Today's Spoiler

Copyright Toni's Spoiler Site. Not to be republished.

At Memorial, Ronan immediately notices Chloe's good good - and is told the reason; Kevin's a match for Delia.

On the CL's patio, Kevin's 'in hell' - thanks to Victor. Pretending to be the donour is wrong - and Chloe's like a puppy dog trying to lick his face. Snickering because neither noticed Gloria was locked in a wine cellar, Mike warns that Kevin she'll think him being a match is a sure sign that he and Chloe are 'meant to be'.

Jack assumes Victor's at the trailer destroying clues to Billy's whereabouts. I'm here to help you fool! Victor barks. Jack'd be the fool (to believe that). Hearing them as he approaches the front door, Billy does an about face.

At the pen, it's a bruised Daisy who should be thanking Sharon - one good deed and her whole life's changed. Huh? Sharon looks perplexed when her attorney comes to tell Daisy that 'it's all been taken care of'.

Hobbling into CL's, Vikki downplays her little accident. Nick confides that Noah's worried about his Mom - RS is keeping him busy. But Phyllis is the one who's 'stressed'. Between family stuff and the magazine, she's a ticking time bomb (and that's why Nick bought her a gift).

Man you walk fast - a man chases Phyllis through the park to hand her an envelope. Alone and perched on a bench, a puzzled Phyllis reads the enclosed papers - you're kidding me!

Victor claims that Billy's daughter needs him home - he's not the monster Jack makes him out to be. After both leave, Billy returns home - with a bottle. Victor reappears to sneer 'that's your answer to everything'.

Annoyed that the busy Ronan's leaving Memorial already (to catch Diane's killer), Chloe again asks about the super duper secret FBI stuff. She hopes he finds the bad guys - and whatever else he's looking for.

'Somehow', Avery found out about the charges against Daisy (and that Phyllis won't bring Lucy to see her) - and just offered to represent her. Strange - since Avery told Sharon she'd given everything else up to focus on HER case. Mad? Sharon knows what it's like to miss your baby. And if anyone can handle Phyllis, it's Avery.

Blasting past Nick and Vikki, Phyllis marches to the patio - to tell Mike that Daisy's DEMANDING she bring Lucy to visit. No way she's taking a baby to prison! Mike reads - Daisy's petitioning to remove Lucy if Phyllis doesn't comply. Daisy doesn't want Lucy - Phyllis knows she's just mad cause she fired Leslie. Yes - Daisy's lawyer is someone you know - your sister, Mike stuns Phyllis.

Who does that? Who sides with a nut job to rip a baby from their sister's arms? You have a sister? Avery appears on cue - what a shocker. Asked to leave, Mike pauses to tell Avery she's making a mistake - Daisy isn't innocent. Insisting that Phyllis take Lucy to visit Daisy, Avery argues that she was a young impressionable child when victimized by Sheila - it's no wonder she wants to see her child. Phyllis demands Avery own up to her real reasons. In screwing with her family, 'sweetie' has just picked the wrong battle!

Kevin bursts into the trailer - I can't take this anymore (Chloe looking at him like he's a God). Kevie CAN'T go 'whine' to his brother. OK - maybe he IS still hooked on Chloe - just a little bit. 'Willy's' fine with his bone marrow getting Kevin some gratitude sex. Watching the woman you love move on with someone else hurts - Kevin's stupid if he doesn't take this opportunity.

In Memorial's hallway, Vikki and Chloe comment on Kevin being so uncomfortable with all the attention. Perhaps Chloe's been too 'overbearing' in her gratitude. Vikki explains her limp - Sam even had to carry her upstairs. To change clothes or take OFF clothes? Chloe's told there's nothing romantic between her and Sam. Maybe there SHOULD be - he's 'pretty hot'. Chloe knows that bad boys are exciting but they never stick around.

Laying in her bunk, Sharon dreams that Avery visits to announce she's been found innocent - thanks to Victor's testimony. But as Sharon exits the cell, she turns around to see Victor in her cell. You're free, he smiles - both hands on the bars.

