Arghhhhh!!! Genevieve takes her wrath out on anything breakable - you don't leave me - I leave YOU!!!!!!
At G-worm, Jill's not at all swayed by Collin's call to Genevieve. But he's serious about their life together - and wants to be part of Jill's life again. Too bad Jill thinks the call just another 'power play' (between two manipulative people).
The party continues at Jimmy's - without Lily (whom Daniel's starting to worry about). But - yeah - she'd call if there was a problem.
Apologizing, the nanny obediently wheels the twins home - leaving Cane to plead for time with the babies he loves oh so. And as he mopes off, Lily calls him back; Cane, wait.
Stumbling over big business words, Tucker invites Sofia in; how's that carpal tunnel? Ignoring the question, it's on to contracts, proposals, etc. Sure he's recovering, Tucker does NOT need Sofia to go over the 'trivial' files Kay left him to sign. He's grateful to have the loyal/trusted Sofia to manage McCall - so Tucker can keep his eye on Kay.
Welcomed into the mausoleum, Paul tells Kay where the extra funding went. A forensic analysis (on the ink/letter) has determined that Tucker's son is between 20 and 26. Optimistic, Kay can't HELP but get excited; that boy is my grandson!
Noah, Hunter and Devon join the party 'for the old guy' (and hear Lily should be back any second). The large 'X' on Hunter's hand identifies her as underage. It's been a while, Noah says to Eden. Both he and Hunter squirm when she declares they'll have to make up some time.
Bigamy makes a woman skeptical, Jill chuckles - her doubts won't be dismissed with one phone call. On Collin's dead daughter's grave, he swears that his relationship with Genevieve was always volatile. She disappeared for a long time after Samantha's death. Divorce was never mentioned. Why? Because Collin couldn't take that step - until now - because he loves Jill. Genevieve? She's his past. Jill's his future (Collin hopes).
Still in the park, Lily won't let Cane see the kids - sorry. After much deliberation, she knows it's the right thing to do. Lily may never get over what Cane did to her (and the kids). Understanding, Cane takes the news well - but isn't happy when 'served' (with divorce papers). Sorry for the timing, Lily scurries off - leaving Cane to mope on the bench.
Using the ink analysis time frame, Paul's been investigating Tucker's relationships during that time. The letter implies the mother of his child was more than just a one night stand. Kay doesn't want Tucker notified - he'll know when the time's right.
When Tucker finally confides that Ashley's 'not currently staying' there, Sofia admits that she and Malcolm aren't living together either.
Ice on her wrist Genevieve continues to wail - I should have known better. WHY did I let my guard down!?
Arriving at G-worm, Kay questions why Jill's 'talking to this low life'. Hopefully convincing her to come to her senses, Collin marches off. Are you completely insane? a stunned Kay's left to ask.
Now on the patio, Paul's on his laptop; 'holy cow'-ing - over Tucker's 'mighty tight' leather pants (and 'tall' hair). You and your girlfriend loved that rock n roll lifestyle, didn't ya?
Tissue in hand, Sofia sniffles a confession (that her baby could be Malcolm's or Neil's). No, Tucker's not disappointed in her. The baby's a blessing - she'll be an incredible Mom (and Tucker will be there for her). Sofia really DOES need a good friend.
As the others party one, Lily updates Daniel (on her 'crazy' run in with Cane). Though he continues to assume she's not up to celebrating, Lily assures she's just fine - not tired at all. She wants to be there - with HIM; which brings her to the second part of their evening. Intrigued, Daniel's all ears.
Summoning Cane to CL's, Collin asks him to go visit/support his mother (who's just been notified that he's divorcing her). Cane rants about Collin leaving Jill alone. And yes, he actually CAN imagine what his mother's going through right now. After Cane marches out, Collin makes a call; we need to get together - this can't wait.
After cake, Lily announces that she and Daniel have plans - leaving the others to wonder (and comment). Seems Lily's over one ex - and with her other ex. Frowning, Devon hopes Lily knows what she's doing.
I'm not sleeping with him. But you're considering it, Kay continues to scold Jill. He's a con man, a criminal - a bigamist, Jill knows she'd be a fool (to have anything to do with Collin). Kay hopes she means it - cause he'll bring Jill nothing but pain.
Mother? Hello Ethan. Dad's 'concerned'? OK - so maybe concerned's not the right word, Cane apologizes. Genevieve doesn't need that bastard's lies or pity. Does she LOOK like she's falling apart? Picking up a piece of shattered vase, Cane knows she is.
