Today's Spoiler

Copyright Toni's Spoiler Site. Not to be republished.

At the club's bar, Adam drowns his sorrows. There for take out, Mike hardly thinks the grand jury indictment 'bogus' - and promises more bad news shortly. Going home to his beautiful wife, Mike bids Adam a miserable evening. Now alone, Adam catches the news bulletin on TV; Naked Heiress to represent BofN in national campaign.

In the boardroom, Abby and the 'crabby' Vikki's brainstorming session hasn't gone all that well (thanks to the distraction on Diane Jenkins). Oh well, Vikki's sure Dad can deal with her.

In Diane's suite, Victor destroys the camera (and Abby's confession). Told there's copies in a safe place, Victor will NOT be blackmailed. You almost hit me with that! Diane yelps - then puts on a loud verbal show; please don't hurt me Victor! Drop the lawsuit - stay away from Nikki and Abby, he demands. No one gets away with threatening Victor's family. You're nuts, he sneers (as Diane screeches - get out!). Bona fide crazy, he slams out. In the hallway, he leaves an urgent message for Ashley - it's about Abby ~click~

Arriving home, Jack's leaving a message for Kay (saying Tucker ambushed them on The Talk - but fumbled a question. Did he pass HER test?)

Apologizing for being unavoidably detained, Kay contests Tucker's petition. He's not fully recovered (and is incapable of managing McCall Unlimited). Despite Ashley and Tucker's objection, the Judge agrees to hear her proof.

As Ashley and Tucker scowl, Kay makes her case; the fumbled questions - and other incidents. As a test, she shows Tucker the papers she brought by earlier. Yes, it's his signature on the lease. Yeah - but IS it a lease? Of course not - it's a contract he signed months ago. Tucker claims he was in a hurry. Kay talks of his numerous errors - his need to 'get back to her'. Kay's convinced that Tucker's incapable of running a global empire. Handing over a file, Kay asks Tucker to read a paragraph. Leaning over, Ashley looks ill (as Tucker reads away the technical jargon). Kay then asks him to explain it - in detail. Sadly, Tucker can't. And so, the Judge doesn't revoke Kay's control. They'll reconvene once Tucker can prove he's capable.

Adam just 'barges in'. As a board member, he has issues that need to be addressed - like the 'bubble head blonde' representing BofN. Denying he's 'jealous', Adam has a large voice (due to the large amount of NE stock he owns). On cue, Victor arrives. Hi Dad. Hi son. Abby and Vikki are pleased to hear the charges Adam's been indicted for. Abby's the new face of Beauty of Nature, Victor confirms. And no, Adam won't 'take it up with the rest of the board' (as he's no longer a member - and here's the paperwork to say so).

Slipping the tiny card (with Abby's confession) into her bra, Diane lets the cops in - and pants that she's 'terrified' of her ex husband (who just left). One cop watching the hallway - the other will take her statement. Diane claims she was threatened - and barely had time to duck the camera thrown at her head. He said vicious things to me - the marriage was annulled. Diane told her ex that she had proof of his adultery. The cop recognizes Nikki and Victor Newman (from the photo in Diane's shaky hand). You have no idea the hell these two have put me through, she explains the lawsuit against Nikki (which set Victor off). Diane fears Victor's 'rage' - and that he's gonna hurt her.

The Judge cuts off Tucker's protests - I'm late for a meeting (then leaves him to blast the 'vindictive old woman' for humiliating him). He IS ready - and would have been FINE with the PROPER support, Ashley jumps in to preach teamwork. No! Kay's putting the company first. If possible, Tucker feels more contempt for Kay now (than when he first laid eyes on her). And with a look that conveys just that, he and Ashley march out (leaving Kay to call Jack - we need to talk. I'll be there shortly).

Diane ponders the photo of Nikki and Victor in bed - and calls with an interesting tidbit for Gingerman's gossip website. For a price, he can post it tonight.

As Adam reads the documents, Victor claims that the grand jury charges qualify as an 'embarrassment' (enough to boot him off the board). Diane's accusations are lies that will never hold up, Adam claims. At Victor's suggestion, Abby and Vikki scramble to call security. However, the two cops arrive to arrest Victor for domestic abuse. Who the hell are you? Victor turns to grumble.

Now home, Ashley so sorry - she can't believe Kay cruelly asked him to interpret that report for the Judge (disgusting and uncalled for). Tucker shares a childhood memory (big kids beating him up and destroying his new bike). That's what today was like - except the bully's his own mother ~hug~

At Jack's, Kay claims she took no joy humiliating Tucker - but he's just not able to run his enterprise. You did the right thing, Jack assures (but balks when Kay thinks his decision to marry Ashley should also be questioned - and perhaps annulled).