You like living dangerously? That a threat? Take it any way you like, Phyllis is convinced it IS completely 'personal'. She may have gotten Phyllis' attention - but Avery will NOT rip her family apart!

Inside, Nick ends his call - and listens (as Avery reminds Phyllis that SHE used to be family too). She thought Phyllis would remember that when she arrived in GC. As Nick spies, Avery just wishes she knew what she did - as a KID - that made Phyllis see HER as the enemy. And after a distressed Avery leaves (so does Nick) - while Phyllis is left looking sad.

Through the bars, Victor asks Sharon about the 'altercation'. She appreciates his concern - but he doesn't need to run out there for every little thing. Hearing he hasn't offended Sharon, Victor doesn't understand why she's pushing him away. Sharon then admits she's afraid of what testifying will cost him. Victor knows what he's doing - and why.

Hearing that Jack found no clues at the trailer, Chloe's just glad Kevin's stepping up to the plate. Not many men like him around. Jack's then left to chat with Vikki (who claims she hardly thinks of Billy). At least Billy's leaving has resulted him Vikki and Chloe becoming friends, Jack opines. They'll always be connected because of Billy's daughter, Vikki wonders if him leaving was her fault. No, Jack assures - Billy'd be here if he could.

Kevin grumbles that Chloe's all over him (thinking he's Delia's salvation). Billy laughs - better you than me pal. He's experienced the stalker side of Chloe. Indignant, Kevin reminds that he's talking about a woman who hasn't left her kid's side. Billy admits Chloe's a good mother - but the topic is Kevin getting into her pants. In parting, the unimpressed Kevin chides Billy for planning to leave town without even seeing his wife.

Making a beeline for Ronan (in the park), Phyllis demands he arrest her. If she's under house arrest - with an ankle bracelet and guard at her door, Lucy will be safe (from that freak who doesn't have a maternal bone in her body - yet wants a visit from her kid). Knowing that Avery is Phyllis' sister, Ronan wonders if she's doing this for Lucy - or to keep her away from Daisy. Phyllis can't imagine her life without Lucy in it - and how dare Daisy try come between them.

Nick joins a glum Avery at G-worm (admitting he overheard their conversation). What kind of person behaves that way? Someone who's cornered (though Nick can't defend Phyllis - she'll fight to protect something she loves). Avery once thought SHE was was one of those things Phyllis would fight to protect.

Sharon's delighted to get a visit from Jack (and to hear a match has been found for Delia). Hearing that Victor hired Avery, Jack reminds that he's also the one who sent Skye to Hawaii - saw her fall - could have saved Sharon during her last trial. Victor's the reason she's IN this mess. Sharon knows what Victor's done - but also what he's WILLING to do. He's an incredible man.

Contemplating the unopened bottle, Billy gets another visit from Victor (who's brought a bottle - so Billy won't have to risk being seen). No, he wouldn't mind Billy drinking himself into a coma. Citing his daughter, Billy dumps the booze down the sink. Having a daughter never stopped you before, Victor reminds. When Delia needs his bone marrow, Billy will donate the best he has to give.

At CL's, Chloe chases Kevin down - is he avoiding her because she kissed him? She's sorry if she overstepped - let's just forget it.

How does Ronan know about Avery? It's his JOB to know things. He calls her back to sympathize about having to deal with a 'noble' sibling. Daisy's done despicable things (including abandoning her infant). He's sure Phyllis is a good enough liar to keep Lucy away from Daisy (without being placed under house arrest) - regardless of her sister's legal games. Chicken pox is going around - could buy you an extra week. Thanks Detective - and with a smile Phyllis doesn't appreciate him looking at her legs (as she sashays off).

Back at G-worm, Nick asks what it was like growing up with Phyllis. Avery confides that they played video games to tune out the household drama - had a lot of fun together (even though Phyllis loved to gloat). Nick shares that video games were 'their thing' too. She never mentioned me? Avery's eyes glisten.

