Hands on her hips, Sharon assumes Adam's there to play games (and isn't having any part of em). Adam wonders if she's though of coming back to him (since returning to GC).

Victor leads Nick (and his court order) in to the court's hallway for a chat. And when Ricky arrives with research, Avery asks him to make sure a reporter from the Chronicle is on the 'approved' list - make sure he brings his camera.

Nick tries the ole Father Knows Best, with Victor - Faith cried herself to sleep every night after seeing her Mom. Victor respects his feelings - but bring Faith, or he'll do it himself.

Chloe enters Kevin's room as he's buttoning his shirt. No need to fuss over him - he's just happy to hear Delia's surgery went well. You saved my daughter's life Chloe catapults into Kevin's arms (while he gives an uncomfortable look over her shoulder).

Billy's the 0one in real pain, a large bandage visible on his lower side. Barging through the curtains, Mike's there to escort Billy to his trailer - with no stops along the way. Ain't gonna happen - the first rule is breaking is going to see Vikki - their marriage will be rock solid from her on out.

At home, Vikki's scrounging around for her divorce papers (worrying to Sam that the dog ate em). Once she finds (and signs them) - her marriage is over.

Back at the courthouse, Victor states his case to Nick (who's just trying to look after his kid). What possible good can come from reuniting Faith and Sharon right now?!

Now dressed and ready to go, Mike can pass along the message that Victor can shove his threats. Billy knows about the divorce papers - and that they haven't been signed. Because she can't find them, Mike's says she's ready to sign another copy - today.

Sam stresses the need for a friend or family member to support Vikki (who has that in Mike). No, this isn't what she wants - she wants Billy home. But - she has no other choice but to give up on that dream - and move forward with her life.

It does matter - to Adam (who'd like to hear why she let everyone think her dead). Of course Sharon has remorse. Yes, she still loved Adam. Sam never replaced him in her heart. Reminding how she poured her heart out to Adam - in this very room they were to be married in - and how he shredded it, Sharon also blames him for the trial not going well. Never able to trust Adam again, Sharon never wants to see Adam again.

Billy's sure Vikki will change her mind once she learns he's in town. Is is worth facing the wrath of Victor (who's not afraid to use the secret over his head; which Mike also knows). How will Vikki feel when she finds out about that - and how long Billy's been in town (without contacting her). Leaving to take a call, Mike will deliver Billy to the trailer afterwards. Bag in hand, Billy then listens as Vikki greets Mike (who's to go ahead and sign the divorce papers).

Filing into the courtroom, Avery wishes Ms Stevens good luck - you're gonna need it. Ricky then greets his sister (and adversary) - then quietly informs Avery that Stan (from the Chronicle) is there. Sharon tells Avery about Adam's visit - he was calm - like he's up to something. Adam's now in the hallway - to wish Heather 'good luck'.

Chloe continues to fuss over her hero; Kevin (whom she can't keep her hands of lips off). Sending her to check on Delia, Kevin's alarmed to get a visit from Billy (who's given his 'jailers' the slip - and wants a favour; to see Delia one more time - to say good bye).

The only way Kevin will agree to help is if Billy's ready to tell EVERYONE that he's back (and saved Delia). Under sedation, Delia will be sleeping all day. Billy NEEDS to see his daughter. As Vikki knocks at the door, Kevin shoves Billy into the bathroom. Vikki then comes in - to say that Billy would be grateful (for what he did for Delia). And as Billy listens, Vikki rants - if she saw Billy she'd tell him what a disappointment he is. Finally managing to get rid of Vikki, Kevin can't get Billy in to see Delia. But as Billy goes it alone, Kevin slips out the door behind him - you're such a pain in the ass!

Vikki then joins Chloe and Gloria in Delia's room. Mike pops his head in - yes, everything's peachy. He can only emit a huff (when Gloria credits Kevin with making Delia better).

Billy ambles past the nurse's station - and when Mike (who's on the look out) takes Gloria and Vikki off - he's about to enter Delia's room - when Kevin grabs his shirt and pulls him away. Billy now asks Kevin to get rid of Chloe - so he can say good bye to his daughter.

Stunned to see Adam standing at the back of the courtroom, Sharon's instructed to ignore him (by Avery). What are you doing here? Nice to see you too Dad, Victor walks away from Victor. Nick brought Faith! Sharon's delighted. As all take their seats, Heather calls her next witness.

Continuing to look nervous, Mike informs Vikki that another set of papers has been sent to her house. Good - Vikki will have them back to him later today. Yes, she's at peace with cutting her losses and moving on. Getting a text from Victor (everything OK?) Mike excuses himself to reply (all good). He then goes to check on Kevin (who's taking Chloe for hot chocolate). When Chloe wants to go back to get her purse, Kevin distracts her with a kiss (as Billy passes behind them - into Delia's room).

Heather gets her witness to confirm there was bad blood between Sharon and Skye. Avery then gets the G-worm waitress to admit she didn't hear what Sharon and Skye were arguing about. When a recess is called, Sharon gushes over Faith. Objecting, Nick's NOT impressed to hear Avery OK'd the picture (which she wants it on the front page of the papers tomorrow). You kidding me!? Nick snarls.

Wow - what was THAT about? Kevin wanted to show Chloe how much she means to him. And when she again tries to retrieve her purse from Delia's room, Kevin's suddenly in pain. As Chloe runs to get his pain meds, Kevin darts into Delia's room to usher Billy out. Meeting them in the hallway, Mike hustles Billy out - I KNEW it! he gripes.

Back in the courtroom, the Judge dismisses court early for the day. Avery explains herself to Victor and Nick; she needs to sway the public sympathy in Sharon's favour. The photo will show Sharon as a loving mother - not a killer. She can see no one agrees with her tactics. Victor's OK with it - Sharon reluctantly agrees too. And as all gush over Faith, Sharon notices Adam with Heather (who was 'spot on' today).

Mike scolds Billy - hoping Victor doesn't find out about his 'stunt'. If so, Kevin wants HIS name kept out of it. And now it's time for Mike to get Billy out of there - and back to the trailer.

A sad Vikki returns home - with an envelope. She mopes over her wedding photo - and putting the divorce papers beside it, turns the framed photo face down.

I miss you, Sharon chirps to Faith as she's lead away. Nick rejects Avery's thanks - what she did today wasn't cool. Heading out, skeptical Heather accepts Adam's invitation to have a drink - just two old friends hanging out.

Kevin, Gloria and Chloe are in Delia's room. Uncle Kevin made me all better, Delia puts a guilty expression on Kevin's face.

At home, Vikki's about to sign the divorce papers - but Sam's loud entry causes her to spill coffee all over them. It's ruined! she shrieks. As Sam goes to fetch a towel, Vikki once again looks at the wedding photo.

Billy and Mike are met at the trailer by Victor. After a few days of recovery, Billy's to leave town for good. Victor knows where he'll be (if there's any complications).

My Thoughts: Sorry for the delay today - had tests done at the hospital .... Sharon's sudden interest in her daughter is heartwarming - but Victor's ease in making things happen only proves that she spent several weeks without expressing a desire to see Faith ... Why are Sharon's breast cups on the shoulders of her dress? ... Sharon's trial's gonna last forever - if the Judge calls a recess after every witness (who's on the stand for all of 3 minutes).
