Today's Spoiler

Summoning Noah to G-worm, Adam lies - nothing was retrieved from the memory card - it's useless. Noah's understandably disappointed (as it was not only proof to clear Sharon's name - but now that she's alive - to keep her out of prison). Knowing how hard Adam worked on it, Noah goes out for some air - leaving Adam to flash back to dropping the memory card in the water - and take a call; Diane Jenkins did what!?

Victor's at the suite - with baseball tickets for Kyle. To ease your conscience? Diane rants about him not holding up his end of the deal (the DA and SEC are after her). Kyle doesn't want anything from you! In fact, Diane will make sure Victor never sees him again. It may not be YOUR choice, Victor replies.

After taking a few jabs at Ester, Jill admits that she was hoping to find Billy (at court) - as he's not returning her calls. Also in the courtroom, Kevin and Chloe chat with her lawyer (who worries about Vikki's testimony). But, on a brighter note, court's about to start - and Daddy's nowhere to be found this morning. Chloe assumes he slept in.

Waking up on the trailer's sofa, Vikki wonders where Billy could be. Oh - there he is - pacing an interrogation room - jumping all over Rafe when he arrives. I'm gonna lose my daughter!! (thanks to false charges that he hired a hooker).

Victor matches Diane's confidence. What will happen to Kyle if both she and Jack end up in jail? What if Kyle can only see them behind a glass wall? Diane should be glad that Victor will take care of him.

Chloe and Jill bicker (as Kevin and Ester referee). Don't bad mouth Billy (who could be in a hospital somewhere)! Or passed out somewhere, Chloe adds. You vindictive little ... Jill hisses. And as Jill goes in search of her son, Kevin feels bad for the guy (though an unsympathetic Chloe's sure Billy's reverted to his old ways).

In the interrogation room, Rafe believes that Billy didn't hire a hooker - the 'trick' (no pun intended) is convincing everyone else. And when the paperwork arrives, Billy hurriedly signs it and runs out (Rafe in pursuit).

The custody case gets underway - with the Judge wondering where Billy and his lawyer are. If the balif can't find them, the hearing will proceed without them.

Credit card in hand, Diane's on the phone - mighty pleased with herself after ordering her own baseball tickets for Kyle. Adam comes knocking. No misplaced aggression this time - but he's not there to plot Victor's downfall. He got a call from a friend in the DA's office (who told him what she's been up to).

Entering G-worm, Eden's on the phone with Mike - then joins Noah to gripe about her overprotective big brother. Noah's 'kinda down' about his Mom (going to prison because Adam's evidence didn't pan out). Placing her hand on top of Noah's, Eden asks what she can do. Nothing, Noah sighs. And as Eden goes to get a drink, she's unsettled seeing Hunter arrive - to give Noah a supportive hug.

Now home, Vikki's surprised when Victor drops by. No - she didn't forget their meeting - she just slept in. No need to reschedule, she pulls out files and dives in (only to falter - then whimper; it's Billy). What has he done now? It's what he didn't do.

Back at the courthouse, the Judge announces that neither Billy nor Rafe can be located. When Chloe's lawyer's eager to proceed, Jill stands to claim that Billy must have a good reason. Unless it involves a hospital or morgue, the Judge isn't interested. And as he's about to rule, a disheveled Billy (and Rafe) race in with apologies. As Rafe talks of extenuating circumstances - unrelated to the hearing, the Judge asks Billy to stand - is it true he was arrested for solicitation last night? Jill couldn't look more stunned.

As Eden watches from the bar, Noah updates Hunter (who can't believe how messed up his family is). What can I do? Hunter takes both Noah's hands. Who's your friend? Eden takes a seat for introductions and chit chat. Thanking Noah for setting up the internship at RS, Hunter raves - he's the best - don't you think Eden? (who remains silent).

Vikki updates Victor that she testified for Billy (who she later sent on his way disappointed). Remembering all the happy times, Vikki went to the trailer - and fell asleep waiting. He didn't come home last night - Vikki feels like an idiot (and worries how it'll go in court today). Refusing to put work on hold, Vikki thinks Billy can handle his own messes.

The Judge demands a simple yes of no from Billy (who wants to explain). Rafe claims it has nothing to do with the custody hearing. Chloe's lawyer's also on his feet to say it supports his client's claim that her ex is an unfit parent. As the Judge heads into his chambers to decide, Kevin thinks this changes everything. On the other side of the room, a weepy Jill blames herself - for spoiling Billy (who isn't buyin' it - and sends her scurrying off in tears)

The game's the week after next, Diane ends her call with Kyle (who's with Jack). Adam explains that his info came from the DA's calendar - is she trying to pin the scam on HIM? Diane scoffs - the DA's not gonna make a deal with HER. He just wanted to interrogate her is all. Telling Adam that he SHOULDN'T trust her, Diane points out that she hates Victor as much as he does. Now - what's the rest of his send-Victor-to-prison plan?

Pulling out more folders, Vikki babbles on about producing a new product to compete with Jabot's cactus line. Reading the file, Victor likes it - AND working with Vikki again. She belongs at Newman - at his side. It feels right, Vikki agrees. Victor then gets a call - yeah - uh huh - thanks for calling. What's wrong? It's about Billy, Victor replies.

The Judge maintains that the welfare of the child must come first - and so, Chloe's being awarded full custody. Billy can have 'brief' and 'supervised' visits. And as Billy simmers, Rafe tells him to stay calm - don't do anything crazy they'll appeal. He then leaves Jill to tell Billy that she'll talk to Lauren - see if Mike can get him out of this mess he got himself into. Billy denies he got himself into anything - and refuses Jill's help. But what kind of parent would Jill be if she didn't help? Same kind you've always been, he snarls - then accosts Chloe as she's leaving - hey YOU! We're not done.