Kevin gets it - excited about Delia, Chloe overreacted - the kiss never happened. Yeah - of course they're still 'buds'. Good - Chloe feels like an idiot for hoping for more. It'll never happen again. And as Kevin plants a kiss on Chloe, Ronan enters the patio - and proceeds inside without being seen.

Vikki sends Billy another email - there's things she has to say. Assuming he doesn't want to see her, she says they won't have to cross paths (if he comes home). She wishes him well - and is moving on.

Billy pours another bottle down the sink. How do ya like that Victor? (who's not there). But when he reads Vikki's message (about moving on), he picks up the empty bottle with a sigh.

Ordering a Scotch at G-worm's bar, Jack heard all Victor's doing for Sharon. What's he up to? He'll be keeping an eye on Victor (as it wouldn't be the fist time Sharon trusted the wrong person). Not caring WHAT Jack does, Victor exits.

Having someone who believes in your innocence makes all the difference, Sharon identifies with her new BFF Daisy (who feels she's up against the devil herself).

A 'hyper' Phyllis bumps into Mike at CL's. She has a short term solution - but needs his help with a long term solution. When Mike agrees, Phyllis calls the prison to say she won't be able to bring Lucy for a visit - because she has chicken pox. Phyllis' next call is to Nick (who ignores the call because he's getting to know the 'softer side' of Avery). Giving her the gift he's been carrying around (a video game for Phyllis), Nick leaves Avery smiling.

Next: Do you think it was a mistake to turn down that deal?! a perturbed Sharon asks Mike ... What a nice surprise. Tending to the twins, Lily whips her head around - to face Collin ... Hello? Is somebody here? as Vikki comes home on crutches, Billy hides in the closet.

My Thoughts: Go whine to your brother - you know where he lives (Billy tells Kevin). Yeah - I guess he does - since they're in the same building ... Why would Sharon care what Victor's testimony will 'cost' him? His own kids didn't care when their lawsuit cost him 1.5 billion .... Pot meet kettle - funny that Daisy thinks Phyllis is the devil herself (like she's totally innocent) .... Of course Chloe should be excited about finding a donour match for Delia - but aren't there still risks? Couldn't her body reject it etc.? ... Why is Mike working on a table at a coffee shop - doesn't he have have an office? The patio table isn't even a solid surface .... Odd that Kevin would find it comical that his mother was locked in a wine cellar (given how HE feels about being locked in confined places) .... You've come a long way baby - Kevin looks horrified at the idea of taking advantage of the vulnerable Chloe (too bad he didn't feel that way when taking advantage of the underage and vulnerable Lily) ... I don't agree often with Phyllis - but she's accurate in saying that Avery representing Daisy is 'personal'. Having given up all her other cases to take on Sharon's, Avery wouldn't have given Daisy the time of day - until she heard that Phyllis was involved. Leslie was being paid (by Phyllis) - but who's paying Avery to represent Daisy? And why would she agree to represent Daisy based on only HER version of events? Shouldn't Avery have at least spoken to her victim - Lauren? Have Ricky do some research? Any bets on how long it'll be before Nick sleeps with Phyllis' sister? Nice thought - but does Avery really need (or have time for) a video game? Does she have a gaming system to play it on? What kind of games were even around when Avery and Phyllis were kids - Atari? Calico? ... If Lucy's removed from Phyllis' care, where exactly will she go? ... Why would Phyllis assume that Daisy has no representation? Hasn't she heard of public defenders? ... Give it a rest Phyllis - you WISH a man as young and handsome as Ronan was checking out your legs. What does she expect when wearing a skirt slit all the way up her thigh (and her blouse looks like someone stuck a bunch of post-it notes on her) ... Oh the irony. Phyllis wonders who does that!? Who would side with a nutjob to 'rip' a baby from her arms? Guess SHE doesn't recall siding with the same nutjob - to rip the same baby out of the Abbott's arms.
