out? Ashley believes Jack's the right man for the job. He's not - he's being investigated by the SEC, Victor wonders what Tucker will think. On cue, Tucker's wheeled in - what's goin' on here?

When Eden refuses to return to GC, Abby admits (in a weird way) it was good to see her. You're not so bad after all, both agree. And after Abby leaves, Eden calls to cancel her flight to Paris - and book one to GC.

Sharon's outrage (at being stood up) - is forgotten when Sam collapses. Racing to his side, she quickly realizes he's drunk.

Diane gives herself a pep talk. The DA will take her deal - and Jack, Victor, Adam will pay.

Worried that the person giving Adam his tips could get them both jailed, Jack (as owner of the Newman fund) is shutting it down.

As Tucker's helped back into bed, Victor exits (though wants to see Ashley in the hallway). Tucker gripes about the tests he's just done - playing with blocks - shape recognition; stuff a two year old can do. Your brain needs time to heal, Dr Darlin' reassures. And when Ashley's asked to step out - Victor's waiting for her; think about what I said (he needs a decision soon).

Next: I think it's time I start moving on, Sharon decides. Run away - it's your MO, Sam replies ... If Billy's serious about selling RS, Nick's got the papers drawn up ... These unexpected visits are starting to become a habit, Jack opines. No one should have to drink alone, Genevieve coos.

My Thoughts: Don't call me Grandpa, Tucker jokes (but with a son out there somewhere, isn't it a good possibility that he IS?) ... Why is Diane surprised that she can't 'trust' any of the men around her? (when she's hardly trustworthy herself) ... Why would Piper's Mom be 'totally cool' with lending a strange woman her clothes? And wouldn't it have been polite for Sharon to call her to say 'thank you'? ... Good to know that in the top notch facility, a young male can walk in off the street - and stroll around a place full of unstable young women ... If Eden's calling to book a flight - shouldn't she have a credit card in her hand? ... Isn't it quite possible that Abby will hear about her Mom marrying Tucker via the media (or doesn't she have access to TV, newspapers or Internet in rehab)? ... Poor Telulah - now everyone in rehab will know she plugged her toilet ... Sharon has baggage? Then why are Sam and Piper supplying her clothes? She can't be referring to her kids (cause they think she's dead). And did Sam buy her make up too? What's wrong with wearing jeans out? Sam's taking her for a burger and drive in movie - not the Colonnade Room ... With Jack also getting two surprise visitors to his office - I guess the new CEO hasn't had time to hire a receptionist .... Any regrets? Tucker asks. Um - they've been married for what - 20 minutes? She hasn't even had to pick his boxers up off the floor n stuff yet. Nice that Ashley's already lying (by omission) .. Oh great - the small town, aw shucks-vet is a raging alcoholic .. Victor had no business sending Kyle to a baseball game without running it by either of his parents first - especially on a school night. Plus, Jack might have planned to spend his birthday with his son (not that it appears he did) Kyle didn't even bring him a card - never mind a gift ... If Jack 'owns' the Newman Hedge Fund, why did he have to sneak around to access info off Skye's computer? ... If Abby thinks her stint in rehab will help promote her Naked Heiress show, why isn't she calling Kent - to film her release?