In the familiar interrogation room, Mike and Victor sit across from the arresting officer (who believes his ex wife has grounds for arrest). Mike understands the severity of domestic abuse - but ... Victor claims Diane was lying - and gives his version. Diane's bitter because she got no settlement. He didn't throw the camera at Diane (nor did he harm her). Ms Jenkins called 911 - looked shaken when the cops arrived. Victor threatened, assaulted and intimidated her. She's trying to intimidate me - with this accusation, Victor calls it all 'theater'.

Closing her laptop, Diane answers the persistent knock at her door. Vikki's shaking with fury - you went after my mother, my father - and now you'll deal with ME.

Kay rambles on about Tucker's inability to think - the marriage makes her uneasy. Plus, there's the mysterious accident. Can Jack look her in the eye and say Tucker's the man he wants Ashley to spend her life with? Jack can't deny his reservations - and Kay may be right (about putting an end to this 'impulsive commitment').

Back in the interrogation room, Victor's told his arraignment's in a few minutes. Left alone, Mike wants the full story from Victor (who admits he confronted Diane about the lawsuit against Nikki - then produced the tape of Abby's confession). He has no clue how she got it. She tried to 'shake me down'. That woman's only interested in cold hard cash. Victor WILL 'pay her back'.

Marching into Diane's suite, Vikki's not scared of her threat (to call the cops on her too). You're gonna be really sorry. Diane reminds that SHE'S the victim. Nikki the tramp slept with HER husband. Robbed, Diane vows to get what she deserves. You're right about that - my family will see to it, Vikki exits.

Ashley assures Tucker that she'll get him in top form before ya know it. We're in this together - for keeps. Their snuggling is interrupted by a knock at the door. Abby barges in - you won't believe what Diane's done now!

In his suite, Adam assures Leslie that Diane's story is one big lie. She sold me out but doesn't have a leg to stand on. Needing to review the grand jury report and get back to him, Leslie has advice (that she knows Adam won't like).

What is wrong with Diane?! How could she lie to the police!? Ashley's also not impressed to hear Victor OK'd Abby's new gig with BofN. Abby then tattles that Dad kicked Adam off the board - then was arrested. It was like Bam - bam - bam! Ashley's already having a bad day (and can't believe it just got worse).

Arriving at CL's, Kay's on the phone - with a marital law lawyer (wanting to challenge the validity of her son's marriage).

Victor can't believe this. Just a few days ago, Diane asked him to take custody of Kyle (thinking she could trust him if anything happened to her). That woman's insane. Her life's a mess, Mike talks about the SEC fine. She's lashing out at everyone - crashing and burning. Diane Jenkins can go to hell - she won't get ONE cent out of Victor.

At Jack's, Diane explains why Kyle's not with her. It's logistical. He's in boarding school - safe - in another country. Jack demands he be brought home immediately! Diane will consider it - if she gets the support she needs.

Leslie advises Adam to take the high road; return his investors money (though he can continue to trade his own funds). Adam's not happy - no one will trust him with their money after this. He's left to grumble alone; no board seat - no hedge fund - the SEC's breathing down his neck. Game ON Diane, he grabs his coat and marches out.

Catching up to Victor at the club's revolving door, Mike warns him - this is a bad idea. Stay away from Diane. Realizing he's right, Victor's not sure what he'd to to that woman if he saw her right now. Ashley then calls - are you alright?! (she heard about his arrest). No - she didn't get his message (that Abby's in trouble). Ashley's horrified - how can that be!? She then stuns Abby (and Tucker) with the news that Diane has her taped confession. OMG!

At CL's, Vikki catches sight of an online headline; Wronged wife Diane says 'once a stripper - always a slut' (accompanied with a large photo of Victor and Nikki in bed). Needless to say, Vikki's nauseated (and wastes no time calling the rehab facility to talk to Nikki) Whaddaya mean you don't know where she is!? she manages to look even sicker.

You're willing to trade our son for cash? Jack looks disgusted. Diane's not just talking about money. She wants REAL support - the kind you get from family. You're alone - I'm alone. Maybe we can BOTH be there for him. Are you on drugs? Jack looks repulsed. We'd be great together, Diane implores. Alas, Jack doesn't want Diane (or anything she has to offer). You could never resists ... this, Diane sheds her dress. And as a gaping Jack gulps and wets his lips, a shadowy figure lurks outside.

Next: On the phone with someone, Victor updates Mike beside him; Nikki's missing ... At CL's, Billy asks Phyllis - why aren't you home with Lucy - instead of getting into my business here? ... Diane's near tears as she implores of Nick - you could help me - you could protect me - from myself.

My Thoughts: What a sham Tucker's hearing was! The world is full of incompetent business owners. Tucker should have been able to bluff his way though the answers - and even if not, should have the right to choose who controls his company. Tucker has two OTHER 'experienced business women' - whom he could trust to guide the company as HE'D want ... Jack may loath Diane - but he sure looked tempted as she stands naked in front of him ... Nikki's missing from rehab? Guess we can add her to the long list of suspects (in Diane's pending murder) ...
