At Memorial, Kevin and Chloe entertain trick or treater Delia (a pretty in pink ballerina) - filling her loot bag with candy.

At the annual halloween party at Jimmy's, all are in costume - as hostess Vikki chats with Nick, Rafe, Eden, and the Baldwin's (Lauren on crutches) - then Devon and Roxy. This was Billy's 'thing' - but now it's Vikki's. Confiding that she signed the divorce papers, Vikki toasts to 'being here'.

In the hallway, Kevin's on the phone (giving instructions on the temperamental espresso machine) when a merry 'Santa' comes up behind him. Lo and behold, it's a laughing Billy.

When Adam visits Sharon (to finish their conversation), she's not exactly happy to see him (and tries not to think of him at ALL). Adam does NOT hate Sharon - in fact he's helped her in ways she doesn't know about.

On the CL's patio, Phyllis is 'wowed' by the 8X10's Ricky shows her (of the prosecutor and key witness 'going at it'). Plucking the photos from Phyllis' hand, Ricky's not handing them over - until he knows what he's getting for them.

Arms folded, Sharon scoffs at Adam's 'help' (then lists a few of the not so helpful things he's done to her). You can trust me, Adam assures - reminiscing about last Halloween (the best memories). Crap aside, is he alone in thinking that way? No, Sharon admits.

The 'cutest squash ever' arrives (Abby) - followed by Daniel (who super hero costume earns laughs). Noah and Hunter are also at Jimmy's - as Eden and Abby start sniping at one another. Moping at the bar, Gloria perks up when Angelo declares her the most beautiful woman in GC (though his daughter isn't impressed). Arriving, Avery quickly realizes it's a private party. On cue, Nick appears to invite her.

Back on the patio, Phyllis offers Ricky a job, byline - and an advance on his salary. Not good enough - Ricky wants a bonus. And as Phyllis walks off to take a call (and Ricky puts the photos in his portfolio) Heather arrives (to insist he come to the Halloween party with her).

Dragging Billy around by his beard, Kevin reminds that Victor exiled him across the planet. Yeah, well, Victor's not God and Billy will go when he's ready. Making it clear that he's NOT Billy's pal, Kevin tattles about Vikki's party - then snaps Santa's beard and marches off.

Back in Delia's room, Kevin and Chloe announce that they're going to a party - and that they're engaged. Are you my Daddy now? Delia's excited. Outside the door, eavesdrops one sad Santa.

Clutching the portfolio to his chest, Ricky assumes there's other guys Heather can take to the party. Yeah - but they all come with drama. Come ON, she persists. OK - but Ricky will meet her there. Watching Heather exit, Phyllis rejoins Ricky. No - she didn't see the photos (and as they include his sister, Ricky will have to weigh his options and get back to Phyllis; who's now offering a bonus).

As the party continues, Angelo introduces his heartbroken princess, the scowling Angela. Hearing that Jeff left Gloria, Angelo agrees - he's a moron.

Getting more tipsy, Vikki chats with Devon and Daniel (the best guy ever). Oh what happy memories she has (of Lucy and Billy). At the mention of karaoke, Eden and Abby exchange words again. Meanwhile, at the bar, Nick and Avery discuss pas Halloweens - until Ricky arrives (needing to speak to Avery).

As Santa listens, Kevin brings Chloe to tears - as he handles Delia beautifully. He could never take her Daddy's spot - but will part of her life forever. And when a nurse comes to signal bedtime, Chloe hustles Kevin out - wait til you see our costumes! Billy then slips into Delia's room. Santa!? her eyes pop open.

Jimmy's patrons applaud - as a now drunk Vikki takes the mike to kick off karaoke time. Noah promising to sing later, the Baldwin's step up to the plate. Dressed as a mobster, Mike's impersonation manages to insult Angelo. Fretting about losing the case, Avery's then told that the prosecutor is fraternizing with the star witness. Heather and Adam!? Arriving, Phyllis glares at Avery and Ricky. Keep your hands off my story Sis.

Sharon also has fond memories of last Halloween - but was any of it real? Reminded that he took Faith (and let Sharon think she died), Adam reminds that she forgave him. We've both hurt each other. Not trusting Adam, Sharon's strong enough to put the past behind her - and focus on a future with her kids. You need me for that, Adam claims (but isn't referring to the memory card). Told to leave, he does - Sharon in tears.

Santa chats with Delia - and telling the nurse that he's making his rounds, says goodbye to his daughter and exits looking devastated.

Ricky assures Avery that something's going on between Heather and Adam (per a reliable source). Again making a timely entrance, Heather goes to get Ricky a beer. Avery's not sure whether to be appalled or impressed by Ricky's lack of guilt (re: his sister). He's willing to risk his relationship with his father and sister - to help an innocent woman behind bars. Proof? Ricky will keep her posted.

Nick joins Avery and Phyllis (as they snipe at one another). Thanking Nick for the drink, Avery bids Phyllis a' horrifying night and exits. Mocking Avery, Phyllis isn't pleased that Nick bought her a drink - or with him being defensive about it.

Now past drunk, Vikki gushes over Kevin and Chloe - then takes to the stage to announce the engagement to the partygoers (including a stunned Mike and Gloria). Vikki continues to prattle on - about the newlyweds and Kevin saving Delia's life (but is soon moping about Billy again). Angelo hugs the bride and groom to be - and suggests his bored daughter sing to them. And as Daddy near bursts with pride, Angelina butchers 'You Made Me Love You'. And here comes Santa.

Summoned to visit Sharon, Avery's told about Adam's visit (and that he claims to be helping her). Wait a minute, she catches on.

As Santa takes a seat, Vikki's wailing away on the karaoke machine (until Nick helps her down). Fun party - but it's not the same without Billy, she whines - nothing is. I bet you won't get arrested on your wedding day, Vikki slurs to Chloe - as Nick leads her out. Spotting Santa, a nervous Kevin confiscates Daniel's beer and gulps. Yeah - everything's great! he gives a thumbs up.

*When Adam strolls in, he gets a frosty welcome from Phyllis.

You want him soooo bad, Abby taunts Eden (as she watches Noah with Hunter) - never gonna happen. Striking back, Eden lays a big kiss on Daniel (when he brings over drinks). Abby huffs - and Noah's not too impressed either.

After betraying Sharon, who's your latest victim? Phyllis snarls at Adam. Bet you wish I had my eye on a saucy redhead, he retaliates and walks off grinning.

As Adam heads for the bar, Heather runs to the ladies room - leaving him to ask Ricky about the photos. Woulda been nice if Ricky knew his sister was starring in Adam's production. yes, he'd still have done it - it's a good scoop. As Adam asks more questions, Ricky gets evasive - just leave it to me. Watching, Phyllis is curious.

Gloria and Angelo gush over the talented Angelina - who's then introduced to Devon (a producer). We should talk, Angelo says. Yeaaahhh (Devon means 'no way in hell').

Joking with Kevin (about Angelo), the Baldwin's go home to have sex. Yeah - Kevin will be fine (once 'this' is all over).

Nick deposits Vikki on her front step and leaves. Luckily Santa shows up to help her unlock the door. Inside, Vikki's embarrassed to be so drunk in front of Santa. I love you Santa, she says as he lays her on the couch. I love you too. Passing out, Vikki awakens briefly to say - is that you Billy? Santa's sad - when he sees the divorce papers are signed.

Next: Avery - you got something for me? I do, Ricky replies ... Nick asks Victor - why do you care so much about Sharon? ... Heather gapes at Adam - OMG! What have you done!?