Back at Jimmy's, the topic is Hunter's need for another part time job. Hey - CL's is hiring (which would allow Noah to spend more time with her). Sorry - but Eden's already taken that job (much to everyone's surprise; especially Kevin's - who wastes no time taking her out of earshot). Eden denies she took the job to keep it from Hunter. Oh really? And don't think Kevin hasn't noticed the looks Eden's been giving Hunter all night.
Denying it's 'tearing her up', Genevieve is convinced this divorce is just a stunt (to win Jill back). Cane thinks it the best (and healthiest) thing for Genevieve. Will he think that when Lily divorces HIM? Yes - something DID happen - Lily's divorcing him. No - you're NOT sorry, Cane slams out (leaving Genevieve in tears).
In a suite at the club, Lily can tell that Daniel's nervous. She booked the room a couple of days ago - to give him a special birthday. This is what she wants - and hopes that he does to. I do, Daniel grins. You sure? Yes - Lily is ~kiss~
Seeing Sofia out with a friendly hug, Tucker declines her offer to reword the files - and once he's alone, flips to the back of the papers and signs (without reading).
Still on the patio, PI Paul calls Kay - he's been going through photos online (of Tucker's touring days). One woman appears numerous times - so he's trying to find out who she is.
When Cane enters Jimmy's, Devon makes a beeline over - you're supposed to be off tonight. Cane's picking up his paycheck - that a problem? Devon then makes a point of saying that Lily just left with Daniel.

In bed, Lily traces kisses down Daniel's chest. But then puts on the brakes (when her head fills with images of her and Cane). I'm sorry - I can't, she sits up.
Collin's lawyer brings divorce papers to him at CL's. Told to 'sign here', Collin pauses to flash back (to him and Genevieve vowing to never be apart). Where do I sign? Collin now seems ready.
Back at G-worm, Genevieve bumps into Kay and Jill. Kay may not be interested in her company - but she and Jill have something to discuss (like that she and Collin slept together - just before his little dog and pony show for Jill). AM I lying? Ask him. Divorce or not, Genevieve's sure Collin will never be over her.
Next: You can't trust him, so you can't stay married to him, Abby insists to Ashley ... Sweetheart, your champagne arrived, Deacon delivers a glass to Phyllis (who squirms in front of Ashley and Nick) ... Adam tells Avery - When you flush something down the drain you don't get it back. You destroyed the evidence? Avery asks for clarification.
My Thoughts: Considering they're supposed to be musicians, Noah and Devon don't seem to be doing anything that might indicate that (why wasn't Noah badgered into performing karoake?) ... It's understandable that Lily might feel inadequate with Daniel. During their marriage, she'd sashay around in feathered heels and lingerie - and he'd send her upstairs alone - preferring to watch Amber on a computer monitor online. So, WHY would she take him to the same suite she and Cane used to recreate Paris. Surely there's another upscale hotel in town ... Poor Daniel - perhaps after a nice cold shower, he can rejoin the party at Jimmy's ... Having just sent the nanny strolling through a dark park (where murders occur), shouldn't she at least be calling to ensure they made it home safely? ... How clever - a black X on the hand is sure to deter underage drinkers (who couldn't possibly have an of age friend get them a beer - or wash the X off in the bathroom) ... How broke is William's Investigations? Paul has no cash flow to pay for forensic testing - then bill his client later? Cash never seemed an issue when he was out of town working on other cases ... Accused of lying (that she slept with Collin), Genevieve shoulda just held her fingers under Jill's nose; smell familiar? (I might be referring to Collin's cologne, or not... ).... With so many people vying for his open position, perhaps Kevin should have both Eden and Hunter actually work a shift - then hire whomever's best for the job ... Hmm - Tucker's son is between the ages of 20-26. Looks like it IS Devon after all. Paul should be able to narrow it down - since Yolanda is African American (and Devon's one of the few, if not the ONLY young black man in town) ... If Cane wants his mother to leave town, is racing over (to show support and concern) the best way to accomplish that? .... I'm assuming the paperwork Tucker's signing (without reading the small or large print) is Kay's contract that'll transfer Jabot from McCall to CI. Why would he decline Sofia's offer to read it over? It's not like she has anything better to do. Tucker obviously isn't capable of managing his company - but Kay's definitely NOT the one who should be.