Told that Billy spent the night in jail (and why), Vikki wants to be alone. Maybe it's a misunderstanding, Victor offers - then leaves a devastated Vikki to shake her head.

Back off Billy, Kevin growls. No - it's OK, Chloe has him step aside - to confront Billy. A hooker? Really? No - NOT really. Chloe doesn't care - but it proves her right. And she's sure Billy won't show up to Delia's recitals, graduation - wedding etc. Today's NOT my fault, Billy insists. Chloe wants him to get his life together - but 'leave us alone'. It's not about YOU - it's about DELIA. You just don't get it. And after a defeated Billy exits, Jill follows - pausing to tell Chloe she's sorry it has to be this way. With a hug, Ester files out too - leaving Kevin to say; Now comes the hard part.

Nope, there's nothing Eden or Hunter can do for Noah - except beam him back to NY or Paris. Hunter could buy him a croissant - or we can just 'hang' with you. Needing time alone, Noah leaves. Hunter grabs his arm - if you need anything ... Hard to help a serial loner, Eden tells Hunter (who vows to keep trying - because Noah can't go through this alone).

Back in the suite, Diane thinks Adam's plan a bit risky - and unsettling. But no - she's not backing out. It'll be fine if we work together, Adam assures Victor WILL go to jail. They BOTH must be confident if they're gonna take down TGVN. Diane will have enough money to leave GC with Kyle. Whaddaya say? In or out? When do we start? is Diane's response.

Shown out, Adam plans to have the details worked out today. No more cold feet or double crossing, he warns (not confident when Diane gives her 'word'). Chuckling, Diane wants to take Victor down just as much as Adam does. This is a way for Diane to get everything she wants, Adam will be in touch. Seconds later, a distraught Diane calls 'Spencer' - to tattle that he's got a snitch in his office. Yes - she's still in. If he helps her with the SEC, she'll give him all the proof he needs to bust Adam.

Still in the courtroom, Chloe and Kevin discuss how to tell Delia. Yes, Kevin's 'with' her. And after seeing Billy today, he agrees she did the right thing. One day Delia will be grateful. Chloe doesn't get it - a hooker? Really? Because of all Billy's going through, Kevin's surprised he didn't try harder to hang onto Delia. This makes no sense.

I did exactly what you told me to do, the 'hooker' meets her benefactor in the park - the set up got the results he wanted - and she now wants to collect for a job well done. Pleasure doing business with you, the blonde leaves with a smile and an envelope of cash. Left looking pleased with himself on the bridge? Victor.

At home, Vikki's mind clearly isn't on her work. Answering the door, no words are exchanged as she takes Billy into her arms for a tight embrace.

Next: At the Jabot display, Lauren and Jack are both happy. I'm a walking taking demonstration myself - from the body wash to the lip liner, Lauren boasts .... You'll run McCall while I'm recuperating, Tucker caresses Ashley's face - and let me announce it at the Jabot launch party ... You're not going near her! Chloe races to head-off Billy at the mausoleum (and determined to go upstairs).

My Thoughts: I get that Billy's in a hurry - but shouldn't he have read the paperwork he signed? Perhaps he just signed off that he's guilty ... Oversleeping may not be the way for NE's new COO to start off - but neither is conducting business with the CEO in the clothes she slept in (and wore yesterday). I'm sure Victor wouldn't mind waiting a minute while Vikki changed and freshened up (I'm sure his nostrils would appreciate it) ... I don't know what's more ridiculous - Diane's mismatched leopard print/floral outfit - or Adam supposedly having a 'friend' in the DA's office. Are we expected to believe an officer of the court likes the felon-pariah so much that he'd risk his job to leak information to him? .. How convenient that Diane was was able to get seats right behind the dugout (where corporate and VIP season ticker holders usually sit) ... Victor's underhanded manipulations never cease to amaze me. The worst part is that he looked Vikki in the eye as he deliberately caused her pain - feigning support (in suggesting she get his side first). I'm sure Victor (as always) thinks he's doing the right thing for Vikki - but what if she got in an accident last night while frantically driving around looking for Billy? Wouldn't it be refreshing if Vikki believed her husband (and Victor got absolutely NO results for the cash he shelled out to a hooker)? Even better if the hooker blackmailed him (too bad Gingerman's big 'photo op' wasn't a shot of Victor handing cash to a hooker. The bridge IS a very popular place after all). Judging by today's hug, Vikki might believe Billy. Even if she doesn't trust him, she knows he doesn't have to pay for sex (she's seen the way women throw themselves at him). Vikki deserves what she gets tho (working for Victor again) - she KNOWS what lengths he'll go to to 'control' her .... Jill better watch how she speaks to the 'addle minded' woman who serves her eggs in the morning (cause there's a lotta nasty things Ester could do before delivering em). Just once I wish Ester would hurl a zinger back at Jill - hit her where it hurts. It's not like she doesn't have ammo. Tomorrow, Ester should show up in Jill's suite with breakfast for two - and apologize for forgetting Jill no longer (or actually didn't legally) HAVE a husband ... Billy was 'like this' when he and Chloe were 'together' in NY? They wouldn't have BEEN together if Chloe wasn't stalking him. Is she forgetting what SHE was like? ... Since when is it the bailif's job to go out and round up missing defendants? ... Suck it up already Noah. Your Mom's alive. Surely it's better to have her in prison than scattered in the river. Why isn't anyone curious as to who's ashes they scattered? Bet Sharon's wishing she stuck with her plan to find proof of her innocence (instead of playing with Fanny and impressing Piper by making the barn so spick n span) ... Vikki's a bit late if she wants to compete with Jabot's new line (which will be launched tomorrow). NE's is only at the 'potential' stage - and won't be ready until the fall?
